Abstract

The purpose of research was to describe the implementation of instructional management of Civics subject of the 2013-Curriculum at Grade VII of Public Junior High SchoolNumber 1 of Bengkulu City. This study employed the qualitative descriptive research method. The data were collected by applying the observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the implementation of instructional management in Civics subject of the 2013-Curriculum atGrade VII of Public Junior High School Number 1 of Bengkulu City have complied with standard stages of instructional management; they are planning of the instructional process, implementation of the instructional process, and evaluation of the instructional results. The school principal, the vice principals, the teachers, and the students have considerably understood the vision, missions, and aims of the Civics subject of the 2013-Curriculum.Keywords: Implementation, instructional management, Civics Subject, the, 2013-Curriculum

Abstract

The purpose of this research is: (a) To reveal the learning management of Civics with Lightening the Learning Climate on the results of learning Civics. (b) To reveal the management of Civics learning with Lightening the Learning Climate on the motivation to learn Civics. This research uses action research for three rounds. Each round consists of four stages: design, activity and observation, reflection, andrefficiency. The target of this research is the students of Class VIII.c Data obtained in the form of formative test results, observation sheet of teaching and learning activities. From the analyst's result, it is found that the students' learning achievement has improved from cycle I to cycle III that is, cycle I (25%), cycle II (61,11%), cycle III (83,33%). The conclusion of this research is the learning of Civics Management with Lightening the Learning Climate can have a positive effect on student learning motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of the research to evaluate the performance of certified teacher’s educator. The subject of this research was the teachers who has certified teacher’s educator in Muhammadiyah Senior High School Number 4 Bengkulu City. The technique of collecting data was interview, observation, and study documentation. Technique of analyze data was qualitativeand quantitative. such as reduction of, display data, and got conclusion or verification, so that can be seen teacher performance who has certified teacher’s educator in Muhammadiyah Senior High School Number 4 Bengkulu City and also follow-up toward that result. The Result is good Based on this research, can be concluded that the performance of teacher’s has reached suitable result.Keyword: performance, certified teacher’s educator.

The purpose of the study was to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of school culture at Senior High School number 4 Lubuklinggau. The technique used to collect thedata is observation, interview, and documentation. Abstract

This research is aimed to describe the situation of how teacher, proffesionalism is, toward the teaching learning processes of sport and health subject at senior high school I of Ketahun. This research used qualitative method, the data were collected by doing grand tour way, observation, interview and documentation study. The data were analyzed and reduced. The results show that sport and health teachers lack in desingining the lesson plan and giving evaluation to the learning proses.Keywords: professionalism, teachers, sport and health

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe a public elementary school leadership 06 Sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong district. The method used qualitative descriptive study. Subjects were 06 public elementary school principal sindang Kelingi Rejang Lebong district. Data collection techniques in use is the interview, observation and documentation. Abstract

The objective of this study is to describe the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitatif. The technique of collecting the data through interview, observations and documentation. The result of the research show that the the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City implemented with the goal of building the civil servants’ operational leadership competencies who will or who have occupied echelon IV. The capability is the ability to plan the agency's activities and lead the implementation of these activities. that the the management of forth level leadership training at Education and Training Center of Lubuklinggau City has managed by structural trainning sector and the division head of leadership training as a tecnical implementation of the activities.

Abstract

Development of employee competency State Civilian Officials (ASN) basically aims to ensure and maintain the ability of employees to meet the qualifications so as to provide optimal contribution to the organization. One form of employee development is education and training. Education and training can through off the job and on the jobtraining. Off the jobtraining namely the approach of training outside the workplace that provide opportunities for employees to get out of the routine of work and concentrate in studying something related to work. While on the job training approach is the approach of the training provided to adjust working methods, adaptation to the job, using the media work or work tools directly.

Abstract

The general objective of this research was to improve the performance of science teacher’s performace through the class visit supervision technique in Junior high school 1 TetapKaur regency. The subjects of this research is the science teacher of Junior high school 1 Tetap, Kaur Tegency. This is action research which is conducted in three phases. The techniques of data collecting were interview, obsevation, and quetionare by communicative approach and processmodel. The data analisys tehniques is qualitative decriptive. The result of tthis reasearch is the teacher performance was improved by class visit supervision technique, this mean the better we conduct class visit supervision technique, so the better the performance of science teacher.Keywords: class visit supervision, science teacher’s performance

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out what activities are carried out in vocational High School Education Number three South Bengkulu manage educational facilities and infrastructure of the school, ranging from planning, procurement, maintenance, inventory, and remove the facilities and infrastructure in schools. In conducting this study, researchers used a qualitative descriptive method. Data for this study were collected through a series of observation, interviews and documentation. The study concluded that vocational secondary schools number three South Bengkulu has been managing the facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the principles of management in general. Elimination of the educational facilities formed on procedures considered complicated and afraid to risk.
