Abstract

Remaja sebagai siswa di sekolah, memandang seorang teman mempunyai tingkatan social kompetensi yang mampu memberikan energi tersendiri dalam penyesuaiannya dilingkungan sekolahnya. Berbagai permasalahan dapat dialami oleh remaja dan cara mereka menyelesaikan masalah pun beragam, namun ada pula remaja yang tidak dapat menyelesaikan masalahnya sehingga mereka stress. Ada yang berusaha mengatasi stress dengan hal yang positif dan ada pula yang mengatasinya dengan hal yang beresiko.Peran keluarga dan lingkungannya sangat membantu remaja dalam menyelesaikan masalahnya. Adanya empati bahwa orangtua memiliki kemampuan untuk dapat merasakan apa yang dirasakan oleh anak terutama jika anak mempunyai masalah. Begitu pula dengan hubungan peer groupnya yang positif dapat memberikan dukungan social yang baik terhadap remaja yang memiliki masalah, sehingga memunculkan kualitas persahabatan yang positif pula.Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji apakah ada hubungan antara attachment dan peer group dengan kemampuan coping stress pada siswa SMP RSBI Al Azhar 8 Kemang Pratama.Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa laki-laki dan perempuan SMP Al Azhar 8 dengan jumlah populasi 300 siswa kemudian diambil untuk sampel 20% dari populasi yaitu 60 siswa. Metode pengambilan sampelnya dengan menggunakan accidental sampling.Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan wawancara,observasi dan tiga skala yaitu skal attachment, skala peer group dan skala coping stress. Metode analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah korelasi product moment karl person dengan menggunakan fasilitas SPSS 15.00 for windows.Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan bahwa ada hubungan yang positif antara attachment, peer group dengan coping stress. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai r sebagai koefisien korelasi 0.685, pada taraf kepercayaan 99% artinya semakin tinggi peer group maka semakin tinggi coping stress, begitu pula dengan hasil korelasi yang menunjukkan nilai r = 0.729 semakin tingginya attachment maka semakin tinggi pula coping stress. Koefisien korelasi antara variabel cenderung searah. Untuk koefisien determinan menunjukkan bahwa variabel attachment memberikan sumbangan 46.9% kepada variabel coping stress, sedangkan variabel peer group memberikan sumbangan 62.7% kepada coping stress. Dengan demikian attachment , peer group memiliki hubungan yang searah dengan coping stress

Abstract

This study aims to determine the self-efficacy of ABK teachers, to determine the stress coping of ABK teachers, to determine the psychological well-being of ABK teachers, to find out whether there is a relationship and influence of self-efficacy with coping with stress on Psychological well- being in ABK teachers. This research is a quantitative research with correlational method. The sample used was 52 teachers of special schools at SLB Negeri Bekasi Jaya. Sampling using non- probability sampling technique. Data analysis with Spearman rank correlation and multiple regression test with a significance level of p <0.05. The results showed a good relationship between psychological well-being and self-efficacy with r = 0.353 and p value 0.010 (p 0.05), as well as a positive relationship between psychological well-being and coping with stress with r = 0.347 and ap value 0.012 (p 0.05). Furthermore, the results of data analysis using multiple regression test resulted in a coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.228 and a p value of 0.001 (P 0.05).

Abstract

Outstanding students are students who have succeeded in achieving high achievements, both curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular according to the specified criteria. However, the learning outcomes that lead to these achievements sometimes make some students feel that they do not deserve the award. In psychology, it is often referred to as the impostor phenomenon or known as the impostor syndrome. This qualitative study aims to determine whether or not there is an impostor syndrome phenomenon in outstanding students (MAWAPRES) at the Islamic University "45" Bekasi. The participants of this study were 2 people, namely the main informant and the supporter. Based on the results of data analysis, this can be seen from several aspects of the existing impostor syndrome such as the luck factor, help from other people and doubting the value they get at the end of each semester. The results of this study explain that impostor syndrome can occur to everyone.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect between perceptions of organizational support and leader- member exchange on turnover intention for employees. This study uses quantitative methods with research design using correlation research. The subjects in this study were employees of PT. Ronadamar Sejahtera, totaling 60 employees. This study used a scale of perceived organizational support with a Cronbach Alpha reliability value of 0.905, a leader-member exchange scale with a Cronbach Alpha reliability value of 0.878 and a scale of turnover intention with a Cronbach Alpha reliability value of 0.751. The data analysis technique used Spearman Rank Correlation and Simple Linear Regression. This study found that there is a significant negative relationship between perceived organizational support and turnover intention and there is a significant negative relationship between leader-member exchange and turnover intention. Furthermore, there is a significant influence between perceived organizational support and leader-member exchange on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between Academic Self-Efficacy and optimism with the academic resilience of the students studying online at SMAN 2 Cikarang Utara. This research will use quantitative method with research design using correlation and regression. The subject in this study were high school student who were studying online, which consisted of three classes, grades 10, 11, 12 totaling 138 student. This study uses a standard scale. The results of Alpha Cronbach formula include, The Academic Resilience Scale-30 with a value r=0,907, Online Learning Self-Efficacy Scale (OLSES) with a value r=0,755, and Life Orientation Test Revised (LOT-R) with a value r= 0,441. Data anaylsis technique used rank spearman correlation and multiple regression test. The results of the correlation test between academic self-efficacy and academic resilience showed a positive and significant relationship with the value of sig= 0, 000 (< 0,05), while the correlation test between optimism and academic resilience showed a positive and significand relationship with the value of sig= 0, 000 (<0,05). On the results of multiple regression tests between academic self-efficacy and optimism on academi on academic resilience show a significant effect with a value of sig= 0, 000 (<0,05)

