The Qur'an is the word of Allah which contains many elements, starting with the things related to ubudiyyah mahdlah or ghairu mahdlah. To explore what is meant and desired by the Qur'an, it is a necessary tool to dissect it, that is the science of exegesis. With the science of interpretation, we are expected as a reviewer and observer of the Qur'an can understand the sciences contained in it, both the nature of khass or mujmal. The understanding and interpretation activities of the Qur'an will never be completed. Dialectics that occur also have ups and downs in conjunction with the openness, skill, and ability of an interpreter. In Indonesia, the study of Tafseer is also interesting for us to study and follow. Lots of interpreters are popping up, just a matter of Prof. Dr. Quraish Shihab with his book Tafsir al-Misbah, Prof. Dr. Hasbi Ashiddiqi with his work Tafsir an-Nur, and Sheikh Nawawi al-Bantani with his work Tafsir Marah Labid. Tafsir Angah Labid results from the thought of Sheikh Nawawi has its own uniqueness to be studied as an ingredient in the academic insight

During this time the veil characterizes a devout Muslim. But in addition to being a devout Muslim character, there is often a perception that the veil is the identity of radicalized women, one of the reasons that they rarely socialize with other than their group, and usually the allegedly terrorist families wearing the veil. This is part of the reason for the emergence of circular guidance to the veil users to remove the veil by the campus UIN Sunan Kalijogo Jogjakarta which then raises the public opinions those who agree and disagree with this new circular and finally the circular is revoked. In this case, a simple problem arises, is the ban on using this veil appropriate to apply? In the context of Islam and nationalism of Indonesia. Certainly not, because linking the veil with radicalism means linking Islam with radicalism, but it is not. In addition, radicalism can arise from anyone, regardless of whether to wear a veil or not. If it is proven to be affiliated with a radical movement, then all that needs to be done is to fend it out of the movement, without having to tell him to take off the usual veil

This paper explores the problem of inequality in education in Indonesia. Educational facilities have stood firm and can be found up to the district city, its existence cannot be utilized optimally by the nation's children. The high school graduates who want to go to college, can not realize their dreams because of various obstacles. First, the adequacy of information about higher education is not evenly distributed. Access to information is more known to certain circles so that they can also choose institutions as a place to continue education. Information on scholarships, for example, is very limited. Second, the standard of acceptance used by higher education institutions is still 'unbalanced'. Competition for entry to the best colleges is only contested by graduates who come from the best schools as well. Graduates from certain schools, especially those away from access to education, are unable to compete and are marginalized. Third, the design of educational institutions is still ambiguous. The existence of the dichotomy of the state-private, common-religion, modern-traditional and various another naming also influenced the practice of the gap of the Indonesian higher education to the present. Higher education should be a space for all children of the nation and provide services without discriminating treatment

Reasons for Choosing Side-by-Side, namely: (1) Madrasas need curriculum innovations in order to contribute to the success of madrasa goals that are in line with the objectives of national education; (2) Madrasas have never received civic education assistance from the Banyuwangi district government; (3) Madrasah students need an understanding of civic education, especially insight into the archipelago as a counterweight to understanding religion and nation in the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia for the provision of living in a pluralistic society. The approach used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The conclusion obtained from the results of this service is that the madrasah curriculum innovation at the pesantren is important, given that Islamic religious education at the pesantren contributes greatly to the Republic of Indonesia as a moral fortress as well as a stronghold of radicalism. Positive responses and stakeholder support are also a great motivation for the smoothness and success of the madrasah-based community service program carried out at the largest madrasah diniyah in Banyuwangi district, hoping that it could become a reference and barometer for the madrasah diniyah in Banyuwangi district
