Abstract

The purpose of this research is, first, to determine the impulse buying behavior on the behavior of students university at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blockagung Banyuwangi. Second, to find out the impulse buying behavior of students at university at the Darussalam Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi in terms of the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali's maslahah. Research using qualitative methods with the type of phenomenological research. The data source uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used is interactive models. The results of his research are impulse buying behavior by students at university at the Darussalam Islamic Boarding School Blokagung Banyuwangi Regency balanced between purchases based on needs and desires. However, the impulsive buying behavior of students at university has not fully carried out the purchase in accordance with Imam Al-Ghazali’s maslahah. Although the results of the study state that there is a balance between buying based on need and desire, in making a purchase there is still no review of the five aspects of maqashid as-shari'ah or usulul khomsah. In addition, purchases made as a desire to satisfy will only lead to wasteful and wasting money

Abstract

This research is a field research using a qualitative descriptive method. The results of this study can be concluded that the implementation of the 2013 curriculum in the Aqidah Akhlak Subject at SDIT BIN BAZ has been running well even though it is not yet at the maximum stage, the desert council has followed the provisions in accordance with the 2013 curriculum as a guide in teaching and learning activities, but the Implementation Plan Learning still follows the regulations from Permendikud Number 22 concerning Basic and Secondary Education Process Standards and has not followed Circular Number 14 of 2019 concerning Simplification of the Learning Implementation Plan. The difficulty in implementing the 2013 curriculum in the subject of Aqidah Akhlak is more due to the lack of facilities and infrastructure to assist in the teaching and learning process and besides that the teacher council has difficulty in assessing students using the 2013 curriculum because there are many points or aspects that need to be considered for conducting assessments and towards students.

Abstract

The Montessori method has been gaining more attention in the last five years. Some preschools and kindergarten have been applying the Montessori method in the English learning activity. However, the method is mostly applied by prestigious schools based on several factors: the school’s readability related to the budget, the stakeholders and teachers as well as the parents’ perceptions, the teacher’s competency, etc. This case study is intended to investigate the implementation of English teaching and learning by using the Montessori method in preschool and kindergarten settings. Six teachers participated in the study. The data were collected from interviews and observations. The results indicate that applying the Montessori method in English learning activities can result positively in students' English ability and performance. The findings propose several suggestions related to the issue of English for early childhood education.

Abstract

This study aims to explain the organization of learning, delivery of learning and management of religious character-based learning in Al-Qur'an Hadith subjects at MTs Al-Qodiri 1 Jember. The research method uses a qualitative approach. The results of the research are: 1) the organization of learning based on religious characters has been mapped out, which classes are considered as capable students, which students are less capable, and which students really need the attention of a teacher. Before the lesson begins the teacher invites to pray together, and do apperception. For classes that are able, then immediately carry out learning by starting to read the Qur'an together; 2) delivery of religious character-based learning using various media. While the method used in learning is adapted to the material. Before using the method, the teacher first asks the students about the method that will be used in the learning; and 3) the management of religious character-based learning is scheduled and each teacher has a record of student progress. The notes are in the form of values ??and in the form of attitudes. The score is obtained from a written test or an oral exam. In order for students to get satisfactory grades, the teacher always motivates the students.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are as follows: (1) to determine the Strategic Management of SMA Darussalam Blokagung tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019-2020 Academic Year (2) To find out the efforts to achieve the Vision of the Darussalam Darussalam Tegalsari Banyuwangi High School 2019-2020 academic year (3) To determine the effect Strategic management of efforts to achieve the vision of Darussalam Darussalam Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi School Year 2019-2020.The data collection methods used in this study are questionnaires, observations, documentation. As for testing the validity of the data using the Bivariate Correlations formula, to find the reliability of data using the Cornbach Alpha formula. Then for hypothesis testing using the f test and t test, for the normality test using the Kolmogrov-Smirnovc formula. In the analysis of data using simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study was 35 teachers from SMA Darussalam. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the strategic management implemented by the Darussalam High School in Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi in the 2019-2020 academic year is classified as good, due to the t-test. 10,708> 2,042 t tables, which means that Ha is accepted; (2) shows that the efforts to achieve the vision applied by the Darussalam High School Blokagung Tegalsari Banyuwangi in the 2019-2020 academic year are classified as good because t count 10.708> 2.042 t tables which means that Ha is received; (3) The effect of strategic management on efforts to achieve vision is known to be 79.8% while the remaining 20.2% is influenced by other variables which means the influence of strategic management on efforts to achieve vision in SMA Darussalam Tegalsari Banyuwangi 2019-2020 Learning Year is good.

