Abstract

This study aims to examine the social media usage strategies used by young legislators in winning the 2024 election. This study is a qualitative study that aims to understand the phenomenon of political communication used by legislative candidates in the 2024 Election based on social media. As well as knowing the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of social media usage in the 2024 election. The approach used in this study is a case study, namely the researcher will select several legislative candidates who actively use social media as part of their campaign strategy. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the 2024 Election is an arena for competing social media utilization strategies between legislative candidates. The findings in this study are that elected legislative members have strategies in utilizing social media. These strategies are: forming a media team, choosing the right content target, choosing the type of content to be displayed, choosing the most comfortable social media application for legislative members, choosing the right upload time, collaborating with more famous people, and mixing modern strategies with traditional ones. The supporting factors found are ease of use, a solid digital media team, and media that can be used for free. Inhibiting factors are the political practice of dawn raids as well as network and human resource problems. Keywords: Media, Social, Politics, Legislative

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between Indonesia and Palestine from the perspective of the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia (UUD 1945) and Siyasah Dauliyah. The Preamble to the 1945 Constitution emphasizes that colonialism must be abolished because it is contrary to the values of humanity and justice. From the perspective of Siyasah Dauliyah (Islamic foreign policy), Indonesia's stance reflects its moral and political obligation to defend oppressed nations. In addition, Indonesia also has an obligation to participate in creating world order based on independence, lasting peace, and social justice. Therefore, Indonesia's support for Palestine can be understood as a form of implementing the constitutional mandate as well as part of Indonesia's foreign policy that consistently rejects all forms of colonialism. The method used in this study is qualitative with a content analysis approach or library research. The data was obtained from the 1945 Constitution, government policies, diplomatic documents, and relevant literature on Indonesia-Palestine relations. The results of the study show that Indonesia's support for Palestine is manifested in various forms, such as recognition of Palestine as an independent state, diplomatic efforts in international forums, and the provision of humanitarian aid. This confirms that Indonesia's support for Palestine is not merely a diplomatic interest, but also a manifestation of national identity and fundamental principles of the state.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Article 6 paragraph 3 of Permendikbudristek Number 30 of 2021 concerning the prevention and handling of sexual violence in higher education institutions through the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, with a focus on studies at the Raden Intan State Islamic University (UIN) Lampung. This study is motivated by the urgency of protecting victims of sexual violence and the need to strengthen a responsive, fair, and Islamic law-based handling system. The method used is empirical juridical with a qualitative approach. Data was obtained through relevant laws and regulations, field observations, in-depth interviews with campus bureaucrats, the PPKS/PSGA task force, LKBH, students, and analysis of official policy implementation documents. The findings show that UIN Raden Intan Lampung has implemented progressive policies for the prevention and handling of sexual violence, in line with Article 6 paragraph 3 of Permendikbudristek No. 30 of 2021. From the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyyah, this policy reflects the exercise of administrative authority by the campus as wali al-amr, which aims to maintain the welfare and honor of the academic community. The implementation of this policy demonstrates the integration of positive norms and sharia values, particularly in efforts to prevent harm (mafsadah) and realize the protection of human rights in the context of higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam model Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Keunggulan Karakter di pesantren melalui lensa Kepemimpinan Profetik (Prophetic Leadership) Kiai serta menguji dampaknya terhadap pembentukan ketahanan diri (Grit) dan daya dorong pribadi (Agency) pada diri santri. Berbeda dari studi kepemimpinan konvensional, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan observasi partisipatif, wawancara mendalam dengan Kiai, jajaran pengelola, dan santri teladan, serta analisis dokumen kurikulum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pesantren Darussalam Blokagung berhasil secara efektif menerapkan model Manajemen Pendidikan Berbasis Keunggulan Karakter melalui Kepemimpinan Profetik Kiai sebagai fondasi moral, kurikulum Adabullah wa Adabun N?s menanamkan keseimbangan spiritual-sosial, program Riyadhah dan Mujahadah melatih ketahanan, model Syu‘ra membangun agency santri, serta manajemen suksesi ikhlas menjamin keberlanjutan nilai pesantren. Kontribusi teoretis penelitian ini terletak pada pengembangan kerangka Prophetic-Grit-Agency (PGA) Model dalam manajemen pendidikan Islam, memberikan wawasan baru bagi lembaga pendidikan dalam mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai spiritual tradisional dengan konstruksi psikologi positif modern, sehingga menghasilkan lulusan yang tidak hanya berintelektual dan berakhlak, tetapi juga memiliki daya saing global dan ketahanan hidup yang tinggi. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan replikasi model PGA sebagai standar baru dalam pengelolaan pendidikan karakter kontemporer.

