Abstract

Hotel reservation is an activity where a customer comes to the hotel to book a room and stay in a room that has been booked. Orders are made by customers, at the hotel Shades Rantaupapat the process of collecting the customers who will stay is still done manually. So that customers have to come to the hotel to make reservations directly. This reservation information system is an application that can help speed up registration or registration when at the reception. Cancellation can also be directly managed by the admin or receptionist. So as to provide other convenience in making reservations. In making this information system using a system development method in the form of a waterfall. At the time of making the programs using Visual Basic NET 2010. For databases that are used to create databases using SQL Server 2008. The application of this information system can help employees to record customers who stay overnight and manage information needs needed to support the hotel business.

Abstract

In implementing health services, puskesmas must document all actions and treatments that are given to patients in a document called Medical Records. According to Minister of Health Regulation No.269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 article 1 (1), medical records are files containing notes and documents about patient identities. Medical records are of good quality if the medical record is accurate, complete, trustworthy, valid and timely. One form of management in Medical Records is reporting. According to Minister of Health Regulation No.269 / MENKES / PER / III / 2008 article 1 (1), Medical Record is a file that contains notes and documents about patient identity, examinations, actions, and other services that have been given to patients. In the statement, all information about a patient has been reflected which will be made the basis for determining further actions in services and other medical actions given to a patient who comes to the community health center. The Medical Record is said to be of high quality if the Medical Record is accurate, complete, trustworthy, valid and timely. The Medical Record Installation has activities such as registration, data processing, and storage. One form of processing data in medical records is the existence of assembling activities. Assembling is an assembling activity compiling empty Medical Record forms and storing them into Medical Records, ready to use neatly arranged both in terms of quality and quality.

Abstract

Setiap lembaga pendidikan khususnya Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan pada umumnya memiliki suatu program pendidikan, yaitu pemberian beasiswa kepada siswa yang berprestasi, maupun kepada siswa yang tidak mampu. Permasalahannya yang sering muncul yaitu kurang tepatnya penyaluran beasiswa terhadap siswa, misalnya siswa yang tidak berhak mendapatkan beasiswa namun mendapatkan beasiswa, dan sebaliknya siswa yang seharusnya mendapatkan beasiswa tetapi tidak mendapat beasiswa, baik itu beasiswa prestasi ataupun beasiswa tidak mampu. Masalah seperti itu muncul dikarenakan kurang telitinya para penyeleksi beasiswa dalam melakukan seleksi penerimaan beasiswa, hal ini disebabkan pihak penyeleksi beasiswa itu sendiri para guru yang ada di SMK RAUDLATUL ULUUM Aek Nabara yang pekerjaannya mengajar para siswa, sehingga kurangnya waktu yang di butuhkan untuk melakukan penyeleksian penerimaan beasiswa. Dari 848 siswa dari 23 ruangan yang ada di SMK RAUDLATUL ULUUM Aek Nabara hanya 115 siswa dan setiap ruangan hanya 15 siswa saja yang akan mendapatkan beasiswa. kesalahan yang disebabkan oleh manusia dapat diminimalisir. Sistem keputusan ini bermaksud untuk menjadi sebuah layanan komperehensif yang dapat membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan secara tepat dan menciptakan kondisi yang adil.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the discipline of students at SDN 004 Mantang, Bintan. Initially the level of student discipline can be said to be still lacking. Class management skills are an activity carried out by teachers for their students in the classroom in an effort to regulate all learning components so that they can run well. The results of this study indicate that the application of classroom management skills in improving student discipline at SDN 004 Mantang-Bintan. it can be concluded from the results of processed data through measurement techniques with a Likert scale, in this case it can be concluded that the application of classroom management skills in improving student discipline at SDN 004 Mantang – Bintan is categorized as good with a percentage level of 73.01%. conducting teaching and learning activities often pay attention and direct students to obey and obey the rules before starting to provide learning materials.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja secara parsial dan simultan serta variabel yang paling dominan pengaruhnya terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Sekretariat Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Bantaeng. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bantaeng. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 66 orang, pemilihan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan sampling purposive dengan kriteria semua Aparatur Sipil Negara dan tenaga Honorer yang mendapatkan insentif dengan sampel responden 44 orang pegawai dilingkungan Sekretariat DPRD Kabupaten Bantaeng. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terlihat bahwa (1). Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil analisis regresi tingkat signifikansi 0.032 lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan t-hitung sebesar 2.227 lebih besar dari t-tabel 2.021. (2). Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil analisis regresi tingkat signifikansi 0.000 lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan t-hitung sebesar 9.745 lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 2.021. (3) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil analisis regresi tingkat signifikansi 0.002 lebih kecil dari 0.05 dan t-hitung sebesar 3.355 lebih besar dari t-tabel sebesar 2.021. (4) Terdapat pengaruh kepemimpinan, disiplin kerja dan motivasi secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil uji F-hitung 43.265 lebih besar dari F-tabel 2.84 serta nilai R-Square 0,747. (5) Disiplin kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai uji-Beta sebesar 0.764 jika dibandingkan dengan kepemimpinan sebesar 0.174 dan motivasi sebesar 0.264.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Internal Integration on Operational Performance through Supplier Integration at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru. The population in this study consists of the management and operational teams at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru, totaling 35 individuals. The sampling technique that will be used in this research is Non-Probability Sampling, specifically referred to as saturation sampling. This means that all 35 management and operational teams at PT. Rotte Ragam Rasa Pekanbaru will be included. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is the analytical method used in this research, processed using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results of the hypothesis test from this study indicate that Operational Performance is significantly and positively influenced by Internal Integration. Supplier Integration is significantly and positively influenced by internal integration. Operational performance is significantly and positively influenced by supplier integration. The influence of Internal Integration on operational performance is minimized by supplier integration.

