Abstract

Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi oleh para mahasiswa terutama mahasiswa pendatang adalah sulitnya untuk memperoleh tempat tinggal, salah satunya adalah rumah kost. Namun beberapa mahasiswa memiliki pertimbangan tertentu dalam memilih kos-kosannya salah satunya adalah jarak tempat kost dari universitas tertentu. Penelitian ini akan mencoba mengimplementasikan algoritma Dijkstra untuk melakukan pencarian kost terdekat di Android, pada aplikasi ini juga akan terdapat fitur pencarian jalur terpendek, filter harga maksimal, dan filter jarak maksimal. Algoritma Dijkstra merupakan salah satu algoritma untuk melakukan pencarian jarak terkecil dan jalur terpendek. Hasil pencarian jarak kost terdekat dan jalur terpendek akan dibandingkan dengan hasil dari Google Maps, proses lamanya waktu pencarian pada sistem juga akan dicatat. Dari penelitian ini algoritma Dijkstra berhasil diimplementasikan untuk melakukan pencarian kost terdekat, pencarian kost berdasarkan filter, dan pencarian jalur terpendek di Android. Pada pengujian pencarian jarak kost terdekat didapatkan hasil bahwa algoritma Dijkstra dalam mencari jarak terkecil hampir mendekati data dari Google Maps dengan rata-rata selisih jarak sebesar 6,1 m. Pengujian ini juga menemukan bahwa semakin jauh jarak dan jalur rumah kost yang dicari menggunakan algoritma Dijkstra maka akan semakin lama waktu pencariannya dikarenakan semakin banyaknya vertek yang dikerjakan.

Abstract

Perlintasan kereta liar tanpa palang pintu dan tanpa penjaga merupakan awal mula sering terjadinya kecelakaan di perlintasan kereta api. Salah satu solusi untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini dengan pembangunan sistem otomatis peringatan kedatangan kereta dengan memanfaatkan teknologi seamless wireless Ethernet over Internet Protocol (EoIP). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pengujian prototype di lingkungan UKDW dengan panjang pelintasan kurang lebih 70 - 80 meter, menggunakan 1 MCU(Micro Controller Unit) ESP8266 dan 1 GPS Module yaitu node kereta, 2 MCU, 2 unit LCD module, 2 Servo motor dan 2 Buzzer menjadi 2 node perlintasan kereta. Sistem ini diuji coba sebanyak 30 kali dengan checklist pengujian. Pengujian dimulai saat node kereta mengirimkan informasi dalam bentuk longitude dan latitude ke server lalu server akan menghitung jarak antara node kereta dengan setiap node perlintasan kemudian hasil jarak tersebut akan di kirim ke setiap node perlintasan kereta, akan terjadi pengecekan jarak di setiap node perlintasan kereta, pada jarak yang telah ditentukan palang akan ditutup ataupun dibuka. Dari 30 kali percobaan disimpulkan bahwa sistem otomatis peringatan kedatangan kereta dapat mendeteksi kedatangan kereta dan telah berhasil dibangun dengan benar dan berjalan sesuai flow sistem yang sudah dirancangkan. Dilengkapi dengan pemanfaatan Teknologi seamless wireless EoIP yang memungkinkan pembangunan jaringan bahkan di titik buta tidak dapat dijangkau oleh operator seluler ataupun GSM. Oleh karena itu seamless wireless EoIP ini sangat cocok dalam membantu pembangunan sistem peringatan kedatangan kereta api dengan palang otomatis dibuktikan dengan setiap alat dapat terhubung dan tidak terputus selama 30 kali percobaan.

