Abstract

Higher education as a sub-system of the national education system has a strategic role that includes educating the nation's life and advancing science and technology. Universities as an institution that has a strategic role in achieving a generation of excellence and quality in the development of Science and Technology, so as to compete in the global era and digital today. The purpose of this research is: to describe readiness implementation of Knowledge Sharing & Transfer (KS & T) in learning at Tarbiyah High School of Raden Wijaya Mojokerto. This research uses "Library Research" The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used by the authors in this study is the documentation. Data processing is done by conducting the activity of review, verification and reduction, grouping and systematization, and interpretation or interpretation so that a phenomenon has social, academic, and scientific value. While data analysis in this research done during and after collecting data by using descriptive-critical-comparative method, and method of content analysis (content analysis). From the explanation described earlier, it was concluded: 1) Successful implementation of knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer did not escape the selection of appropriate strategies in its application. 2) Implementation of knowledge sharing and knowledge transfer is still hampered by human resources problems besides quality and quantity.

Abstract

At school, the teacher in charge as second parents for children. Unfortunately there are many teachers who do not live up to the philosophy of the teacher as second parents for children. There are still many teachers who abuse the students seemed never to have children. Even if the teacher does not live up to this philosophy, the teacher should be aware that he is under contract with parents to drop off their students to the gates of success. Reality on the ground there are many teachers who use violence. With disciplinary reasons, some unscrupulous teachers dare torment his students. Of course this makes children afraid to go to school and can not learn well. Fellow students bullying each other also because it is hard to emulate his teacher. Why do these problems arise? Therefore there are still persons who become teachers for material reasons only, not for the call. Including a teacher who was having psychiatric disorders, but not detected in the selection for work. The conclusion that acts of bullying become a global problem that must be addressed together by all parties. Picketing early through moral education, together with the full implementation of family life and responsibility, as well as the structuring law becomes effective the first step to reduce acts of bullying in society. Follow-settlement through legal means necessarily the final step after picketing failed to do and this is a little late to do because it would cause loss. All this should be carried out continuously by all parties without exception, from oneself, family, community, and country

Abstract

The low quality of Indonesian education was also shown Data Research and Development (2003) in Panjaitan (2014) that of 146 052 elementary schools in Indonesia was only 8 schools who gained worldwide recognition in the category of The Primary Years Program (PYP). Of the 20,918 junior high schools in Indonesia, there are only 8 schools that received world recognition in the category of The Middle Years Program (MYP), and from 8,036 SMA, only 7 schools received world recognition under The Diploma Program (DP). The purpose of this research is to describe the role of Principals in the Integration Development of Culture and Moral character-based Noble Boarding School in Fresh Qulub MTs Miftahul Gondang Mojokerto, Based on the discussion can be summarized as follows: 1) The model of character education in adolescents aims to develop personality traits. Character education is done by acting speech directive (advice, orders, suggestions, etc.). Character education models in adolescents are integrated into various learning activities, school rules, and extracurricular activities or media posters attached to school walls. 2) The implementation of character education in MTs Miftahul Qulub Fresh Gondang Mojokerto maximum run boarding school because the curriculum is integrated with the school curriculum, in which the achievement of values ​​in schools is a prerequisite for the achievement of values ​​in schools. Abstract

The process of scientific work, promoting inductive reasoning rather than deductive reasoning. Inductive reasoning sees a specific phenomenon or situation to then draw an overall conclusion. Especially in the learning of Writing (writing), some things are perceived as a constraint of them is that this learning requires careful planning so that students can achieve basic competence indicator. The purpose of this research development is: 1) Describe the learning tools developed in the model of scientific learning to improve the completeness of learning English the theme of "recount text" descriptive oral and written, short and simple, about people, animals and objects in 8th grade MTs Negeri Sooko Mojokerto 2) Analyze the scientific learning model able to improve the completeness of learning English theme "recount text" descriptive oral and written, short and simple, about people, animals, and objects in grade 8 MTs Negeri Sooko Mojokerto. Selection and use of scientific learning model properly can streamline and streamline the implementation of learning. For that purpose the scientific learning model is absolutely necessary. 1) The product of scientific learning model to improve learning comprehension of English "recount text" has been refined based on analysis of trial data. Abstract

