Abstract

The increasing of employees’ job performance on public (government) organization is an important and strategic substance against the development dynamic which from time to time is faced with increasingly complex global challenges. The purpose of this study is to test and analyze of the influence transformational on cohesiveness, job involvement and employees’ job performance. The study is designed to answer any formulaic problems, while also testing any given hypothesis at the same time.The study is a quantitative research which will prove causal relationship between latent exogenous variable (independent variable) of transformational leadership (X) with latent endogen dependent variable to job performance (Y3) and     latent endogen intervening variable cohesiveness (Y1) and job involvement (Y2).      Target populations in this study are structural officials (echelon II, III, and IV) in total of 560 people with samples amount to 150 people. Sample acquiring technique uses stratified proportional random sampling and data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure) program version 18.The result of the study shows that the transformational leadership have positive and significant influence on employees’ job performance. The result of the study also shows transformational leadership have positive and significant influence on             cohesiveness and job involvement. As are cohesiveness and job involvement have      positive and significant influence on employees’ job performance. Key Words : Transformational Leadership, Cohesiveness, Job Involvement and Job Performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to prove the influensce of Competence (X₁), Work Discipline (X₂) and the Working Environment (X₃) on Employee Performance (Y).Location Research Office PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero)Tbk Branch Muara Teweh, North Barito, with the size a sample of 33 employees by sampling.Obtained the velue arithmetic competence variabel equal to 2,051, work discipline variabel equal to 2,202 and work environment variabel equal to 2,369 with t table equal to 2,045 and F count equal to 23,893 and F table equal to 2,934.The result of study showed that by parsial competence variable, work discipline, and work environment variable to have an effect on the signifikan to employee performance variable And oslo by simultan of employee competence variable, work discipline dan work environment to have an effect on by signifikan to employee performance variabel. Keywords : Competence, Work Discipline, Work Environment and  Performance

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Attitude, Knowledge of the application of CRM and test the effect of Attitude, Knowledge, Application of CRM on the Performance of Customer Service through a quantitative approach with methods of explanatory research, the technique of scoring using a Likert scale and the analytical techniques used is the approach of Structural Equation Model ( SEM) with Software Partial Least Square (PLS) and SPPS.Results of this study explains that the attitude variables not significant effect on CRM which the known value of the variable t <t table, namely: 1.608 <2.01, significantly influence the knowledge variable CRM variables which are known t count> t table, namely: 5.722> 2.01, attitude variables not significant effect on the performance of customer service where the variables are known values t <t table, namely: 1.708 <2.01, not significant knowledge variable to variable customer service performance which, known values of t <t tables, namely: 0.777 <2.01, while the CRM variables significantly influence the performance of a customer service where the variables are known values t <t table, namely: 9.852 <2.01.This study shows that the dimensions of knowledge have the effect of higher significance than Attitude towards CRM. Similarly, the CRM has a positive and significant impact on the performance of Customer Service.Keyword: Attitude, Knowledge, Application Performance Against CRM Customer Service

Abstract

The purpose of this study to prove the influence Prerequisite Credit (5C) partially composed of Character (X1), Capacity (X2), Capital (X3), Collateral (X4), Condition of Economy (X5) against Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment Customers Bank Kalsel Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin, proving the influence Prerequisites Credits (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions of Economy) simultaneously on the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Kalsel Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin and prove variable (Character, Capacity, Capital, Collateral, Conditions of Economy) in which the most significant effect on the Payment Smoothness (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan.The study population is the Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan which amounts to 130 people. Sampling technique used sampling saturated. Collecting data using questionnaires designed using level Likert scale 1-5. Data analysis using SPSS structural model.The test results prove 1). Character (X1) partially significant effect on the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin South Kalimantan with great influence 25.3%. 2). Capacity (X2) significant effect partially to the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan to PT Bank Kalsel employee performance with great influence 26.7%. 3). Capital (X3) but not significant effect partially on Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan (1.1%). 4). Collateral (X4) significant effect partially to the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan against the influence of 27.5%. 5). Condition of Economy (X5) but not significant effect partially on Smoothness Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan (0.7%). 6). Prerequisites Credit (5C) but not significant effect simultaneously on the smoothness of Payments (Y) Installment of Customer in Bank Unit Sentra Antasari Banjarmasin in South Kalimantan (18.5%) of employees of PT Bank Kalsel performance with great influence 26.7% Training significant effect on Employee Performance PT Bank Kalsel with great influence 24.34% 3) Financial Compensation significant effect on employee performance PT Bank Kalsel with great influence 31.11%. Abstract

The purpose of this research is test the influence of transactional leadership style (X) and the motivation (Z) againts employee performance (Y) in Bank Pembangunan Daerah Kalimantan Selatan (Kantor Cabang Utama Banjarmasin).Samples taken as many as 78 people which is the overall number of employees (excluding the branch leader and section leader). Collecting data using the questionnaire while data analysis using the PLS (Partial Least Square) by using the smartPLS.The test results prove the transactional leadership style have a significant effect on employee motivation with the effect of 38.08%, motivation significantly influence performance of employees with the effect of 2.40%, transactional leadership style significantly influence employee performance with the effect of 59, 96%.Key words: transactional leadership style, motivation and employee performance

