Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pemilik aplikasi Dognosis dalam mengambil keputusan dari tingkat Usabilitas yang sangat berpengaruh bagi keberlangsungan aplikasi Dognosis, dan dalam penelitian ini hasilnya secara langung di gunakan untuk pengembangan UI selanjutnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS) sebagai langkah awal untuk mendeteksi kebermanfaatan aplikasi sekaligus metode ini termasuk alat ukur yang murah, dan popular. Dari keseluruhan pengguna aplikasi Dognosis sebanyak 51 responden, hasil yang didapatkan adalah nilai Skor SUS sebesar 74.14634146. Dari hasil skor ini dapat dikatakan nilai tersebut masuk dalam kategori B yang artinya aplikasi ini mudah untuk digunakan dan memiliki tampilan yang baik dengan demikian pemilik aplikasi Dognosis dapat mempertahankan tampilan UI aplikasinya dan mengembangkannya agar lebih nyaman digunakan.

Abstract

The use of mobile applications is increasingly important in daily life in the digital era. However, the abundance of application choices in the Play Store makes it difficult for users to choose the right application according to their needs. Not only that, application developers also have difficulty finding the most liked ratings by users and the type of application that is widely downloaded. This research aims to find a solution to the problems of users and developers by comparing the performance of Naive Bayes and Logistic Regression algorithms in classifying Google Play Store application data based on ratings and the type of application that is most downloaded by users. The results show that both algorithms have a high level of accuracy, but Naive Bayes has a higher level of accuracy than Logistic Regression. Naive Bayes obtains an accuracy rate of 92.63% while Logistic Regression obtains an accuracy rate of 92.60%. This research provides guidance for users to choose the right algorithm in classifying Google Play Store application data. However, these results are based on the data used in a particular study, so they cannot be generalized to all situations and datasets. Other factors such as data quality and proper feature selection can also affect algorithm performance. In addition, this research also shows that the type of application that is most downloaded by users on the Google Play Store is a free application. This can be input for developers to develop types of applications that are favored by users. This research also shows the results of application ratings, where an application named Life Made WI-FI Touchscreen Photo Frame with the photo editing category gets a very high rating. These results can be input or references for application developers to create even better applications in the future..

Abstract

Predicting crypto prices is a challenge because the crypto market is very volatile and unpredictable. In this work, we present a crypto price prediction system that uses the regression method to plot curves on a historical crypto price dataset. The system consists of several stages, including data collection, data pre-processing, model training, prediction, and evaluation. Model performance is evaluated by comparing the predictions made by the model with actual prices and calculating metrics such as mean absolute error or mean squared error. The system is expected to help in deciding to buy, sell or hold owned crypto assets and the system used uses the Python programming language which is one of the languages which has machine learning features for the implementation of artificial intelligence (AI).

Abstract

Batik Srikandi Banyuwangi merupakan produsen Batik. Batik Srikandi memiliki proses bisnis dengan masih melakukan proses pencatatan secara manual, dimana dokumen yang berkaitan dengan pembelian, persediaan, produksi, dan penjualan masih ditulis tangan menggunakan kertas. Pencatatan secara manual menimbulkan dokumen tersebut tidak bisa diakses secara real time atau sulit untuk mengetahui stok bahan baku secara langsung dan adanya kehilangan data sehingga proses produksi mengalami kendala. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses bisnis pada Batik Srikandi Banyuwangi yang berjalan saat ini, memberikan usulan proses bisnis dengan menerapkan ERP menggunakan Dolibarr pada Batik Srikandi Banyuwangi, dan mengetahui hasil implementasi proses bisnis dengan menerapkan ERP menggunakan Dolibarr pada Batik Srikandi Banyuwangi. Pengujian sistem dilakukan menggunakan user acceptance test yang menghasilkan presentase pemilik 90%, presentase admin 89%, presentase inventory 87%, presentase sales 85%, presentase manufacture 90,25%. Artinya pemilik, admin, inventory, sales, dan manufacture pada Batik Srikandi Banyuwangi memiliki kategori sangat setuju terhadap penerimaan penerapan aplikasi ERP menggunakan Dolibarr.

Abstract

IT governance assessment is carried out with the hope that the maturity level of governance at PT. ASAHIMAS FLAT GLASS TBK Jakarta. The results of the assessment carried out show that every IT process in the PO domain is at level 2, namely at the Define Process stage. Gap analysis in the process generally has a maturity level at level 2, which management expectations are generally at level 4. The maturity index value obtained shows the level of maturity in each process. Furthermore, it is known that 100% of the total 10 IT COBIT domain PO processes are at maturity level 2, while the expectations are 4 so there is a gap in maturity level 2. There is a gap in the 10 control objectives at PT. ASAHIMAS FLAT GLASS TBK Jakarta, which is 10 gaps in the PO domain. The COBIT findings from the 10 gaps that must be adjusted are PO1, PO2, PO3, PO4, PO5, PO6, PO7, PO8, PO9, and PO10.

