Abstract

In West Golewa District, the process of processing population and administrative data is still manual, using Microsoft Word and Excel in each village/urban village. Data storage in the form of physical documents poses a risk of data accumulation, loss, and corruption. Birth and death data are also poorly recorded, making it difficult to access valid population data. This research designed and created a web-based population administration application for West Golewa District. The web approach was chosen to improve people's accessibility when managing population data. The software development method used is waterfall with stages of analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. This application has important features such as access to subdistrict information, downloadable E-KTP forms, requests for letters, online complaint submission, population data management, and statistical reports. It is expected that this web-based population administration application will increase the efficiency and accuracy of population data processing in West Golewa District. With easy access and automated processes, it is hoped that people can quickly access information, submit applications, and report complaints related to population administration. This application is expected to be an effective solution in the management of population administration in West Golewa District as well as an inspiration for similar developments in other regions.

Abstract

Skin care is a series of treatments that can maintain the beauty and healthy of the skin by using skin care products such as serum, moisturizer and cream. It is very important to choose skin care products according to skin type, because each skin type has its own problems. Skin care that is not in accordance with the type of facial skin will cause problems or worsen skin conditions. Currently, many people still lack information about skin care products based on their respective skin types, so people are confused about choosing the right skin care products. Naavagreen Natural Skincare is a beauty treatment center for facial skin with natural ingredients under the supervision of a doctor who provides various solutions for skin types. The system is made based on a website using the PHP programming language and MySQL database as database management. The results of the AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process) calculations are to produce the best alternative for each skin type.

Abstract

PT. Nutragen Global Esana is a manufacturing company that produces Fastbite, Isizoup and Proffle products. Nutagen does not yet have data visualization for monitoring company sales. Therefore, implementing dashboards is necessary to optimize production productivity. The existence of a dashboard can help companies to obtain accurate sales information and can be used to observe business developments in accordance with predetermined targets. The method that will be used in designing the dashboard of Nutragen is the Prototyping method. Tools for data visualization on Nutragen is Power BI, while the data to be used is the sales database for three products produced by Nutragen, namely Fastbite, Isizoup and Proffle products in 2022. The Nutragen product sales dashboard can be used to visualize the distribution of resellers, see the percentage of product sales based on flavor variants, see product sales best selling based on product type and variant, as well as a comparison of payments that are most used and see total product sales per month. The benefit of making this dashboard is that it makes it easier for companies to determine strategies and policies based on the information displayed on the dashboard and makes it easier to monitor product transactions more efficiently.

Abstract

Abstract The role of technology is currently needed by an organization. Data warehouse as one of the applications of technology is also widely adopted by various organizations to improve performance. Data warehouse is data that is built to help analyze the situation of an organization or company that has a strategic nature. The development of this data warehouse can produce information. The information generated from the analysis of the data warehouse helps the leadership in making organizational or company development decisions. PT TIKI Palembang as a company engaged in the field of freight forwarding services, in its business processes it is necessary to evaluate and monitor the company's performance. For this reason, it is necessary to build a data warehouse to evaluate performance and maintain the company's competitive advantage. In this study, building a data warehouse using the nine-step methodology in developing a data warehouse in goods delivery services. The implementation of this data warehouse uses the Pentaho application. The built data warehouse can provide information through tables and graphs for management about company performance.

Abstract

Dalam rangkah mencegah penyebaran COVID-19 proses pembelajaran tidak dapat dilakukan secara tatap muka. Salah satu alternatif yang dapat di lakukan adalah Program Belajar Jarak Jauh. Konten pembelajaran diakses secara online pada sistem e-learning, yang memungkinkan pelajar untuk melihat dan berinteraksi dengan pengajar melalui media web browser pada perangkat laptop, personal komputer, atau layanan mobile lainnya. Dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran secara efektif dan efisien sistem e-learning tentu saja membutuhkan infrastruktur yang handal yang dapat diakses oleh banyak pengguna dalam waktu yang bersamaan. Membangun infrastruktur yang handal secara mandiri dapat menimbulkan beban kerja, perawatan dan biaya yang tinggi. Dalam mengatasi masalah ini dapat menggunakan Cloud Computing. Ini beroperasi pada jaringan internet dan memiliki fitur virtualisasi, komputasi grid, komputasi otonom dan utilitas, dengan model pay-go-use di mana klien membayar sumber daya yang diminta atau yang di gunakan saja. Salah satu penyedia layanan cloud adalah Amazon Web Service. Layanan ini dapat membuat web server untuk menerapkan high availability e-learning yang di dukung fitur Auto Scaling Instance EC2, Elastic Load Balancer, Elastic File Sistem, VPC, Database, dan konfigurasi dapat dilakukan secara otomasi dengan CloudFormation sesuai template yang telah di buat YAML. Sedangkan metode pengembangan infrastruktur high availability e-learning adalah Network Development Life Cycle.

