Abstract

The purpose of this study was to know the quality assurance management of the school library at Senior High School Number 2 Lubuklinggau. This study uses descriptive qualitativeresearch. Data collected by using interviews, observation and study documentation. Through this research note that the quality assurance management in the school library is being prepared by the school. Start of preparing a quality manual and quality policy of the school library management, work program and minimize the obstacles that arise in quality assurance management of the school library. The principal and head of the library is committed to creating quality assurance management of Senior High School Number 2 Lubuklinggau.Keywords: quality assurance, school library, management

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe the management of libraries in SMAN 1 Curup, specific objectives are to describe: the procurement plan library collections and the library service, procurement activities of the library collection, processing library collection, library services to visitors, monitoring and evaluation as well as follow further to the monitoring and evaluation activities. This research used descriptive qualitative method. The subjects of this study is the head of the library, librarian, Teachers, students, and school principals. The techniques for collected data were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data gotten by observation, interviews, and documentation.and data analysis techniques in the form of reduction, data display, and verification. The results showed the library management has been implemented properly.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the managemen of the Economic Subject Teachers' Meeting in improving the Competence of Economics Teachers in South Bengkulu Regency. The research method is qualitative descriptive. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation studies. Research Subject. High School Economics teachers / MA South Bengkulu. The result of the research is the existence of program or outline of activity plan and other tools that will be needed in every meeting prepared by MGMP board. Detailed teaching tools owned by teachers, Implementation of follow-up program based on evaluation and analysis of MGMP program and activities.

Abstract

This study aims to determine management the problem solving and enterpreneurship  communication students. Popolation in this study were all students of class XII of TP SMK N 2 Bengkulu City. This research is experimental and instrument used is the type of the test (about problem solving and communication) and non-test (student attitude scale). Collecting data using test instruments. The results showed that an increase in problem-solving and communication abilities of students receiving enterpreneurship cooperative learning jigsaw better than students who received conventional learning.Keywords: enterpreneurship, problem solving, learning, jigsaw, cooperative.

Abstract

The aim of this study were: to describe the role of the school committee as a support, controller, giving consideration and a liaison between the school and the community in terms ofeducation financing and describe the school committee policy in the face financing problems faced school. Research conducted qualitative descriptive approach. The subject of this study wereprincipal, head committe and committe treasurer. The result of this study were: (1) School committee as a support support through funding, mind, and school infrastructure; (2) schoolcommittee as a controller of school building and financial; (3) School committee as giving consideration of infrastructure and school funds; (4) relationship with the community and parentscan be established premises either.Keywords: committee, utilization, education financing.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are to describe the school principal entrepreneurship competence in public senior high school I Ketahun, North Bengkulu. The method of this study was a descriptive qualitative. The data collecting by documentation, observation, interview and questionnaire. The results of the study; (1) in innovative dimensions were to complete the facilities and life skill graduated; (2) in hard work dimension by the team work focused, personnel development, and using standarized as outputs; (3) motivation dimension described ready for challenge, develop of school, giving the reward and punishment; (4) the best solution described ways by promoting and using information of technology. (5) to manage of unit production or service by placed the according personnel.Keywords: entrepreneurship, School Principal, Competence.

Abstract

This study aimed to describe management of graduates’ quality improvement in State Elementary School 2 Selangit Musi Rawas. The method of the study is qualitative descriptive. The subjects of the study are the principal, vice principal and teachers. The results of the study are: (1) Planning going well. (2) Organizing clearly visible in the division of duties of teachers and school programs. (3) Implementation, including: infrastructure, facilities that support learning, programs, curriculum and lesson plans. (4) Monitoring and evaluation is done technically by the school superintendent, principals and community.Keyword: management, graduates, quality, improvement
