Abstract

Along with the development of computers and technology, the business world is becoming increasingly competitive. One of the most important things that must be anticipated by the company/organization is a reliable and qualified workforce in each position. Currently, the selection process for determining answers in the Lais sub-district is still going on manually and has not used information technology, thus making it difficult for the sub-district government to position staff according to the area of ​​expertise possessed by each sub-district employee. From these problems it is necessary to make a decision support system to facilitate the sub-district in conducting the selection process for determining employee positions. In making this decision support system the author uses the TOPSIS method. The results of this study resulted in a computerized decision support system based on a website and for the application of the Topsis method, it was found that alternative 1 was identified as the best alternative compared to other alternatives with a value of 0.661180544.

Abstract

Transportation has turned into a primary need, such as ride-hailing, inter-city travel, and even pick-up and drop-off for schools or employees, which are much sought after. This type of transportation is very popular because it provides flexibility in pick-up and drop-off locations. On the shuttle vehicle there will be several customers where the driver has to think of the most efficient route to pick-up. To efficiently find the routes, the driver will need quite a long time and extensive knowledge about the location. A system that can determine pick-up and drop-off routes is certainly needed by the driver. System is equipped with navigation features to make it easier for drivers to done pick-up. In completing this system, Intelligent Water Drops (IWD) algorithm will be used to determine the pick-up or drop-off route. The process of master data, reports, running IWD to find the best route is carried out by an admin. Best route result will be sent to the mobile application used by driver, there will be a navigation feature using Google Maps that can be used by the driver. With the system created, it can help drivers finish their work of pick-up and drop-off costumer in better efficiency of time and distance. With the help of Google Maps, the driver can also find out the duration of the pick-up or drop-off and the traffic conditions.

Abstract

The objective of this journal is to compare the efficiency between these two algorithms, the simple round robin and improved round robin algorithms. In real time systems algorithm, round robin plays a significant role to be used in embedded systems. Here we compare the average turn around time and average waiting time, also number of context switching between these two algorithms. Improved round robin algorithm, is an algorithm where if the remaining burst time is less than the allocated time quantum then the running process is executed. Then remove the currently running process from ready queue and put it in the tail of the ready queue while in simple round robin algorithm the remaining burst time will be executed until finish as scheduled. This comparison proves that improved round robin algorithm is more efficient, with lower average turn around time and lower average waiting time, lower context switching. There by this increases the system throughput.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on "distro" business players so that turnover has fallen by up to 50%. One of them is a distribution called Toko Store Anak Branded which sells branded clothes in the Graha Raya area of ​​South Tangerang. Currently, the process of buying and selling transactions is carried out only in stores and WhatsApp social media, and has experienced a significant impact during the pandemic with a decline in sales transactions. So that research is needed to develop an E-Commerce-based sales media for children's fashion stores, named Toko Store Anak Branded. The method used is Business Model Canvas (BMC), with E-Commerce implementation using CMS Wordpress and Woocommerce Plugin and evaluating using blackbox. The conclusion of this study is that the development of sales media in Toko Store Anak Branded with E-Commerce is going well. Implementation of sales media at the Branded Children's Store Store has been implemented on the https://storeanakbranded.com/ site and can be accessed by the wider community. The implementation of a sales strategy using SEO techniques also went well, as evidenced in May 2022 appearing on the first page of Google on the keyword "base bomber storeanakbranded". The transaction documentation process is recorded properly and neatly, and makes it easier for store owners to find out store revenues quickly.

Abstract

Telkominfra's business is growing with large projects with a high level of complexity making it difficult to process data. Data processing process starting from exporting, filtering data, analyzing data, and making data visualization is still done using excel files, this takes quite a long time so that the decision-making process carried out by management becomes less than optimal . The purpose of this research is expected to be able to provide information and knowledge related to the users in real time so that it can speed up the decision-making process. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze data using the Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) method, EDA is carried out starting from understanding the business object where revenue/sales is one of the metrics used to see the company's performance profile. The results of this study show that the comparison of monthly revenue, the comparison of revenue for each product and the composition of the lowest revenue realization so that it can be evaluated by management, and the results of the EDA will be displayed in a data visualization application.

