Abstract

الإسلام دين متوازن في كل زمان ومكان، والإسلام معروف بالدين المعتدل، كما يقول الله طعلا، أي: (وهكذا جعلناكم وصرة (معتدلة) أمه) سورة البقرة: 143، والثروة هو العمود الفقري للحياة والقوة في الحياة، ولهذا يعمل العمال ويعمل الناس بجد للحصول على وظائف ونظراً لأهمية الثروة، فإن الإسلام يعطي تخصصاً خاصاً خاصاً للأفراد المسلمين ويطالب المسلمين بأن يكونوا معتدلين ومعتدلين في الحصول على الثروة وإنفاقها، بحيث يوفر التأثير التوازن الجماعي والاقتصاد المعاصر. سيجيب هذا البحث على السؤال التالي: ما هو مفهوم الاعتدال في الإسلام؟ وكيف يكون الاعتدال في الثروة؟ وكيف يكون الاعتدال الإسلامي في التوازن بين الثروة والاقتصاد المعاصر؟. هذا البحث هو بحث أدبي (بحث مكتبي) يستخدم النص الاستقرائي والتحليلي والوصفي. ويمكن استنتاج نتائج البحث أن هناك علاقة قوية جداً بين مفهوم الدين الإسلامي واعتدال الثروة وتوازنها بشكل جماعي وفي الاقتصاد المعاصر.

Abstract

Multicultural education refers to a term that can be used to describe the challenges and issues related to education in a multicultural society, both in descriptive and normative aspects. Additionally, this concept encompasses an understanding of policy considerations and strategies for multicultural education. The current focus of multicultural education is not only limited to racial, religious, and mainstream cultural groups. Instead, greater attention is given to intercultural education aimed at enhancing understanding and tolerance among individuals from minority groups that have integrated into the mainstream society. MTS Asy-Syifa Balikpapan distinguishes itself in the implementation of multicultural education compared to other schools. The fundamental concept of MTS Asy-Syifa is a boarding school, so it not only imparts instruction and implements multicultural education for all its students but also applies it in daily life within the school environment and beyond. The implementation of multicultural education at MTS Asy-Syifa is not only focused on the learning process but also includes aspects of daily life, creating an environment that supports diversity and tolerance among students.

Abstract

The halal industry is a derivative of the sharia economic concept that has grown in Indonesia since the 1990s. Sharia economics is a value extracted from primary sources (the Koran and hadith) in Islam, and "halal" is a manifestation of that value. Muamalah jurisprudence defines sharia economics as economic activity that is free of usury, does not contain fraud, ambiguity, elements of compulsion and the most important thing is to guarantee the benefit of as many people as possible. The method of this article uses library research, namely a method of collecting data by understanding and studying theories from various literature related to research. From the analysis, it can be found that Indonesia is a country that has potential in developing the halal industry. This can be seen from several distinctive competencies possessed. Aspects that need to be encouraged in the halal industry in Indonesia are regulations, certification policies and facilities for MSMEs in running their businesses. Policies in the law need to be optimized and legality can be done quickly without complications. These conveniences will make it easier for people to develop all their potential.

Abstract

استهدف هذا البحث لمعرفة كيف تدريس النحو بالمدخل الوظيفي والعوامل الداعمة لها ونتيجة تطبيق المدخل الوظيفي في تدريس النحو للفصل الخامس بالمدرسة العالية بمعهد نور الحرمين نهضة الوطن للبنين نارمادى لومبوك الغربية. فإن هذا البحث يتضمّن منهجا وصفيا الكيفي ويشمل الطرق المستخدمة لجمع البيانات. من طريقة المقابلة، الملاحظة، والوثائق. للحصول إلى المعلومات من خلال مراقبة الأنشطة أو الجهود التى يبذلها المدرّس في تدريس النحو بالمدخل الوظيفي. ونتيجة هذا البحث هي : يتكوّن في عملية تدريس النحو بالمدخل الوظيفي بهذه المدرسة للفصل الخامس والرابع يشتمل على ثلاث الخطوات هي التخطيط، التنفيذ، والتقييم والأهم من عناصر تلك الخطوات هي المواد المختارة النافعة للتلاميذ والطريقة المستخدمة من طريقة الاستقرائية وطريقة التواصلية ماياتي من الأمثلة تعيين القاعدة والعوامل الداعمة للحصول إلى نجاح التدريس النحو بالمدخل الوظيفي هي إيجاد البيئة اللغوية بعقد الأنشطة اللغوية من المحادثة، المحاضرة، إلقاء المفردات والمنهج الدراسي ما يشمل على ترقية المهارة الكتابة، القراءة، الكلام للحصول إلى الغاية الأساسية للغة وهي الاتصال . ونتيجة تطبيق المدخل الوظيفي هي تركيب الجمل من المفردات، استخدام القواعد الأساسية، ترقية مهارة الكتابة، القراءة، الاستماع.

Abstract

Leadership is a person's ability to convince other people so that other people willingly work and are invited to carry out their wishes or ideas. The research aims to determine the work ethic of teachers at SDN Mancogeh and the leadership role of the principal in improving the work ethic of teachers at SDN Mancogeh. The research method used is qualitative by interpreting a phenomenological perspective, namely how a researcher is able to understand and appreciate the leadership of the school principal in improving the work ethic of teachers. This work ethic has experienced a decline as seen in several things which can be concluded, namely that there is no discipline towards teachers. Based on their teaching, teachers can master the material and various methods, have the motivation and freedom to develop their talents to support the learning process. Teachers are able to master the basics and principles of teaching according to the characteristics of students so that it is easier to choose the right learning method.

Abstract

Education continues to evolve alongside the changing dynamics of information and technology, influencing the patterns of learning. Amidst these changes, the theory of information processing emerges as a critical concept in understanding and designing effective learning experiences. Information processing involves a series of mental processes that encompass reception, comprehension, storage, and utilization of received information. This research aims to analyze the implementation of the information processing model in the context of learning at SMA Negeri 3 Banjar. Through a qualitative approach involving literature review and field observations, the research findings indicate that the learning activities at SMA Negeri 3 Banjar have successfully integrated components of the information processing model. The learning process includes relevant stages, indicating the success and effectiveness of implementing this model in the educational environment of SMA Negeri 3 Banjar. These findings provide valuable insights into the relevance of the information processing model in enhancing the quality of education in this institution.

Abstract

Hajj and Umrah travel insurance plays a very important role in providing a sense of security and comfort to pilgrims travelling to the Holy Land. The importance of this insurance is not only related to the financial aspect, but also has a great impact on the aspects of health, safety and peace of mind of the pilgrims. The purpose of this research is to examine the Shariah insurance for Hajj and Umrah trips managed by PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta from the perspective of the fatwa of the National Shariah Council-Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI). This study is a descriptive qualitative field research. Data were collected through interviews with representatives of PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta, analysis of DSN-MUI fatwa documents, and literature review related to Sharia insurance for Hajj and Umrah trips. The findings showed that, firstly, the adoption of Sharia principles in the preparation of Hajj and Umrah travel insurance products has provided a strong legal basis for the company. PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Jakarta ensures that its insurance products comply with the provisions of Fatwa DSN-MUI, which allows the use of insurance while avoiding elements of usury and speculation. Additionally, the implementation of sharia-compliant insurance for Hajj and Umrah trips by PT Asuransi Tri Pakarta Jakarta fulfils the needs of pilgrims in facing certain risks that may arise during the journey. Protection against risks, such as trip cancellation, delay, or loss of valuables, provides a sense of security and comfort for pilgrims. This allows them to focus on the implementation of worship without the burden of excessive worry.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the relevance of Ibn Khaldun's educational ideas with the theories of several educational psychology figures. It is a qualitative study utilizing literature review methods. The results indicate a connection between Ibn Khaldun's educational concepts and figures in educational psychology such as Wolfgang Kohler, Kohlberg, Herbert Spencer, Montessori, John Amos Comenius, William Stren, and Piaget. This further demonstrates that Ibn Khaldun's expertise has transcended his time, as modern education incorporates many concepts that were formulated by this thinker who lived in the 14th century, long before the current modern era.

Abstract

This research examines the important and strategic role of the main duties and functions (tupoksi) of school principals in improving the performance of teaching staff. The main point of this research is the leadership strategies used by school principals and their impact on the performance of teaching staff in educational units. By using a qualitative research method that uses questionnaire instruments, observation, and is equipped with data analysis in the form of a Teacher Performance Assessment Tool (PKG), this research provides quite in-depth insight into the importance of effective and efficient leadership strategies in order to support the realization of optimal teaching staff performance. in the school environment.

Abstract

الملخص. هناك العديد من المؤسسات والجمعيات التي قامت بجمع التبرعات مثل الأموال الزكوية والصدقات التطوعية, وتوزيعها على المسلمين سواء كان في داخل إندونيسيا أو خارجها. ومن تلك المؤسسات والجمعيات مؤسسة تيراس دعوة (Teras Dakwah) الخيرية بجوكجاكرتا حيث قامت بجمع التبرعات ثم توزيعها على من يستحقها. ويهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل استراتيجية جمع الأموال الزكوية والصدقات التطوعية ومن ثَمَّ توزيعها لدى مؤسسة تيراس دعوة (Teras Dakwah) الخيرية. ما هي الأساليب التي اختارتها في جمع التبرعات, هل هناك أساليب مغرية لجذب الناس إلى دفع الأموال الزكوية والصدقات التطوعية؟ ثم مدى دور هذه التبرعات وأثرها في مجالات التعليم والدعوة التي أشرفت عليها هذه المؤسسة الخيرية. ومن خلال تحليل استراتيجية جمع الأموال الزكوية والصدقات التطوعية ومن ثَمَّ توزيعها لدى مؤسسة تيراس دعوة (Teras Dakwah) الخيرية, توصل الكاتب إلى أن ما قامت به مؤسسة تراس دعوة متوافق مع الشريعة الإسلامية وانتفع المسلمون بهذه الجهود المباركة خاصة في مجالات التعليم والدعوة
