Abstract

ABSTRACT Survey was conducted at Golden Been Kindergarten in Pontianak City with descriptive method. There are variables which consist of service performance which is limited to five dimensions. The dimensions of service performance are namely reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and manifestation. Due to the services which are given and done by the institution are not yet to be in accordance with stakeholders’ wishes, the main priority dimension of research variables is essential to note in order for the institution services to meet the satisfaction and requirements of all users. Based on Cartesian diagram mapping, the variables dimension is the ability of staffs and officers to give quick responses to complaints, service speed, attentions to complaints, ease in fulfilling the desire of service user. Whilst low priority is considered essential in the variable dimension of the payment time flexibility in case of unexpected delay. Keyword: service, service performance, priority, variables dimension ABSTRAKSurvei dilakukan di Taman Kanak-Kanak Golden Been Kota Pontianak dengan metode deskriptif. Variabel yang terdiri dari kinerja pelayanan dibatasi pada lima dimensi. Dimensi kinerja pelayanan yaitu reliability, responsiveness, empathy, dan manifestation. Dikarenakan pelayanan yang diberikan dan dilakukan oleh lembaga belum sesuai dengan keinginan stakeholders, maka dimensi prioritas utama variabel penelitian perlu diperhatikan agar pelayanan lembaga memenuhi kepuasan dan kebutuhan seluruh pengguna. . Berdasarkan pemetaan diagram kartesius, dimensi variabelnya adalah kemampuan petugas dan petugas dalam memberikan tanggapan yang cepat terhadap keluhan, kecepatan pelayanan, perhatian terhadap keluhan, kemudahan dalam memenuhi keinginan pengguna jasa. Sementara prioritas rendah dianggap penting dalam dimensi variabel fleksibilitas waktu pembayaran jika terjadi penundaan yang tidak terduga. Kata kunci: pelayanan, kinerja pelayanan, prioritas, dimensi variabel

Abstract

In this research, we investigate impact of Inflation Rate, Interes Rate and Earning per Share as independent variable to the PT. Bank Mandiri (persero) Tbk. stock price. We use causality research with multiple regression analysis method to answer the hypothesis. As conclusion that find, all independent variabel have impact significantly to the stock price in 0.78%. In partial, inflation has no impact to the stock price. In other way, interest rate have significantly influence to the stock price. But the influence is negative. EPS fositive have influence significantly to stock price.

Abstract

The study was based on data released by BPS Pontianak which results showed that there was an increase in the Pontianak Regional Gross Domestic Product (PDRB) in 2017 based on a 2010 constant price of 5.05%. Another fact found is that economic growth is able to encourage an increase in the number of new companies in 2017 by 1,349 (one thousand three hundred forty-nine) new businesses. Based on these facts the author is interested in examining more deeply whether the economic growth that occurred in the city of Pontianak is able to encourage the availability of employment for residents of the workforce both who are still in the process of looking for work and who are already working. Data obtained through questionnaires that were distributed to the informants who were scattered in all districts in the city of Pontianak which will then be analyzed. Questionnaire data will then be compared with data released by Pontianak City BPS on economic and unemployment levels. This research is a basic study in which the measurement of the level of technological readiness is at level 1, which in turn will be an illustration for the real conditions in Pontianak in terms of opportunities to find work and will be input for related parties in determining the steps that need to be taken to expand employment opportunities in the city of Pontianak.

Abstract

In these papers, we investigate impact of internal control to discipline. We use causality research method to answer the problem. In this study we used 30 samples from 100 populations, and for sampling method we use purposive. From the analysis with linier regression, it’s found that intern control positively related to the work disciplines.

Abstract

Financial report describe the financial condition and results of operations of a company at a certain time or period of time. The writer analyzes PT Kalbe Farma's financial report by looking at Income Smoothing, Profit Margin Ratio, Return On Assets, Return On Equity, Basic Earning Power, Dividend Yield, Dividend Payout Ratio, Price Earning Ratio, and Market to Book Value Ratio. In this study, the writer uses quantitative analysis data with descriptive method. The data used is secondary data that is obtained from the financial report of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk, documentation studies, and literature studies in data collection techniques. The results of this study show that the Eckel Index at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk is 0.9481, which means that PT Kalbe Farma Tbk Company belongs to the category of companies that practice income smoothing. Profitability at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk shows that the performance of the company PT Kalbe Farma Tbk is not good because it has decreased in 2013-2015. In 2016, the company began to increase company performance which can be seen from the increase in the value of profitability. The value of the Company at PT Kalbe Farma Tbk is good even though overall it experiences fluctuations every year.