Abstract

The development of information technology in the era of industrial revolution 4.0 has created competition between business companies. Information technology that always develops can be a solution for companies to keep innovating in order to build their business. One of the parts in the industrial world that always grows is a company which engages in digital infrastructure. There is one company that provides internet network services, data centers, and cloud computing which has the desire to be able to optimize its business activities in helping to equalize the area so that it is affordable by several internet network service providers which it can balance with the application of information technology in accordance with the company's business processes, so that information system technology is used that can integrate all line of business entities in real-time, namely Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Therefore, it takes automation and integration of business processes using an ERP system. The ERP system that will be applied in this research uses open source-based software, namely Odoo, with 10.0 version because it can adapt to the company's needs. The results of black-box testing on the implementation of business processes run as expected.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, some people are spending more time at home. So, many people prefer to shop online, especially to buy basic needs. This is what causes the trend of online shopping to continue to increase rapidly during the pandemic. This certainly has an impact on the number of visitors to e-commerce websites, including hypermart.co.id and transmartdelivery.com, which should increase during this pandemic. So that this becomes a problem, it is necessary to use usability analysis to improve services so that customers of both websites get the best online shopping experience by utilizing the Webuse method. This method consists of 4 usability variables, namely Content Organization and Readability, Link and Navigation, User Interface and Design, and Performance and Effective. This study uses data from 100 respondents according to the research criteria. The results showed that the overall usability of hypermart.co.id and transmartdelivery.com e-commerce websites was at a good level, with 3.14 usability points on hypermart.co.id and 3.13 on transmartdelivery.com which means hypermart.co.id and transmartdelivery.com have been able to meet user satisfaction in terms of usability, including content, navigation, interface and performance.

Abstract

Indonesian startups are growing at a breakneck pace. When starting a business, finances are required to continue to develop the business, sustain it, and defend it against competition in the startup environment. One of the most crucial responsibilities in a business is that of an investor. Investors can help startups by providing financial assistance (investment). There are now only a handful sites for developers to market their startups as promotional material. This promotion can be used to promote startups (owned products) to a wider audience and gain investors' attention. The above-mentioned limits are the primary focus of website creation. The waterfall concept was used in the building of this website. The goal of creating this website is not only to serve as a promotional tool, but also to provide an opportunity for entrepreneurs to meet investors in an indirect manner and to make it easier for investors to analyze businesses with future potential. Compatibility, performance, and usability tests are all used in website development. Website development from the developer's perspective received a usability score of 91.86%, indicating that the website is very excellent, and website development for investors received a score of 79.85%, indicating that the website is good.

Abstract

The process of collecting data on the use of equipment and to find out the computer specifications of the Kampar Polytechnic Informatics Engineering laboratory is still done manually. Where to find out the specifications of a computer, the user must turn on the computer first and the technician opens the application to see the specifications of the computer. The solution for this problem is to create an inventory information system for the Informatics Engineering Laboratory of the Kampar Polytechnic. The implementation process carried out in the website version uses the PHP programming language, phpMyAdmin to manage the MySQL database and uses the CodeIgniter 3 Framework, in the desktop and mobile versions using the Java programming language, the php server is used for data management, and the MySQL database for data storage. The results obtained in the form of an inventory information system for the Kampar Polytechnic Informatics Engineering laboratory have been successfully created and can make it easier for users to find out computer specifications quickly, precisely and accurately.

Abstract

Skin is one of the essential and vital parts of the human body, especially the facial skin which is a mirror of beauty and health. However, sometimes people do not know the type of facial skin so they must consult a doctor. There are 5 types of facial skin, namely normal, oily, dry, sensitive and combination. Knowing the type of facial skin is very important to choose the right cosmetic product. In this research, the classification of facial skin types will be carried out using the Certainty Factor method. The purpose of this research is to create a website-based application with an expert system that can be an alternative to find out the type of facial skin in order to determine the right skincare product, as a substitute for consulting a doctor. The results of the study stated that manual calculations using the Certainty Factor method had the same final results as calculations in the application.
