SENATIK merupakan jurnal proceeding seminar nasional teknologi informasi dan kedirgantaraan yang dikelola Pusat Penelitian,dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (P3M) Sekolah Tinggi Teknologi Adisutjipto Yogyakarta. Rainfall is related to a number of factors that are interdependent and influenced by dynamic global time, region and climate factors. Determination of relevant predictors is important for the efficiency of the rainfall estimator model. Although some climate modeling studies in one region/country have high accuracy, this model is not necessarily suitable for other regions. Determination of predictor variables by considering spatio-temporal factors and local / global features results in a very large number of inputs. Feature selection produces minimal input so that it gets relevant predictor variables and minimizes variable redundancy. Recurrent Neural Networks is one of the artificial neural networks that can be used to predict time series data. This study aims to predict rainfall by combining the SVM classification method and the RNN method. Tests on the Perak 1 daily and monthly weather data (WMO ID: 96933) and Perak 2 Station daily and monthly data(WMO ID: 96937), showed high accuracy results with an R2 are 92.1%; 94.1%; 90.9% and 89.6%.

SCADA for the prototype M221 PLC-based multi-area car parking system is a system for managing several separate car parks on line via ethernet. The system is equipped with HMI as an interface to facilitate operators to monitor system conditions in real-time and the ability to display data on the number of vehicles entering and exiting, counting the number of vehicles parked for one day, and calculating revenue throughout the day. Loop sensor is used to detect vehicles that will enter or exit the parking door. Input from the sensor will be processed by the PLC to move the doorstop motor, indicator lights and update the display on the HMI. The results of a multi-area prototype test process for a car parking system for two parking areas have worked well. The system is able to control the opening and closing of the entrance and exit bars, controlling the indicator lights whether or not the parking area is full, showing the animation of the system process to the HMI in real time, calculating the number of vehicles and calculating the total cost of revenue in each parking area.

Every participation in the activity is always proven by the presence of a certificate. Issuance of certificates requires fees for paper, printing and distribution. The emergence of the era of paper less should be able to transform the presence of the certificate. Paper less is stopped by the presence of digital documents that can be accessed independently (portable), easily and across platforms. Portable Document Format or abbreviated as PDF one of the popular documents that can be distributed via the internet. So that PDF can be used as a document base to realize e-Certificate. However, it is necessary to develop a good application to facilitate the presence of the e-Certificate, and present solutions related to the authenticity of the certificates produced.

Aircraft maintenance is one of the consequences due to aircraft utilization. C03-check package on an Airbus A320-200 aircraft is one of the scheduled maintenance with interval every 22,500 flight hours, or 15000 flight cycles, or 72 months whicever comes firts. As one of scheduled maintenance, the planning of maintenance activities must be planned as well as possible to make activities carried out efficiently and effectively in terms of time and resources. Preliminary data to make the planning is sourced from the MPD (maintenance planning document).The data included of the scope of work, manhours, and man power. The data obtained is processed using the CPM (Critical Path Method). The results of data processing, it is obtained that the C03-check package on the Airbus A320-200 aircraft takes 4 (four) days, with the critical path on the AD-D1-D2-D3-D4-D4-D5-D6-D7-G aircraft, in the area empenage access panel with the number of hours needed is 41.3 hours.

Metode pengukuran besaran listrik dalam hal ini pengukuran daya 3-phasa seringkali terkendala beberapa hal, seperti penggunaan beberapa alat ukur untuk beberapa metode pengukuran dan harus dilakukan berulang-ulang untuk mendapatkan akurasi dan presisi data, bahkan terkadang pengukuran harus dilakukan dalam rentang waktu tertentu yang tidak efektif dan efisien. Pengambilan data pengukuran menggunakan alat ukur tersebut dilakukan secara manual dengan memasang modul alat ukur pada obyek yang akan diukur untuk kemudian data tersebut harus dicatat secara manual. Metode ini memiliki potensi terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengambilan dan pencataan data. Dari permasalahan tersebut dikembangkan sebuah metode pengukuran menggunakan modul IEM 3255 untuk pengukuran daya 3-phasa, dimana data pengukuran yang terbaca dapat terhubung pada web server dengan protokol MQTT menggunakan teknologi IoT (Internet of Thing). Dengan metode ini, data pengukuran daya 3-phasa seperti besaran arus, tegangan, daya, frekuensi dan faktor daya dapat tersimpan dan terbaca dari gadeget yang tekoneksi dengan jaringan internet

