Abstract

Business Process Modeling (BPM) is a data-based visual representation to model business workflows to optimize business processes. BPM notations make the model easy to understand for all stakeholders who play a role in developing business processes. This paper will describe implementing BPM in the Electronic Data Capturer (EDC) Monitoring Application (EDCMA) workflow. The workflow modeling process uses Bonitasoft software that includes business process creation for user interface and process engine. EDCMA is a process to solve the problems in the EDC terminal repair process and the submission as a new merchant. Based on the existing manual procedure of EDCMA, the new EDCMA process model uses electronic form and semi-automatic processing that implement some Bonitasoft BPM features to develop a high-fidelity application prototype. In the evaluation process, we develop some scenarios with data tests that occur in manual procedures. Based on the evaluation, the prototype has successfully represented the entire process that occurs on each feature. In the future, developing EDCMA that uses web and mobile application frameworks will provide the EDCMA system for end-users.

Abstract

The Community Based Rehabilitation Program is a regional development program in terms of preventing disability/disability, detection and rehabilitation/habilitation of all aspects of life for the empowerment of persons with disabilities, families and communities. The design of this system uses information data collection methods by observation, literature study, and documentation. This research resulted in the RBM Program Data Collection Information System that can assist the organization of the Indonesian Center for Disability Studies and Information in managing the database, thus facilitating the process of evaluating and monitoring the Community-Based Rehabilitation program.

Abstract

JOY Indonesia Fellowship is a non-profit organization based in the city of Yogyakarta. The JOY Indonesia Fellowship is engaged in Christian and Catholic student services whose members are university students and college students in Yogyakarta. The finances of the JOY Indonesia Fellowship are fully supported by the alumni of this organization themselves and supporters from Korea. Financial management is fully carried out by management staff. Until now, financial management is still using excel and reporting is still in the form of PDF files which are usually published on the fellowship website at the beginning of every month. This makes alumni and supporters not know important information such as which funds are more prioritized to support or which funds have not reached the budget target. The purpose of this study is to develop a web-based dashboard with a user-centered design (UCD) method that helps the management staff of the JOY Indonesia Fellowship in managing financial data and makes it easier for alumni and supporters to monitor the fellowship's finances. This study resulted in a financial dashboard for the JOY partnership. The development process using the UCD method is carried out in two iterations. The dashboard test involved fifteen respondents consisting of five staff respondents and ten alumni respondents. The test results show that the dashboard is effectively used to present financial information to support the board in managing the organization's finances.

Abstract

Accreditation is an assessment activity in accordance with predetermined criteria based on the National Higher Education Standards (SNDikti). Graduate competency standards are minimum criteria regarding the qualifications of graduates' abilities which include attitudes, knowledge, and skills stated in the formulation of graduate learning outcomes (CPL). CPL are still general in nature, must be translated into a more specific form, namely course learning achievement achievements (CPMK), each subject must have a CPMK that refers to CPL. In assigning grades to the CPMK, the number of grades entered for each course is different, therefore the CPMK values ​​for each course will be stored in the form of score records. To summarize the CPMK values ​​in the form of rows, a pivot table can be made in the form of columns, but in a university, each study program has a different variety and number of CPMK, therefore it is not possible to create a specific pivot table for the variety. and a certain number of CPMK, so a pivot table must be made that is flexible in terms of variety and amount. In this study, an application program is created that can be used to measure CPL based on learning outcomes for CPMK courses using a pivot table generator so that it can be flexible both in terms of the variety of CPL and the number of CPL study programs.

Abstract

The interface is a very important thing for a system or application, because it connects users directly with technology. An easy interface makes users skilled when using a system or application, especially for the elderly so as not to become a marginalized group in the technology era. mobile JKN is an application developed and managed by the government that focuses on public services, namely BPJS which is converted from a system of administrative activities carried out at branch or central offices into an application. This study focuses on designing the JKN mo-bile application interface for the elderly with a case study that refers to the JKN v2.11.0 mobile application interface, where based on usability results that have been carried out for the elderly, mobile JKN is not yet user friendly such as the interface is too complex, icons and writing that is too small, and navigation in depth so that the application interface is not optimal for the elderly. Therefore, recommendations for the design of the JKN mobile application interface were made according to the characteristics of the elderly using expert guidelines so as to produce an interface with gridview and listview menu layout with dropdowns; bold and capital letters with sizes 16 and 20 sp; using 3-dimensional icons with 90 dp cardview description. Usability testing used in this study uses the principles of ISO 9241-11. The result showed a significant increase for effectiveness, efficiency as well as satisfaction.

