This study was initiated by the low learning outcomes of social studies students at SDN 002 Muara Lembu. The purpose of this research is to improve students' social studies learning outcomes by applying the power of two cooperative learning model. This research was conducted at SDN 002 Muara Lembu. When the research was conducted in the even semester of the 2018/2019 school year. The subjects of this study were students of class IV.B SDN 002 Muara Lembu with a total of 22 students consisting of 13 male students and 9 female students. This type of research is a classroom action research study consisting of two cycles, each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The results of research conducted to prove that, student learning outcomes have increased, from an average base score of 62.7 increased to 73.2 in Cycle I and increased again in cycle II to 87.3. Overall, there was an increase from the baseline score to End of Cycle II at 35.1%. From these results, it can be concluded that by applying the power of two types of cooperative learning model can improve the social learning outcomes of students in grade IV.B SDN 002 Muara Lembu.

This study aims to develop an andragogical competency assessment instrument. The research method used is a development method that produces a product in the form of a companion andragogical competency assessment instrument. The development of the instrument through some stages, namely the first phase of the instruments,the second phase of judgment instrument by experts, the third phase testing instruments and the fourth analysis item. A sample of respondents taken by using purposive sampling as many as 200 assisted residents in DKI Jakarta. Data Analysis research using the descriptive confirmatory statistical descriptive analysis of factors to find the validity and the formation of factor characteristics and reliability is determined by Alpha Cronbach more than 0,70. The assessment instrument has been declared valid and reliable. The first stage of this development is to compile an instrument based on theoretical studies and obtain 5 dimensions of standard andragogical competence on the principles and 5 dimensions of the mentoring process. The second stage was carried out by the expert justment of the instrument by providing an assessment and revising the grid and instrument items. The content validity was tested by experts and a good aiken statistical index. The third stage is testing in the field and the fourth stage is conducting factor analysis with the results of the value of the construct validity carried out by exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis where the Confirmatory Factor Analysis test results show 34 valid and reliable items.

In the process of learning Social Sciences is very necessary for the right and optimal learning for students by teachers both intellectually and emotionally, so that ideal conditions are created in the learning process. But the learning process carried out by the teacher is very far from the ideal word, this is due to the weak learning process developed by the teacher. The purpose of this study was to improve the learning outcomes of students' Social Sciences by applying media images. This study uses classroom action research which consists of 4 stages, such as; planning, observation, implementation and reflection. As for the results of the study, judging from the initial completeness, as many as 13 students or 43.3% of students who completed the Minimum Completion Criteria, while the students who were not completed were 17 students or 56.6% with a class average of 63.4. In the first cycle, as many as 21 students or 70% had completed reaching the Minimum Completion Criteria, while students who had not yet completed reached the Minimum Completion Criteria as many as 9 students or 30% with a class average value of 73.2. For the second cycle, as many as 26 students or 86.6% had completed reaching the Minimum Completion Criteria and only 4 students or 13.3% had not yet completed reaching the Minimum Completion Criteria.

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes of PAI through the Group Investigation learning model. This research is a classroom action research conducted at SDN 003 Tasik Juang. The subjects of this study were 30 people. The research will be carried out from August to September 2019. The research instrument used was an observation sheet and a test of learning outcomes. The results showed an increase in student learning activities and outcomes with a percentage of student activities in the first cycle of 57.5% with enough categories increased to 72.5% with a high category, student learning outcomes in the first cycle showed as many as 17 students or 56.7% who meet the KKM value set with an average learning outcome of 64.5 which is included in the category of being increased in the second cycle which shows as many as 24 students or 80% have met the KKM with an average of 75.3 which is included in the high category. Based on these results it can be concluded that the learning model of Group Investigation can improve the learning outcomes of PAI SDN 003 Tasik Juang students.

This research is motivated by a number of students who have difficulty in learning mathematics caused by external factors, including: the attention of family members when learning mathematics, the teacher's method of teaching mathematics, the atmosphere of the home environment, and so on. External factors are very influential on students besides the genetic factors or internal factors. Various problems caused by the stimuli from outside individuals make students experience learning difficulties. This research used descriptive quantitative method that aimed to find out any external factors that affect learning difficulties in learning mathematics for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 125 Pekanbaru. The population of this study consisted of 44 students, with students who received grades below the KKM of 37 students as the sample. Data collection techniques used were documentation and questionnaires. Based on research findings, the external factors influenced the difficulty of learning mathematics for fourth grade students of SD Negeri 125 Pekanbaru. The biggest factor in influencing difficulties in learning mathematics was the teacher's method of teaching mathematics with a percentage of 17.5%.