Abstract

Since the issuance of the circular letter of the Minister of Education and Culture on March 24, 2020, regarding the implementation of education in the emergency period of the spread of Covid-19, the learning process has been carried out throughout Indonesia online. This study aims to determine the implementation and process of making online learning policies, the media used in online learning, and the assessment carried out in online learning at Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur Bener Meriah. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research, data collection techniques are carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation, while the data is analyzed using qualitative analysis. This study resulted in findings in the form of the implementation of online learning at Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur Bener Meriah since April 2020 after a discussion was held by the head of the madrasa with stakeholders. There are several media used in online learning at Madrasah Aliyah An-Nur Bener Meriah, including Whatsapp, Google Classroom, Zoom Meeting. Assessment is carried out in a formative, fair, objective and transparent manner to get feedback from students and parents.

Abstract

    This study aims to explain the evaluation of the strategy for developing pesantren as an agribusiness center at the Nurul Qornain Islamic Boarding School Jember. This research approach uses a qualitative approach and the type of case study research. In this study, the informant determination technique used in this study was the Porposive Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis refers to the Miles and Huberman model, namely: data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions, both temporary conclusions, then verified and final conclusions. The validity test of the data used in this study, namely the credibility of the data (extension of participation, persistence of observation, triangulation, peer examination through discussion, and member checking). The results showed that the Nurul Qornain Islamic Boarding School carried out a process of monitoring or supervision (process evaluation) both directly and indirectly and evaluating the results which was carried out in two stages, namely the Post-harvest Accountability Report (LPJ) and the evaluation was carried out at the end of the school year or mid year.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of the Muhammadiyah Elementary and Secondary Education Council in the Development of Educational Institutions in Kepahiang Regency. This study aims to determine to what extent the role of the Elementary and Secondary Education Council has carried out its duties and functions which are one of the components of the leadership assistant in the Muhammadiyah organization in the field of education. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. with the technique of collecting data from observations, interviews, to the chairman of the Kepahiang District Educational Council and supported by some related literature. The research data is reduced and presented, then analyzed for several conclusions. The results showed that; Providing assistance for learning facilities seeking facilities and infrastructure as well as financing providing facilities for learning activities through sports, scouting and religious activities to support the quality of educational institutions to develop better and superior, improve the quality of human resources for educators through routine training and guidance from relevant agencies and carry out learning evaluations at each educational institution how to view monthly performance reports, this is in accordance with the duties of the Dikdasmen assembly, namely as follows.

Abstract

The Peat Arboretum is one of the PT. Pertamina RU II, Sungai Pakning which is managed by the Kampung Jawa community group. This research was motivated by the discovery of land that was saved from peatland fires around Kampung Jawa in the 2013-2015. Basically, the people of Kampung Jawa are people with low education and lack of public awareness of environmental sustainability as an edutourism area. Therefore, this research aims at how PT. Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning through its CSR activities communicated in building community participation to realize the Marsawa Peat Arboretum as ecotourism in Bengkalis Regency. In this study using qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. research subjects were determined based on purposive sampling technique. Data collection techniques were carried out through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the environmental communication carried out by PT Pertamina in the CSR program in realizing the Peat Arboretum as ecotourism is carried out through several stages, namely assessment, planning, production and action and reflection. Of the four, community participation in realizing the Peat Arboretum as ecotourism in Bengkalis Regency has been effective, this can be seen from the voluntary community involvement in programs that lead to social change. The four stages are educational, solution and comprehensive efforts in realizing the Peat Arboretrum as Ecotourism in Bengkalis Regency.

Abstract

Writing requires language structure, graphology, and vocabulary skills. Improving students' writing skills requires a creative approach and continuous practice. One type of writing skill that students need to master is abstract writing. Writing abstracts through book reviews is a fun alternative learning approach for students. This approach is very helpful for the students of Pesantren Ngalah about how to write abstracts easily. This research uses classroom action research method. With this method, it is possible to know in detail the problems in the classroom, and how to solve them. This study aims to provide recommendations to teachers as learning evaluation materials. Thus, it is hoped that the quality of learning will be better. Based on the results of the study that students were able to write abstracts properly and correctly with the percentage level of the high category interval 60%, the medium category 26.67%, and the low category 13.33%.
