Abstract

The background of the author doing this research is because of the problem of nutritional status in adolescents, namely how the description of diet, physical activity and nutritional status of teenagers at Citra Bangsa Christian High School in Kupang City. Then this study aims to analyze the description of diet, physical activity, and nutritional status in Citra Bangsa Christian High School Teenagers in Kupang City. The research method conducted by the author is survey research using descriptive research methods. This research was conducted at the Citra Bangsa Christian High School in Kupang City and the informants in this study were students or writers who conducted research in collecting the data needed. The authors conducted research using interview techniques by using questionnaires to obtain answers from students regarding information about diet, physical activity, and nutritional status in adolescents systematically. From the results of research conducted by the author on the description of eating patterns, physical activity, and nutritional status in adolescents, which shows that from 140 respondents, 31 respondents (22.1%) have a high eating pattern, 99 respondents (77.7%) have a high dietary pattern. eat enough by answering questions, and 10 respondents (7.1%) have a poor diet. While in the physical activity section of 140 respondents, 46 respondents (32.9%) had a high level of physical activity, 61 respondents (43.6%) had a moderate level of activity, and 33 respondents (23.6%) had a high level of physical activity. which is lacking. And on the nutritional nutritional status of 140 respondents, 36 respondents (25.7%) had a "thin" nutritional status, 92 respondents (65.7%) had a "Normal" nutritional status, and 12 respondents (8.6%) had a nutritional status. Abstract

Adolescent adherence to wearing helmets can reduce the risk of harm caused by traffic accidents. This study aims to determine the factors associated with adolescent adherence to wearing helmets in SMA Negeri 4 Kota Kupang. The time of this research was carried out from February 01, 2020 to February 20, 2020. The method used in this research is an analytical method using a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study amounted to 113 teenage students who use motorbikes to school and The sample consisted of 53 people who were determined using simple random sampling and then used the proportional random sampling technique to determine the number of samples for each class. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using chi_square analysis. The results showed that the variables that had a relationship with adolescent adolescents' compliance in using helmets were among others, the attitude variable (p-value = 0.007), the helmet availability variable (p-value = 0.020), and the rule variable (p-value = 0.000). Meanwhile, the variables that did not have a relationship with adolescent adolescents' compliance in using helmets were the knowledge variable (p-value = 0.377) and the age variable (p-value = 0.655). Abstract

The spread of the corona virus has had a major impact on changing learning methods, from offline to online by utilizing internet access. Monotonous situations, too many assignments, lack of understanding of the material presented by lecturers, as well as networks that are not always good and limited internet quotas have a serious impact on students who have the potential to experience stress. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that related to the level of academic stress of students at the Citra Bangsa University Kupang during the Corona Virus pandemic. This research method is quantitative research with a correlational design, a cross-sectional approach, a sample of 206 students of the class of 2020 at the Citra Bangsa University Kupang using a quota sampling technique with a statistical analysis test used, namely the chi-square test. The results showed that there was no relationship between the learning task factor and the student's academic stress level (p-value 0.178 > 0.05), there was no relationship between the boredom factor at home and the students' academic stress level (p-value 0.703 > 0.05), no the relationship between internet quota factors and students' academic stress levels (p-value 0.359 > 0.05), there is no relationship between online learning factors and students' academic stress levels (p-value 0.440 > 0.05). Conclusion: The condition of students' academic stress levels during the corona virus pandemic at Citra Bangsa University was not caused by the learning task factor, the boredom factor at home, the internet quota factor, and the online learning factor. Abstract

Nutrition conscious family (KADARZI) is a family that is able to recognize, prevent and overcome nutritional problems of each member. The assessment of the nutritional status of the family is based on five main indicators, namely weighing regularly, providing exclusive breastfeeding for the first 6 month, consuming a variety of foods, using iodized salt and consuming vitamin A nutritional supplements as recommended. Research Purpose was Describe the behavior of nutritionally conscious families in children aged 0-59 month in the working area of the Oesapa Public Health Center. This type of research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people who were obtained using a purposive sampling technique in accordance with the specified inclusion criteria. Result Showed that the behavior of weighing 90,9% was good, exclusive breastfeeding behavior was good 94,5%, the behavior of consuming various foods was not good 70,9%, the behavior of using iodized salt was not good 54,4% and the behavior of consuming nutritional supplements (Vitamins A) good 92,7%. Conclusion most of the behavior of the family aware of good nutrition. The result of this study are expected that health workers can improve the provision of education about the importance of Kadarzi behavior in children aged 0-59 months. Abstract

In today's world, COVID-19 has become a pandemic. It spreads swiftly and kills a lot of people. The COVID-19 epidemic has resulted in numerous societal changes. The community must develop health procedures and improve healthy habits as a result of the changes. A nutritious diet at all levels of society, including students, is one of the healthy lifestyles that must be followed by the community. The A cross-sectional design was adopted in this investigation. The study took place at the Health Poltekkes, Ministry of Health, Kupang, from June to December 2020. The research sample consisted of 204 students who were chosen using a simple random sampling. The role of parents (p value = 0.00) and student nutritional behavior (p value = 0.00) are factors connected to student eating patterns, according to the findings of this study. Not connected to the student's diet include father's education (p value = 0.88), mother's education (p value = 0.72), father's occupation (p value = 0.64), mother's occupation (p value = 0.91), and nutrition knowledge (p value = 0.20). During the COVID-19 epidemic, diet plays a crucial role in developing students immunity. As a result, it is vital to provide ongoing education so that students can adopt healthy eating pattern. Abstract

Iron Nutritional Anemia is Anemia that arises due to iron deficiency so that the formation of red blood cells and other functions in body disrupted. Nutritional anemia is very common in Indonesia an occur in every age groups. Riskesdas 2018 found that is increase in cases of anemia in young women. In 2013, there is 37,1 percent of young women experienced anemia. The largest proportion of anemia occurs in the age group 15 – 24 years, and those aged 25 to 34 years. The purpose of this study was to describe the diet of young women, and to analyze the effectiveness of nutrition education on increasing the knowledge of young women about nutritional anemia in Kupang City. The sample in this study were 30 young women. The research was conducted in May until October 2022. The result found that there were differences in knowledge before and after being given education with a value of p = 0.000, and the results of the analysis of the effectiveness of educational methods on changes in knowledge showed that there were no significant differences of three methods on changes in knowledge of young women p = 0.532. to describe the dietary pattern of respondents, it is known that the highest energy consumption is in the sufficient category (43.33%), the highest protein consumption in in the sufficient category (33,33%), and the highest iron consumption in in the less category (93,33%).
