Abstract

This paper discusses the shift of religious authority in Al-Qur'an learning. usually, someone who wants to learn to read Al-Qur'an will come to a cleric, or kiyai teacher to teach him to read the Qur'an. however, with current technological advances, religious authorities originally held by ulama or someone who is an expert in the science of religion shifted to other media such as the internet, digital Al-Qur'an or other Al-Qur'an media. In addition, with the advancement of technology, the publishers of the Al-Qur'an have their own innovations to meet the needs of Muslims for children, adults, and even now the Qur'an is available for the diffable. Where there is a pictorial Al-Qur'an for children, the Al-Quran braille for people with disabilities, the Al-Qur'an red pen and the Al-Qur'an tajwid are colored for people who want to study Al-Quran themselves. In addition to the diverse prints of the Koran, there are also online Al-Quran learning sites and other Al-Quran applications both on smartphones and computers. The advancement in technology has made people who want to learn al-Quran easy.

Abstract

This article presents a study of the existence of jihad in the Quran by examining the letter of Al-Taubah verse 41. This verse has become one of the sources of motivation or encouragement for the Muslims from the beginning to the present to carry out jihad. In addition, this study also explains that jihad in the sense of war against the enemy physically is indeed the basic meaning of jihad itself which cannot be eliminated. In addition to the wider meaning of jihad, it is also part of its meaning. This study refutes the accusations which state that Islam, especially the Quran, teaches its adherents to commit acts of violence with the concept of jihad. Research in this study found that war is actually part of the final solution that is in effect today in international disputes and recognized by international law.

Abstract

This paper presents various forms of Islamic living (Al-Qur'an and Hadith) contained in the Para Pencari Tuhan sinetron, especially in volume 3 episodes 19. This departs from the assumption that every behavior of Muslims is born with understanding (both textual and contextual ) to religious texts, namely the Qur'an and Hadith, including various scenes displayed in the soap opera. Furthermore, as the focus of the study, this paper discusses the issue of love directed at marriage, both experienced by Azam and Aya, Chelsea and Marni, Barong and Dara, as well as scenes of other people who want to involve themselves in the matter. Finally, this paper presents various Islamic living contained in the Para Pencari Tuhan sinetrons, including the Hadith about fasting for Allah, Hadith about the privileges of Khadijah, Hadith about the criteria of the couple to be chosen, Hadith about the prohibition of approaching women being applied, Hadith about orders married to capable young people, verses on polygamy, verses about the importance of the attitude of tabayyun, verses about help, verses about the benefits of marriage. Various hadiths and verses recorded in the form of scenes in soap operas show that films (soap operas) always have a significant role in broadcasting Islamic teachings.

Abstract

This study examines the local tradition of Buginese tribe community in South Sulawesi that is death ritual, precisely in Tadang Palie village. The death ritual is named Makkuluhuwallah taken from the first verse of Surat al-Ikhlās. The surat is usually recited about 15,000 times to 100,000 times in seven days. The uniqueness of Makkuhuwallah is the medium used to calculate the number of recitations by using gravel. After a seventh day, the pebbles will be placed above the grave or gravestone. This research type is qualitative research which its data processing system used is descriptive-analytic. The working instrument combines library studies and field studies. This study also wants to see how the Qur'an is responded by a popular society with the term Living Qur'an Study. The author finds the reason behind the use of the surah al-Ikhlās in Makkuluhuwallah procession. It is based on the public receptions of al-Ikhlās. Surat al-Ikhlās includes the shortest letter in the Qur'an and has a great prominence (faḍīlah). The prominence of al-Ikhlās is often found in a hadith which states that reciting surat al-Ikhlās is equal with the whole of the Qur'an. Logically, reciting al-Ikhlās three times already completes the whole al-Quran especially when reciting it thousand times. The writer suspects that motivation is the basis of the implementation of Makkuluhuwallah.

Abstract

The U??l scholars in both jurisprudence and interpretations of al-Nahyu mean al-Tahr?m (???????) or Majaz?, which has several meanings such as du? (??????), iltimas (?????), irsy?d (?????), daw?m (????), bay?n al-'aq?bah (???? ???????), al-yais (?????), parkn? (??????), tahd?d, (?????), kar?hah (???????????), ta?qir (?????), i'tin??) and taub?kh (?????). The use of nahyu is more emphasized in Islamic law and operational law. Whereas the practice of nihilism on matters of faith, faith and morals are still rare. Therefore, the author can analyze la nahyu with the approach of Muhammad Khalid al-Sabt in Qaw?'id al-Tafs?r's work on Juz 30 which is a Makiyyah letter and is repeated 4 times in al-?uh?'s letter: 9.10, al-'Alaq: 19, al-M?'un: 3. Besides, the research shows that Usman bin Sabith's use of the Rash law is the first rule used in 3 verses, the fourth rule in 1 verse. Whereas the meaning of nahyu means 3 times the meaning of al-tahr?m. The meaning of majaz? is repeated 1 time with the meaning of bay?n al-'aq?bah 1 time. It shows that the verses of Makiyyah do not offend Islamic law but emphasize universal faith, creed, and morals.

