Abstract

The development of competitive advantage for SMEs in Medan City is carried out by looking at the marketing aspects. In improving its marketing performance, SMEs review aspects of market orientation and product innovation. This will allow SMEs to compete with their competitors. The role of the government is also increasingly needed in making the quality improvement of SMEs such as providing facilities and infrastructure for good access to the market, providing understanding in increasing product innovation and opening access to SME marketing in the future. However, some entrepreneurs are constrained in making this because of  the limited information and advantages they have. Based on the model and dimensions of the marketing strategy, the results of observational analysis and interviews with speakers conducted by researchers argue that the marketing development strategy of MSMEs in Medan City is included in the progressive strategy model. That is the strategy that is carried out by surviving with the marketing aspect.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of business risk, profitability and liquidity on capital structure in Mining Sector companies in the Coal sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. The population in this study is 29 companies in the Mining Sector of the Coal Sub-Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2022. Sample selection was carried out based on the purposive sampling method. So that the sample in this study is 22 companies. Multiple linear regression analysis is used to analyze the relationships between variables. The results show that the degree of operating leverage does not have a significant effect on the Debt to Equity Ratio. Return On Equity has a significant negative effect on the Debt to Equity Ratio. The Current Ratio has a significant negative effect on the Debt to Equity Ratio.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of E-Service Quality and E-Trust on E-Customer Loyalty in the e-Banking application of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Mobile with E-Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening variable this study there are problems at the level of use of BSI Mobile continues to increase, fraud cases, and service quality problems electronic (e-service quality) in BSI Mobile services where there are obstacles from the bank that is less responsive and less responsive. This study uses a quantitative approach using primary data and data collection by distributing questionnaires. The sample determinant uses Lemeshow formula so that the sample required is 100 respondents and the type of nonprobability sampling. Alat dalam menganalisis data adalah Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan alat bantu software SmartPLS versi 4.0.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa E-Service Quality tidak berpengaruh signifikat terhadap E- Customer Loyalty ,E-trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap E-Customer Loyalty.E-service Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap E-Customer Satisfaction .E-trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap E-Customer Satisfaction .E-Customer Satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikat terhadap E-Custumer Loyalty. E-Customer Satisfaction mampu memediasi hubungan positif dan signifikan antara  E-Service Quality terhadap E-Loyalty. E-Customer Satisfaction mampu memediasi hubungan positif dan signifikan antara E-Trust terhadap E-Loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leverage, business riskand investment decisions on company value with dividend policy asa moderating variable. This type of research is quantitative research.The population in this study includes all coal companies. The samplein this research was 22 companies. The sampling method used inthis research is purposive sampling, while the data processingmethod used in this research is moderated regression analysis. Theresearch results show that leverage and business risk have asignificant negative effect on company value. Investment decisionshave no effect on company value. Dividend policy as a moderatingvariable weakens the influence of leverage and investment decisionson company value. Dividend policy as a moderating variable is ableto strengthen the influence of business risk on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of income and locus of control on financial management behavior of K-Popers community members in Pekanbaru city with hedonism lifestyle as a moderating variable. The population in this study included K-Pop fans in Pekanbaru city who fit certain criteria with a sample of 330 respondents. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. Data analysis using structural equating modeling on partial least square. The results showed that income has a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of K-Popers community members in Pekanbaru city. Locus of control has a positive and significant effect on the financial management behavior of K-Popers community members in Pekanbaru city. Hedonism lifestyle has a significant negative effect on the financial management behavior of K-Popers community members in Pekanbaru city. Hedonism lifestyle as a moderating variable weakens the positive relationship between income and financial management behavior of K-Popers community members in Pekanbaru city and is significant. While hedonism lifestyle as a moderating variable weakens the positive relationship between locus of control and financial management behavior of K-Popers community members in Pekanbaru city but is not significant

Abstract

The rapid development of the fashion world has attracted a lot ofpublic attention, especially among teenagers who want to lookattractive. Shoes are one of the most famous fashion trends, asevidenced by the creation of various models and types of shoes sold onthe market. Therefore, shoe industry companies offer affordableprices, have a good brand image, and are able to provide satisfactionto consumers. This study was conducted to determine the influence ofsocial media marketing and electronic word of mouth on brand imageand purchase intention with ventela shoe products in pekanbaru city.The population in this study were all consumers who were interestedin making purchases on the Ventela shoe brand who were domiciled inPekanbaru City with a sample size of 100 people. The data collectiontechnique in this study used a questionnaire with a quantitativemethod. The analysis tool used in this study was Path Analysis usingthe SPSS 26 application. The results of the study showed that 1. SocialMedia Marketing had a positive and significant effect on Brand Image;2. electronic Word Of Mouth had a positive and significant effect onBrand Image; 3. Social Media Marketing had a positive and significanteffect on purchase intention; 4. electronic Word Of Mouth has apositive and significant effect on purchase intention; 5. Brand Imagehas a positive and significant effect on purchase intention; 6. BrandImage is able to mediate the influence of Social Media Marketing onpurchase intention; 7. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Internal Integration on Operational Performance through Supplier Integration at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. The population in this study consists of the management and operational teams at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru, totaling 35 individuals. The sampling technique that will be used in this research is Non-Probability Sampling, specifically referred to as saturation sampling. This means that all 35 management and operational teams at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru will be included. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is the analytical method used in this research, processed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of the hypothesis test from this study indicate that Operational Performance is significantly and positively influenced by Internal Integration. Supplier Integration is significantly and positively influenced by internal integration. Operational performance is significantly and positively influenced by supplier integration. The influence of Internal Integration on operational performance is minimized by supplier integration.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to knowThe Effect of Product Innovation and Market Orientation on Competitive Advantage and Company Performance in the Small and Medium Furniture Industry in the city of Pekanbaru. In this study consists of four variables. Those variables areProduct Innovation (X1) Market Orientation (X2) on Competitive Advantage (Y1) and Company Performance (Y2). The data analysis method uses the Quantitative Descriptive method with the Path Analysis tool, with the help of using a statistical application, namely SPSS version 23. The results show that: 1) Product innovation has a significant effect on competitive advantage. 2) Product innovation has a significant effect on company performance. 3) Market orientation has a significant effect on competitive advantage. 4) Market orientation has a significant effect on company performance. 5)Competitive advantage has a significant effect on company performance. 6) Product innovation has a significant effect on company performance through competitive advantage. 7) Market orientation has a significant effect on company performance through competitive advantage.
