Abstract

Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi individu siswa dalam hasil belajar adalah motivasi belajar. Motivasi diperlukan dalam pelaksanaan aktivitas manusia karena motivasi merupakan hal yang dapat menyebabkan, menyalurkan dan mendukung supaya giat dan antusias untuk mencapai hasil yang maksimal. Hasil belajar dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat keberhasilan siswa setelah menempuh proses pembelajaran tentang materi tertentu, yakni tingkat penguasaan yang dapat diukur dengan tes yang disusun berdasarkan C1-C2. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan motivasi belajar siswa pada materi globalisasi pada mata pelajaran PKn di SDN 4 Tapan; (2) menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan peran motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa materi globalisasi pada mata pelajaran PKn siswa kelas IV di SDN 4 Tapan. Jenis penelitian ini studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah angket, wawancara, catatan lapangan, tes, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan skor angket motivasi yang diperoleh 1490 dengan nilai rata – rata 74,5 dan hasil belajar 1625 dengan nilai rata – rata 81,25. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah (1) Siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Tapan memiliki motivasi belajar yang tinggi pada materi globalisasi mata pelajaran PKn; (2) Motivasi belajar senantiasa berperan dalam penentuan hasil belajar materi globalisasi mata pelajaran PKn siswa kelas IV SDN 4 Tapan.

Abstract

Gadgets have now become the daily necessities of modern society, ranging from laptops, tablets to smartphones. The survey (theAsian Parent Insight with Samsung Kidstime: 2014) states that 98% of children in Southeast Asia have used a smartphone / tablet. The high intensity of the use of gadgets by children to play games and access video content is certainly a problem in itself. If in the past children often spend their free time playing with friends, studying and reading books, now children prefer to spend their time playing gadgets. Though the end of childhood (elementary school children) is an important time to interact with friends. Activities to interact with friends include playing in groups. Play is important for the physical, psychological, and social development of children. By playing in groups, children interact with friends so they can provide valuable lessons for children to tolerate with fellow friends. (Rita Eka Izzaty, et al., 2008: 112). This research is to find out: 1) the length of time using a gadget by elementary school students, 2) the content that is accessed when using a gadget. This research uses qualitative research. The conclusion is that the flap book lift can be used as a learning medium to reduce the behavior of gadget addiction in elementary level students.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yaitu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kreatif siswa sekolah dasar melalui pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal. Kemampuan menulis kreatif siswa sekolah dasar akan meningkat jika materi dan proses pembelajaran menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal. Pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal akan memudahkan siswa untuk menrima pengetahuan yang diperoleh melalui proses pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Alur penelitian tindakan kelas terdiri dari empat kegiatan pokok, yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan teknik analisis data deskriptif kualitatif. Data-data verbal yang terkumpul ketika penelitian akan dianalisis oleh peneliti. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi data hasil observasi, wawancara, dan hasil belajar siswa. Observasi dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data aktivitas siswa selama proses pembelajaran, sedangkan wawancara untuk mendapatkan informasi tentang kemampuan siswa ketika proses menghasilkan menulis kreatif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan 2 siklus yang telah didapatkan bahwa pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal yang diterapkan di dalam proses pembelajaran secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan menulis kreatif siswa, pada siklus pertama 83 % siswa memperoleh nilai ≤ 70, sedangkan pada siklus kedua ketika proses pembelajaran menggunakan pendekatan kearifan lokal sebanyak 76 % siswa memperoleh nilai ≥ 70. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa kemampuan menulis kreatif siswa meningkatkan melalui pembelajaran berbasis kearifan lokal

Abstract

Abstract. This sudy was motivated by the low ability of students to understand a text, so it needs an alternative in designing an effective model. One model that was considered effective in increasing students’ ability to understand a text was the Mind Mapping model. This model was able to help students to remember important information in reading quickly and creatively. This study was focused on efforts to improve students’ reading comprehension skills through the application of Mind Mapping model. The purpose of this study was to describe the improvement in students’ reading comprehension ability as a result of applying Mind Mapping model. The research method used was classroom action research using Kemmis and Mc.Taggart model. The instrument used were observation paper and test paper. As the subject of this study were students of grade 4 SDN Bunisari consisted of 25 students. Based on the results of data analysis it was known that the application of mind mapping model can improve students’ ability to undertstand a text. From the the first (pre test) data, student learning outcomes reached 48% included in the less category. After the fisrt cycle, student learning outcomes increased to 76% included in the good category. After making improvements in the second cycle, student learning outcomes increased to 88%. This shows that the reading comprehension ability of students increases after the implementation of the Mind Mapping model. Therefore the Mind Mapping model can be used as an alternative in learning reading comprehension. Keywords: Mind Mapping Model, Reading Comprehension Skill, Elementary School Students. Abstrak. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam memahami sebuah bacaan, sehingga perlu adanya alternatif dalam merancang model yang efektif. Salah satu model yang dianggap efektif meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami bacaan yaitu model Mind Mapping. Model ini mampu membantu siswa untuk mengingat informasi penting dalam bacaan dengan cepat dan kreatif. Penelitian ini difokuskan kepada upaya meningkatkan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa melalui penerapan model Mind Mapping. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan gambaran mengenai peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemahahaman siswa sebagai hasil penerapan model Mind Mapping. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan model Kemmis dan Mc. Taggart. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi dan lembar tes. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV SDN Bunisari yang berjumlah 25 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data diketahui bahwa penerapan model Mind Mapping dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam memahami bacaan. Dari data awal ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa mencapai 48% dalam kategori kurang. Setelah dilakukan siklus I, meningkat menjadi 76% dalam kategori baik. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan pada siklus II ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa meningkat menjadi 88%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa meningkat setelah diterapkannya model Mind Mapping. Oleh karena itu, model Mind Mapping dapat digunakan sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran membaca pemahaman. Abstract