Abstract

This study examines the emerging paradigm of criminal law through restorative justice (RJ) in Indonesia, highlighting its conceptual foundations, practical applications, and local relevance. Unlike traditional punitive or rehabilitative models, RJ emphasizes the restoration of social and moral relationships by requiring offenders to acknowledge wrongdoing, repair harm, and engage in dialogue with victims and communities. The research employs a qualitative approach, including field observations, interviews with mediators, offenders, victims, and community representatives, as well as document analysis of relevant laws and regulations. Findings indicate that restorative practices such as victim-offender mediation, community conferencing, and family group conferencing effectively reduce recidivism, increase victim satisfaction, and strengthen community cohesion. The study also identifies contextual challenges in Indonesia, including limited institutional capacity, inconsistent legal interpretation, and insufficient community and victim involvement. Theoretical implications affirm RJ as a relational and transformative model, not merely an alternative punitive measure. Practically, the findings support broader adoption of dialogical restorative processes, institutional support, and integration into rehabilitation programs to ensure sustainable social reintegration. This research contributes to understanding how global restorative justice principles can be culturally adapted in Indonesia, offering guidance for policy, judicial practice, and community-based interventions.

Abstract

This reseach explores the internalization of the message of da'wah in the keleman tradition from a symbolic interaction perspective. Keleman is a local tradition that reflects a blend of culture and Islamic teachings, especially in the farming community in Tambakrejo Hamlet. This study aims to identify how the message of da'wah conveyed by this keleman tradition is in accordance with the 3 patterns of George Herberd Mead's symbolic interaction theory, namely mind, self, and society. This reseach uses a qualitative method with a case study approach, data collected through interviews, observations, and literature studies. The findings show that the internalization of the message of da'wah in the keleman tradition can occur due to the interaction of the Tambakrejo community that occurs both verbally and non-verbally. The result is that the message of da'wah arises from the interaction of the community: (a) Mind, which changes the keleman tradition from being carried out at the grave to being moved to the hamlet hall, (b) Self, which views the symbols in the keleman tradition in the meaning of each individual, (c) Society, which gives meaning to the keleman tradition as a hope that the planting process will be smooth without any obstacles.

