Abstract

Analysis of Perceptual Mapping and References to Religious Tourism Visits in Banjarmasin City during the Covid19 Pandemic (Study on Tourists in Banjarmasin City). Supervised by Taharuddin. This study aims to identify and explain perceptual mapping, visit preferences, predictions of destination religious destinations in Banjarmasin City with perceptual mapping analysis and tourist visit preferences. This research is quantitative research using SPSS for Windows version 26 with Multidimensional scaling analysis method. The sample in this study used the Matchin & Campbell formula with a sample of 150 respondents. The analytical tools used are descriptive analysis, perceptual mapping analysis and thrustone case analysis. Abstract

The purposes of this study were 1) to determine and test the partially significant effect of viral marketing on impulse buying at the marketplace place shopee (Study on Postgraduate Students at Lambung Mangkurat University), 2) to determine and test the partially significant effect of price on impulse buying at the marketplace marketplace (Study on Post-Graduate Students at Lambung Mangkurat University), 3) to determine and test the significant effect simultaneously of viral marketing and price on impulsive purchases at market place marketplaces (Study on Postgraduate Students at Lambung Mangkurat University).The type of research used is explanatory. The population in this study were Postgraduate Students at Lambung Mangkurat University with a total sample of 190 people. Methods of data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that 1) there is a partial significant effect of viral marketing on impulse buying in the marketplace marketplace (Study on Postgraduate Students at Lambung Mangkurat University). 2) There is a significant effect partially on price on impulsive purchases in the marketplace marketplace (Study on Postgraduate Students at Lambung Mangkurat University). 3) there is a significant simultaneous effect of viral marketing and price on impulse buying in the marketplace marketplace (Study on Postgraduate Students at Lambung Mangkurat University). Keywords : Viral Marketing, Price, Impulse Buying

Abstract

This research aims to test the difference in Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) between permanent and contract employees, continued to test the influence of job satisfaction, leadership style, and organizational culture on OCB employees of PT Ambang Barito Nusapersada. The study used a quantitative approach, with a sample of 27 employees (saturated sampling) divided into 13 permanent employees and 14 contract employees. Questionnaires are used as instruments while Independent sample t-tests and multiple linear regressions to test hypotheses. The results showed permanent and contract employees showed no difference in OCB. Other test results, proving job satisfaction, leadership style and organizational culture simultaneously have a significant effect on OCB, and partially only job satisfaction and organizational culture have a significant effect Keywords: Organizational Citizenship Behavior, OCB, Permanent Employees, Contract Employees, Job Satisfaction, Leadership Style, and Organizational Culture

Abstract

This study aims to examine and deretmine the direct and indirect effect between Brand Image and competitive advantage in the decision to choose Politeknik Hasnur mediated by positive Word of Mouth. This study uses a quantitative research method with an explantory type and uses the SmartPLS data analysis method. By collecting data through distributing questinnaires to second semester and fourth semester Politeknik Hasnur students who are still active    and residing in South Kalimantan  with a sample of 171 respondents. The results of this test prove that Brand Image has no significant effect on the decision to choose Politeknik Hasnur, competitive advantage has a significant effect on the decision to choose Politeknik Hasnur and positive Word of Mouth as mediation also has a significant effect on student decisions in choosing Politeknik Hasnur. Keywords: Brand Image, Competitive  Advantage, Word of Mouth, The Decision to Choose a Politeknik Hasnur

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of organizational culture, work motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance through employee job satisfaction. This study used a quantitative approach with the number of samples used for this study were 279 samples who were employees at PT. Harmoni Panca Utama site MGA in Murung Raya, Central Kalimantan. The research data was processed using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool and the research method in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture, work motivation and transformational leadership style have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Harmoni Panca Utama site MGA. The results also show that employee job satisfaction has an indirect effect in mediating the impact on the relationship between organizational culture, work motivation and transformational leadership style on employee performance at PT. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of E-Service Quality, Promotion and Price on Buying Interest at E-Commerce Shopee during the Covid-19 pandemic in Banjarmasin City. This study uses a quantitative approach in the form of explanatory. The sample used in this study amounted to 40 respondents. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling.The results based on the partial test (t test) show that E-Service Quality (X1), Promotion (X2) and Price (X3) have a partial and significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y) with each effect of 25.5%, 23.9% and 30.9%. Meanwhile, based on the simultaneous test (f test) E-Service Quality (X1), Promotion (X2) and Price (X3) have a simultaneous and significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y) with an effect of 64.5% while 35.5% is the influence of other variables not examined in this study Keywords: E-service quality, promotion, price and buying interest

Abstract

Product quality is seen as being able to influence product purchasing decisions by prospective consumers so as to increase the sales volume of a product. Previously, the "Nano Alami" kelulut bee honey home industry product experienced a decline in sales volume in 2022 due to the emergence of similar products under different brands, leading to market competition. It has become one of the driving factors for the "Nano Alami" kelulut bee honey home industry in developing product quality to increase product sales volume. So, this study aims to find out how product quality development is carried out to increase product sales volume. The research used is a qualitative method with the collection of data by observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in three stages sequentially, they are data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusion.The results showed that the quality development of the home industry "Nano Alami" kelulut bee honey product which in the production system includes input processes, production processes, and output. In the input process, development is carried out using portable refractometer technology tools to measure water content in order to improve the quality of raw materials. Furthermore, in the production process, there are three development aspects which are carried out namely post-harvest by increasing the duration of the standing period to reduce water content; addition of variations of packaging bottles; as well as renewing packaging containers in the form of cardboard boxes which are specifically designed to increase security during product distribution. Besides, the output in in the form of improved products in order to increase the trust of potential customers, namely by including the product distribution permit number on the "Nano Alami" kelulut bee honey home industry. Abstract

In the current era of globalization and rapid technological advances, the business world is growing rapidly and business competition is increasingly competitive. Currently, Indonesia is being hit by the Korean Wave phenomenon which has resulted in many people preferring products originating from South Korea, especially cosmetic products. origin for Indonesian cosmetic products and pay attention to brand image. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Country of Origin on Brand Image and Purchase Decision of BLP Beauty Cosmetics in Banjarmasin city. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents This research uses a quantitative approach with causal explanatory research. Abstract

The problems that exist are that there are still residents who carry out open defecation activities, there are several latrines along the river, and there is no clear socialization from the government. So the government made North Hulu Sungai Regency Regional Regulation Number 04 of 2016 concerning the Movement to Stop Open Defecation. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of the stop open defecation movement policy and to find out what factors influence the implementation of the stop open defecation movement policy. The research used is a qualitative approach with a descriptive type. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. The data source was taken from 11 informants using purposive sampling. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research show that the implementation of the Stop Open Defecation Movement Policy in Pasar Rabu Village, Kandang Halang Village, and Rantawan Village, Amuntai Tengah District, North Hulu Sungai Regency is quite good. First, interests that influence clear indicators of policy targets have not been implemented, and the level of policy satisfaction has not been implemented well. Second, the types of benefits with policy benefit indicators have not been implemented, and the continuity and continuity of benefits have not been implemented. Third, the degree of change with indicators of the degree to be achieved is sufficiently implemented. Fourth, the position of policy makers with indicators of accountability for policy implementers has been implemented. Fifth, program implementers with indicators of competence and quality of policy implementers are quite well implemented, and clear communication and coordination of program implementers have been implemented. Abstract

Committees, leverage, and profitability on earnings management of Manufacturing companies (consumer goods) listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period of  2016 - 2018. The type of this research is associative quantitative researchthat aims to analyze the relationships between variables. Sample of this research consisted of 27 companies selected by the purposive sampling method.
