Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah pertama untuk mengetahui kualitas produk pada motor honda;  kedua, Untuk mengetahui kepuasan Mahasiswa pada motor honda di Kampus Al-Khairiyah; dan ketiga untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan Mahasiswa STIE Al-Khairiyah Kota Cilegon.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa di ketahui indikator tertinggi variable X (kualitas produk) yaitu pada indikator kenyamanan. Sebanyak 26 orang dari 50 responden atau 52% (point ke 6) menjawab sangat mudah. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa Motor Honda sangat berkualitas. Sementara indikator tertinggi pada variabel Y (kepuasan pelanggan) yaitu pada indikator keputusan membeli 28 orang dari 50 responden atau 56% (poin ke 1) menjawab butuh. Hal ini dapat diartikan bahwa Motor Honda dibutuhkan.Hasil analisis pada koefisien korelasi menunjukan bahwa nilai koefisiennya sebesar 0,201 dan hasil uji t di peroleh thitung 1,423 sedangkan ttabel 2,0216 dengan taraf kesalahan 5%, dengan demikian thitung = 1,423 < ttabel 2,0216, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa koefisien korelasi antara kualitas produk terhadap kepuasan konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dan dari uji hipotesis determinasinya (cd) sebesar 40%, berdasarkan hubungan variable dalam penelitian ini bersifat kausal atau sebab akibat, maka dapat di buat persamaan regresi linier sederhana yaitu: Y = 31,032 + 0,207 X sehingga terdapat pengaruh kualitas produk motor honda terhadap kepuasan konsumen di pada Mahasiswa STIE Al-Khairiyah Cilegon

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berisi tentang analisis lingkungan internal dan eksternal di STIE Galileo Batam. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis lingkungan internal dan lingkungan eksternal dalam mencapai tujuan oragnisasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan model deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara dokumentasi dan pengamatan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan beberapa prosedur pengurangan data, tampilan data dan kesimpulan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini dibuat berdasarkan pada teknik analisis evaluasi factor-faktor lingkungan internal dan eksternal. Berdasarkan pada kesempulan, penulis menyarankan beberapa hal seperti penerapan strategi biaya kepemimpinan dan diferensiasi, peningkatan kualitas dosen dan sumber daya manusia, dan perbaikan keterampilan dan keahlian untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi.  Kata Kunci: analisis lingkungan eksternal, analisis lingkungan internal, strategi perusahaan, tujuan perusahaan ABSTRACTThis research is about the analysis of internal and external environment was done in STIE Galileo Batam. The aims of the research are and analyze the internal and external environments towards the achievement of organization goals. The researchs use a qualitative approach with descriptive type. Meanwhile the data collection used the documentation and observation. The data analysis technique used some kind of procedures such as the reduction data, the display of data and the conclusion. The conclusions from this research were shown that based on the analysis technique using internal and external evaluation factors. Based on that conclusion, the writer has suggested some advices such as the cost leadership and differentiation, increase quality of lecture and human resources, and improvement skill and experience of human resource to supporting for achievement of organization goals.  Keyword: analysis of internal , external environment, corporate strategy, goals of organization

Abstract

This research to analyze how much influence the quality improvement of graduates influenced by principal leadership and teacher performance. In conducting the analysis, measurement of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 22 program. This research resulted that principal leadership influence on dependent variable, that is the quality of graduates, the increase of teacher performance influence to the quality of the graduates. Based on the simultaneous test results, it can be seen that the independent variables are the level of Leadership Principal and Performance Teachers significant effect on the dependent variable, namely the quality of graduates seen in the final grade of graduates

Abstract

Human resources is one of the mean for the company to achieves its goal, for they’re the one who market the product. However, in order to achieve its purposes, the company needs systematic and structured setting regulated in the form of organitation structure. Thus, it is hoped that every obstacle, like work pressure and leadership function, employees performance could work well.The sample in this research are 30, and the data is collected by spreading some quetionaire related to work pressure and leadership style and employees performance an Blitz Hotel Batam, where result of the analysis and discssion show that : (1) leadership styles has significant influence on employeed performance, (2) job work pressure hasn’tsignificant influence employeed performance.

