ABSTRACT This study aims to perceptions of Work From Home (WFH) received by workers who previously worked regularly at the office. This change makes the workers change physically and mentally. The research method used is a qualitative method with interviews with respondents in accordance with the requirements. The technique used is the documentation technique for collecting data from various sources and information. The type of data is secondary data from research results sourced from the media and news.

This research was conducted on the basis of reviewing the complex function of hospitality information system use by Aria Gajayana Hotel Malang. Information system success model on this research used DeLone and McLane Information System Success Model (D&M IS success model) with testing until user satisfaction. This study aims to analyze and explain the effect of system quality, information quality, and service quality on the user satisfaction and also to explain success from hospitality information system on hotel. The sample in this study amounted collected questionnaire from 38 respondents and analyzed by multiple linier regression. The result showed that system quality is significant positive influence on user satisfaction. Information system is positive influence but not significant on users satisfaction. Service quality is significant positive influence on user satisfaction. Hospitality information system used by the employees of the Hotel Aria Gajayana success in implementation it is shown from a high assessment by employees against the hospitality information system being used. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan atas dasar meninjau dari kompleksnya fungsi sistem informasi yang digunakan oleh hotel Aria Gajayana yang belum lama berdiri di kota Malang. Model kesuksesan sistem informasi dalam penilitian ini menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi Delone dan McLane (Model Kesuksesan SI D&M) dengan melakukan pengujian sampai dengan pada kepuasaan pengguna. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh positif varibel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna serta mengetahui keberhasilan sistem informasi perhotelan yang digunakan oleh hotel. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah karyawan hotel berjumlah 38 responden dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan regresi linier berganda sebagai metode analisis. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Sedangkan variabel kualitas informasi mempunyai pengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Kualitas layanan mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi perhotelan yang digunakan oleh Karyawan hotel Aria Gajayana Malang sukses dalam implementasi hal ini ditunjukan dari penilaian yang tinggi oleh karyawan terhadap sistem informasi perhotelan yang digunakan. Kata Kunci: Kesuksesan sistem informasi, Kualitas sistem, Kualitas informasi, Kualitas layanan, Kepuasan pengguna.

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas layanan bimbingan kelompok untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan metode penelitian true experimental design dengan model pre-test post-test control group design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dengan jumlah 316 siswa dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang telah dilakukan dalam penelitian ini diketahui bahwa hasil thitung sebesar 5,78 dan ttabel sebesar 2,048. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa thitung (5,78) > ttabel (2,048), sehingga Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa, hipotesis alternatif (Ha) yang berbunyi “Layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa kelas X SMA N 1 Godong” diterima kebenarannya dengan taraf signifikan 5%. Dengan demikian menunjukkan bahwa layanan bimbingan kelompok efektif untuk meningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal.Kata kunci: Bimbingan Kelompok, Komunikasi Interpersonal

Ana Yuliana, skripsi dengan judul Pengaruh Manajemen Pelayanan Terhadap Efektivitas Pelayanan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sangkulirang Kabupaten Kutai Timur.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menggambarkan pengaruh Manajemen Pelayanan Terhadap Efektivitas Pelayanan Pada Kantor Kecamatan Sangkulirang Kabupaten Kutai Timur. Analisa data yang digunakan untuk menguji hubungan atau pengaruh manajemen pelayanan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan, menggunakan instrumen analisis koefisien korelasi product moment, perhitungan analisa menggunakan program SPSS R 17,0 for windows. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 30 orang pegawai PNS dan pegawai TK2D dijadikan sebagai responden penelitian. Dengan pertimbangan Pegawai Negeri Sipil tersebut memahami seluk beluk dan terlihat dalam proses pembuatan dan implementasi manajemen pelayanan. Teknik pengambilan sanpel menggunakan metode sensus. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,606, hasil perhitungan rumus korelasi product moment adalah lebih besar dibandingkan r tabel (0,606 > 0,329), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif antara variabel manajemen pelayanan terhadap variabel efektivitas pelayanan pada kantor Kecamatan Sangkulirang Kabupaten Kutai Timur, dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa semakin baik manajemen pelayanan maka semakin baik pula efektivitas pelayanan. Berdasarkan hasil perhitunggan koefisiensi determinasi diperoleh hasil R Square atau r2 sebesar 45%, dapat diketahui bahwa besarnya pengaruh manajemen pelayanan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pada kantor Kecamatan Sangkulirang Kabupaten Kutai Timur adalah sebesar 25%, dan sebesar 75% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan uji t hitung diketahui bahwa besar t hitungnya adalah 2.240. dari hasil tersebut kalau dibandingkan dengan t tabel maka didapat t hitung> t tabel (2.240 >1.688), dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel manajemen pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap efektivitas pelayanan pada kantor Kecamatan Sangkulirang Kabupaten Kutai Timur.

This research was made by looking at data on the income of the mobile game industry during 2016 which reached US $ 40.6 billion (around Rp. 541 trillion), up 15% from the previous year's achievement of US $ 34.8 billion (around Rp. 480 trillion). The increase was partly due to the growth in revenue figures from the Android platform, which has increased by 32 percent over the previous year. Garena AOV (Arena of Valor) mobile game is one of Indonesian people's favorite mobile games that has attributes in the form of HD graphics (intel high definition), game system: true fair and interesting events. These three attributes are thought to affect the number of consumers who install and play the Garena AOV (Arena of Valor) mobile game. The number of samples in this study were 30 people, with criteria as users of the Arena of Valor game and the status of STIE Indonesia Pontianak students in the morning class of 2014-2017. Primary data from the questionnaire will be processed statistically using SPSS with the independent variable is hd (intel high definition), game system: true fair and event and the dependent variable is consumer decision. The results of this study are simultaneously independent variables significantly influence the dependent variable by 35.6%. Partially the independent variable has a significant effect on the dependent variable.