Abstract

Kerajinan tradisional adalah karya yang dibuat dengan peralatan sederhana dan berbahan alami. Kerajinan tradisional terdiri dari anyaman, batik, gerabah, kain tenun, kerajinan kayu dan kerajinan perak. Jenis kerajinan tradisional yang ada berbanding terbalik dengan informasi yang tersedia mengenai kerajinan tradisional Indonesia. Oleh karena itu sangat penting untuk memperkenalkan dan mendokumentasikan kerajinan tradisional pada masyarakat Indonesia. Salah satu cara untuk mendokumentasikan kerajinan tradisional Indonesia yaitu menggunakan semantic web. Semantic web mampu mengelola sekumpulan data dan model yang dinamis sehingga dapat memberikan keterbukaan akses infromasi. Pengetahuan tentang kerajinan tradisional Indonesia direpresentasikan ke bentuk OWL. Pada penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metodologi On-To-Knowledge untuk membangun ontologi kerajinan tradisional Indonesia. Dalam metodologi On-To-Knowledge terdapat 5 tahapan, namun penulis hanya menggunakan 4 tahapan yaitu tahap feasibility study, kick off, refinement, dan evaluation. Tahap feasibility study bertujuan untuk melakukan studi kelayakan terhadap sistem yang akan dibangun dengan mengidentifikasi masalah, pengguna sistem dan use case. Tahap kick-off bertujuan untuk mendefinisikan kebutuhan ontologi kerajinan tradisional Indonesia dan sumber pengetahuan yang digunakan. Tahap refinement bertujuan untuk melakukan pemodelan ontologi kerajinan tradisional Indonesia yang dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap yaitu ekstraksi pengetahuan secara manual, membuat description logic dan pembuatan T-Box. Evaluasi adalah tahap pengujian menggunakan reasoner HermiT pada aplikasi protégé, DL Query dan completeness check.

Abstract

Penjaminan mutu pendidikan saat ini dianggap penting untuk dilakukan oleh setiap sekolah. Proses yang terjadi dalam penjaminan mutu pendidikan ini diantaranya adalah penilaian kinerja guru. Kinerja guru di sekolah dapat dinilai kehadiran harian, total jam mengajar, dan penilaian siswa. Dalam pelaksanaannya, sekolah mendapati permasalahan efisiensi dalam penggunaan sumber daya biaya dan waktu. Data-data yang digunakan sebagai dasar penilaian sebagaianterekam dalam media tercetak. Sebagian lagi dalam format elektronik dan tidak menjadi satu kesatuan. Akses dan pengolahan data-data tersebut menjadi tidak efisien dan membutuhkan waktu banyak. Media terintegrasi yang mampu menampung seluruh penilaian tersebut ke dalam satu tempat belum tersedia. Dari permasalahan tersebut penulis membuat aplikasi berbasis web untuk sekolah menengah atas dengan tujuan untuk membantu proses penilaian kinerja guru. Aplikasi ini dirancang agar mampu menjadi media pencatatan, pengolahan dan pengelolaan data yang terintegrasi untuk tiap aspek penilaian kinerja guru. Sistem yang dibangun akan memfasilitasi guru dalam melakukan presensi secara digital.Selain itu, sistem dapat memfasilitasi murid dalam mengisi form survei untuk penilaian guru. Dari data-data ini sistem juga akan menampilkan nilai untuk tiap-tiap aspek yang berguna bagi kepala sekolah untuk pengambilan keputusan. Proses pengujian sistem ini dilakukan berdasarkan beberapa skenario yang ditujukan untuk responden penelitian. Responden pengujian dalam sistem ini berjumlah 10 orang. Adapun responden terdiri dari 1 orang sebagai waka kurikulum, 1 orang sebagai kepala sekolah, 7 orang sebagai guru dan 1 orang sebagai siswa. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa seluruh responden dalam penelitian berhasil melakukan task-task dalam skenario yang dibuat.

Abstract

Lecturers have the task of "tri darma perguruan tinggi", namely teaching, dedication and research, therefore lecturers' activities are not solely teaching in class but also carry out other activities related to this matter. In this case the head of the department, as a compiler of the class schedule, only knows the course schedules that are taught by the lecturer concerned and does not know other activities carried out by the lecturer. In this case the author wants to use set theory to create a schedule generator that can exclude certain schedule lecturers on certain schedules. The set theory can classify which parts are subsets or non-subsets, can also identify intersection of several sets and can combine one set with another set. The activity schedule basically can be categorized as a set that can be operated using these theories, so it is possible to identify which schedules are colliding (intersecting) and which schedules are still available (not the subsets) for certain lecturers. By implementing set theory on the lecturer teaching schedule database plus the exceptions, it is expected that the lecturer teaching schedule will be obtained in accordance with the teaching schedule and the schedule of each lecturer's activities

