Abstract

The Momentum enactment of Law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Services showed the nation's attention to improve the delivery of public services public. One type is administrative services one of which is the passport. Immigration Office as an arm of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights is often under scrutiny for its performance. Similarly, what happened on the service passport at the Immigration Office Class III Bekasi. A primary issue in this study is the quality of service of the Immigration Office Class III Bekasi. can not say either. This research is interesting to do given the same research ever conducted by Wicaksono (2012) in Class I Immigration Office Bandung. The results showed the gap between the expectations of respondents for the service passport by the Immigration officer Class I Bandung. By using the T test showed that there is no gap or difference between the services provided by the community expected. Thus, it can be said to be of service passports at the Immigration Office Class III Kota Bekasi satisfactory. These results are consistent with previous predictions given the improvements have been made related to service, after numerous public complaints leveled at the Immigration office. This indicates that the Immigration Office Class III Kota Bekasi responsive to the mandate contained in Law No. 25 of 2009 on Public Service

Abstract

The background of this research is to collect data and information on employee perceptions of workplace situations , job satisfaction and motivation are running at this time and its relationship with the employee's performance . The purpose of this study presented is to know Influence Analysis : work situation , work job satisfaction , motivation and employee performance environment Pt . Rays Griya Utama . This research was conducted in Pt . Rays Griya Utama . Data were collected by using a questionnaire , and sampling this study as many as 65 employees of probability sampling . The data analysis method used is multiple regression test , F test , and the coefficient of determination (R ²) The results showed that: 1). Partially Employment Situation t test variable (X1) effect on the performance of employees at PT. Rays Griya Utama. It is known from p-value less than 0.05. 2). Partially Job Satisfaction variable t test (X2) effect on the performance of employees at PT. Rays Griya Utama. It is known from p-value less than 0.05. 3). Partially Work motivation variable t test (X3) does not affect the performance of employees at PT. Rays Griya Utama. It is known from p-value greater than 0.05. Based on the result showed that motivation in PT. Rays Top Griya need not be held because the employees are self-motivated, and to increase the motivation of employees need their money incentives for high achievers. 4). Simultaneously (F test) Situation variable Work, Job Satisfaction, and Work Motivation has a significant influence on employee performance in PT. Rays Griya Utama. It is known from p-value less than 0.05

Abstract

This research discusses how Kompas Daily’s reported on the case of Angelina Sondakh’s corruption. This study is aqualitative research with critical framing analysis, adoption of the Radical Feminism theory by Kate Millet. The primary data techniques collected by Kompas news text and the secondary data techniques collected by in-depth interviews. The result of the study found the fact that views of Kompas news on Angelina Sondakh’s corruption case is not solid and comprehensive. It puts Angie just as the actor of corruption, not as the victim of the patriarchal culture that took place in the political parties, the content of the gender bias as many as accentuate the feminine side of a woman

Abstract

In a way to implement the rule from 14th and 130th section 1st section of Peraturan Presiden number 70 year 2012 which regional government have to shape Unit Layanan Pengadaan (ULP) before 2014, hence Bekasi Major with DPRD Kota Bekasi arrange Raperda about Kantor Layanan Pengadaan Barang/Jasa Kota Bekasi. Then, based on Perpres 70 2012 3rd section 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th subsection, ULP is permanent, stand on its own side, or included in an existed unit. ULP may be put on a single structural unit that the making of it based on legislation rule which ruling government institution. Another way, ULP that belonging to the existed unit is integrated into the structural unit which functionally doing a task and function in the service and property provision sector. The set of ULP fixed associated with the needs that at least consist of functions as : Headmaster, Secretary, and Workgroup

Abstract

Animal/Cattle market which is the the place where the breeder, trader, and collector between regions conduct animal buying and selling transaction, also has function to do animal trading that is traded and applies transparant mechanism transaction with more open traded method like auction. The Application of trading transaction by auction will be able to give conducive appeal for production escalation. In the effort to increase market access and streamline animal market system, it needs feasibility study for animal market development so that animal market management as market utility and strengthening institutional farmer can give optimal benefit for the perpetrator marketing and consumer as expected. The development of animal market is expected to give positive impact toward the increasing of labor opportunity, income per capita, saving exchange, the increasing of production facility that can support the establishment of new industry, top to below (backward and forward linkage), such as the emergence of industry that uses slaughtering product or the side rsult of animal market like food industry ( canned meat, sausage, meat ball, etc), animal skin industry, bone processing, animal feed, fertilizer, and etc

Abstract

Governance in general has two main functions, which are the regulation function and service function. Regulation function refers to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 32/2004 of Regional Government, and the service function refers to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 25/2009 of Public Service. Both of these functions have not been implemented consistently. The rules are still at odds with the rules above it, and the quality of public services is still low. The results showed that the function of the Office of Health, Landscaping, and Firefighter in implementing the regulations on minimum service standards (SPM) have not been successful. The causes are: first, the executor is not clear about the meaning of the policy implementation. Secondly, the implementers do not understand the difference with regard to the clarity of shape public policy. Third, the implementers do not understand the difference with regard to clarity and understanding sequence of policy implementation, particularly the public sector. Bekasi district government gave the task to the Office of Public Works to prepare and submit an annual public report application performance and achievement of SPM to the Minister of Home Affairs through the Governor, when it should be the task of the Office of Health, Landscaping, and Firefight

Abstract

Patronase politic still present in 2014 election process. By its varians, patronase politic is used by legislator candidate and political party in order to win the election in Jakarta. Ironically, these patronase practice is not associated with the ideology of party. These practice get into both the nationalist and Islamist parties not only clearly but also silently. It was closely no differences in the aspect of the form of those patronase. The differences are in the aspect of the actor and target of the patronase

Abstract

Fiscal decentralization policy is one of the mos t important part of the concept of decentralization. By fiscal decentralization, we could hope that each regional government could enforcing the development in their region. But, fiscal decentralization policy in field could not be implemented in a whole sector caused of political factor. Then, each regional government has a good financial capability since 2001 because they get a bog amount of fund transfer from the central government, but the allocation to development is very few. For example, there are still many broken road. This case may be caused by the transfer fund from the central government is allocated mostly to employement expenditure.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship of quality of free education service to the satisfaction of junior high school students of the country (SMPN) in the area of ​​South Tambun District. The variables in this research are Tangible, Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty, as independent variable and Customer Satisfaction as dependent variable. This research has been done by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents students of class VII and class VIII through judgmental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is quantitative analysis technique with SPSS method. The results of this study showed that Tangible, Reliability, responsiveness, Assurance and Emphaty have a positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction
