Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out and analyze the significant effect of dividend policy, leverage, and profitability on firm value of LQ-45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year of 2015 until 2019. Type of this research was quantitative with method of data analysis used panel data regression. The research results showed that dividend policy, leverage as well as profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value of LQ-45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange year of 2015-2019. Referred to the conclusion, management of LQ-45 companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange needs to prioritize their financial policies related to dividend policy, leverage and profitability. The ways could be done by continue to pay or distribute dividend regularly every year while still managing retained earnings effectively, set a proportional debt level and controlling the operational costs more efficiently as well as continuously increase their capital investment or productive investment as an effort to optimize the company's ability to earn profits.

Abstract

This study was structured with the aim of knowing the effect of gross profit, operating profit and net profit on the prediction of future cash flows in telecommunications sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. This research was conducted focused on the telecommunications sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2019. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Through this sampling method, 5 companies were obtained that could be used as samples with a research period of 6 years. Therefore, in this study, the number of this study was 30 units of analysis. This study uses descriptive statistical analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, simple regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis in analyzing all data. Testing the data used in this study is the partial t-significance test, the classical assumption test, and the F simulation test. From the research conducted, the results show that the gross profit and operating profit variables partially have no significant effect on future cash flows while the net income variable shows that partially significant effect on cash flows in the future. The variables of gross profit, operating profit and net profit simultaneously show a significant effect on future cash flows.

Abstract

Currently, with the development of the era, the company's competition is also getting higher. In a company, there must be roles for employees and workers called Human Resources (HR). This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment and organizational culture on employee job satisfaction at INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo. Furthermore, the researchers used quantitative research as a type of this research in which the questionnaire was used as a means of measuring the answers of the respondents. In this study the population is all workers in INTAKO Tanggulangin Sidoarjo totaling 67 employees. In this study, the sampling technique used a saturated sample because the population was less than 100 so that the entire population in this study was used as a sample, amounting to 67 people. After being answered by the respondent, the answer will be analyzed using Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) to test the level of validity and reliability of an indicator and research variable which is included in the outer and inner models. The results of this study conclude that the work environment have positive effect but not significant and organizational culture have a significant positive effect on job satisfaction.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to prove whether there is an influence between stock prices and DER, ROE, NPM and EPS. The population is 17 companies and 40 samples which are multiplied by five years with this type of quantitative descriptive research, purposive sampling is carried out on the IDX financial statements for 2016-2020. Multiple linear regression analysis is used in testing the data with the researcher testing the classical assumptions first. The coefficient of determination is 0.349, which means that 34.9% of the stock price variable is explained by the DER, ROE, NPM and EPS variables and the remaining 65.1% is explained by other variables not studied. The results of the research show that in the partial test DER, ROE and NPM have no effect, but EPS has an influence on stock prices. And simultaneously DER, ROE, NPM and EPS affect stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to prove empirically the effect of corporate governance and diversification on the financial performance of companies that have implemented enterprise resource planning. The dependent variable in this study is financial performance as measured by Return On Assets. The independent variables in this study are corporate governance and diversification. Corporate governance is measured by the proportion of the independent board of commissioners. Diversification is measured by the number of business lines. This study uses firm size as a control variable. The population in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Based on the purposive sampling method, the samples obtained were 33 manufacturing companies that met the criteria. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS software version 25. The results showed that corporate governance has a positive effect on the financial performance of manufacturing companies that have implemented enterprise resource planning, and diversification also has a positive effect on the financial performance of companies that have implemented enterprise resource planning.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see how the quality of service affects customer satisfaction at Massa Coffee Shop in Bandung. With a total of 70 respondents, this study was done by doing the observation technique and customer dispersion of Massa Coffee Shop Bandung. In this study, snowball sampling was utilized as a sample method. The validity, reliability, and normalcy tests, as well as the basic linear regression test, the T test (hypothesis test), the F test (together test), and the R2 test, were all employed in this study (test of determination). According to research, service quality has a 62,1% significant effect on customer satisfaction, with the remaining 37,9% coming from other variables not included in the research.

Abstract

The existence of knowledge about the analysis of the influence of Leadership Style and Self Efficacy at Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance in the Regional Secretariat Office of Gunungkidul Regency. Probability sampling method and using simple random sampling with the employees of the Regional Secretariat Office of Gunungkidul Regency with respondents 56 employees. The implementation of research using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire using SPSS 24 to analyze it. Researchers took the results leadership style significantly had no influence on employee performance, leadership style significantly had no influence on job satisfaction, self-efficacy significantly had an influence on employee performance, self-efficacy significantly had an influence on job satisfaction, and job satisfaction significantly has no influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of sukuk and sustainable sukuk on the company's reputation. The population of this study are publicly listed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research sample was carried out by sampling using purposive sampling technique, with observations for 3 years. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple regression analysis and different tests. The results show that sukuk have no effect on the company's reputation, while sustainable sukuk have an effect on the company's reputation. There is no difference between the reputation of the sukuk issuing company and the reputation of the sustainable sukuk issuing company. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination show that sustainable sukuk affect the company's reputation by 11.2%.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the factors that influence the intention to use electronic payment in Indonesia. In this study eights variables were identified as influence factors, they are perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, consumer’s perception, enjoyment, trust, social influence, perceived security, and attitude toward behaviour. Based on data from 403 respondents collected through online questionnaire which was then analysed by Lisrel 8.8, it was found that six of the eight variables, namely perceived ease of use, enjoyment, trust, social influence, perceived security, and attitude toward behaviour have significant relationship with the behavioural intention to use e-payment system. Furthermore, this study also found that the behavioural intention significantly leads to the e-payment adoption and e-payment adoption also significantly influences the continuance intention to use e-payment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out from the results of previous studies regarding market distortions in the process of securities transactions according to Islamic Economics in the secondary market. In this study using descriptive qualitative methods where the authors conducted this study using descriptive data in the form of words or literature reviews from previous studies. The data collection used by the author in this study is the publication of previous scientific journals related to the influence of foreign debt by the Indonesian state. The results of this study found that Islamic Economics requires a free market mechanism without any intervention. Fair and fair prices come from prices obtained based on the power of supply and demand. Islamic economics emphasizes that market mechanisms and price fixing need to be regulated to uphold market balance and economic justice by considering the interests of the parties involved in the market. Market distortion is a form of deviation that causes imbalances and injustices in the market which must be regulated by the government through intervention policies under its authority.
