Abstract

Company or agencies can run and grown up with the labor or employees who have the ability in accordance with the need a clue who these company or agencies. In this case the recruitment process for employees can be transferred to various criteria and the ability of indispensable. The selection process used to assess the relative servant candidates so that the capabilities of quality or the number of civil servants. To overcome these issues researchers conducted the design and manufacture of systems of supporting the decision the reception of new employees. .Methods used in the research uses a method of profile macthing. The program designed by the profile matching and design system The assessment by using the method profile matching produce information rangking of final score.. The decision support system for a new entry that would be an alternative for agencies to help ease in the decision-making process and provide solutions to problems. The evaluation process also more quickly and given free to users to vote for employees who will be assessed.

Abstract

Sistem informasi pada perangkat seluler merupakan kombinasi perangkat lunak serta perangkat keras pada perangkat yang memiliki mobilitas tinggi guna mempermudah pengguna (user) dalam menyimpan, menerima, mengolah, serta mendistribusikan data kepada pengguna (user) lain. Salah satu bentuk aplikasi yang dirancang Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika (Diskominfo Kota Jambi) dalam inovasi berbasis teknologi informasi guna mewujudkan Jambi Smart City berbasis IOS dan android yaitu Sistem Informasi Kota Jambi (SIKOJA) yang dapat di unduh sejak 30 Juli 2019. Untuk menjamin bahwa aplikasi SIKOJA telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna baik oleh pemerintah kota Jambi maupun masyarakat kota Jambi, maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi tingkat kegunaan (usability) agar konten yang disajikan sesuai dengan harapan pengguna. Belum adanya proses pengukuran tingkat kegunaan aplikasi SIKOJA hingga saat ini, mendorong penulis untuk melakukan evaluasi tingkat kegunaan aplikasi SIKOJA dengan menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi tingkat kegunaan terhadap 109 orang (49,321%) dari 221 orang narasumber yang mengisi kuesioner dan pernah menggunakan aplikasi SIKOJA didapat nilai rata-rata skor SUS sebesar 65,459 dari skala maksimal 100, dapat disimpulkan bahwa aplikasi SIKOJA berada pada Rentang “Marginal High”, dengan Nilai “D”, serta Rating “OK”. Dengan cukup banyaknya responden yang belum pernah menggunakan aplikasi tersebut sebesar 112 Orang (50,679%) maka diperlukan sosialisasi yang lebih gencar kepada masyarakat Kota Jambi oleh Diskominfo Kota Jambi tentang keberadaan dan manfaat aplikasi tersebut. Dari hasil observasi juga didapati bahwa informasi pada kolom Berita Kota Jambi yang disediakan oleh aplikasi SIKOJA cukup rutin di perbaharui.

Abstract

Development in the world of robotics at this time is growing where robots can be useful in every human activity, the role of robots at this time canalready help in human work. In Indonesia, robot contests have been held every year at both regional and national levels. One of the categories to bediscussed in this research is the Indonesian Football Robot Contest (KRSBI). In the indonesian football robot contest is divided into two more categories,namely humanoid division football robot and wheel division football robot. In this category, robots must be able to navigate to find the ball and kicktowards the goal. The main objective of this robot is to navigate and search for the ball to reach the opponent's goal. However, at the time of the matchthe robot has problems in the ball search system quickly, so it can slow down in taking the decision to chase the ball because the robot can not knowthe distance of the ball and the robot. One solution that can help the problem in wheeled football robots is to add greedy methods to wheeled footballrobots in taking the best option. So that the robot can vaccinate quickly and can chase the ball well. The test area uses a field of 180cm x 360cm. Thetest is declared successful if the robot can reach the ball and avoid the obstacle. From the test results, the robot managed to reach the ball well, so it canbe concluded that the robot can navigate using the greedy algorithm

Abstract

Palma Abadi Jambi is one of company which has been located in Jambi which the processes of the dissemination of information and processing the data for purchase palm oil like still use book help. So that problems occur that is spreading information takes a very long time of branch offices to headquarters, often mistakes recording and calculation total money for data buying and selling, the absence of a system that can calculating the cost of oil every day, and preparing reports that takes time relatively long. Because of that, this research have purpose to give solution to that happening problems with offer a application of purchasing and production palm oil with using PHP programming language and MySQL database where writer make development system with waterfall method and using model approach system unified model language with use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram and flowchart diagram. The new system produce outputs that can showing location data, employees data, product data, purchase data, customers data, selling data, cash data, cost data and reports that can be printed with purpose of can tell us a quick and easier information to the management of data the purchasing and production palm oil.

