Abstract

Currently, digital transformation is unavoidable. Digital transformation has an impact on increasing company performance and efficiency by making changes to the business process. In the audit process, Robotic Process Automation is one of the processes that could be done by the auditor in the audit implementation so it can be faster, more efficient and accurate, especially in data collection and initial analysis. RPA can assist auditors in collecting the necessary data in the audit process in a shorter time. The external auditor has a contract for a short period with the client, which is not necessarily extended to the next period, while the cost of implementing the RPA is quite high. The effort used in building, developing, and implementing RPA in an activity is very high. Meanwhile, the audit processes that can be assisted by RPA are still limited, as well as lack of effectiveness and efficiency. Lack of human judgment is one of the biggest challenges in implementing RPA.

Abstract

Global pandemic Covid-19 that has hit people hard contributed to the rise in digital media usage, such as social media. Not only as a medium to communicate among people but more than that, social media become a promotional tool for firms to promote their products or services. This study wants to know the influence of social media marketing activities of home appliances brands in Indonesia to purchase intention through mediating customer brand engagement, social brand engagement, and brand equity. This research uses a quantitative approach with an online survey of 404 sample respondents and analyses it with the Smart-PLS program. The results show social media marketing activities positively influence all mediation variables (consumer brand engagement, social brand engagement, and brand equity), and purchase intention as a dependent variable get positive influence by customer brand engagement and brand equity. Only social brand engagement has a low positive influence on the dependent variable. For managerial implications, it shows if social media marketing activities its become important to do for firms and less recommended for social brand engagement. Abstract

A good curriculum is an important part of an academic process. The curriculum in the Information Systems Department is grouped 5 (five) knowledge clusters, one of which is the Database cluster which will be used in this research. The Database cluster consists of 5 (five) courses, namely SI1433 [Information System Analysis and Design], SI1443 [Database Systems], SI2323 [Database Design], SI3433 [Data Warehousing], SE4323 [Data Mining]. The purpose of this research is to see the relevance of the existence of prerequisite courses in courses in the Database sciences group. Relevance was measured from the independence test of pairs of 2 (two) courses based on the chi-square distribution statistical test. If the course pair shows dependency, then the existence of prerequisites is considered appropriate, whereas if the results show independence, then the prerequisites are not needed. The final conclusion from this research is that the pairs of 5 subjects studied are all dependent except for courses SI1433 (Information System Analysis and Design) and SI3433 (Data Warehousing) with a significant probability value of 0.265. So implementing the prerequisite courses in the Database cluster in the UKDW Information Systems department is relevant.

Abstract

PT Takdir Jaya Abadi's website functions as a complete company information media, which includes information about company profiles and the industry sector currently engaged in, namely the optical disc replica services field. Since it was created in 2020, an evaluation has never been carried out, so the company does not know the quality of the website. Hence, it is necessary to evaluate PT Takdir Jaya Abadi's website. This study aims to determine whether the website meets user expectations using the Webqual 4.0 method and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). The data obtained from 65 respondents showed a conformity analysis of 96% which stated that the user was not satisfied. The development of the gap analysis was -0.166, which means that the quality level is still not in line with user expectations. The results of the quadrant analysis that is a priority for website improvement are quadrant I with the attributes IF1, IF2, IT2, IT3 and IT4. These attributes are regarding up to date information, accurate information, a sense of security when accessing, a sense of security when conducting information search activities, and the safety of users' personal information.

Abstract

Imbalance data merupakan masalah yang harus diselesaikan pada klasifikasi data mining, karena dapat mengakibatkan menurunnya performa klasifikasi. salah satu cara untuk mengatasi masalah imbalance data adalah dengan metode sampling. metode sampling sendiri dibagi menjadi tiga yaitu under sampling, over sampling, dan hybrid. metode over sampling dipilih karena tidak menghilangkan informasi penting dari sebuah data. algoritma smote merupakan salah satu contoh dari algoritma oversampling. dalam perkembangannya algoritma smote memiliki kelemahan yaitu data sintesis yang dihasilkan mengalami overgeneralize dan noise sehingga ditemukan algoritma kmeans smote pada penelitian ini membandingkan antara dataset tanpa resampling dengan yang telah dilakukan resampling. Pengukuran hasil penelitian menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi yaitu logistic regression, decision tree, naïve bayes dan svm confusion matrix dan gmean sebagai penguji performa klasifikasi. Hasil dari penelitian penerapan metode oversampling pada dataset dengan nilai IR yang berbeda - beda pada dataset yang imbalance menghasilkan kombinasi algoritma oversampling dan algoritma klasifikasi paling signifikan terdapat pada dataset ecoli dengan imbalance ratio 9.28 algoritma Naive Bayes dengan algoritma k means SMOTE memiliki nilai akurasi 76,9 % dan nilai g mean 0.866 dimana jika dibandingkan dengan implementasi dataset yang langsung diklasifikasikan menggunakan algoritma Naive bayes yang memiliki nilai akurasi 44,2 % dan nilai g mean sebesar 0.629 selisih nilai akurasi sebesar 32,7 % dan g mean 0,237.

