Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between cohesivenessand organizational climate with headmaster performance in Elementery School Siak Regency.The sample of the research is 80 headmaster Elementery School selected. Research conductedin the Siak Regency for approximately 3 months. The research was conducted in to March2016. The population in this study is a headmaster Elementery School in Siak Regency totaling80 headmaster and the number of samples obtained 67 headmaster. The instrument of theresearch is questioner the validity of the instrument by using product moment pearson, therealibility of the this instrument by using alpha cronbach. The results of this research are: (1)There is a positive relationship between cohesiveness (X1) with the headmaster performance(Y) with correlation ry1=0,41, (2) There is a positive relationship between organizational climate(X2) with headmaster performance (Y) with correlation ry2=0,32, and (3) There is a positiverelationship between cohesiveness (X1) and organizational climate (X2) with headmasterperformance (Y) with correlation ry12= 0,71.

Abstract

This reseacrh of data consisted three variables, one dependent variable andtwo independent variables. The dependent variable (Y) is the work stress, while the firstindependent variable (X1) is teacher competence and second independent variables (X2) is theworkload. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of teacher competencewith work stress, workload against work stress, teacher competence and workload with workstresstogether. Respondents were teachers of State Senior High School in Mandau Sub-DistrictBengkalis Districwith totaling 160 people obtained byrandom sampling proportional technique.This research of data collected through questionnaire as a research instrument. Before thestudy tested the following instruments validity and reliability. Analysis of the data used isdescriptive analysis, statistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of correlationcoefficient indicates a strong relationship between teacher competency against work stress of0.679 and correlation workload against occupational stress by 0.543. While jointly relationshipteacher competence and workload of the work stress of 0.757.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of variables (1) the principal’sleadership on teacher performance, (2) work motivation of teachers on teacher performance,(3) the principal’s leadership and motivation of teachers working together on teacherperformance. Respondents are state elementary school teacher in District Bengkalis totaling87 people were obtained by simple random sampling technique. Data collected throughquestionnaire as a research instrument. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis, inferentialstatistical analysis and hypothesis testing. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculated usingCronbach alpha. In partial results showed the positive influence among the leadership of theprincipal on teacher performance of 0.332, and a positive influence between work motivationof teachers on teacher performance of 0.354. While simultaneously the influence of schoolleadership and motivation of teachers on teacher performance of 0.418.

Abstract

The purpose of this research to determine whether there is the contribution of astyle of leadership and motivation the school principal on the performance of junior high schoolteachers kecamatan singingi hilir kabupaten kuantan singingi .Sample in this research using atechnique of sampling probabillity taken as proportionate stratified random sampling by thenumber of some 63 people. Data analysis used in this research the correlation coefficient isproduct moment and correlation analysis. Based on analysis of the data and the testing ofhypotheses consisting of two variables free namely variable style of leadership (x1) and motivationthe school principal (x2) their lack of roots and variable is performance teachers (y). Theresults of the study show their contribution style of leadership (x1) of performance of teachers(y), obtained value koefesien correlation r of 0,719 , with the determination of 0,516 koefesien.To koefesien correlation motivation the school principal (x2) of performance of teachers (y) asmuch as 0,731 with the determination of 0,527 koefesien. Next koefesien correlation togetherbetween contribution style of leadership (x1) and motivation the school principal (x2) ofperformance of teachers (y) as much as 0,758 with koefesien determination of 0,575. Laterretrieved value r square of 0,575 that means that there are contribution style of leadership (x1)and motivation the school principal (x2) of performance of teachers (y) is of 57,5 % , while therest of 42,5 % influenced other variables out variable the treatment. The results of statisticsshows that there is contribution strong and welfare between style of leadership (x1) and motivationthe school principal (x2) of performance of teachers (y) senior high school kecamatan singingihilir kabupaten kuantan singingi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of motivation andinterpersonal communication either simultaneously or partially on teacher performance at statesenior vocational schools (SMKN) in Rambah district of Rokan Hulu.The study population isSMKN teachers in Rambah district Rokan Hulu 139 pearsons, with a sample of 103 pearsonsusing the formula of Taro Yamane. Form data in this study are primary data. Data werecollected by questionnaire using Likert scaleMethods of data analysis in this study multipleregression with SPSS.Research results showedthat workmotivation and interpersonalcommunication positive and significant effect to the performance of teachers eithersimultaneouslyor partially.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal how good conformity, organizational culture, and teacherperformance and the relationship between conformity and the culture of the organization withthe performance of teachers. The population in this study are all teachers sector of JuniorSchool Inti In Siak Hulu Sub-District, the sampling technique using proportionate stratifiedrandom sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed descriptively bylooking at score of mean and inferential techniques korelasinonal. The results showed that: (1)conformity are at the category level is not good (2) organizational culture are at the categorylevel; (3) the performance of teachers at the level of either category. (4) there is a positive andsignificant relationship between conformity and teacher performance. (5) there is a positiveand significant relationship between organizational culture with teacher performance. (6) thereis a positive and significant relationship between culture oganisasi with teacher performance.Significantly conformity contributed 95.2% to the performance of teachers. The organizationalculture significantly contributed 93.8% to the performance of teachers. While conformity andorganizational culture simultaneously contributed 95.4% to the performance of teachers sectorof Junior School Inti In Siak Hulu Sub-District.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze (1) Value-based leadership directly affect positivelyand significantly to the work culture (2) Value-based leadership directly affect positively andsignificantly to job satisfaction of teachers (3) Working culture directly affect positively andsignificantly to job satisfaction of teachers (4) value-based leadership and work culture positiveand significant direct effect on job satisfaction of teachers in junior high school sub-district SaloKampar regency. The population of as many as 95 teachers. With cluster random sampling,sample obtained 77 respondents. Data analysis using path analysis (path analysis). The finalconclusion (1) The values-based leadership has positive influence on the work culture at 96.3%,meaning that the higher the value of value-based leadership can create a better working culture(2) a value-based leadership positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers 96.5 %, meaningthat the higher the value of value-based leadership the higher the job satisfaction of teachers tothe school (3) working culture positive effect on job satisfaction of teachers by 95%, that is, thebetter the work culture that exist in school, the higher the job satisfaction of teachers in theseschools (4) the values-based leadership and work culture positive effect on job satisfaction ofteachers by 96.8%, meaning that the higher the value of value-based leadership and workculture that is created in school, the higher the job satisfaction of teachers in junior secondaryschool in the District Salo, Kampar

