Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan penguasaan secara teori dan prektik (softskill) bagi kalangan mahasiswa dalam memahami UU ITE secara leibh komprehensif.Metode yang digunakan adalah secara daring/on line dengan MS TEAMS.Hasil yang diperoleh bahwa pengetahuan secara teoretis, pemahaman secara praktis berdasarkan ilustrasi dan contoh-contoh kasus hukum pelanggaran UU ITE yang disampaikan menjadi sangat penting guna menyadarkan mereka agar berhati-hati dalam bermedia sosial.Saran yang bisa dikemukakan adalah agar para mahasiswa fakultas hukum yang sudah hampir menyelesaikan studinya bisa menjadi agen perubahan perilaku di masyarakat kearah perilaku yang produktif dan taat hukum.Kata Kunci : Sosialisasi, UU No. 11 Tahun 2008

Abstract

Maos Lor Village, is one of the villages that has considerable agricultural potential and is one of the centers for banana production. However, the added value of banana cultivation in the village is not yet optimal. The selling price of bananas given is still quite low so that it has an impact on the level of economic development of the community which is still low when compared to the potential of the area owned. The objectives of this community service are to: 1) Increase knowledge in processing bananas into banana Dodol through training for community groups in the Maos Lor Village environment and 2) Improve community skills in increasing the added value of the Banana Dodol processed business. The activity was carried out in March-July (4 months) with several activities including socialization, training on making Calcium Dodol and post-production assistance. The results of this activity include the formation of a small business group of Banana Dodol "BAJA MAOS) which so far has been able to produce as much as 52 kg

Abstract

Inheritance by testament (ad testamento) is a deed that contains a person's statement about what he or she wants for wealth after he dies. The testament or will that is made must be in the form of a deed and notarial deed. This means that making a will requires the name of a public official to ratify the will. If it is not made before a notary, then the testator who wrote his own will can submit the will to the notary after it has been signed. As long as the testator has not died, the will can be changed or revoked by him. In contrast to an agreement that requires the agreement of the parties involved, a will is one-sided which means a statement of the will of the heir, or does not require the approval of the heirs. To protect the rights of the heirs, the heir cannot ignore the absolute rights of the heirs themselves when the inheritance is divided by a testament that exceeds the absolute rights of the heirs (in the event that there are legal heirs)

Abstract

Blood is an important component of the human body, therefore the supply of blood at the Indonesian Red Cross must be maintained. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia, the amount of blood supply at the Indonesian Red Cross decreased. Seeing this condition, lecturers and students from the Management Program of the Universitas Islam Batik Surakarta initiated blood donation activities to the community with the aim of providing education and socialization of the importance of blood donation in the pandemic era, increasing the number of blood bags, humanitarian efforts to help others and a concrete manifestation of the implementation of community service as one of the Tri Dharma of Higher Education. The activity was held on October 14, 2020 at the Keluarahan Tipes, Serengan with health protocol and 3M principles. Participants who registered were 28 participants, who qualified as donors as many as 25 participants. The amount of blood that was collected was as many as 25 bags. The result, the event can run smoothly and orderly and it is hoped that this activity can be held regularly.

Abstract

Sokaraja is one of the sub-districts included in the Banyumas Regency, led by a Regent named Ir. Achmad Husein and his deputy named Dr. Budhi Setiawan. Sokaraja aside from being a center for learning for students centered on the Kauman Mosque in Central Sokaraja, Sokaraja is also the birthplace of fighters such as R.Separdjo Roestam, Gatot Soebroto, and other high-ranking officials in Indonesia. Sokaraja is very famous for Soto Sokaraja, Batik Sokaraja and Getuk goreng, so most of the residents of Sokaraja Village are sellers of soto, batik makers and getuk goreng products. In addition to earning a living as a seller of soto, batik maker and getuk goring production, but many also earn a living as producers of tofu. Tofu is a food product made from the clumping of soy protein. Tofu production is still not widely known by the wider community, compared to the production of fried getuk, batik and soto sokaraja which are already very well known to the wider community.