Abstract

This study examines the constitutional guarantee of the right to education under Article 31 of the 1945 Constitution of Indonesia through the integrative lens of Islamic constitutional theory (siyasah dusturiyyah). Using a normative-descriptive method, this research analyzes primary legal sources, classical Islamic texts, and empirical data to investigate the implementation gaps in educational rights. The findings reveal significant disparities between constitutional mandates and empirical realities, with 8.5% of school-age children lacking access to formal education and extreme regional inequalities in educational participation. From the siyasah dusturiyyah perspective, the state bears dual responsibility: legal under the constitution and moral-spiritual under Islamic principles of leadership (imamah) and the protection of intellect (hifzh al-'aql). The study develops three integrative models complementary, convergent, and transformative to address structural educational inequalities. These findings emphasize that integrating constitutional and Islamic legal approaches provides a holistic framework for developing more equitable and inclusive education policies in Indonesia's multicultural context. The research recommends budgetary reorientation towards underdeveloped regions, affirmative action based on integrative justice principles, and enhanced monitoring systems combining public accountability and Islamic oversight principles (hisbah).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the urgency of transmitting traditional shrimp paste (petis udang) enterprises as a form of local culture based education from an ethnopedagogical perspective. The research was conducted at the Bawang Merah shrimp paste enterprise in Muncar District, Banyuwangi Regency, which continues to employ traditional production methods and actively involves family members and the coastal community. A qualitative approach with a case study design was employed. Data were collected through participant observation, in-depth interviews with four groups of informants (the enterprise owner, the owner’s child, workers, and community leaders), and documentation. Data analysis followed the stages of data reduction, data display, and verification, using content analysis, discourse analysis, and interpretative analysis. The findings reveal that the shrimp paste enterprise functions as a non-formal educational space where local knowledge, life skills, and character values such as hard work, patience, responsibility, discipline, and mutual cooperation are transmitted through learning by doing. The inheritance process occurs naturally through role modeling, gradual participation, and collective work interactions, reflecting core principles of ethnopedagogy and cultural enculturation. Nevertheless, the study also identifies potential dysfunctions, particularly limited adaptation to socio-economic changes and a lack of innovation that may affect younger generations’ interest in continuing the enterprise. This research underscores that traditional shrimp paste enterprises serve not only economic purposes but also play a strategic role as local culture–based learning systems that contribute to character formation, cultural identity, and the sustainability of coastal traditions

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan gaya kepemimpinan yang berorientasi pada perubahan positif, pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan penciptaan visi bersama untuk mencapai tujuan organisasi. Dalam perspektif Islam, kepemimpinan transformasional tidak hanya menekankan aspek profesional dan moral, tetapi juga spiritualitas yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai tauhid, amanah, keadilan, dan ihsan. Pemimpin dalam Islam berperan sebagai khalifah yang bertanggung jawab memimpin dengan keteladanan, membimbing dengan hikmah, serta mendorong perubahan menuju kebaikan umat. Artikel ini membahas integrasi prinsip-prinsip kepemimpinan transformasional dengan nilai-nilai Islam melalui pendekatan konseptual dan analisis literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai seperti keikhlasan, keadilan, musyawarah, dan tanggung jawab moral menjadi dasar penting dalam membentuk kepemimpinan transformasional Islami. Dengan menginternalisasi nilai-nilai spiritual dan etika Islam, seorang pemimpin mampu membangun budaya organisasi yang berorientasi pada kemaslahatan dan keberlanjutan. Kajian ini merekomendasikan pentingnya penerapan model kepemimpinan transformasional berbasis Islam dalam lembaga pendidikan, pemerintahan, dan organisasi sosial untuk mewujudkan perubahan yang berkeadilan dan berkeberlanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya penguatan karakter Islami melalui pembinaan yang terstruktur dan berkelanjutan di lingkungan pendidikan Islam. Fokus penelitian ini adalah penguatan Empat Pilar Kesalehan: iman, ilmu, amal, dan akhlak melalui pelaksanaan program tarbiyah di SMP Islam Terpadu Al Uswah Banyuwangi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan program tarbiyah serta perannya dalam membentuk kesalehan guru dan peserta didik. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap kegiatan tarbiyah yang dilaksanakan di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program tarbiyah dilaksanakan secara sistematis melalui pembinaan ruhiyah, penguatan keilmuan, pembiasaan amal ibadah dan sosial, serta penanaman nilai-nilai akhlak mulia dalam aktivitas pendidikan sehari-hari. Program tarbiyah tersebut berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan kesadaran beriman, budaya belajar, kepedulian sosial, dan perilaku berakhlak Islami. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa program tarbiyah berperan strategis dalam mengintegrasikan Empat Pilar Kesalehan sebagai fondasi pembentukan karakter Islami di SMP Islma Terpadu Al Uswah Banyuwangi.
