<![CDATA[Tool used to predict the ability of the company at the rate of bankruptcy in order to know the position where the company is located, is in a position to bankruptcy, insolvency or position verge of bankruptcy a safe position. Financial ratios that measure the level of bankruptcy, five of these financial ratios have influence or at least contribute to the prediction model. As for the ratio: the ratio between working capital and total assets; comparison between retained earnings and total assets; the ratio between earnings before interest and tax and total assets; the ratio between shareholders' equity and total liabilities; as well as the comparison between sales and total assets. Each of these ratios has a constant value or parameter.]]>

<![CDATA[Internet banking is currently a method of providing banking services to its customers. PT. Bank Bukopin uses Internet Banking technology in an effort to provide satisfaction to its customers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, privacy, responsiveness, compensation and contact on the quality of internet banking services on customer satisfaction. The independent variable is the quality of internet banking services using 7 variable dimensions, while the dependent variable is customer satisfaction. The data analysis method uses multiple regression. The results showed that efficiency, fulfillment, system availability, responsiveness and compensation on the quality of internet banking services had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT. Bank Bukopin Pontianak Branch. While privacy and contacts on the quality of internet banking services have a negative and significant impact on customer satisfaction of PT. Bank Bukopin Pontianak Branch.]]>

<![CDATA[the company's financial performance is based on assessment of the health of BUMN that are in sound classification (AA). Analysis of company performance based on standard productivity votes BUMN according to the Decree of the Minister of Finance (No. 826 / KMK.123 / 1992 dated July 24, 1992), found on the tendency of each acquisition ratio of the company is healthy. The dominant factors affecting the company's financial performance is a high quick ratio sehingg not optimal to generate profits, a fairly high debt raises the risk of the operating profit, and sales volumes seen from the company's low turnover low.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to determine the effect of motivation, ability and opportunities of employee performance in the general hospital of Nanga Pinoh Melawi District. The number of respondents was 63 respondents. The instrument used for data collection was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. This study uses a descriptive method in the form of a survey that is a method that aims to describe the nature of something that is ongoing at the time of the research and examine the causes of a particular symptom Based on data processing using regression analysis, ability variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Opportunity variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Motivational variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Nanga Pinoh District General Hospital, Melawi Regency. The coefficient of determination is 0.732. It appears that the ability of the independent variable (Ability, Opportunity and Motivation) in explaining the variance of the variable (Performance) is 73.2% and there are 26.8% variance of the dependent variable that has not been able to be explained by the independent variable in this research model.]]>

<![CDATA[The aims of study are analyzing the impact of satisfaction from the taxpayers, tax sanction enforcement and distributive justice on taxpayer compliance, especially taxpayer of construction service companies. Data has been collected by closed questionnaire with Likert scale between 1 and 5. From the statement, it can know the level of taxpayer compliance as the respondent to the problem determined by the way of providing value to answers result from the respondents. Multiple regression analysis has been used to analyze data. Based on the research, it shows that taxpayer satisfaction variable can be proved by having a positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance especially taxpayer of construction service company by coefficient result β = 0,383 with p-value equal to 0,0095 smaller than α= 0,05 , variables Enforcement of tax sanctions has been proven by having a positive and significant impact on taxpayer compliance, especially Construction Services Company coefficient β = 0.943 with p-value of 0.014 smaller than α = 0.05. And distributive justice variable has positive and significant influence on taxpayer compliance especially Construction Service Company with result of coefficient β = 0,749 with p-value equal to = 0,0185 smaller than α = 0, 05]]>

<![CDATA[ThisstudyaimstofindpracticalandanalyzeperformanceofemployeesofRadioVolare Pontianak, in order to match an employees’ performance improvement strategy. While theoretically the results of this study are expected to provide an overview performance of employees of Radio Volare Pontianak . The results with observations of phenomena such as the above shows that the performance of employees of Radio Volare Pontianak has not been optimal.It is with the persistence of the level of discipline, motivation and responsibility are still lacking on the field. But with the education and training, coaching, development of potential employees, giving reward and punishment as well as good relations between leaders and employees will contribute both to improve employee performance on an goingbasis.]]>