Abstract

Shopee is one of the most frequently visited online buying and selling sites and has a high number of downloads on the play store. However, in the last two years, Shopee has experienced a decrease in the average number of monthly visitors. The purpose of this research is to understand the quality of service provided by Shopee on its website or application. The E-Servqual method is used to measure the gap between attributes and customer service expectations and the Kano model is used to classify attributes and determine the extent to which service attributes meet customer satisfaction. The results of calculations using the E-Servqual method show that the quality of services provided has not met customer expectations, because all attributes have negative gap values. And the results of calculations using the Kano model identify 11 attributes that must be prioritized, due to a linear relationship between attribute performance and customer satisfaction, 11 attributes that need to be maintained, because an increase in attribute performance will result in a very high level of satisfaction and five attributes that need to be improved in order to maximize satisfaction towards customers. Abstract

The main decision support system for measuring or assessing the performance of an employee in a government agency is very important especially to be used as a condition for getting an award. However, current employee performance appraisals still use subjective judgments, so that it will cause differences in the results of the assessment based on who will judge. One method that can be applied in a decision support system is the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS). At the Government Office of the Cultural Office of the Province of Bali, which in this case is a Regional Government Organization that wants to analyze the performance appraisal of NON-ASN employees to help solve problems in employee appraisal, will provide alternative solutions which are one of the accurate benchmarks to get appropriate results. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that using the TOPSIS method in selecting exemplary employees will provide convenience in carrying out analytical calculations for determining exemplary NON-ASN employees within the Bali Province Cultural Agency.

Abstract

Abstract Merging several government agencies into one resulted in employee collaboration. The freedom for employees to choose a new work unit that matches their qualifications and domicile results in an unequal distribution of employees. Acceptance of CASN (Prospective State Civil Apparatus) is one of the efforts to cover the shortage of staff so that the number is proportional to the needs of the work unit. The purpose of this research is to cluster employee density in government agencies with the K-Means algorithm using the attributes of the number of employees according to qualifications and employees approaching retirement age, so that work units can be clustered from overcrowded to understaffed. The K-Means algorithm is a data mining method that performs an unsupervised modeling process and is a method for grouping data with a partition system. In this study, employee density clustering was formed into 4 clusters (k = 4), namely C1 (Dense), C2 (Moderate), C3 (Less), and C4 (Very Less). Clusterization testing using the RapidMiner software with the Davies Bouldin Index (DBI) method resulted in an accuracy value of 0.299. The results of the clustering of employee density from 84 work units in a government agency found that 19 work units belonging to cluster C4 were severely understaffed. The results of this clustering can be used to support decision making in predicting CASN needs in government agencies. Keywords — clustering, K-Means, Davies Bouldin Index, Data Mining

Abstract

The Decision Support System for determining scholarships at SMP Al-Khairiyah Cilegon Banten is an information technology that assists in making decisions regarding awarding scholarships to students. The problem with defining grants is that they often have the wrong purpose. In the process of selecting scholarships recipients from similar institutions that have been carried out so far, there are difficulties in selecting scholarship recipients because of the many criteria involved in awarding scholarships making it difficult to make decisions about awarding scholarships, and it also takes a long time.The purpose of this research is to create a decision support system to identify scholarship recipients. The research method used is Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). Designed with design tools such as Data Flow Diagram (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD),file specifications, HIPO, and user interface designs. As for the implementation using Visual Basic 2012 and the Microsoft Access 2019 database. From the results of this research a decision support system was created at SMP Al-Khairiyah, it is hoped that through this system the determination of scholarships can assist in making decisions to be faster, efficient, and directed. Abstract

Tanaman membutuhkan air didalam menunjang pertumbuhannya. Air dan nutrisi yang terkandung didalam nya berperan vital dalam bidang pertanian yang menggunakan teknologi hidroponik. Kendali perkiraan nutrisi yang harus diberikan ke sistem hidroponik memerlukan ketepatan. Oleh sebab itu, penulis melakukan penelitian untuk melakukan kontrol pemberian nutrisi ke tanaman hidoponik menggunakan Internet of Things, dengan sistem peramalan regresi linier, di pengukuran peramalan menggunakan regresi linier penulis mendapatkan data Ph cairan nutrisi, Ketinggian cairan nutrisi, Ppm nutrisi terlarut dalam nutrisi dari sensor yang diletakan dalam sistem tanaman hidroponik. Penulis melakukan penelitian menggunakan tanaman paprika, sebanyak 5 unit dan dilakukan pengamatan selama 24 hari. Sensor akan mealakukan penarikan data setiap 4 hari dan dikirimkan ke server Intgernet of Things. Berdasarkan formula peramalan yang di diapatkan dari regresi linier, sistem pemberian nutrisi dapat diberikan secara otomatis oleh Internet Of Things.