Abstract

The security of data communication over the network has become an obligation that needs to be considered in a technology ecosystem. Data security has various layers, one layer that needs to be protected is the presentation layer where SSL/TLS is located. If at this layer there are vulnerabilities where sensitive data such as cookies, usernames, and passwords are present, then data leakage will have a major impact on all stakeholders in the technology sector using SSL/TLS technology. In order to research and improve data security in Duta Wacana Christian University (DWCU) campus network, the researchers conducted SSL/TLS vulnerability testing on the  SSAT and E-Class websites using the SSL Test from Qualys and a script from testssl.sh, the author also conducted Checking Mixed Content with GeekFlare and checking HSTS Preload using the HSTS Preload website provided by Google. Researchers also conducted SSL Strip penetration tests at 12 points of the DWCU building and also in Lab D. Based on the results of the study, there were several results found. The results on the SSL Test using Qualys found that the SSAT and E-Class websites already use HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) rules with Max-Age 31536000 (1 year) but HSTS Preload has not been implemented, Mixed Content testing with GeekFlare shows that all transactions on SSAT and E-Class already uses HTTPS paths, then in tests using the testssl.sh script there are vulnerabilities that are read, and SSL Strip attacks are possible in Duta Wacana Christian University network under several conditions.

Abstract

Text reuse is defined as the reuse of existing written sources for creating a new text. The degree of reuse varies from duplicate, near-duplicate to topically similar text. Though some genres of text reuse are acceptable, their existence causes inefficiency of searching and waste of storage. To overcome this problem, a textual similarity detection system is needed. This study focuses on detecting the text similarity by applying the Simhash algorithm. It is used to create document fingerprints which function as document features through which the degree of text similarity can be compared. The similarity of a suspicious text to the source documents are measured then by Hamming Distance. Focusing on the duplicate and near-duplicate detection, the experiments conducted show that the recall of the duplicate detection  reaches 80%, meaning that the system is capable of retrieving the duplicate sources of the suspicious document.

Abstract

Yppk Assisi Sentani High School is one of the senior high schools located in Sentani City, Jayapura Regency. The registration system used for prospective newstudents is still manual until now. Where when registering, prospective new students are still required to come to the school directly. On the other hand, Jayapura district already has an internet connection that is quite good for accessing websites, especially in the city of Sentani, where Yppk Assisi Sentani High School is located. Based on the problems encountered, I as the author tried to help the process of accepting new students by creating a registration dashboard interface for SMA Yppk Assisi Sentani using the User Centered Design (UCD) method. In addition, testing will be carried out using the Usability Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. The satisfaction test that has been carried out on users using SUS shows an average percentage of 80 for admins andteachers while for students the average obtained is 73. Therefore, it can be concluded that the registration dashboard of Yppk Assisi Sentani High School is well received. The registration dashboard interface for SMA Yppk Assisi Sentani is expected to be useful for prospective students who will register, because newprospective students can register from anywhere without having to come to school so that it will save time and be more efficient.

Abstract

The rapid development of the times has caused all aspects of life to always involve technology. With the rapid development of technology, of course it has positive and negative impacts. The positive impact that can be felt is that technology increases the effectiveness and efficiency of humans at work. One example is Point of Sale technology that can help humans in buying and selling transactions from both the customer and business owner sides.This web-based POS application is a computer software designed using the RAD method to help the owner of Elemen Kopi to record transactions, record stock items such as inventory and ingredients, employee management, make sales reports automatically and in real time. The problem faced was that before the existence of this POS application, Kedai Kopi Elemen Kopi still used a manual bookkeeping system that took a long time to record and was not computerized. This causes a high error rate that may occur. The purpose of designing this application is to provide an easy-used POS application to Kedai Kopi Elemen Kopi owners in recording accounting for both buying and selling transactions, expenditure and entry of goods. With this application, it is hoped that it can help record accounting and manage employees.

Abstract

At Family Glass and Steel (FGAS) for ordering still using a manual system, namely by using books and paper, of course this will take time and also frequent errors in order recording and less efficient if it is crowded. There are also frequent out of stock because they forget the existing inventory so they are forced to refuse customer orders. So in need of a cashier system and a better stock of goods in order to improve performance. This system can run the ordering program as well as recording the stock of goods. This system is capable of recording product stock and running an ordering program. Using a website-based system, the waterfall method was used to create this system.