<![CDATA[This research was made by looking at data on the income of the mobile game industry during 2016 which reached US $ 40.6 billion (around Rp. 541 trillion), up 15% from the previous year's achievement of US $ 34.8 billion (around Rp. 480 trillion). The increase was partly due to the growth in revenue figures from the Android platform, which has increased by 32 percent over the previous year. Garena AOV (Arena of Valor) mobile game is one of Indonesian people's favorite mobile games that has attributes in the form of HD graphics (intel high definition), game system: true fair and interesting events. These three attributes are thought to affect the number of consumers who install and play the Garena AOV (Arena of Valor) mobile game. The number of samples in this study were 30 people, with criteria as users of the Arena of Valor game and the status of STIE Indonesia Pontianak students in the morning class of 2014-2017. Primary data from the questionnaire will be processed statistically using SPSS with the independent variable is hd (intel high definition), game system: true fair and event and the dependent variable is consumer decision. The results of this study are simultaneously independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable by 35.6%. Partially the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable.]]>

<![CDATA[The title of this research is the analysis of the effect of the cost and the location on the students’ decision to study in Open University (The study conducted on student-UT UPBJJ Pontianak). The background of this research is the declining level of participation of UPBJJ-UT Pontianak students, hence the researchers tried to find whether the cost and location variables affect the level of student participation. Based on this research background, the research problems of this study is to what extent the costs and location influence the student's decision to study at UT in Pontianak UPBJJ either partially or simultaneously. The benefits expected from the findings of this study is to provide information to the unit of work, authors and academics management in decision-making to enhance the student participation as well as a reference for other researchers who also studying the other variables that affect the number of students participation in UPBJJ UT Pontianak. The research method in this study using a survey method in which the population of this study were all students of UPBJJ-UT Pontianak, the sample size of this study were 150 respondents from all existing populations. The results of this study showed that costs affect the student's decision in choosing a lecture at UT UPBJJ Pontianak significantly and for the location variables the influence is not significant, while in simultaneously both variables influence the student's decision significantly.]]>

<![CDATA[AbstractAt the beginning of 2020, the whole country was struck by the Corona virus pandemic (Covid-19) which caused panic in all countries where hundreds of thousands of people were infected and thousands more died. For Indonesia Corona virus itself (Covid-19) has been determined as a national disaster that must be completely eradicated, for that the central government has appealed to each local government to provide guidance to the community in overcoming this outbreak so that it can run effectively and efficient. One of them is the regional government in Pontianak, where Pontianak is the highest number of Corona (Covid-19) positive patients in West Kalimantan, with 78 positive patients infected with Corona (Covid-19) compared to other regions in West Kalimantan . Therefore this study aims to analyze the behavior of Pontianak city people in dealing with the Corona virus pandemic (Covid-19). Samples taken were 382 people in Pontianak City. The results of this study indicate that the behavior displayed by people who do not comply with government regulations is based on the perception of the Pontianak city community itself. The research method used by this research is literature study with a quantitative descriptive approach. Keywords: Covid-19 Pandemic, Behavior, Pontianak City AbstrakDi awal tahun 2020, seluruh negeri dilanda pandemi virus Corona (Covid-19) yang menimbulkan kepanikan di seluruh negara yang ratusan ribu orangnya terjangkit dan ribuan lainnya meninggal dunia. Untuk virus Corona Indonesia sendiri (Covid-19) sudah ditetapkan sebagai bencana nasional yang harus diberantas tuntas, untuk itu pemerintah pusat mengimbau kepada setiap pemerintah daerah agar memberikan pembinaan kepada masyarakat dalam menanggulangi wabah ini agar dapat berjalan efektif. dan efisien. Salah satunya adalah pemerintah daerah di Pontianak, dimana Pontianak merupakan jumlah penderita positif Corona (Covid-19) tertinggi di Kalbar, dengan 78 penderita positif terjangkit Corona (Covid-19) dibandingkan daerah lain di Kalbar. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku masyarakat kota Pontianak dalam menghadapi pandemi virus Corona (Covid-19). Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 382 orang di Kota Pontianak. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perilaku yang ditampilkan oleh masyarakat yang tidak mematuhi peraturan pemerintah didasarkan pada persepsi masyarakat kota Pontianak itu sendiri. <![CDATA[The research was conducted on government institution in West Kalimantan with the purpose to identifying relation between disciplines as independent variable to the performance. This study use chi square analysis to provide result about the set of problem. This study also uses 30 respondents as an object. Based on study analysis, that disciplines didn’t have relation to the performance. From chi square analysis find X2 statistic (7.67) ≤ X2 table, that mean no relation between disciplines and performance.]]>