Abstract

Krisis moneter yang telah melanda merusak sistem perekonomian Indonesia dan telah membuat aktivitas perekonomian berkurang. Dampak krisis moneter antara lain adalah banyaknya perusahaan yang pailit atau tidak mampu menjalankan usaha akibat naiknya biaya operasional. Seiring dengan itu terjadinya persaingan yang ketat diantara perusahaan-perusahaan. Dalam keadaan tersebut masing-masing perusahaan dituntut untuk mempertahankan kelangsungan hidup perusahaan sehingga pencapaian target usaha baik dalam bentuk kuantitas maupun kualitas harus tercapai. Pencapaian tersebut merupakan indikator bahwa suatu perusahaan berhasil dalam pencapaian tujuannya.

Abstract

Consumer behavior in order to obtain a product or service is never the same and always changing time by time. The development of more advanced information technologies, in particular the Internet, changing the way how the consumers shop. Nowadays, Consumers not only shop at the market place but also in the market space or virtual market place like Facebook, Instagram and many other supported websites (Amazone, ebay, Shopee, Elevenia, Dino Market, Berniaga, Kaskus, OLX, etc). The objective of this research was to analyze the influence factors that explain the consumer decision making process in doing online shopping which were done by 19-35 years old respondents in website, market place, Facebook or related websites which sell online.The research used survey method by using questionnaires which involving 100 numbers of respondents in Pontianak City to answer the questions. From the statistics test, the Cronbach’s Alpha for product as X1 was 0.894 from 7 indicators, price as X2 was 0.814 from 7 indicators, promotion as X3 was 0.877 from 6 indicators, trust as X4 was 0.896 from 10 indicators, and psychologies as X5 was 0.806 from 8 indicators . All of them have reached more than the standard table for Cronbach’s Alpha (0,60), it meant all of them were reliable and valid to be analyzed. The final calculation for the double regression showed that the hypotheses were not significantly related for product as X1 (-1,380) and promotion as X3(0,254) because both of the results were lower than 1,992. Different to variable product and promotion, the hypotheses for price as X2 (3,825), trust as X4 (2,448) and psychologies as X5 (2,087)were significantly related because all of them were higher than 1,992. The result’s statements above stated that there was no any influences between product and promotion to consumer decision making because H0 was achieved and H1 was rejected, but there were influence among price, trust and psychologies because H0 was rejected and H1 was achieved where Y = 0,898 + (-0,111) X1 + 0,374 X2 + 0,034 X3 + 0,282 X4 + 0,212 X5

Abstract

The regional government of Pontianak City in West Kalimantan is working to increase and improve the quality of green space to 30% in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 26 of 2007 concerning spatial planning. The purpose of this study is to find out how micro entrepreneurs' perceptions of the existence of green open space (RTH) in Pontianak City, West Kalimantan. The research method used in this study is a descriptive survey method with a qualitative approach to interview techniques. Samples were 50 micro entrepreneurs who were around the open green space. The result is the perception of micro entrepreneurs in managing green open space in general is very positive

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the magnitude of the effect level of Capital Adequacy (Capital Adequacy Ratio - CAR) and liquidity (Loan to Deposit Ratio - LDR) partially and simultaneously on bank profitability. In this research CAR and LDR as the independent variables, and profitability (ROA) as the dependent variable. There are ten of go public banking companies listed in BEI in 2011– 2015 periods that is used as samples, which are selected by purposive sampling. Data were analyzed with multiple regressions. The research, found that the CAR and LDR simultaneously affect the ROA. The two variables are able to explain the variable Profitability amounted to 21.8%, and the balance of 78.2% is explained by other factors. Based on t test, CAR and LDR variables significant effect on the financing of the significance of t count equal to 0,005 and 0,001 (<0.05). Keywords: CAR, LDR, and profitability (ROA)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efisiensi dalam penggunaan modal kerja pada PT. ASAHIMAS FLAT GLASS Tbk., dengan menggunakan Rasio Keuangan dalam menganalisa efisiensi tersebut. Dalam penelitian ini di ketahui bahwa ketepatan dalam sumber penggunaan modal kerja pada tahun 2012-2014 sudah tepat, namun terjadi ketidaktepatan dalam sumber penggunaan modal kerja pada tahun 2015-2016. Jika dilihat dari rasio efisiensi penggunaan modal kerja dan bila dibandingkan dengan standar pengukuran efisiensi penggunaan modal kerja, maka dilihat dari rasio likuiditasnya pada tahun 2012-2015 adalah kurang baik sedangkan pada tahun 2016 adalah baik, rasio aktivitasnya untuk perputaran kas dan perputaran piutang kurang efisien sedangkan untuk perputaran persediaan cukup efisien, dan untuk perputaran modal kerjanya adalah sangat efisien, dan dilihat dari rasio profitabilitas untuk rasio pengembalian total aktiva dan rasio pengembalian modal sendiri pada tahun 2012-2014 sudah sangat efisien, pada tahun 2015 adalah efisien dan pada tahun 2016 adalah cukup efisien.