Abstract

The aim of this research to determine the contribution of variable (1) altruismwith the performance of teacher (2) organizational climate on teacher performance (3) altruismand organizational climate on teacher performance. The Respondents were senior high schoolteachers at Tanah Putih sub-district RokanHilir district which amounts to 101 gained bysimplerandom sampling Proportional techniques. The accumulation of data is conducted througha questionnaire as a research instrument. The analysis of data is using descriptive analysis,inferential statistical analysis and hypothesis. Instrument reliability coefficient is calculated byusing Cronbach alpha. The result of research shows the contribution between the altruism ofteacher performance by 0,667, and there is a contributions Organizational Climate on teacherperformance by 0,243. Whereas simultaneously, contributions altruism and organizational climateon teacher performance by 0.707

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship between work motivationand job satisfaction with the Teacher Performance in SMK Sub-District of Rambah RokanHulu, this research used survey method with techniques korelasinonal, The variables consistedof two independent variables that work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2) while thedependent variable is the Teacher performance (Y). Research shows that that the correlationcoefficient between work motivation (X1) with the performance of teachers (Y), obtained theregression equation is Û = 22 698 + 0,752X1 of this equation can be interpreted that eachincrease of one unit of work motivation (X1) will be followed by the increase in performanceteacher of 0.752 at a constant 22 698 teachers SMK sub-district Rambah Rokan Hulu, thestatistical results showed that motivation contributes very significantly to the performance ofteachers of SMK Negeri sub-district Rambah Rokan Hulu, for the correlation coefficient betweenjob satisfaction ( X2) with the performance of teachers (Y), obtained the regression equation isÛ = 18 702 + 0,800X2 of this equation can be interpreted that each increase of one unit of jobsatisfaction (X2) will be followed by a rise of 0,800 on the performance of teachers in theteacher’s constant SMK Negeri 18 702 Sub-District Rambah Rokan Hulu, the statistical resultsshowed that job satisfaction contributes very significantly to the performance of teachers ofSMK Negeri Rambah sub-district of Rokan Hulu, As for the multiple regression test betweenmotivation and job satisfaction with the performance of a teacher SMK Rokan Hulu subdistrictRambah can be seen in the regression equation is as follows Û = 15 212 + 0,328X1 + 0,515X2.The statistical results showed that motivation and job satisfaction on a constant 15 212 contributedto improving teacher performance of 0.328 and 0.515 at SMK teachers Rambah sub-district ofRokan Hulu.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the contribution of theemotionalintellegence and social intellegence either simultaneously or partiall on caretaker leadershipstyle of art galleries in the city of Pekanbaru. The population of the research was member ofart galleries in the City of Pekanbaru. Totalling 240member, with sample of 100 activememberusing cluster random samplingtechnique. Form data in this study are primary andsekunder. Data collection through questionnairefor art of leadership, emotional intellegence,social intellegence.Data using likert scale. Metods of data analysis in this study multiple regressionSPSS. Research result showed that:1)emotional intellegence has a high interpretations, 2)socialintellegence has a high interpretations, 3)style of leadership has a high interpretations,4)simultanaeously and partially contained a significant and strong relathionship between emotionalintellegence and social intellegence to the leadership style, 5)simultanaeously and partiallycontained a significant and great contribution between emotional intellegence and socialintellegence to the leadership style.
