Abstract

Some issues in the teaching of citizenship education, among others: 1) lack of positive activities for student learning, 2) lack of student learning outcomes, 3) in response to the lack ofactive student learning, 4) lack of teachers in varying methods and media, 5) learning is still dominated by the teacher. The purpose of this study is: to improve teaching and learning activitiesand outcomes of citizenship education class vocational high school through model role playing. Conclusions this study is the first to increased student learning activities. Both an increase instudent learning outcomes.Keywords: role playing, activities, learning outcomes

Abstract

As a manager, the principal was faced with many tasks that require genuine responsibility for their implementation. The School Action Research was conducted at SD 06 Ujan Mas Kepahiang district and the problems the research were the quality of principals work program by school supervisor through principals managerial supervision who followed with guidance and coaching directly and continuously. In the implementation of this PTS the procedure was to supervise and analyze the principal administration, provide technical guidance on SWOT analysis and ways of compiling annual work program and the direct guiding SWOT analysis and preparation of annual work program of principals.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe learning management by applying inquiry model. The subjec of this research was student fifth class at SD Negeri 04 Kepahiang. Theinstrument of this reseach used student sheet, individual test, student respon of test, and the student observation of sheet. Base on this reseach in cycle I, II, and III has been improve in the student result of learning, by the average value was 5,5 but clasicaly presentage was quite with 20% the student get score 60. The student activity in learning process improved for each cycle were 20%, 85%, and 90%. So that learning management with inqury model could be the alternatife to improve the student resut of science learning.Keywords: learning, management, inquiry, science.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the management of new  admissions in the Senior High School 3 Seluma accordance with special standars. The research method used is descriptive comparative. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, documentation, and observation. The results showed the new admissions management already set standards in all aspects of planning new admissions, organizing new admissions, the implementation of new admissions in accordance with the standards, and reporting of new admissions, while formonitoring and evaluation new admissions are not in accordance with the standards.Key words: management, acceptance, new students

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the problem in the success of efforts Principals curriculum implementation in 2013 in Madrasah Aliyah Lubuklinggau. Methods of data collectiontechniques in qualitative research is qualitative data collection observation, interviews, personal and official documentation, photographs, image recording, and informal conversations all the qualitative data. Abstract

The purposes of the research are to find out the relationship between: 1) academic supervision and teacher’s performance, 2) training intensity and teacher’s performance , 3) andcorrelation between both of them. The populations and sampel was all teachers of Public Junior High Shool at Bermani Ulu subdistrict. The result of this research show that there are significant correlation between: 1) academic supervision and teacher’s performance is 0,520, 2) training and teacher’s performance is 0,585, 3) and academic supervision, training intensity on teacher’s performance could be shown by using regress formula Y= 31,528 + 0,405 (X1) + 0,296 (x2). Sothe effective contribution of academic supervision on teacher’s performance 27% whereas training variable on teacher’s performance is 34,2%.Key word: academic supervision, training intensity, teacher’s performance

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to describe the plan, realization and evaluation of industrial working practice at Public Vokational High School Number 1 Ketahun. The method used desriptive qualitative. Subject of this research were headmaster, vice head master, teacher, students and industry instructours. The data collection technique was document, interview and quetioners. The results of the research show that : (1) the plan of industrial working practice in general has followed the guidelines, (2) the realization of industrial working practice in general has followed the planes, (3) the evaluation of industrial working practice the meeting was donethrough between the teachers, commitee and head master.Keywords: management, industrial working practice

Abstract

This study aims at describing the decision making of risk problem made by the principal. This study is descriptive qualitative which uses questionnaire, interview and documentation as the data and analyze use qualitative analysis, percentage and scoring. This study concludes that (a) principal identifies problems; formulates the goals of decision making; arranges the solution possibilities, gives solution criterions of each solution possibilities and takes one of them as the final decision, (b) principal tends to apply the brain storming and synetics techniques and (c) principal tends to use conceptual style in the decision making process.Keywords: decision making, principal, risk problem

The Islamic Elementary School (MIN) Dusun Curup is one of private Islamic elementary school that has central of excellence-oriented in implementing quality of learning program. Abstract

: results of the research still many learning management Mathematical not optimize the use of props, the result is not optimal learning results. Including the measurement of learning at State Elementary School 08 Kabawetan, the two year  half of the school year 2013 /2014. Subyek were students of class V are 20 students. Learning measurement degree angle with a bow and the clock is one of the props that can be used to membelajarkan angle measurement. The measures taken is the provision of individual tasks, preceded by the teacher's explanation about measuring angles by using arc media degrees and hours. Then proceed task individually followed the presentation of each individual and ends with an affirmation using a protractor or watch media, with the affirmation of a teacher terminated.
