Abstract

Rindu Hati village is a village in Bengkulu province which developing natural tourism by utilizing the village budget managed by the village-owned enterprise. The tourism developed in Rindu Hati Village such as Glamping, Tubing, Waterfall Tracking, Endu Hill cliff climbing. The location of the village and tourist attractions are along the river and under the foot of the hill. In addition, the scene is very beautiful and it has the potential for a natural disaster if the rainy season occurs floods which can occur and the impact is cause loss of property and life. In the tourist attraction and residential areas, the residents of Rindu Hati Village have not been equipped with flood detectors. So, the negative impacts in the event of a flood are very large. To reduce the impact of floods, a flood detector was made as a warning sign to tourist visitors and residents when the flood or an increase in river water levels. The flood detector was made using a solar cell system and two controllers which will read the condition of the water level directly and could stand for 68 hours if there is no sunlight and could last for 8 hours when the siren sounds. The flood detection equipment has been installed and socialized in the term of theory and practice to tourism managers and the local community with the participant of 16 people. The flood detection was installed in the Rindu Hati Tourism River, it will reduce the impacts caused by floods and will increase the comfort of visitors from the dangers of flooding

Abstract

Pangandaran is an environmentally-based tourism destination that is quite popular in Indonesia, but Pangandaran has a high potential for disaster. Pangandaran is ranked 16th among all districts in Indonesia in terms of disaster potential. Therefore, a program is needed to increase community resilience, community adaptability to disasters, so that people are able to act quickly and precisely when disasters occur and communities are resistant to post-disaster effects. The methods used in this service include lectures, discussions and disaster simulations. With this service activity, it is hoped that the community can: 1) understand and know how to behave when a disaster occurs to reduce disaster risk, around their place of residence; 2) the community knows how and where to look for information on disaster which includes disaster techniques and management; 3) improve the physical and mental preparedness of the community when a disaster occurs; 4) provide an understanding to the community of the importance of preserving the environment in order to avoid disasters.

Abstract

Currently, governments offer a lot of assistance, some of those are assisting and training to UMK as of the Covid 19 pandemi impact. To obtain these facilities, UMK is required to have a Business Identification Number (NIB). This activity is carried out to answer the problems, and aims to introduce and improve the understanding of making NIB and IUMK. This activity was carried out in June 2021 for 11 UMK in Balecatur, Gamping. The method used was sosialization, training and mentoring. The implementation was including the delivery of theory and practice of business legalities making. The training result was the participants' understanding about OSS, NIB and IUMK increased. It could be seen from the average pre-test and post-test scores rose from 33 to 82. Now the number of participants who had business legality increased from 18% to 100%. By having NIB and IUMK, participants will get convenience in various things, such as financing, assisting and training from related parties.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has had a major impact in various fields, especially the economy. Based on the results of observations of producers of typical Madurese products spread across four regencies on the island of Madura (Bangkalan, Sampang, Pamekasan and Sumenep) it shows that in mid-2020 the demand for distribution of Madurese products has decreased, retail sales have decreased significantly. This service program is carried out with the main aim of making the economic wheels of the Madurese community turn again. The implementation of the program consists of 4 stages, namely the pre-production stage, the production stage, the marketing stage and the marketing evaluation. The results of the implementation of this program are able to create new AKH outlets that can be accessed by everyone. This is because within 3 months, apart from coming from Bangkalan, AKH outlet consumers also come from outside Bangkalan, (2) Marketing strategies (offline and online) are able to move the economy of the Madurese community in the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic, (3) Packaging that has been created very attractive and in accordance with the development of the millennial era.

Abstract

This service was carried out in Gilangharjo Village, Pandak District, Bantul Regency, where the focus of community service was assistance to the MSME sector in the use of information technology. Given that, Gilangharjo Village is a village center for MSME, during the Covid-19 pandemic; the MSME sector was seriously affected. One way to keep the MSME sector hopeful during a pandemic is to take advantage of information technology. The methods used in the implementation of the service include observation, socialization, and training on creating social media accounts. Whereas the result of the implementation of this service is the formation of awareness of MSME players of the benefits of information technology, besides the importance of the existence of MSMEs to increase Indonesia's economic growth. In addition, the results of this dedication also resulted in an increase and understanding of MSME players in using information technology, especially social media as a marketplace in selling MSME products.