Cabin crew scheduling in the world of flight must be made very carefully. Because in making cabin crew scheduling there are several requirements that must be met by the scheduling officer such as flight time, cabin crew working hours and rest hours. In making the scheduling it takes a long time because the scheduling officer must ensure the cabin crew's duties in carrying out their duties do not exceed or violate these requirements. Therefore, a cabin crew scheduling system was created to assist schedulers in making cabin crew scheduling using PHP and Oracle databases. This scheduling system is designed to be able to calculate flight time, cabin crew working hours and cabin crew rest time so that scheduling officers no longer have difficulty synchronizing these requirements so that cabin crew officers do not violate these requirements with just one step in the process. This system succeeds in doing 9 Minutes 50 Seconds faster than doing it manually in making just 1 flight route. The time difference can be greater if in 1 day there are more than 1 flight route.

This research aims to develop the design of wind-solar power plants in shrimp pond areas. The prototype was developed according to the design of the generator made. Design efficiency is demonstrated by analyzing electrical energy generated in the system. The methods include: build generator system design, prototype assembly and testing. The design developed is to maximize work of the radial generator system through manufacturing of rotors with neodymium magnets. The test results obtained an average battery charging of 29.72 watts. The lowest solar intensity occurs at 06.00 WIB (46300 lumens). While the highest intensity occurred at 14.00 WIB (116200 lumens). The highest wind speed of 2.8 m/s at 12:00 WIB. This clarifies that the intensity of the sun and wind speed affect the value of battery, the value will be directly proportional that the greater the intensity and speed, the greater electrical energy produced.

The Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) is a national national association organization in Indonesia engaged in the field of social, humanitarian and health. The logistics section of the Blood Transfusion Unit (UTD) is a warehouse where blood stock is store in, out, or destroyed blood. The importance of blood availability at requires The Indonesian Red Cross requires The Indonesian Red Cross to always maintain the availaibility of blood to meet the need for blood tranfusion . the application of prediction as an effort to control blood supply is considered important. This is needed to minimize the amount of ordering and storing blood that must be borne by The Indonesian Red Cross. For this reson, a precise prediction method is needed in order to produce an accurate estimate of blood supply. In this study the prediction of blood is done using the Weigthed Moving Average (WMA) method, because the patern of stock data and blood demand owned by The Indonesian Red Cross follows the trend data pattern. Comparison of the smallest error value between the 3th-month WMA period and 6th-month WMA selected to be the result of focasting. The results of the average error value (MAD, MSE, and MAPE) show a period of 6 months has the smallest value, although there is a decline in blood type AB, but the difference in the ratio of error values in goldar AB is not too far. This happens because donors or requests for AB goldar are not too many.

Most of the gate arm at railroad crossings in Indonesia still using manual systems. Operator error and failure of a manual gate arm operate are factors in the occurrence of accidents on the railroad crossing. SCADA for railroad gate arm is an automation control system to open and close a railroad gate arm that has 2 lanes (double track). The system uses a PLC Schneider M221 as a controller and an HMI as an interface. The HMI allows operators to monitor system conditions in real-time. Four pairs of photosensors on the right and left side of the gate arm are used to detect trains in each lane. Information from the photosensor is processed by the PLC to control the gate arm motor, buzzer, indicator lights, and information display to the HMI. There are 2 operation modes, automatic and manual. In automatic mode, when the photosensor detects a train is about to pass, the gate arm closes, the buzzer goes on, the red light flashes. After the photosensor detects that the train has passed, the gate arm will open, the buzzer will off, and the green light will off. if the photosensor are damaged then manual operation mode is using by pressing the open or close button.

Savonius turbine is a simple vertical axis turbine which work because of a difference drag force between blades. This turbine can convert kinetic energy on water flow into mechanical energy. The Savonius water turbine can work on low water flow speed. This research aimed at a Savonius turbine that has some of its parameters modified. The research tested the effects of water flow speed and the use of a deflector towards the modified Savonius turbine?s performance. It is concluded that Savonius turbine without the deflector, reached a maximum power coefficient at the flow speed of 1,1 m/s with the value of 0,163 at tip speed ratio of 0,845. As for the same speed (1,1 m/s) the turbine that used the deflector reached a maximum power coefficient of 0,307 at tip speed ratio 1,136. The highest coefficient of power was reached when the turbine got tested with the deflector at flow speed of 0,9 m/s with value of 0,354 at tip speed ratio 1,230.
