Abstract

A driver's license (SIM) is an important document that must be possessed by motor vehicle users. A driver's license (SIM) is valid for 5 years and must be renewed after that. Therefore, public driver's license services will continue to be needed by the community. Public driver's license services are synonymous with complicated services and lengthy procedures. Surabaya, as the city with the highest number of motor vehicles in East Java, needs to provide excellent public services for driver's licenses to its citizens. The Korlantas digital application is an innovation in driver's license services. Currently, the Korlantas digital application can only be used as a service application for driver's license renewals. SATPAS Colombo, as a driver's license service location in Surabaya, is one of the locations designated to implement services based on the Korlantas digital application. This study aims to determine the agile management in the driver's license renewal service at SATPAS Colombo in Surabaya. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the driver's license (SIM) renewal service at SATPAS Colombo in Surabaya City can be considered agile. However, there are still obstacles such as service time that requires additional time and human resource policies that are still lacking.

Abstract

Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) is a development planning instrument that integrates top-down and bottom-up approaches, in which women’s participation is a crucial prerequisite for inclusive development planning. This study aims to analyze women’s participation in Musrenbang from a public policy formulation perspective. Employing a qualitative approach, the study was conducted in Malang City, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, and analyzed using an interactive data analysis model. The findings indicate that women’s participation in Musrenbang remains largely procedural and symbolic, limited to the stages of problem identification and agenda setting, while involvement in policy formulation remains minimal. Women’s participation is constrained by cultural and structural factors, as well as time and capacity limitations. These findings suggest that the application of an incremental policy model without affirmative mechanisms tends to reproduce participatory tokenism, thereby highlighting the need to strengthen Musrenbang through a more deliberative and gender-responsive approach.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and public awareness on public satisfaction in waste management in Palembang City, both partially and simultaneously, while identifying the most dominant variables in influencing public satisfaction.A quantitative approach with an explanatory design was used in this study. The study population was the entire population of Palembang City, totaling 1,801,367 people, with a sample of 400 respondents randomly selected through area-based cluster sampling (city core, suburbs, and suburbs). Data were collected using a structured questionnaire with a Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression supported by classical assumption tests, t-tests, F-tests, and coefficients of determination (R²) using the 2026.01.1+403 of R Studio software. The results show that service quality and public awareness, both partially and simultaneously, significantly influence public satisfaction with waste management. Service quality has a more dominant influence on public satisfaction than public awareness. These findings suggest that improving the quality of public services accompanied by strengthening public environmental awareness is a key factor in creating an effective and sustainable waste management system.