Abstract

Sungai adalah aliran air di permukaan bumi yang terbentuk secara alami, mulai dari hulu kecil hingga hilir besar. Transportasi sedimen, sebagai proses alami yang melibatkan pergerakan material sedimen di sepanjang sungai, dapat berdampak cukup besar pada morfologi sungai. Keberadaan sedimen yang terlalu banyak dapat mempengaruhi perubahan morfologi seperti perubahan bentuk aliran dan kedangkalan di sungai, yang dapat menyebabkan air meluap yang dapat menyebabkan bencana banjir setiap tahunnya. Dalam banyak kasus yang ditemukan di Kabupaten Bantaeang, Sungai Calendu mengalami perubahan morfologi yang signifikan akibat sedimentasi yang terlalu tinggi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa banyak transportasi sedimen dan pengaruh sedimen terhadap perubahan aliran Sungai Calendu di Kabupaten Bantaeng. dan hasil yang diperoleh untuk metode USBR, kejadian pengangkutan sedimen terapung sebesar 13,85 ton/tahun dan total pengangkutan sedimen terapung dengan debit desain Q50 sebesar 178,52 ton, pengangkutan sedimen dasar menggunakan metode Mayer Petter Muler sebesar 1903,72 ton/tahun, Einstein 78,70 ton/tahun, dan berdasarkan data lapangan sebesar 56,22 ton/tahun. Metode yang mendekati data lapangan adalah metode Einstein. Berdasarkan tahun 2018 hingga 2021, terjadi perubahan morfologi dimana pada tahun 2020 diperoleh pengangkutan sedimen terbesar, yaitu 24,39 ton/tahun.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the development of hadith from time to time based on a particular figure, namely Muhammad Hasbie ash Shiddiqie who only focuses on the muta'akhkhirin period starting from the fourth century onwards. There are two questions raised in this research, namely: First, what is the history of hadith writing during the muta'akhirin period and its methodology in the view of Muhammad Hasbi ash-shiddiqie? Second, how was the intellectual contribution of the scholars during the muta'akhirin period and what books emerged during the muta'akhirin period? The method of this research is a qualitative method with the type of literature study using a historiographic approach. So that in this research it can be seen the results that during the muta'akhkhirin period many hadith books were born as well as a large number of hadith figures found in each time.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of adaptive capabilities and information technology capabilities on business performance through innovation as an intervening variable in Riau specialty food SMEs in Pekanbaru. The population in this study were typical Riau food MSMEs in Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used in this research is snowball sampling, namely the data collection technique which starts with a small number of data sources, but as the process progresses, the number increases, and the number of samples is determined by the Lemeshow formula, namely 100 typical Riau food SMEs. The analysis method used in this research is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach which is processed using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.9. The results of research with hypothesis testing show that innovation has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Adaptive capability has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Information technology capability has a positive and significant effect on business performance. Information technology capabilities have a positive and significant effect on innovation. Innovation mediates the influence between adaptive capabilities on business performance. Innovation mediates the influence between information technology capabilities on business performance.

Abstract

The increasing competition in the business sector, particularly among SMEs in Indonesia, requires enterprises to leverage technology and knowledge management to enhance their competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the influence of information technology capability and knowledge management on competitive advantage, with innovation as an intervening variable in traditional Riau food SMEs in Pekanbaru City. The research employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach, utilizing SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.9 for data processing. Data were collected through surveys distributed to SME owners and managers. The findings reveal that innovation significantly enhances competitive advantage, while information technology capability does not directly impact competitive advantage but positively influences innovation. Moreover, knowledge management has a significant positive effect on both innovation and competitive advantage. Additionally, innovation acts as a mediator in the relationship between information technology capability, knowledge management, and competitive advantage. These results highlight the critical role of innovation in strengthening SME competitiveness and emphasize knowledge management as a key driver of innovation. The study suggests that SMEs should optimize technology utilization to support innovation and improve market positioning. This research provides valuable insights for SME practitioners and policymakers in developing strategies to enhance competitiveness through innovation and knowledge management.