Abstract

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) is one of the obligations which have to be implemented by the company in accordance with the content of Article 74 of Company Limited Regulations (CLR), that is Regulations Number 40 Year 2007, through this Regulations, any industry or cooperatives are obliged to implement it. The increasing level of awareness on quality of life, social and environmental harmonization, is also influencing the activity in the business world. Therefore, the Constitution Provision on the role of company in the social responsibility was born. Here isone of the benefitsthatcan begleanedfrom thecompany'sCSRactivities. This is the context where the activity of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has becoming the mandatory menu to the company, beyond the obligation which is outlined in The Regulations.                 The purpose of this thesis is to find out the application of Hasnur Group’s CSR on their subsidiaries which conduct the large-scale CSR in South and Central Kalimantan Region and  to find out what are the obstacles faced and also propose solutions to the obstacles faced by the company in its implementation.                 Data in this thesis was analyzed qualitatively, that is secondary data in the theory form, its definition and substance from literature, Regulations Policy, and also primary data gained from interviews, field study and observation, which then being analyzed, in order to find the conclusion about the implementation of company social responsibility.                 Based on the analysis, it is concluded that in implementing their social responsibility, Hasnur Group has done some activities in Society Development, which are education, infrastructure, health improvement, socio-religious, and sports. While the obstacles found in the implementation of Hasnur Group’s CSR consist of internal and external constraints. Internal obstacle is caused by internal factors in the company itself, such as the policy inconsistency of work unit who supporting the program, the right person system has not been applied in the Bureau of Public Relation, less number of staffs, and the disharmony of turnover management elements with the policy. The external obstacles are the community participation is not optimal, the occurring of social problems, overlapping of community welfare activities, public’s high demand, and the low of public confidence and tribe’s work ethic. To overcome these obstacles  through Solution Recommendation which is done to deal with the obstacles such us CSR training and community development, persuading the cooperation with NGO who have managerial capabilities, implementing an effective and efficient coordination, intensify internal coordination, strengthen the performance of duties and functions through intensive socialization and training, also holding regular meetings.      Key Words : CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility)

Abstract

This study berjutuan to the effect of competence (X1) and motivation (X2) on employee performance (Y). Samples were determined by 69 people who are saturated sample / census. techniques of data collection using the questionnaire. and the analysis of data using multiple linear regression.The test results prove the existence of significant influence variables simultaneously competence and motivation variable with a contribution of 88.7%. Partially the influence of motivational variables on the performance of the employee contributions of 68%, the variable competence is the dominant contribution to the performance of employees with a contribution of 74%..Keywords: competence, motivation, performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Service, Product Quality, Value Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty Bank "XY" Branch Kapuas. Using a quantitative approach to the design of causality between variables and Ex Post Facto through hypothesis testing.Samples collected in this study as many as 42 samples where all populations are sampled. Sampling in this study using the technique of accidental sampling with Likert scale. Data analysis technique that used the model approach PLS (Partial Least Square) using t-test through smartPLS test equipment.Results of the research hypothesis testing via t-test showed that the Quality of Service, Quality Products, and Value significant effect on the Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty Bank "XY" Branch Kapuas. However, hypothesis testing via t-test on variables Service Quality is not significant effect on the Bank Customer Loyalty "XY" Branch Kapuas with a value of 0,106303%. Keywords: quality of service, product quality, customer value, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the partial whether (1) Transformational Leadership Style significant effect on employee performance, (2) discipline Job significant effect on employee performance, (3) Cultural Organization significant effect on employee performance (4) and test and analyze together (simultaneously) whether Transformational leadership, Discipline Work and Organizational Culture influence on employee performance at the Post Office Palangkaraya in Central Kalimantan.The study population were employees of the Post Office of Palangkaraya in Central Kalimantan numbered as many as 34 people and also became samples taken by sampling saturated. Methods This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses data analysis techniques Regression. Validity and reliability test using SPSS 21.0 softwere assistance.The results showed that: (1) The test result is known that there is no significant influence of Transformational Leadership Style (X1) on employee performance (Y) partially, by 0.042. (2) The test result is known that there are significant effect Work Discipline (X2) the Employee Performance (Y) partially, by 0.279. (3) The test result is known that there are significant effect Cultural Organization (X3) on employee performance (Y) partially, by 0.634. (4) From the test results it is known that there is no significant influence Transformational Leadership Style (X1), Work Discipline (X2) and Cultural Organization (X3) on employee performance (Y) simultaneously, 0.776. (5) Interpretation of the results of this testing is the constant of 10.225 Keywords: Transformational Leadership Style, Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine andnalyze the promotion mix (promotion mix) which is a tool of marketing mix that includes all activities of the company to communicate and to promote their products to the target market. As applied by Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya in promoting the brand of car oil that they sell to their consumers at this time. This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix which consists of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, direct marketing, and internet marketing to Decision of Car Oil Brand Selection at Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya. This study applies quantitative approach with explanatory research type and 115 people who are the consumers of Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya are chosen as respondents by using accidental sampling method. Data collection has been done by using questionnaires, the data has been analyzed by using multiple regression analysis, the F test is used to test the effect of simultaneous and t test is used to test the effect of partial at the 0.05 level.The results of this study proves that the promotion mix which consists of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion, publicity, direct marketing, and internet marketing simultaneously has positive and significant effect on decision of car oil brand selection at Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya. Partially, the variable of advertising, personal selling, sales promotion and internet marketing have a significant effect towards the decision of car oil brand selection at Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya while publicity variable and direct marketing give no significant effect decision of car oil brand selection at Pantai Gading Motor Palangkaraya.Keywords: Promotion Mix, Advertising, Personal Selling, Sales Promotion, Publicity, Direct Marketing, Internet Marketing, Decision of Brand Selection.