Kinesthetic intelligence is the ability to use the whole body in expressing ideas, feelings, and using the hand to produce or transform something. this study focused on five aspects of description, namely: 1) How internalization activities kinesthetic intelligence. 2) What is the form of kinesthetic intelligence development activities in children. 3) How is the implementation of kinesthetic intelligence activity? 4) Supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of development programs kinesthetic intelligence activities. 5) Evaluation of teachers in assisting the development of kinesthetic intelligence activities. This study qualitative descriptive case study. Research object of kinesthetic intelligence activity applied. Sources of research data: head of madrasah, deputy of curriculum affair, student affairs representative, committee of madrasah committee, teachers, BK, soft data, education law document, RKAS, kinesthetic intelligence activity list of children, data related to the internalization of the value of Islamic religious education. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation. To abstract the field findings, the data were analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and data conclusions. Validity of data is tested by: 1) extension of study time, 2) discussion of friends, 3) triangulation, 4) verification. The results of this study indicate: (1) The Internalization of Kinesthetic Intelligence Activities. Background by the vision of Madrasah and Law no. 20 of 2003 on National Education System (2) forms of kinesthetic intelligence development activities in children which are applied, among others, introduction of madrasah, love of friends, self-care and self-cleaning, excavation of talents and interests, and public relations. (3) Implementation of kinesthetic intelligence activities work well. (4) Supporting factors and inhibiting the implementation of the kinesthetic intelligence development program: funding, student participation and pupil support. Inhibiting factors: lack of trust for guardians, limited facilities and infrastructure, and lack of student participation (5) Evaluation of teachers in assisting the development of kinesthetic intelligence activities include CIPP: a) Context Evaluation. b) Input Evaluation (Input Evaluation). c) Process Evaluation (Evaluation Process) d) Product Evaluation (Evaluation Results).

Abstract

Rashid Rida is Muslim figures who have gait significant and substantial contribution in the process of reform in the Islamic world. His ideas are quite brilliant in fighting the Muslims to be able to rise from their setback. Reforming movement that does become more stable by giving conceptions about various aspects of science that became an important discourse at the time. After the proposed reforming ideas and concepts of the caliphate in view of Rashid Rida, it can be taken a couple of conclusions. Abstract

As is commonly understood, pesantren has historically ordained its existence as an educational institution that emphasizes the so-called akhlaqul karimah, a term commensurate with the term character. This is because the process of learning and education in pesantren not only emphasizes cognitive intelligence, but also affective and psychomotor. And exactly that is the spirit and ideals of the founding of Al-Amin Islamic Boarding School, with his vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah, based on the Islamic teachings of Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jama'ah. The purpose of this research is: To describe Implementation of vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah, teacher activity in learning with vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah and Akhlaqul Karimah, student activity in learning by using vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah and Akhlaqul Karimahdan student response in learning by using the vision of Science Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah to improve students' understanding on the subject Akidah Akhlak class X in MA Al-Amin boarding school Sooko Mojokerto. This development research was conducted in the even semester of the academic year 2016/2017. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach, that is descriptive and without using statistical analysis. The action is carried out according to the model proposed by Tripp consisting of 4 stages: (1) planning (plan): Action planning and research planning (Plan Research), (2) acts: (action), (3) research: produce data and analyze data, and reflection. The results of this research are: 1) Implementation of vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah in class X in MA Al-Amin boarding school Sooko Mojokerto can increase class enthusiasm. 2) The accumulated results of teacher activity can improve students' understanding on the subjects of Akidah Akhlak class X in MA Al-Amin boarding school Sooko Mojokerto very well. 3) The result of accumulation of student activity observed is quite enthusiastic. 4) Implementation of the vision of Amaliyah, Amal Ilmiyah, and Akhlaqul Karimah can improve students' understanding on the subjects of Akidah Akhlak class X in MA Al-Amin boarding school Sooko Mojokerto.

Abstract

Constructivism-Collaborative-based learning tools in improving critical thinking skills become an interesting learning model and assist the teacher's task in improving the effectiveness of learning, hence the need of an innovative learning tool to improve students' critical thinking ability. One learning tool that includes a set of planned learning experience that is arranged in a systematic, operational, and directed to help students master specific learning objectives is a collaborative-based Constructivist-Collaborative learning tool in improving the ability to think critically. The purpose of this research development is: 1.) To determine the feasibility of constructive collaborative lesson constructivist Islamic Education lesson according to peers. 2) To know the feasibility of constructive collaborative lesson of constructivism of Islamic Religious Education subject by Expert 3) To know the interest of the students of grade V of SDN Meri 1 Kota Mojokerto to the constructivist constructivism lesson of Islamic Education subject. Abstract

The existence of majelis taklim felt increasingly important and expected to play a bigger role in addressing various problems arising in the community. However, in organizing and managing its activities, not a few problems and obstacles faced by majelis taklim. It is quite a lot of faced is the management aspects, organization, and administration are weak and less systematic review and quality of human resources (HR) is still limited. One of the root of the problem is the lack of a proselytizing missionary or ustadzah who is able to provide good, systematic and qualified congregations. The purpose of this study are: 1) Describe religious activities majelis taklim in Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi. 2) Describe the obstacles in the effectiveness of religious activities majelis taklim in Social House Tresna Werdha Tribuana Tunggal Dewi. This study is a research Community-based parcipatory research (CBPR) Researchers directly jumped to make changes, and see the changes that occur. The research data used is secondary data. Data collection techniques used are documentation and observation. Data analysis in this research is done during and after data collecting by using descriptive-critical-comparative method, and content analysis method.