Abstract

Tobacco farmers in Central Java often have commercial relationships with many parties. One of the actions of the process is the process of accounts payable between farmers and traders. The difficulty that arises from this process is when recording debt data every day. Often farmers in these areas still use paper as a medium to store debt data. Of course, this can be a problem when the paper is lost and the debt data that is owned is also lost. So it is proposed to make a debt recording application on a mobile device so that it is easy to carry and the stored data is not easily lost. However, a new problem arises, namely when the mobile device is not connected to the internet network whether debt data can still be stored, seeing that the area where the farmer is located does not have an adequate internet network. Based on the problems encountered, it is proposed to create a synchronization algorithm that can handle when the mobile device is not connected to the internet network. The data will be synchronized on the website application created, so that the data entered by farmers when they are not connected to the internet network can be stored properly without fear of losing the debt data. Tests are carried out using white box testing and actual testing. For the white box testing that was tested on the algorithm that has been made, the results show that the algorithm created has a low risk level and a 5 percent improvement probability. For the actual tests carried out, based on the results obtained, each test scenario can be tested well and produce good results. So it can be concluded that the algorithm that has been made is feasible to be applied to mobile devices.

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities, analysis of students is needed. This is done to determine the proper way of learning. The right way of learning can increase the motivation of students. If the motivation of students increases, the academic value will also increase. One way that can be done is to classify students based on predetermined categories. The UKDW SI Study Program does not yet have a system that can classify the categories of students. This research was conducted to answer the above problems. Then machine learning will be built, which can automatically determine the categories of students. The method used to classify students is the Support Vector Machine (SVM). SVM has the advantage that it can be applied to cases that have high dimensions. The conclusion from this research is that the SVM method is very appropriate to be implemented in this study. This is evident in the machine learning model accuracy test on the system, which is 92.3%. With the existence of machine learning to classify students, teachers make it easier to do analysis. So that it is expected to provide an overview of the appropriate learning methods to be applied to students.

Abstract

Sinergi Co-Working a place that is a collaboration of a workspace and cafe, which is located at Jl. Cendrawasih No.32b, Demangan, Yogyakarta. All inventory recording activities at this cafe are still being done manually. Starting from recording the incoming and outgoing raw materials and goods. As a result, the inventory flow is not good enough to cause inventory to become damaged or production failure. Users who can access bookkeeping are many. This also results in frequent errors in recording, reports that are not detailed or lacking and inventory becomes obstructed and accumulation occurs in the warehouse. The research objective was to create an inventory system for raw materials and goods using the First In First Out method to answer and solve problems that occurred. This research makes inventory recording better and more systematic so that the operational flow of materials and goods is always fresh. Using such a system improves the flow of inventory. And a good display will help employees or users increase their knowledge of product knowledge. The inventory system that has been successfully built was tested on 10 respondents with 11% less agreeable results. The system is needed, but it is still considered lacking by respondents. In the inventory flow that will be in the actual field. It could be that the system runs well but in the field, it doesn't, due to employee negligence. Then the biggest result is Agree 49%. The inventory system is correct and appropriate to answer all existing problems.

Abstract

User Interface (Interface) is a visual display that can bridge the system or application with the user. Therefore, the interface is an important thing for a system or application as it looks seen by the user. This interface is implemented on websites that are built easily for users. The website that was built aims to build user understanding that cultural preservation is important. The preservation of this culture is the Toba Batak Ulos Fabric from Medan, North Sumatra. Ulos cloth is a characteristic of the Batak tribe and has been continuously developed for generations. Therefore, the author built an interface website to help digitally preserve Ulos Fabrics that can be accessed by everyone. In this study, the website was built using the Goal- Directed Design method which consisted of 6 stages, namely Research, Modeling, Requirements, Framework Definition, Refinement, and Development Support. After completing the 6 stages, the website that was built was tested using the Usability Testing and System Usability Scale (SUS) methods. Usability Testing uses 2 aspects, namely Task Success and Time On Task, while the System Usability Scale uses questionnaires to 50 respondents. The final result of the test experienced a significant increase that the usability of the website was aboveaverage.

Abstract

The development of GKJ Gondokusuman which became an open church made church boards and pastors required to give satisfaction to the congregation. With these problems, it is necessary to have an application for the GKJ Gondokusuman congregation data collection service program. Where in the GKJ Gondokusuman congregation data collection service application, the church congregation can independently update their personal data. The development of this application will apply the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method by following the stages starting with requirements planning (planning the terms), followed by a RAD design workshop, and ending with implementation. The GKJ Gondokusuman congregation data collection service application program was successfully built in this study. Each stage of the RAD method in developing the GKJ Gondokusuman service application runs smoothly and well, as evidenced by the black box test results that have been carried out by the GKJ Gondokusuman service application, which can be used to update the personal data of the congregation members.
