Abstract

The purposes of this study were to analyze using correlational techniques about relationship between self-efficacy and self-management factor on achievement motivation ofChemistry students at Teacher Training and Education Faculty from University of Bengkulu. Respondent population is 140 , and the samples are 104 students, where primary data wasanalyzed with SPPS 16. The results of the study generally indicated that there was a significant and linear effect , partially or together from effect self-efficacy and self-management onachievement motivation of students, which the aspects of self-management was had a greater influence than the aspects of self-efficacy on achievement motivation possessed by the student where all the three aspects are linked and related to each otherKeywords: self-efficacy, self-management, achievement motivation

Abstract

The research in this research aims to find out: the influence of leadership principal and job stress teacher for performance improvement vocational high school teachers in lubuklinggaucity. This study is a surve casual. Collecting data using questionnaires and documentation. Analysis technique used is a simple regression analysis and analysis of double regreasi. Based on the research results can be concluded as follows: (1) a significant principal leadership on teacher performance improvement; (2) Teacher job stress significant on teacher performance improvement; (3) leadership principal and teachers working stress significant effect on teacher performance improvement.Keyword: leadership, job stress, and performance.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analize the correlation of organizational climate with the performance of teachers, the relationship of knowladge communications with the performanceof teachers, and the relationship of organizational climate and knowledge of communication together with the performance of teachers. Samples of this research were junior high schoolteachers throughout the District Ketahun. Correlation descriptive research method applied in this study. The results showed that: there is a positive correlation between organizational climate with the performance of teachers, there is a positive correlation between knowledge of communication and teacher performance, and there is a positive correlation between organizational climate and knowledge of communication together with the performance of teachers.Keywords: organizational climate, communication science, teacher performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe: 1) planning discipline in primary school students 58 Lubuklinggau, 2) organizing student discipline in primary school 58 Lubuklinggau, 3)the application or implementation of student discipline at the Elementary School 58 Lubuklinggau, 4) supervision of student discipline at the Elementary School 58 Lubuklinggau, and 5) monitoring and evaluation of student discipline at the Elementary School 58 Lubuklinggau. In this research approach used is deskriftive qualitative, because the data collected and the analysis is more qualitative. The conclusions of this study is the management discipline in SD Negeri 58 lubuklinggau have attempted to apply managerial discipline well.Keywords: management, discipline, student

Abstract

The objectiveof this research is to describe the management of clinical supervision at Junior High School Number 1 Talang Empat. The subject of the research were principal, teachers and supervisor. The data collected thorught observation, interview, and documentation. The data analysis qualitative used the analysis of Milles and Huberman. The results generally show that the principal has been trying implementation of clinical supervision in improving the performance of teacher teaching at Junior High School Number 1 Talang Empat.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to examine the results of implementation of the model type koorporatif team assisted individualization in the subject of islamic religious education.  Care bodies is one of the basic competencies that this evaluation includes aspects kognetif, affectif and psychomotor students is successful if it results in accordance with the indicator, appropriate learning models used models koorporatif  type team assisted individualization. This research is done with action research with two cycles, conclusions from this study that the teaching model type team assisted individualization is very appropriate in the treatment of material bodies and have a positive impact so as to improve student achievement.

Abstract

This study evaluated the management of science laboratories at Junior High School Number 1 Kepahiang. The subjects of this research are principal, laboratory coordinator, laboratory staff, Physics and Biology teachers. Data are collected by questionnaire, interview, observation, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the management of thescience laboratory has been done effectively. Management of infrastructure and facilities already met to the laboratory standard, and supporting the effectiveness of science laboratory, completeness of administrative form also conform with the standard prescribed which has been functioned as it should. Monitoring and evaluation has been carried out in conducive and sustainable. Based on this study, researcher concluded that the management of the Science Laboratory at Junior High School Number 1 has been done effective.Keywords: management, laboratory, effectivity.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the Indonesian National Sport Committee Management in Lubuklinggau City. This research used qualitative descriptive methode. Thesubjek of the study were “KONI” excecutive, coches, athlets, and head of Sport and youth City Office of the research. The results of this research show that Indonesian National Sport Committee Management has been planned well, sistimatic and organized and supported by appropriate organizing. So, in applying the program the management always monitored and evaluated with reguler schedule, although there are some trials wich they had to face thus there are some supporting, factors in Indonesian National Sport Committe Management Organization as well.Keyword: management, indonesian national sport committe

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the competence of principal in coaching profesional of science teachers at Public Junior High School No. 1 Ketahun of North Bengkulu. The method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and document study. The data analysis are data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/ verification. The result of this research show that the competence of principal which consist of personality competency, managerial competency, entrepreneurship competency, supervision competency, and social competency has implemented by the principal in coaching profesional of science teachers.Keywords: principal, competence, science teachers
