Abstract

Public relation is an overall effort done in a planned and sustainable in order to create and maintain goodwill (goodwill) and mutual understanding between an organization with all its audience. The problem studied in this research is Marketing that uses public relations at PT. Radio Suara Mandala 96.4 Fm Banyuwangi. Using qualitative research methods. In collecting data using interview method, participant observation, and documentation, then the data collected in if and analyzed by using interactive model Miles and Huberman. To test the validity of data is Triangulation Method, Trianggulasi Sumber, Triangulasi Theory. From the results of this study in the know that in PT. Radio Suara Mandala 96.4 FM, marketing using public relations with 3 criteria, including Marketing Strategy (research, forming marketing objectives), Implementation of Marketing Strategy (implements public relations plan) and Evaluation of marketing strategy (evaluating results using public relations)

Abstract

The method of teaching-learning always done by the teacher, where the students still study in the class with the teacher. But, it will not be running well, when the strategy as a method of teaching cannot be understood by a student and cannot support them to evolve and motivate their study. Basically, Total Physical response consists of management or action that is given by instructor or teacher that is related to physical respond clearly.In this research, the data resources are gotten from the pre-test score, post-test score, interview, and documentation. The research used experimental approach. The students as the object were divided to be two classes, they consist of experimental class and control class. The researcher gives a comparison between an experimental class that is given treatment by Total Physical Response and control class by translation. The research design was correlation relational study. This research calculates the data of pre-test and post-test with a formula of product moment. The result of computing correlation coefficient (ro) of TPR 1,000 and rtable indicate 0,800-1,000 is high. So that, there is an influence of Total Physical Response for improving student's speaking skill because it gets "high" value in rtable of the influence of TPR. From the result above, the influence is 100 % from TPR.

Abstract

This research is a classroom action research with inquiry techniques whose main purpose is for students to find the main idea and the main sentence of the paragraph. This classroom action research is conducted approximately one month ie mid-May to mid-June. The subjects of this study are students of SMP Plus Darussalam which totaled 34 students and female sex. Analysis of data used based on each stage of research that has been done. The results of the classroom action research process that has been implemented are known that the ability of students in learning to read the understanding of techniques has increased from the implementation of the cycle 1 to cycle 2. This can be seen from the percentage of students' ability to read comprehension find the main idea and the main sentence. From the research results can be concluded that the implementation of classroom action research with inquiry techniques can improve the ability to read comprehension in finding the main idea and the main sentence

Abstract

Di Desa Kradenan Kecamatan Purwoharjo Kabupaten Banyuwangi sebagian warga masyarakat (penduduk) nya melakukan tindakan pindah agama, oleh karena itu penelitian ini dilakukan. Tindakan (perilaku) pindah agama diasusmsikan mempunyai faktor-faktor penyebab sehingga melakukan tindakan konversi, sekaligus dampak tindakan konversi (pindah) agama dalam kehidupan individual maupun sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan alat pengumpul data adalah wawancara, observasi partisipatif dan dokumenter serta dianalisis dengan deskriptif kualitatif. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian, bahwa yang menjadi faktor-faktor penyebab individu melakukan tindak konversi (pindah) agama adalah perkawinan (pernikahan). Bahwa tindakan pindah agama mempunyai dampak terhadap kondisi psikologis yang berupa kondisi kognitif, kondisi afektif dan kondisi behavioral, sedangkan dampak kondisi sosial pindah komunitas, status kependudukan dan anggota lembaga (organisasi) sosial keagamaan.

Abstract

This research is to analyze the students' difficulties in the problem-solving process. Based on the analysis, the mistakes made by the students in solving the mathematical problems of opportunity materials based on Polya step resulted in 100% understanding of the problem, drawing up the plan 81%, implementing the 81% plan and re-checking the solution by 100%. The type of mistakes most often done by students in doing problem solving problems mathematics of opportunity material, among others, in the process of understanding the problem of the error in determining what is known and asked, in the process of preparing a plan that is not write down the steps used in solving problems and students write down the steps used in solving the problem but not in accordance with the problem, the error in implementing the plan that is not write the formula used, the error in determining the conclusion that is not write the conclusion given, error in re-examine the solution is not doing the calculation when re-checking the solution. Scaffolding activities include environmental provisions 25%, explaining 25%, restructuring 17%, reviewing 17%, developing conceptual thinking 16%. This activity can improve students' problem-solving abilities on opportunity materials. It can be seen from the test results of both students who showed improvement and positive response of students after scaffolding activities. So it can be concluded that the scaffolding activities undertaken can have a positive impact on the students.