Abstract

The high level of corruption in Indonesia raises an effort to fight. Efforts to prevent corruption can be prevented through families by increasing the role of women. The purpose of community service awareness raises women in the household in an effort to prevent corruption. Methods implemented by methods of socialization, counseling, and training. The result of devotion is the prevention of corruption can be done in the family through the role of women, as mothers, women as wives and women as working women.Conclusion by maximizing the role of women will be able to increase corruption prevention efforts in Indonesia.Key Word: women, corruption ,prevention

Abstract

Sekip Kadipiro is a developing area with various income structure, especialy ini RT 06/RW 08. The people in this district, Just like the common society nowadays, get used to consume food added by sintetic addition spicies in which not good for the health particularly can damage important internal body organ. Beside that, the habit to consume over amount of nutrition can be trigers to various illness. These things are actually can be prevented by food management with balance nutritions which can be gained from various kind of vegetable. Hence, there is important to held training and workshop about the way to consume vegetable to maintain people health in this area. Training and workshop will give information about the benefits of each kind of vegetables, the way to get extract, and how to consume them properly. The information about 5 elements vegetable extract soup will help the people in this area to maintain their heatlh better. Those five elements are; beet , gobo, carrot, and shitake mushroom.Key words : Vegetable extract soup, beet , gobo, carrot, shitake mushroom, physical health.

Abstract

The Title of This Devotion Counseling Guidance for Early Childhood Education. This devotion is done because the teacher education background in kindergarten Lakshmi 7 surakarta only vocational school that has never known what is guidance and counseling and also added with parents of student which relative high school education. So counseling and counselor training is very necessary to be implemented. This is because of the importance of counseling that should be implemented in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The purpose of the devotion is to increase knowledge about the importance of bUD is the teacher and the parents of the students. Counseling and counselor training was held 6 meetings. Ie from April 15 to May 6, 2017 and held every weekend for 3 hours. For the first day of the counseling about the importance of guidance and counseling in early childhood as well as parents and teachers as PAUD counselors. Then carried out counselor training. Until finally the parents and teachers have the importance of counseling guidance for early childhood and how to become PAUD counselors. As a result parents and teachers can understand about the guidance of early childhood counseling and can become an early childhood counselor. So it can be concluded that this activity is very useful for teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7. Given the background of parents' education is relatively low education or only high school graduates and teachers in kindergarten Lakshmi 7 is only the background of SMK as well. Abstract

Warga perumnas Mojosongo terdiri dari 26% usia sangat produktif (25-40 tahun) yaitu masih mampu untuk melakukan banyak hal yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Kelompok usia produktif tersebut ternyata kurang produktif, sebagian besar berprofesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Ibu-ibu rumah tangga di wilayah perumnas Mojosongo yang dipilih menjadi mitra dalam kegiatan ini sehingga diharapkan memiliki tambahan ketrampilan yang dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarga. Salah satu usaha yang berkembang di sekitar wilayah Perumnas Mojosongo adalah usaha pembuatan tahu. Usaha pembuatan tahu ini cukup prospektif, karena merupakan makanan favorit masyarakat. Permasalahan yang timbul adalah limbah dari usaha tahu, yaitu limbah sisa air perasan tahu dan ampas tahu, yang menimbulkan bau yang kurang sedap. Ampas tahu sering diolah menjadi tempe gembus, namun tidak semuanya yang terolah, sehingga masih ada limbah yang belum dimanfaatkan. Manfaat Pelatihan Pembuatan aneka olahan ampas tahu bagi warga adalah diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan para anggota dalam bidang pengolahan pangan, terutama dalam hal pembuatan olahan ampas tahu, sehingga mampu memberikan tambahan penghasilan bagi keluarga. Ampas tahu masih mengandung protein yang cukup tinggi, sehingga berpotensi diolah menjadi produk pangan yang bergizi. Olahan ampas tahu adalah stik, kerupuk, rengginan, kue kering dan lain-lain. Bahan dan cara pembuatan olahan ampas tahu mudah diperoleh dan dipraktekkan.Kata Kunci : ampas tahu, pengolahan, produk pangan, perumnas Mojosongo