Abstract

The research objective was to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans on the amount of credit channeled to PT Bank Sumut Medan for the period 2014-2017. The data used is secondary data that is obtained by documentation technique. Data processing by using Multiple Regression Analysis. The results showed that simultaneously the variable Capital Adequacy Ratio, Loan to Deposit Ratio, and Non-Performing Loan had a negative and significant effect on the amount of credit channeled to PT Bank Sumut for the 2015-2017 period.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Financial Behavior and Financial Literacy on Saving Behavior case study on the student of Akademi Akuntansi Permata Harapan. The population of this study is all students of Akademi Akuntansi Permata Harapan. The techniques used in the sampling is puposive sampling that is with criterion of students who already get subject of Introduction of Accounting. Data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. These results of this study indicate that the Financial Behavior and Financial Literacy either partially or simultaneously affect Saving Behavior. This is evidenced by the t-test of the sig. value Financial behavior that is 0.000 < α = 0.05 and Financial Literacy variable that is 0.000 < α = 0.05. While the F test result obtained sig. value of  0.000 < α = 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the direct and indirect effect of corporate governance on the capital structure with cash flow from operation as an intervening variable. Independent variables used in this research are board size, audit committe, independen audit committe, audit committe expertise’ in finance, audit committe meetings, board commisioner composition and institutional ownership.  The capital structure is measured by the debt ratio. Samples from this study were 65manufacturing firms sub sector basic industries and chemicals listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and were selected using purposive sampling method. Data have been obtained will be tested with path analysis. The results of this study indicate that there were direct and negative significant influence of audit committe, and positive significant of audit committe meeting and board of commisioner composition on capital structure. The results also showed that there were indirect effect and significant of board size and audit commitee espertise’ in finance on capital struture with cash flow operation as an intervening variable.

Abstract

Cargo shipping service companies are one of the supporting factors for various companies performing their performance, especially goods or manufacturing companies. Whether or not the companys performance can be seen based on employee performance. The higher the enthusiasm of employees in work will further increase the potential of a company to achieve its goals. This study aims to examine the extent to which the role of leadership, work stress, organizational commitment and job satisfaction is able to improve the performance of employees of Cargo Shipping Services in Batam City, using quantitative research methods with data analysis techniques with path analysis of employees. The results of this study are; Leadership has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Job stress has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a significant direct effect on job satisfaction. Job satisfaction has a direct and insignificant effect on employee performance. Leadership has a direct and insignificant effect on employee performance. Job stress has a significant direct effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment has a significant direct effect on employee performance. Leadership has a significant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance. Job stress has a significant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance. Organizational commitment does not significantly influence job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

The main purpose of this paper is to investigate the bank internal factors which can affect the financial performance of rural banks in Riau Province. A total of 20 rural banks were purposefully taken and their quarter financial reports were analyzed for the period of 2012 until 2016. For this purpose, descriptive statistics and panel regression approaches were applied. In this study, return on asset (ROA) and return on equity (ROE) as the dependent variables and bank internal factors like capital adequacy, asset quality, management efficiency, liquidity and bank size as independent variables were used. The results indicated that capital adequacy ratio and size of banks have positive and statistically significant effect on the firm performance of rural banks of Riau Province measured by ROA. Asset quality, management efficiency, and liquidity have negatively significant impact on financial performance of banks (ROA), but management efficiency showed positively significant impact on financial performance measured by ROE. Finally, this study also depicted that capital adequacy, asset quality, liquidity and bank size were not statistically significant determinant of sound financial performance of rural banks in Riau Province.

Abstract

Stock Price prediction is an important aspect for investor in order to maximize stock return. There are two kinds of stock analysis have been develops over the years, fundamental and technical analysis. Technical analysis believes that stock price formed by the trend of its previous price itself. One of modelling technique in technical analysis that widely used by investor is Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA). This paper presents extensive process of building stock price predictive model using the ARIMA model. Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) were evaluated and  predicted the trend of upcoming trading days stock market fluctuations. The research use data of daily closing price during January 2016 to September 2018. The result shows that data stationer in first differencing, thus we use 1 as orde for d. From next results, it can be observed that ARIMA (2,1,2) fit the data with all variables significantly influenced toward upcoming stock price. Coefficient determination and Root Mean Square Erorr have been used for goodness of fit criteria. The model resulted having influence R-square value is 97.2% and Root Mean Square Error 7.524. The ARIMA model then can be used to predict stock price in the next fifteen days.