Abstract

Sisnaker is an official online-based platform for the Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia that can assist in accessing employment services and information. There are several Employment services that you can access in the SISNAKER application including Training Services, Career Hub and Help Centers. This research was conducted to measure user satisfaction in using the Sisnaker application at the Buru District Vocational Training Center using the usability testing method based on five variables, namely learnability, efficiency, memorability, errors, and satisfaction. Therefore an evaluation is needed to analyze the level of usability in an application so that it can assist in developing and improving an application so that it can identify problems faced by users. In testing the several usability aspects above, it can be concluded that the usability value of the Sisnaker application is quite good, and the aspects regarding learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction are already in quite good criteria. It's just that a number of things were found that needed to be repaired again, namely regarding the error rate in the application, where when logging in an error often occurs every time you enter the registered email and password. But overall the Sisnaker application is quite good.

Abstract

A system for monitoring optimal temperature through automatic fan cooling and watering for strawberry plants in lowland areas has been developed using IoT-based Bylink application with prototyping method to improve plant productivity in the area. The prototyping method was used to design a more optimal temperature monitoring system with the addition of IoT technology and Bylink application, which can facilitate effective and efficient plant monitoring and maintenance. The temperature monitoring system is equipped with temperature sensors connected to the internet network through IoT technology. In this system, the Bylink application is used to facilitate monitoring and adjustment of optimal air temperature for strawberry plant growth. Furthermore, the system is also equipped with automatic fan cooling and watering system that can be controlled through the application, making it easier for farmers to monitor and maintain plants more effectively and efficiently. The research was conducted by considering factors affecting strawberry plant growth and the use of IoT technology and Bylink application in system development. Testing and evaluation were carried out to ensure that the tool can function well and meet the requirements. The results showed that the system design can help farmers improve plant productivity and facilitate plant monitoring and maintenance. This system can be an alternative to increase strawberry plant production in lowland areas.

Abstract

E-commerce is a variety of businesses that involve widespread transactions including the exchange of information via the internet network. Tokopedia is the most visited e-commerce on the web at 146 million every month. Although there are many visitors there are many complaint comments, such as delays in delivery and so on. The purpose of this study is to analyze service quality based on 6 dimensions of e-servqual and zone of tolerance to determine the level of tolerance for services provided by Tokopedia. From the results of the analysis obtained, the gap value of the e-servqual dimension is negative, meaning that customers are not satisfied with the gap of -0.02, while the results of the zone of tolerance mapping are 21 attributes whose current service position is below MSA, meaning that customers are dissatisfied with the services provided.

Abstract

Hijau Surya adalah perusahaan kultur jaringan tanaman yang khusus memproduksi tanaman kultur jaringan. Pada PT.Hijau Surya Biotechindo pengelolaan data penggajian karyawan masih dilakukan secara manual dengan dicatat dan menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel sehingga mengakibatkan pembuatan laporan guna mendukung keputusan manajerial menjadi sulit, memakan waktu dan kerap terjadi kesalahan yang dapat merugikan perusahaan. Peneliti mencoba menyelesaikan masalah yang terjadi dengan menerapkan sistem informasi manajemen penggajian karyawan pada PT. Hijau Surya Biotechindo dengan menggunakan metode waterfall yang merupakan sebuah metode yang bersifat sistematis dan secara berurutan mulai dari tahap analisis masalah dan analisis kebutuhan, tahap desain dengan menggunakan UML (unified modeling language), pengujian sistem dan maintence sistem . Hasil dari perancangan dan pembangunan dibuat sesuai kebutuhan dan diharapkan dapat membantu dan dapat dikembangkan untuk mempermudah pekerjaan.

Abstract

The significant influence on human life is caused by the rapid development of technology, which is then utilized in various sectors including the business sector of the provider of goods and services. PT. Tebar Digital Kreasi as an application and website development company with experience in managing projects in an agile manner, clients often complain to get support regarding the problems they are experiencing. Procedures that are still manual in handling complaints make complaint services less than optimal. Complaints that are not resolved within the time specified by management can be a threat to the company. So it can be realized that the handling of complaints is something that must be considered. This study uses the Scrumban method by generating information on complaints that have been handled and have not been handled and reports on the results of complaint handling based on a certain time unit. The results of the research show that it has succeeded in building a complaint handling information system that can assist the Admin in managing client complaints. Test result black box shows that the system is running well and in accordance with expectations with a level of functionality of 100%.