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship and influence between self-regulated learning and career optimism in final year students. This research uses quantitative method with correlational type. The subjects in this study were final year students at the Islamic University 45 Bekasi with a sample of 88 respondents. This study uses a self-regulated learning scale with Cronbach's alpha reliability value, the value of ralpha = 0.935, the career optimism scale of ralpha = 0.858, and the career adaptability scale of ralpha = 0.950. The results of data analysis obtained a value of p = 0.000 (p <0.05), which means that there is a significant relationship between self-regulated learning and career adaptability in final year students and a correlation coefficient of 0.538 is obtained. Meanwhile, in the Spearman rank correlation test between career optimism and career adaptability, the results showed that there was no relationship with a correlation coefficient of -0.163 and p value = 0.129 (p>0.05). Then for the simple linear regression test, the R correlation value is 0.294. And obtained the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.322 which means that there is an influence of the variable self-regulated learning on career adaptability with a percentage of 29.4% while 70.6% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The Korean culture that entered Indonesia brought several influences, one of which was the entry of the genre of pop music, commonly called K-pop. The number of people who are interested in this genre of music has various impacts, namely the number of people, especially teenagers, who show conformity and fanaticism. Community fanaticism is shown through several social media platforms, one of which is Twitter. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of fanaticism in the Fandom Army in carrying out their activities on Twitter social media. The sampling strategy used is homogeneous with a purposeful sampling technique, which is a technique where researchers choose subjects and places with the aim of studying or understanding central phenomena. The criteria used are BTS Boy Group fans who use Twitter, know the background and current information about their idols, and have a high sense of love for their idols. In research that uses this qualitative method, 2 informants are used to help provide data on the main subject. Semi-structured interview techniques were used to collect data, and thematic coding analysis was used to analyze observations. The results of this study indicate that the fanatic behavior of Army fanatics on Twitter indicates a tendency toward positive fanaticism.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between perceptions of compensation, perceptions of training, and perceptions of leadership with job satisfaction of employees. This research method uses quantitative correlational. The subjects and samples of this study were employees/ staff /employees of PT X, Tbk. with a number of 150 respondents. The sample in this study used non-probability sampling techniques, the non-probability sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data analysis to test the hypothesis used was Kendall's tau correlation technique, used to measure the strength or relationship of two variables. The method in obtaining and collecting data that researchers do is a scale. The scale is a data collection method that is carried out by distributing a list of closed questions to the respondents so that the respondents just need to choose the answers provided. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between perceptions of compensation, perceptions of training, and perceptions of leadership with job satisfaction of employees. The value of the successive correlation coefficient for the relationship between perceptions of compensation, perceptions of training and perceptions of leadership on employee job satisfaction is (0.473; 0.478; and 0.553). The significant figures for all variables are 0.000, and are positive, which means the more frequent perceptions of compensation, training perceptions, and perceptions of leadership, job satisfaction is increasing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job demands and job involvement on work engagement. This study will use quantitative methods with a correlation research design.the subjects in this study were machining employees of PT. Padma Soode Indonesia, totaling 84 employees. This study uses a job demands scale with a Cronbach alpha reliability value of 0,931, a job involvement scale eith a Cronbach alpha reliability value of 0,883, and a work engagement scale with a Cronbach alpha reliability value of 0,900. The data analysis technique used Rank- Spearman correlation. This study found that there is an influence between job demands and job involvement on work engagement. There is a positive influence between job demands and work engagement based on the correlation test, so that job demands are a trigger to increase a sense of engagement at work. However, there is a positive relationship between work engagement and job involvement in the work environment can be categorized as social capital such as support from colleague, the suitability of values adopted by the company’s values makes employees more attached.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship and influence of academic stress and optimism on academic resilience. This research is a quantitative research with correlational type involving 91 final year students at Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi. The sampling technique used a non-probability sample technique with a proportionate strafied random sampling technique. This study uses an academic resilience scale with a reliability value of 0.891 Chronbach's Alpha, an academic stress scale with a Chronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.943 and an optimism scale with a Chronbach's Alpha reliability value of 0.895. The data analysis technique used Rank- Spearman correlation test and multiple linear regression. This study found that there is a positive relationship between academic stress and optimism on academic resilience. Then, there is also an influence between academic stress and optimism on academic resilience with an effective contribution of 13.8% for final year students at Universitas Islam "45" Bekasi.