Abstract

Scientific articles have always been a very important topic because they are an important part of science. The community service team seeks to provide scientific article writing training to help guide writing scientific articles for students who are preparing their thesis. Based on the results of observations and discussions on the undeveloped ability to write and publish student scientific articles and have not been socialized and various problems related to student learning activities, it is possible to identify various problems in the field, namely given examples of articles in the library or other campus facilities for reading and student reference. To overcome the problems mentioned above, the implementation of solutions to these problems, the team provided a webinar through Google Meet about writing scientific articles and the publication process for students of STAI Al-Karimiyah, Department of Islamic Education. The team shared information about the writing of scientific articles and the publication process in the planned journal. The result of this community service is that students are expected to be able to write scientific articles according to the journal standards.

Abstract

One of the characteristics of 21st century teachers is having ICT skills that can be used in the learning process. Therefore, in this community service, the PKM team held training on making online quizzes for teachers in the UM Labschool in Blitar City. The purpose of this service is that teachers have insight and skills about developing test instruments, and are skilled at using online applications, namely Google Form, Quizizz, and Plickers that can support the learning process. The method of implementing this service activity is carried out by lectures, demonstrations and practices, giving assignments, discussions, and presentations. 17 paticipans have attended the training with discipline and order. The results of community service showed that all participants were able to develop good test instruments and were accompanied by the selected online quiz link. It showed that there was an increase in participants' understanding before and after participating in this training activity. This activity makes a meaningful contribution to partners in the midst of the Covid 19 pandemic which requires distance learning.

Abstract

This activity was motivated by the problem of not optimal online learning in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. In particular, there are still teachers who do not know how to learn with the flipped classroom model, especially in the preparation of flexible teaching materials. Problems with mathematics teacher partners in Surakarta city can be solved, one of which is training in the use of technology applications, namely the Faststone Capture application which functions to capture screens, record, and edit to the screenshots to produce better teaching materials. The stages of activities carried out to solve problems are as follows: (1) socialization of mathematics learning with the flipped classroom model assisted by IT-based media with the aim of making mathematics learning plans; (2) introduction and use of faststone capture applications with the aim of developing mathematics teaching materials by utilizing faststone capture; and (3) dissemination of training results. The training activities provide knowledge to mathematics teachers regarding the use of faststone capture applications in compiling teaching materials that support mathematics learning through the flipped classroom model.

Abstract

Currently, small business actors or economies are the backbones of the Indonesian economy. Information systems for managing business administration are very important and require computers and digital information knowledge. Currently, the noodle and meatball production business use a manual recording system. The training is given to small businesses that produce noodles and meatballs in Bojongloa Kidul District in Bandung City using the Microsoft Excel program. The training provided is specific to the needs of small businesses producing noodles and meatballs. After the training was given, the noodle and meatball production business implemented a computerized administrative system. The successful computerized administration systems are raw material stock management, finished goods stock management, product purchasing, and sales management. The training results are expected to bring progress and efficiency in the management of small businesses that produce noodles and meatballs.

Abstract

This Community Service (PKM) aims to add new insights and knowledge for all supporting lecturers for Pancasila courses at Indraprasta University PGRI Jakarta regarding the importance of writing scientific papers, techniques and procedures for writing scientific publication articles, as well as concepts and techniques for writing scientific papers. publishing articles in national scientific journals, to managing Scientific Publication Journals. The community service methods used are training, workshops, and mentoring. The targets of this activity are all supporting lecturers for Pancasila and Citizenship courses at PGRI Indraprasta University as well as the Editorial Board of the Pancasila Journal and the Executive Board of the Center for Pancasila Studies at Indraprasta University, PGRI Jakarta (Unindra). The results of this training show good progress regarding the governance of the Jagadditha Journal: Journal of Diversity and National Insights, starting from improving OJS website services, having standard templates, focusing on discussion science, but not having national to international indexes such as the Digital Object Identifier (DOI). , Copernicus , Scopus, Directory of Open Access Journal (DOAJ), Morraref, Portal Garuda, Arjuna, to Sinta DIKTI.