Based on the results of field studies conducted by researchers, the quality of teaching and speaking of students in grade IV SDN Sukamaju is still less active in terms of speaking, they prefer to talk during lessons, do not want to ask questions, say nothing and if the teacher asks to speak, students are still stammering, embarrassed and doubtful. With this in mind, it can be seen that fourth-grade students still do not have the speaking skills, and it is difficult to communicate the information obtained. Researchers are learning to role-play learning models for class IV student learning in Indonesian language learning and for class IV students' understanding by applying role-playing learning models to speaking learning in Indonesian language learning. The method used in this study is a quantitative study kind of quasi experiment conducted on students in class IV SDN Sukamaju with a total of 42 students, consisting of IV A 21 people and class IV B 21 people. This research uses the Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Data The results of the study were obtained from interviews, tests, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The average value of the post-test class using conventional learning has an average value of 74.90. In contrast, the experimental class that uses the role-playing model has an average value of 80.19. It can simplify learning by using role learning models that can help students in learning to read in learning Indonesian.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to (1) describe the application of the picture and picture learning model on science subjects in grade IV of Swadaya Talang Pinang Elementary School in Musi Banyuasin Regency, (2) describe the activities of fourth grade students at Swadaya Talang Pinang Elementary School when applied to learning models picture and picture on learning Science, (3) describes the science learning outcomes of fourth grade students of Swadaya Talang Pinang Elementary School after the application of the picture and picture learning model. This study uses qualitative research with a class action research design (CAR). The results of the pre-action research obtained an average of 54.29 with 29% grade learning completeness, the first cycle obtained an average score of 64.99 with 42.86% grade learning completeness. While in the cycle, the average grade reached 74.29 with the completeness of learning class 85.71%. Based on the results of these studies it can be concluded that through the learning model picture and picture of the science learning outcomes of grade IV SD Swadaya Talang Pinang can be improved.Keywords: Learning, IPA, Picture And Picture Model

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of contextual learning model (contextual learning) against the concept of understanding IPA grade IV, these studies use quantitative methods with quasi (quasi experimental approach experiments), in this study used two groups of subjects, namely group wants and the control group. Data collection techniques in the study using four techniques include understanding tests (pretest and posttest) observation sheets performance, teacher, and student performance observation sheets. As for the results of statistical tests on the extent of α = 0.05 significant results as follows: 1) pretest results understanding of student groups and experiments kontrok obtained by the P-value of 0.125 to mean there are no differences among the capabilities experimental and control groups of students, posttest results, 2) value of understanding IPA students after the class action on the given experiment obtained P value 0.000-meaning there are contextual learning model of influence towards the understanding of the concept of science in students, 3) observations of performance the teacher showed the results of the average 81.85% (very good) that shows the performance of teachers already balanced and optimum support of successful learning, and 4 student activity observation) results obtained average results 89.85% (very good) indicate that from each of the indicators approach CTL terintrepetasi is very good.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to obtain data empirically about the implementation of the School Literacy Movement (SLM) program in elementary schools in Tangerang City and Regency, Banten Indonesia. It discusses how far the SLM program has been implemented and what obstacles have been experienced in implementing it in the level of elementary schools. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research located at SDN Jurumudi 2, SDN Gempol Sari, SDN Sudimara Timur 5, SDN Ciakar, dan SDS Mutiara Hati Tangerang. Subjects were principals, teachers and students. The research instruments used are interview, observation and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the SLM program in elementary schools in Kota and Kabupaten Tangerang is merely at the habituation stage. Therefore, the implementation of the SLM program in primary schools needs to be improved through comprehensive and sustainable socialization and assistance in order to achieve the objectives of the SLM program. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui kendala pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013, (2) untuk mengetahui upaya penyelesaian kendala pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013, dan (3) untuk mengetahui manfaat pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif eksploratif. Data yang dikumpulkan menggunakan instrument wawancara. Data yang terhimpun kemudian dianalisis dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang dikembangakan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian adalah sebagai berikut. Pertama, terdapat kendala pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 yaitu belum ada kesiapan dari guru dalam menerapkan kurikulum 2013, pelatihan yang didapatkan belum sepenuhnya dipahami oleh guru, guru masih bingung dalam hal penilaian autentik, siswa bingung karena tidak ada mata pelajaran, dan materi pelajaran pada buku siswa sangat kurang. Kedua, terdapat upaya penyelesaian kendala pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 yaitu mengadakan workshop dan seminar secara berkala kepada pendidik, mengadakan workshop dan seminar tentang penilaian authentic kepada pendidik, memberikan pemahaman tentang mata pelajaran yang ada pada kurikulum 2013, dan memberikan buku penunjang materi atau dapat diperoleh dari berbagai sumber seperti internet. Ketiga, terdapat manfaat pelaksanaan kurikulum 2013 yaitu (1) bagi siswa lebih bersemangat dalam belajar, cara berpikir siswa lebih berkembang, mendorong siswa untuk belajar memecahkan masalah sosial dan saling menghargai, kompetensi yang didapat siswa tidak hanya dari pengetahuan saja tetapi ada empat aspek yang didapat, suasana kelas menjadi nyaman dan menyenangkan (2) bagi guru dapat menjelaskan satu tema dengan banyak materi sekaligus, dalam pembelajaran waktu menjadi lebih singkat dalam memberikan pemahaman kepada siswa, guru belajar lebih memahami kemampuan siswa dari beberapa aspek sekaligus.
