Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition Pada Siswa Kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada jam belajar Penjasorkes kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK), penelitian ini secara obyektif atau apa adanya dengan subyek siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan berjumlah 15 orang. Penelitian ini dilakukan dalam 2 siklus, setiap siklus terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu : (1) perencanaan,  (2) pelaksanaan tindakan, (3) observasi, dan (4) refleksi. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan adalah data kualitatif berupa hasil observasi aktivitas guru dan siswa pada saat proses belajar-mengajar berlangsung. Adapun hasil pengamatan terhadap siswa dalam proses belajar mengajar Permainan Bola Voli Melalui Metode Pembelajaran Games and competition pada siklus I adalah sebesar 55% dari keseluruhan pengamatan terhadap proses belajar mengajar. Pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 85%. Sedangkan hasil pengamatan terhadap guru pada siklus I sebesar 65% dan meningkat pada siklus II menjadi 90%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya peningkatan yang sangat berarti dalam penerapan metode pembelajaran games and competition pada siswa kelas V SD Negeri 14 Lebong Selatan.

Abstract

Perilaku seorang siswa sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkatkebugaran jasmani, mengkonsumsi makanan sesuai dengan porsi gizi yang dianjurkan, berperilaku hidup sehat yang teratur, menjaga kebersihan diri, mengetahui jenis penyakit, merupakan tolak ukur keberhasilan pencapaian prestasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku hidup sehat dengan tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Kota Bengkulu Tahun Ajaran 2017/2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif . Populasi sebanyak 200 siswa dengan sampel  random sebesar 40 siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Kota Bengkulu.  Untuk menganalisis data peneliti menggunakan data sekunder dengan instrument angket (kuisioner) dan TKJI. Hasil analisis data diperoleh bahwa nilai rata-rata perilaku hidup sehat siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Kota Bengkulu berada dalam katagori baik dengan skor rata-rata = 91,75 dan nilai rata-rata kesegaran jasmani siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Kota Bengkulu berada dalam kategori Sedang dengan nilai skor rata-rata=15,725. Analisis menggunakan rumus Product Moment (r) dengan hasil didapat nilai r sebesar 0,6820 tersebut kemudian dikonsultasikan dengan angka kritik product moment dengan N=40. Pada tabel diketahui r tabel dengan taraf signifikan 1% sebesar 0,403 dengan demikian maka r hitung lebih besar dari pada r tabel atau 0,6820 > 0,403 dan r  0,682 ini dapat dilihat pada tabel pedoman interpretasi korelasi dengan tingkat hubungan berada pada 0,60 – 0,789 yang berarti ada hubungan antara perilaku hidup sehat dengan tingkat kesegaran jasmani siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 16 Kota Bengkulu dengan tingkat hubungan dalam kategori kuat.

Abstract

This study aims to find out relations of college student habbit on the physical education in sport activity with his body mass index. Physical activity are usually done by everyone, as well as college student at physical education. It is familiar. This study was conducted at a time, in 36 students who were all male sex with the age range of 20-24 years old. To known the result from the data will be processed, researchers used an instrument of the questionnaire. The questionnaire was immediately filled by each respondent without given any treatment previously. Category was obtained from the measurement of body mass index between height and weight each respondent. There is only one group in this research, no groups were compared. The method used is quantitative and data analysis using the technique chi square.  The data obtained were then processed with SPSS 21 series. After data processed, the results show there is a significant correlation between both variables.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap kemampuan dribbling pada pemain futsal di secara ilmiah. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah ada pengaruh latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling pada pemain futsal Jugador Andalas fc Kota Bengkulu. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 pemain futsal Jugador Andalas fc Kota Bengkulu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di GOR Kota Bengkulu dan Lapangan futsal SMP N 12 Kota Bengkulu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah One Group Pretest – posttest Design, penelitian ini secara objektif atau apa adanya dengan sampel 30 pemain Jugador Andalas fc Kota Bengkulu. Analisis statistik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Uji t. Adapun hasil analisis Uji t hasil perhitungan antara tes awal dan tes akhir terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan. Hasil perhitungan peningkatan dribbling menyatakan bahwa nilai t_(hitung )=11,10 <t_tabel=2,001 dengan taraf ?= 0,05 maka H_o ditolak dan H_a diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling pemain futsal, sedangkan kontribusi latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap kemampuan dribbling yaitu K=r^2×100%=86,49% sedangkan Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa adanya kontribusi antara latihan lari bolak-balik menggunakan beban kaki dan circuit training terhadap peningkatan kemampuan dribbling pada pemain futsal yaitu 86,49%.

Abstract

Research on the implementation of physical education learning at State Junior High Schools during the Covid 19 pandemic in Lubuklinggau City. The subjects of this study involved physical education teachers and students in state junior high schools in Lubuklinggau City. The data analysis technique used a qualitative descriptive analysis. Collecting data using observation, questionnaires, and interviews. Based on the results of the research data analysis above, it can be seen from the implementation of Physical Education learning at State Junior High Schools during the Covid 19 pandemic in Lubuklinggau City, which has a percentage of (50.20%) for Physical Education teachers with moderate criteria and for students (67.03%) with criteria good. The results obtained through observation, questionnaires and interviews.