Abstract

BERSINAR Village is one of the efforts to prevent and handle drug abuse in the village which is managed independently by the village government together with the village community. In determining the shining village award, a system is needed that can provide effective decisions. The Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is one method that can be used in a decision support system. By using the MFEP method, each predetermined criterion is given a weighting according to its needs. Then each alternative is evaluated based on these factors. The alternative with the highest score is the solution in choosing the village that deserves the award. The MFEP method in making this decision uses the Visual Basic 2010 programming language and the MySQL database. So that the application can be used to assist the BNN in making decisions on selecting villages that are entitled to the Shining village award

Abstract

BPR Gianyar Partasedana is a people's credit company that focuses on small businesses in the Gianyar Region it has a website containing various information on financial services. Since the website was first created, no evaluation has been carried out to determine user satisfaction and problems with the website. Usability evaluation on the user interface needs to be done in order to find out how users interact when using the website and find usability problems. The method used to conduct the test is Heuristic Evaluation, the analysis is carried out by interviews and questionnaires to obtain user data, and research samples are taken from customers or people who have used the BPR Gianyar website. Evaluation of the initial interface design shows usability problems with category 3 (major usability problem) so there are problems with the main usability. The Human-Centered Design approach is used as a basis for providing recommendations, the evaluation results on recommendations for interface design improvements show a decrease in the value of usability problems from category 3 to category 1 (cosmetic problem) so that it is better and there are no problems that interfere with the usability of the system. Abstract

A cooperative is a financial institution with business activities of receiving deposits and providing money loans to its members. Bhina Raharja Purbalingga Savings and Loan Cooperative is a cooperative engaged in savings and loans business which was established in 1994 and has obtained the approval of a National Legal Entity, with legal entity number 12198 / BH / Vi / 1994. The activity of applying for loans in cooperatives is the most important thing to do so that there is no overpayment of installments in the future by members, the results of the analysis of the feasibility of providing loans are the determinants of the loan application submitted. In this study, it used the c4.5 algorithm for analyzing the feasibility of lending to members. The results of the analysis show that the income attribute is the attribute with the highest value with a Confusion Matrix accuracy rate of 85.34%.

Abstract

Heart disease is a condition which heart as vital human organ is disordered and doesn’t function properly. Heart disease is one of deadliest diseases in the world and the leading cause of death globally, taking an estimated 17.9 million lives each year. In this study, heart disease patients’ data were clustered to see the characteristic and similarities of each patient. The dataset used in the study is Heart Disease Patients dataset, which consists of 303 patients’ medical data with 11 features. Clustering method used in the paper are K-Means and GA K-Means. Genetic Algorithm is used to optimized the initial centroid for K-Means clustering. The results were evaluated by noting the iteration, inter cluster, and intra cluster of each clustering method. Genetic algorithm is able to optimize the K-Means method which can be seen in iteration average, from 13,4 to 12,5 iteration with the decreasing of the maximum iteration from 21 to 17 iterations. Based on the calculation of inter cluster and intra cluster, the intra cluster results of GA K-Means tend to be better than K-Means and for inter cluster, there is a very little different result, where K-Means method inter cluster average slightly better than GA K-Means.

Abstract

In Indonesia, there is the SINTA (Science and Technology Index) which is the official platform used to measure the performance of research and scientific publications made by Indonesian academics. However, not all national journals that have been accredited by the field of library science present correct and complete information on their websites. The database is more efficiently used for data storage because it has the ability to connect between data and is easier to develop. In this study, we try to optimize the query for searches that can display recommended data for the search for the SINTA journal with the query index method. The results obtained are that the query method requires less time, which is 0.15 seconds compared to using the usual query method with a load time of 6.00 seconds. The number of accredited at each level of SINTA is 118 units for S1 Accredited, 949 S2 Accredited, 1296 S3 Accredited, 2391 S4 Accredited, 1921 Accredited S5, and 266 Accredited S6. the number of accredited at each level of SINTA, namely for S1 Accredited as many as 118, S2 Accredited as many as 949 units, S3 Accredited as many as 1296 units, S4 Accredited in 2391 units, S5 Accredited in 1921 units, and S6 Accredited in 266 units.