This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies as the main reference for analyzing, varying, and refining the research being conducted. The data in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from a number of credible sources, namely Suzuki Sales Marketing spread throughout Indonesia as many as 500 people. The data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool with the following hypothesis. The result in this article show that the results go hand in hand with the hypothesis because the P-Values are positive and are at a significance level of 0.05, namely 0.014. This indicates that the better the Product Design, the more consumers will be attracted to decide to make a Purchase Decision. Next, in the next line, it can be concluded that the Brand Image variable can moderate the influence of the Product Design variable on Purchasing Decisions because the same thing is that the P-Values are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.00. Thus, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted. Keywords: Product Design, Purchasing Decisions, Brand Image

Posyandu Kemuning is one of the posyandu in Sondakan Laweyan Subdistrict, Surakarta and is included in the UPT Puskesmas Pajang Surakarta area. Posyandu Kemuning has 20 health cadres. Like posyandu in general, the monthly activity at Posyandu Kemuning is checking babies and toddlers and pregnant women. Data for April 2024 showed that the number of pregnant women was 23, with details of 6 pregnant women in the first trimester, 7 pregnant women in the second trimester and 10 pregnant women in the third trimester. Of the 10 pregnant women in the third trimester, all experienced complaints of back pain and had not received assistance from cadres. The negative impact of back pain is interference in daily physical activities. Back pain that is not treated properly in pregnant women can cause poor quality of life for the mother. The priority problem found at Posyandu Kemuning was the limited knowledge and skills of cadres in assisting pregnant women with back pain. Cadres do not understand about back pain during pregnancy and do not have the complementary Pelvic Rocking Exercise skills to treat back pain during pregnancy. The focus of this community service activity is to provide training to cadres on Pelvic Rocking Exercise as an effort to assist in handling back pain for pregnant women at Posyandu Kemuning Sondakan Laweyan Surakarta. The method used consists of 6 stages, namely Preparation, Apperception, Training, Post-training assistance, Evaluation and Termination of activity results. The results of the activity were that cadres' knowledge in the good category before and after counseling increased by 25%, most of the cadres' skills regarding Pelvic Rocking Exercise were in the good category, namely 13 cadres (65%). Cadre assistance activities in treating back pain in pregnant women at Posyandu Kemuning Sondakan Laweyan Surakarta have gone well. Cadres are committed to carrying out and implementing the results of activities in assisting pregnant women.

The competition in the business world has intensified, with companies in Indonesia striving to increase their market share and attract new consumers. This study aims to explore the impact of digital marketing, physical evidence, and pricing on customer satisfaction at CW Coffee Tanjung Sari in Pontianak City. The research employs a quantitative approach, focusing on individuals who have visited and purchased products from the CW Coffee Tanjung Sari branch. The study uses purposive sampling to select respondents, ensuring that the sample represents the target population effectively. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, validity and reliability tests, and multiple linear regression analysis, including the t-test. The findings reveal that digital marketing does not significantly influence customer satisfaction, while physical evidence and pricing have significant and positive effects on customer satisfaction. These results underscore the importance of tangible elements and competitive pricing in enhancing customer satisfaction, while also suggesting that digital marketing may need to be reevaluated or adjusted to better meet customer needs and expectations in this context.

This study aims to analyze the impact of brand awareness and product quality on purchasing decisions, with viral marketing as a mediating variable for Mixue products in Pontianak. The method used is quantitative, with random sampling. The sample consists of 100 respondents. Secondary data collection was conducted through websites such as www.MomentumWorks.com, portaltebo.id, and Pergikuliner.com. Data analysis includes descriptive statistics, outer model, inner model, and specific indirect effects. The tool used is SmartPLS 3. The results of the study show that brand awareness has a positive but not significant effect on purchasing decisions, while product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on viral marketing, product quality has a positive and significant effect on viral marketing, and viral marketing has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with viral marketing acting as a mediating variable, and product quality has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, with viral marketing acting as a mediating variable.

Posyandu Ngadi Asih has a cadre of 20 people and has implemented 5 posyandu service tables but it is not yet optimal. The initial survey at Posyandu Ngadi Asih Surakarta found children who indicated mental and emotional problems such as impulsive tantrums (fussing with shouting and throwing objects) when their wishes were not met, anger when restricted in using gadgets, hitting their peers, and being reluctant to go to school because they were afraid. The problem found at Posyandu Ngadi Asih was that early detection examinations for mental, emotional and behavioral health had not been carried out. This is due to the limited knowledge and skills of cadres. The root of the problem is that there is no instrument for early detection of mental, emotional and behavioral problems, so that so far at Posyandu Ngadi Asih there has been no recap of data on children who experience mental, emotional and behavioral problems. The solution offered by this program is the Implementation of the Emotional Mental Problems Information System (SIEMPRO). Implementation method with 6 (six) stages, namely preparation, apperception, training, mentoring, evaluation and termination. The results of the program for implementing the Emotional Mental Problems Information System (SIEMPRO) at Posyandu Ngadi Asih have gone well. There was an increase in cadre skills after the activities were carried out, although not completely. Some cadres still need assistance from skilled cadres. The implementation of the Emotional Mental Problems Information System (SIEMPRO) is ready to be implemented at the Ngadi Asih posyandu. The cadres are committed to implementing and applying the results of this program in every posyandu activity and when providing support for Toddler Family Development