Abstract

During the pandemic, online lectures are mandatory however, how can students' physical activity be maintained or not. The goal is that students who have good cardiorespiratory freshness are expected to have good endurance. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. The method used is a survey with data collection techniques using measurement tests. The instrument used to determine the endurance level of a student's physical fitness was a multi-stage running test or the bleep test. The sample in this study using simple random sampling, the research sample was selected as many as 30 students. The results of the data from 30 Penjaskesrek class 2018 Nusa Cendana University students who took the multistage fitness test to find out the level of cardiorespiratory freshness was in the very poor classification of 10 people with a percentage of 33.33%, the lack of classification was 3 people (10%), the classification is quite good (33.33%), good classification 5 people (16.66%), very good classification 2 people (6.66%), and no student is in the special classification (0%). The results show that the level of cardiorespiratory freshness The 2018 Nusa Cendana University Penjaskesrek students are in a sufficient classification.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between physical activity and learning outcomes of sports physical education and the health of students at SMA Negeri 1 Banjarbaru. The method used in this research is a survey method. The population in this study was taken from male and female students at the State Senior High School 1 Banjarbaru aged 16-19 years, the population in the XI grade of the State Senior High School 1 Banjarbaru as many as 231 students. In comparison, the research sample was 184 students with the cluster sampling technique.The results of the research on the physical activity of students of SMA Negeri 1 Banjarbaru found that the classification of "low" was 84 students with a percentage of 45.65%. While the physical education learning outcomes of SMA Negeri 1 Banjarbaru students showed an average value of 82.11. The result of the calculation with the correlation shows 0.73 with the criteria of a strong/high relationship. Therefore, there is a relationship between physical activity and learning outcomes of PJOK students of SMAN 1 Banjarbaru. Physical education 85, high criteria as many as 21 people with an average score of 80.71 physical education. The criteria were as many as 71 people with an average score of 82.23 physical education. The low criteria were 84 people with an average score of 82.17 physical education and seven people with very low criteria with an average score of 85.57 physical education.

Abstract

The aiming of this research and development is to produce training model of pointing skills for petanque athletes. Other than that, this research and development done for gaining in-depth information about developing and application training model of pointing skill, to knowing the effectivity, efficiency, and athlete’s interest towards the training model. The method used in this research is Research and Development (R&D) by Borg and Gall.   The instrument used in this research and development are questionnaires and Petanque pointing skills test, which were used to collect data on the results of athletes pointing. The subject in this research and development were 30 athletes of DKI Jakarta club. The results in this study is a guidebook of pointing skills for petanque athletes with a total of 30 models that have been evaluated by experts, trials and revisions, and have been tested for their effectiveness. The effectiveness test used the “t-test” technique, data taken from the pre-test and post-test result with a significance level of 0.05. Based on the result of the effectiveness test using the t-test, the difference in the results of the pointing skills between the pre test and post test obtained t0 = 14.159 bigger than tt = 0.000, so the hypothesis is rejected. In conclusion, there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test of the skill of pointing on petanque. The average of pre-test on pointing skills was 3.77 smaller than the post-test average of 7. This can be concluded that the pointing skills training model for petanqque athletes is effectively applied in training at the petanque sports club.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of success of learning in Physical Education, Sports and Health (Physical Education) class IX 2018/2019 academic year at SLB-C of South Kalimantan Province and to produce recommendations for decision makers to follow up on the ongoing learning program. The evaluation model used in this research is the CIPP evaluation model using descriptive statistical analysis techniques with percentages. This technique is used to analyze data obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires, and uses a model developed by (Daniel Stufflebeam, 2014), namely (1) context, (2) input, (3) process, and (4) product or what is called CIPP. Data were collected from observations, questionnaires, and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that the overall variable of SLB-C of South Kalimantan Province gets a percentage of 70.5% with good criteria. Based on the results of these data, it can be decided that overall educational learning in the State Special School Guidance for South Kalimantan Province is in good criteria. Recommendations based on the results of this study are to continue the learning program, but accompanied by revisions to several variables.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop coursebooks for basic gymnastics courses for students of the Physical Education Study Program, Muhammadiyah University Kotabumi. This research method uses the Borg and Gall development procedure which consists of 10 steps. But in this research development research does not use all of it but only with 7 steps, that is: 1) needs analysis, 2) product manufacture, 3) product validation, 4) small group trials, 5) product revision stage I, 6) large group trials, 7) product revision stage II. The result of this study are the results of the validation of material experts with the overall validation mean of 87.85%, validation results from media and design experts with a minimum score of 27, maximum score of 108, the result score is 97 with a percentage of 89.81%, Results of the Assessment Phase I Trial (small group) with a percentage of 91.11%, Results of the Phase II Trial Assessment (large group) with a percentage result of 81.08%. Based on the result of data analysis, it can be concluded that the basic gymnastics textbook product is suitable for use by students of the FKIP UMKO physical education study program.