Abstract

Management of diploma management in Universitas DinamikaBangsa is still conventional, the data collection process is still written manually. Part related to the management of diploma namely BAAK (Administrative Bureau of Academic and Student Affairs), Prodi Staff, Kaprodi(Head of Study Program), Chairman and Vice Chairman I. BAAK in charge of printing diploma then Staff Prodi duty to equip and distribute diploma to student. Kaprodi in charge of distributing diplomas that have not been taken one year. Every process in the making of diploma is not well recorded, such as diploma that has not been printed because the data is not complete student or diploma which not yet complete because not yet signed by student concerned. The purpose of this research is to design a management information system of distribution of diploma, so that every procedure and transition of diploma is recorded historically. Development of this information system using object-oriented approach includes the stages of problem formulation, data collection, system analysis, modeling and prototyping.

Abstract

Management of administrative data at the Muara Bulian Village Office which is still conventional where data collection and reporting are still using bookkeeping, so that there is often difficulty in making letters, reports and searches, the absence of digital data back-up makes the administration process less efficient. So an efficient and effective information system is needed to support ticket sales bookkeeping. In addition, researchers also design computerized administrative applications. The benefit of this study is that it can improve the quality of service to the population. The results of this study are an administrative application as a tool for processing administrative data, letters and report generation. Abstract

The Helpdesk or Customer Service division in providing information and assistance that related to course services at Stephen Komputer Jambi is currently still using a conventional system, such as services by phone or in person. Likewise, the reservation system or course class registration is still adopting the same system. This conventional service will certainly take a lot of time and money for both the customer and the company, where telephone service will certainly take up time and allow queues to occur. Customer service has limitations in serving customers because it can only serve during working hours and a limited number of personnel. Chatbot is an application that designed to communicate with machines. The Chatbot application is expected to be able to replace the role of customer service to be able to respond to customers more quickly, be able to serve several customers simultaneously and not be fixated on working hours. This application was built using an expert system with the forward chaining method. The final result of this research is a chatbot application that can serve customers in terms of information, assistance and course class reservations at Stephen Computer Jambi. Abstract

PGRI Madiun University is an institution in the city of Madiun in its development using the website as a tool to promote. Today's technology is very advanced and has many benefits for life in our environment. Website is an effective promotional media, providing information and receiving information speed is very fast. Therefore, PGRI Madiun University uses the website for promotional purposes in addition to academic activities so far. Correct and accurate information will have an impact on society, and the trust given to the community will also increase. Analysis of the quality of use and utilization of the website to see visitor satisfaction with information and services when viewed from user satisfaction is needed to measure user satisfaction. This study analyzes how much user satisfaction is with the university website using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) approach. The results of the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) analysis show that several recommendations are obtained from the results of the analysis of this research which are the priority and the main thing to be maintained is the quality of information. Abstract

Dinamika Bangsa University is one of the universities in the city of Jambi. The attendance process for student lecture meetings is currently still being done manually. This has an impact on the process of recapitulation of lecture attendance to be longer and makes it difficult for the parties involved in it. In this study, an analysis was carried out related to the presence process in the dynamic university of the nation, the results of the analysis were used to design applications. This research produces a mobile-based application that can be used by lecturers and students for lecture attendance.

Abstract

Research at CV. Solusi Prima was done to help implement chatbot on bug report, in order to solve some problems in interaction with client. We use some research method such as observation, interview, and library research. From this research's result there are some problem with working system that is client and staff in terms of report bug, make report which is done separately and manually (via whatsapp). This matter make staff become confused between chat to see report bug and for staff to make report bug for their head manager, and for head manager it's cost a lot of time to recap all of his staff's works in patch bug. Especially if their customer and the staff keep report error numerously, can cause older report bugs not being recorded in system, or some report being recorded but not tidy enough, so the staff will get confused to input report bug one by one, because of that we use this chatbot system based on natural language processing method with messenger application (telegram).Aim to make it easier for staff and client in making bug reports, so no need for staff to make report manually without having to lose previously datas, other than that the data that is display base on realtime so whatever report that is display will automatically broadcasted by system to all company's staffs from the results of the testing, system worked is compatible with what we are planning from the start. With the use of chatbot that have been equipped with natural language processing, make user easier to do reporting without moving their hands from keyboard to mouse too often. All the informations in chatbot will be saved and can be used for doing data analythic, so making chatbot easier to use and making it easy for staff and client to report a bug.