Abstract

The Qur'an is truly a holy book containing moral teachings to guide people to the straight path. It's just that, when the Qur'an is consumed by the public, the book experiences a paradigm shift so that it is treated, received, and expressed differently according to their respective knowledge and beliefs. That expression, of course, is a concrete indicator that the Qur'an is a holy book which is always in harmony with all situations and conditions (??lih li kulli zam?n wa mak?n). The model and style of the reception even now continue to be expressed and preserved by the family of Ponpes Al-Hidayah Karangsuci, Purwokerto. This study aims to determine the variety of Al-Qur'an receptions in Ponpes and try to understand the meaning inherent in it. This research was designed with qualitative methods and included in field research. In obtaining data, the instruments that researchers use are in-depth interviews, observations, and studies of related documents. The analysis used by researchers is as presented by Mohd. Soehadha, namely by reducing data, displaying data, and drawing conclusions. In clarifying the validity of the data, the researcher extends the participation and triangulation of sources and methods. From the research conducted, the results obtained include: (1) a variety of Al-Qur'an receptions in the Al-Hidayah Islamic Boarding School Karangsuci Purwokerto, (2) The meanings inherent in the reception variety, among others: objective meaning, expressive meaning, and documentary meaning. The objective meaning is to conclude that the variety of reception behavior at the Islamic boarding school is a symbol of compliance and injustice to the regulations of the boarding school. The expressive meaning is a form of self-internalization with positive things through the continuous learning process of the Qur'an, and the meaning of the documentary is a form of local contextualization of the whole cultural system.

Abstract

Neuroscience is simply the science that specifically studies Neurons (nerve cells). These nerve cells make up the nervous system, both the central nervous system (brain and spinal cord) and peripheral nerves (31 pairs of spinal nerves and 12 pairs of head nerves). Nerve cells themselves are no longer the smallest unit of nerve cells, the smallest unit of nerve cells (neurons) in synapses, which are the meeting points of two nerve cells that move and forward information (neurotransmitters). At the level of molecular biology, the smallest units are like genes (genetic studies). Generally, neuroscientists focus on nerve cells in the brain. In the Qur'an, the mind has a noble position. It was proven that the word "reason" in the Qur'an is mentioned in large numbers. The word "reason" in the Qur'an is mentioned 49 times. All of them are in the form of 'muil?ri' (a verb that indicates the present and the future), except for the one in the form of 'm??? (a verb denoting the past). Although the Qur'an does not mention "reason" in its form as "a certain part of humanity" (????? ?????? ?? ?????), which is the source of birth for all rational actions, but the Qur'an refers to "reason" in its meaning as " activities using reason '(????? ??????), i.e. calls to use reason as a path to truth (??????), think (??????), pay attention (?????), understand and learn (??????), take wisdom and lessons from each event (????????), etc.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the relationship between the Qur'an and Culture and how to become a good Muslim based on the values ??of the Qur'an and Culture. The research method used is qualitative in the form of library studies. Data is collected by researching books and journals and other sources that support research activities. The results of this study are that Islam is not born of cultural products. However, it builds a culture, a civilization. A civilization based on the Qur'an and the Sunnah of the Prophet. that is finally called Islamic civilization. With this, we can begin to put Islam in our daily lives. Building Islamic culture with a foundation of concepts derived from Islam with its source is the Qur'an. The life of a Muslim must be following the rules set by the Qur'an. Muslims must be able and reluctant (upholding) to uphold a culture that is a local identity in themselves with the foundation of the holy values ??contained in the Qur'an. Among them is a sincere, knowledgeable and honest attitude to be a Muslim person in undergoing a time struggle that continues to change along with changing patterns of human civilization. Thus, there is no reason for a Muslim to lose his cultural identity to become a good Muslim. Because Al-Qur'an and Culture are clothes that are suitable to be worn by every Muslim in every fragment of life rites
