Abstract

In this papers, we investigates relation between Halal Certified and sale quantity. This study use chi square analysis to provide result about the set of problem. Based on study analysis, that any relation between Halal certified and sale quantity. From chi square analysis found X2 statistic (63.663,35) ≤ X2 table (19,68), that mean any relation between Halal certified and sale quantity.

Abstract

Background the research is to various assessment empirical and the phenomenon of emotional intelligence and compensation and their influence on commitment organization employees in bina bhakti school, kubu raya. Methods used in this research is quantitative model with a multiple linear regression. The subject of this research is school office bina bhakti kubu raya 31 which consisted of people. Data collection techniques is using a questioner, observation and interview. Collected data has been will analyzed by the statistics to determine the level of influence between variables free on variables bound. Based on the regression, the can be made conclusion as follows: 1) There are significant influence between variables emotional intelligence to commitment on organization of employees in Bina bhakti kubu raya as much as 98,52%; 2) There are significant influence between variables compensation to commitment on organization of employees in Bina bhakti kubu raya as much as 98,96%; 3) There are significant influence between variables emotional intelligence and  compensation to commitment on organization of employees in Bina bhakti kubu raya as much as 99,20%.

Abstract

This Research takes the focus at how to conduct the planning of company profit at calculation of Break Event Point. Becoming variable is Break event point and company profit. Method used in replying problems are quantitative descriptive, with the analysis of trend and method regression in profit forecasting. Result of above data analysis that level of Break Event Point planning can give the motivation which do well by the planning of profit growth. more higher GAP that happened among break event point with the profit planning started from year 2011 as basic data up to 2013, showing that level of advantage acquirement for the year of 2014 up to 2018 with the level of lower break event point. So that totalize the sale which must be fulfilled can be at the profit condition progressively lowers. in other side dissimilar profit planned more higher.

Abstract

The success of a company in terms of product quality can be seen and judged also by the company's brand awareness about the product, attractive brand awareness of course can attract prospective buyers or retain existing buyers, of course all that must also be supported by good promotion interesting. Brand awareness and promotion (advertising) of a company for its products can of course influence the purchasing decisions of consumers or prospective consumers themselves. This certainly has a positive impact on the company in the long term. This study wants to prove the influence of each variable, namely brand awareness and promotion of purchasing decisions, where brand awareness is an intervening variable for purchasing decisions on AQUA brand beverage products. Based on previous research and related to supporting theories proposed by experts using the SPSS program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research is associative research. Associative research is a method / form of research carried out to connect one variable to another variable. In this study researchers used nonprobability sampling techniques because researchers did not know the total number of members of the population studied. While the sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling, which is a form of sampling based on coincidence where, who met with the researcher and considered suitable to be a source of data that will be the sample of this study. While the sample population is 100 people, with data analysis techniques using Path Analysis Based on data processing using path analysis, it is evident that there is a significant effect of advertising and brand awareness on buying decisions and advertising variables directly affect brand awareness variables, whereas for buying decisions, advertising variables have an indirect influence

Abstract

According to Law 2 of 1992 on Insurance Business, insurance or coverage is an agreement between two or more parties, with which the parties committed themselves to the insured person, by accepting insurance premiums, to reimburse the insured for loss, damage, or loss of profits expected, or legal liability to third parties which may be suffered by the insured, arising from an uncertain events, or to provide a payment based on death or life of an insured person. Based on this research, simultaneously (Test F) accept the hypothesis, thus the variable quality of service a significant effect on customer satisfaction. While partially (t test) accept the hypothesis for the Realiability and Responsiveness an significant effect on customer satisfaction. Onather variable has no effect on customer satisfaction are Tangibles, Assurance and Empathy.

Abstract

This study conducted to determine The Accounting Systems Cash Revenues and Expenses applied to Sungai Pinyuh District Office to improve the office internal control in order to achive office’s goal. Cash revenues and cash expenses are two conditions that affect operatinal activities of the office. Method used in this research is descriptive research. Focus of this research is accounting system of cash revenues and expenses in Sungai Pinyuh District Office especially related functions, forms that is used, flowchart procedures, and internal controls of the company. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the recording system has fulfilled the provision that applied, all cash revenues and expenses at the Sungai Pinyuh District Office are directly linked and examined by the relevant regional agencies so that there is very little risk of leakage of funds or funds that are not desired by the government.

Abstract

This study examines the possibility of becoming a mediator variables on the influence of transformational leadership on employee performance. Respondents were 110 young employees around Pontianak City. Data will be analyzed with path analysis method that would prove the effect of each variable to another variable. The analysis showed that work engagement are variables that mediate the effects of transformational leadership on employee performance. These results provide input for the management of any organizastion to give more confidence and space for employees to work which will lead to increased work engagement impact on the performance of employees.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting dalam sebuah organisasi atau perusahaan untuk mencapai tujuannya. Guna memperoleh Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan maka dibutuhkan proses rekrutmen dan seleksi yang baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsian proses rekrutmen dan seleski karyawan PT.Pancara Belantara Indah. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara. Penentuan informasi menggunakan metode Purposive sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa proses rekrutmen karyawan menggunakan metode rekrutmen internal dan eksternal. Metode rekrutmen internal berasal dari referensi karyawan yang bekerja di perusahaan saat ini, sedangkan metode ekternal menggunakan brosur. Terkait dengan proses seleksi perusahaan menggunakan langkah penerimaan pendahuluan, wawancara seleksi, pemeriksaan referensi-referensi, wawancara dan keputusan langsung oleh bagian umum.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of customer value and satisfaction on the loyalty of members of the Credit Union Keling Kumang Nanga Pinoh Melawi Regency. The number of respondents was 100 respondents. The instrument used for data collection was in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire. This type of research is causal research design is research that is useful for analyzing the relationships between one variable with another variable or how a variable affects other variables. Based on data processing using regression analysis, it is evident that customer value and satisfaction have a significant effect on the loyalty of respondents as members of CU. Keling Kumang in Nanga Pinoh, Melawi Regency. The magnitude of the effect of customer value and satisfaction variables on the rise and fall of values or variations in the loyalty variable is 30.60% while 69.40% is influenced by other variables besides the variables in this study

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT Sarihusada Generasi Mahardika Di Pontianak. Penelitian ini memakai alat analisis kuantitatif dengan metode statistik deskriptif infresia.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alasan responden membeli produk susu SGM karena manfaat/fungsinya, untuk kualitas minuman produk SGM untuk anak-anak dinyatakan relatif baik. Untuk desain kemasan dinyatakan menarik dan kemasan yang paling banyak dipilih adalah kemasan kotak.Pilihan rasa dinyatakan bervariasi dan pilihan rasa yang paling banyak dikonsumsi adalah pilihan rasa vanila. Sedangkan label pada kemasan dinyatakan sangat jelas. Responden menyatakan produk SGM memiliki harga yang murah.Untuk kesesuaian antara kualitas dengan harga yang harus dibayar responden berpendapat bahwa relatif cukupsesuai. Sedangkan untuk perbandingan harga antara produk SGM dengan merek lain responden menyatakan lebih murah.Sumber informasi lebih banyak diperoleh dari teman. Untuk informasi yang diperoleh dari pengecer, responden menyatakan relatif banyak.Sedangkan responden menyatakan promosi mempengaruhi pada keputusan pembelian. Responden menyatakan ketersediaan produk susu SGMEksplor Dan Aktif relatif tersedia, sedangkan penyebarannya responden menyatakan merata. Untuk tempat yang paling sering untuk pembelian produk SGM Eksplor dan Aktifadalah supermarket.Alasannya dikarenakan ketersediaan produk terjamin.