This study was initiated by the students’ low achievement in Civics learning at grade class V SD Negeri 184 Pekanbaru. The studets’ average score before using listening team learning strategy was 69.73; as a result, it did not reach the specified Minimum Completeness Criteria which was 75. For this reason, teachers needed to improve the learning process; one of which was using listening team learning strategy. This strategy began with the presentation of the material by the teacher, then continued by dividing students into several small groups consisting of four people. Each group member performed the role of a questioner, answerer, buffer, and conclusion drawer. Then, the activitiy ended with concluding the learning material. The purpose of this study was to improve students’ learning outcomes in Civics at grade V SD Negeri 184 Pekanbaru. This study was conducted in 2 cycles. The data were obtained from teacher and student activity as well as students’ learning outcome on daily tests in each cycle. It was found that the teacher’s activity increased in cycle I from 41.66% (very low) to 58.33% (less). Then, in cycle II, it increased from 66.66% (enough) to 91.66% (very good). This also occurred at student activities with the percentage in the first cycle was from 50% (very poor) to 58.33% (less) and it increased the second cycle from 75% (enough) to 83.33% (good). In addition, the students’ learning outcomes in civics subject also increased from the average base score of 69.73 to 75.68 in the first cycle (8.53%). In the second cycle, it increased by 20.15% from the basic score to 83.78. Thus, the listening team learning strategy improved the students’ learning outcomes in Civics learning at grade V SD Negeri 184 Pekanbaru.Â

This research is based on the low level of mathematics learning result of grade 3 students of SDN 004Tembelihan Kota. Based on this, the researcher performs improvement of learning process by applying STADtype cooperative learning model. This research was conducted in SDN 004 Tembilahan Kota, the subject of thisresearch is the third grade students with the number of 23 students. Based on the research results obtained datathat after the implementation of cooperative model type STAD student learning outcomes have increased on thebasic score of the number of students who complete is 8 students with an average score of 58.41. In cycle I thetotal number of completed students is 16 students with an average score of 71.14. And in cycle II the number ofcompleted students is 22 students with an average score of 84.32.

This study aims to improve student reading skills by applying the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model in class II. B SDN 004 Teratak Buluh. This research is a class action research that includes planning (action), action (observation), observation (observation), reflection (evaluation) or evaluation. The results showed that the value of students' reading skills for each assessment indicator was in the range of 65% to 85% in the first cycle, which was included in the good and very good category. While the results of the overall reading skills assessment were 71.2% in the good category. The results of students' reading skills in cycle II, the assessment is in the range of 84% to 90% which is included in the category of good and very good, while the results of the overall reading skills assessment in the second cycle are 86.2% with a very good category. Based on these results it can be concluded that the application of the Contextual Teaching And Learning (CTL) learning model can improve the reading skills of students in class II. B SDN 004 Teratak Buluh.

The background of this research is the low learning outcomes of science at the fourth grade students of SDN 016Beringin Jaya. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of grade IV science through theadoption of cooperative learning model type make a match. This research is a classroom action researchconducted at SDN 016 Beringin Jaya, the subject of this research is the fourth grade students with 25 students.The results showed that after applying the cooperative learning model, make a match type can improve studentlearning outcomes. Seen in the acquisition of teacher activity data in the first cycle of the 1st meeting with apercentage of 56%, the second meeting with a percentage of 69.5%, in the second cycle at the third meeting thepercentage was 83%, and at the 4th meeting the percentage obtained 95%. Data on student activity in the firstcycle of the 1st meeting was 55.5%, the second meeting was 66.5%, in the second cycle the third meeting was80%, and the fourth meeting was 93%. This research is motivated by the low of IPS student learning mastery of class VI SDN 01 Tanjuang BalikDistrict of Lima Puluh City West Sumatra. The objectives to be achieved in this research is to improve themastery of IPS learning on the material development of the territory of Indonesia Student Class VI SDN 01Tanjuang Balik District of Lima Puluh Kota West Sumatera through Expository strategy implemented for 1month. This research was conducted at SDN 01 Tanjuang Balik District of Lima Puluh Kota Sumatera Barat.The researcher's first grade is Class VI semester one with a total of 27 students. This classroom action researchbegan to take place in early August 2016. This form of research is a classroom action research. The instrumentof this research consists of instrument of activity sheet of teacher and student and test result of learning. Basedon the results of the analysis and discussion as presented in chapter IV, it can be concluded that the applicationof learning method using expository strategy can increase the IPS learning mastery in the material developmentof Indonesian territory of grade VI student SDN 01 Tanjuang Balik Pangkalan Koto Baru Sub-district, LimaPuluh Kota, West Sumatera. This success is caused by the application of learning methods using studentexpository strategies become more active which means students tend to be positive in following the teaching andlearning process provided by the teacher. Through the improvement of learning by using expository strategy incycle II, student learning outcomes reach individual completeness and mastery of class with average value 74,1.