Abstract

This study is about how the ownership of the company's financial, the management company and the conflict of interest arises. Shareholding in this article is managerial ownership and institutional ownership. This study aims to test and analyze how much the ownership of companies, both managerial and institutional in determining the value of companies with an overview of the Agency Theory. Mechanical analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. Population 37 companies, using purposive sampling the sample contained 8 specialized manufacturing company Consumer Goods Industry Sector listed on the Stock Exchange from 2012 - 2015. The results show Managerial ownership did not show a significant role in determining the value of the Company. Moderate Institutional ownership has a significant role in determining the value of the company

Abstract

SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Karangdoro kecamatan Tegalsari Banyuwangi merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perkembangan peserta didik. Hal ini dilakukan karena lembaga tersebut menerapkan Kurikulum Berbasis Kompetensi (KBK). Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengetahui upaya guru dalam meningkatkan perkembangan siswa SMP Plus Darussalam Blokagung Karangdoro kecamatan Tegalsari Banyuwangi tahun pelajaran 2013/2014 dilihat dari aspek kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode pengumpul data: wawancara dengan teknik porposive sampling, observasi, serta di analisis dengan analisis wacana. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru telah berupaya semaksimal mungkin melalui tugas guru dalam pembelajaran, yaitu sebagai pendidik, pengajar dan pembimbing. Sementara itu upaya meningkatkan perkembangan siswa oleh guru diantara: Pertama Pengembangan kognitif siswa, dilakukan melalui penyampaian ilmu pengetahuan melalui materi yang sudah ditentukan dalam kurikulum. Kedua, Pengembangan afektif siswa, dilakukan melalui contoh atau teladan antara lain prilaku, dan perbuatan yang relevan dengan perkembangan siswa. Ketiga Pengembangan psikomotorik siswa, dilakukan melalui motivasi-motivasi, dorongan, stimulasi dan tindakan psikologis secara tegas dan rutin

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was a significant difference between students who were taught to write descriptive paragraphs using "semantic mapping strategies" and taught using conventional strategies for tenth-grade students MA Nurul Huda Sukaraja. This research uses experimental method, experimental queasy design. The population in this research is 103 students, and the sample of 50 students is taken by using purposive sampling, that is 25 students of experiment group and 25 students of a control group. To analyze data using the independent t-test, and the calculation results show that t-obtained is higher than t-table (4.57> 2.0106). Thus, the alternative hypothesis (Ho) There is no significant difference between students taught using semantic mapping strategies and students taught using conventional strategies to tenth-grade. (Ha) There is a significant difference between students taught using semantic mapping strategies and students taught using conventional strategies to tenth-grade. That means that Ha is a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group.

Abstract

Advances in communication and information technology such as mobile phones not only hit the people who live in urban areas but can be enjoyed by people in remote villages. People who once so thick with their culture little by little more lost. This research is focused on "Mobile Affect Against Behavior of Juvenile Junior High School (13-15 Years) in Tegalpare Village Wringinputih Village Muncar Sub-district of Banyuwangi Regency". This research uses the descriptive method with case study technique. Research using interview and observation technique of participant. After the researcher conducted observation and interview at adolescent in Tegalpare sub-village, Muncar sub-district resulted that influence of behavior pattern of Tegalpare Dusun due to the use of mobile phone has very big negative effect in education, social and religious life. Because they become lazy to socialize with friends and the environment, lazy to learn even lazy worship which is their obligation as Muslims. Thus handphone gives influence to the behavior of junior high school age (13-15 years) in Tegalpare Village Wringinputih Village Muncar District Banyuwangi District

Abstract

Nilai-nilai pendidikan karakter perlu ditumbuhkembangkan peserta didik yang pada akhirnya akan menjadi cerminan hidup bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, sekolah memiliki peranan yang besar dalam pengembangan pendidikan karakter karena peran sekolah sebagai pusat pembudayaan melalui pendekatan pengembangan budaya sekolah (school culture). Studi dalam penelitian ini mengenai Implementasi Pendidikan Karakter Dalam Mata Pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMA Darussalam Blokagung Banyuwangi. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini adalah tentang perencanaan guru dan implementasi pendidikan karakter pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI). Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Artinya penelitian ini berusaha mengungkapkan secara obyektif dan sistematis fakta-fakta atau peristiwa yang terkait dengan munculnya gejala-gejala dari yang menjadi pusat perhatian penelitian. Penelitian ini berusaha untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan yang lebih mendalam atau pencarian makna-makna dibalik munculnya gejala yang terkait dengan subyek penelitian
