It is often assumed that occupational safety and health (K3) is a waste, a waste of cost or just a formality that must be fulfilled by the organization. The K3 procedure in a building is very important especially in a multi-storey building, because in a multi-storey building there are risks that cannot be predicted, for example in the event of an earthquake or fire. Based on the legal aspects of OSH which have been stipulated in Law No. 28 of 2002 concerning building construction, the importance of comfort, safety, health and convenience must be owned by a building. This research is about the evacuation route in the Faculty of Industrial Technology Building, Muslim University of Indonesia, Floor IV Using the Floyd Warshal Algorithm. By using the required data such as building plans, room data used per floor, the number of permanent and temporary building occupants, the results of data processing are obtained from the design drawings of the evacuation route, complete with instructions for safe lane during emergencies.

Loyalty is something that cannot be bought with money, but can be obtained if you try to increase trust in customers. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality variables and price policy on consumer loyalty variables. This research was conducted by dividing the questionnaire as an instrument. Customers today are faced with a number of alternative ways when choosing a store that suits their tastes. But every company must also be able to compete by setting itself up for changes and developments that exist, both from outside and inside so that a company can maintain this competition. The method of analysis was carried out by means of quantitative descriptive methods through survey techniques using questionnaires. The population used is 100 respondents, and the number of samples taken is 96 respondents. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The data quality test in this study uses validity and reliability tests, the classical assumption test in this study uses the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, and the effect test uses multiple linear regression analysis and analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2), while hypothesis testing in this study uses t-test and F test using IBM SPSS Statistics version 25 program.

CV Rabbani is a small industry that is engaged in the processing (chopping) of plastic, with the final product produced in the form of plastic ore. Currently CV Rabbani does not yet have a unit that manages the occupational safety and health (K3) management system and its workers have not been involved in the effort to implement K3, because this business is still a small business and has few human resources (no more than 10 people), and there is still no awareness in implementing K3 in their work environment. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate and analyze, especially those related to occupational health and safety. The purpose of this study was to determine the process of managing K3 management, the dangers of work accidents and the factors causing work accidents that occurred at CV Rabbani. The method used in this research is Fault Tree Analysis (FTA), which is a method that is easy to apply and is used to identify potential hazards, evaluate the factors causing work accidents in every company activity to reduce the risk of work accidents, and analyze the process of managing the Health and Safety Management System Work by involving workers in the company and it is hoped that zero accidents can be achieved.

Supply chain management is a matter that is very meaningful in supporting the sustainability of a company. The company's strategy must be carried out well, this is very dependent on the company's ability, especially on the supply chain capability. Small and medium enterprises should be able to implement and improve their business supply chains well to have sustainability. Small and medium enterprises have a very limited structure where the level of application of the supply chain form is simple but complex. Measurement of supply chain capabilities is very helpful in carrying out its business processes. The purpose of this research is to ensure the value of the ability and achievement of each company's indicators. In measuring performance, assisted by the Supply Chain Operation Process (SCOR) type 12.0, Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is used to develop the performance appraisal process in decision analysis and the Objective Matrix (OMAX) method for the assessment system. With KPI (Key Performance Indicator) that has been verified, there are 31 matrix indicators. Based on the results of the study, it was proven that the supply chain performance value in the small and medium industries got a value of 7.44 as the productivity index value, which was included in the yellow category. By carrying out improvements to indicators that have a small value, it is expected to help improve supply chain performance in the company.

Ketidapastikan alokasi pendistribusian produk rantai roda tipe-428 mengakibatkan tinggi nya biaya transportasi sehingga perlu dilakukan pengoptimalan biaya tranpsortasi untuk mengurangi pemborosan. Pendistribusian produk rantai roda tipe-428 ke beberapa customer. Pendistribusian produk rantai roda tipe-428 ke beberapa customer dengan permintaan masing-masing customer yang berbeda dan jumlah yang besar dengan rata-rata permintaan terbesar customer adalah 234.609. Penelitian ini dilakukan guna menemukan solusi optimal untuk menemukan biaya transportasi yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini metode North West Corner (NWC), Least Cost, dan Vogel Approximation (VAM), dengan metode yang terpilih adalah Least Cost dan VAM karena biaya yang dihasilkan oleh kedua metode tersebut yang paling optimum dan menghasilkan total biaya yang sama. Kemudian, mencari solusi optimum dengan membandingkan biaya yang optimum menggunakan metode Stepping Stone dan metode MODI (Modified Distribution). Hasil dari pencarian solusi optimum dengan kedua metode ini didapatkan hasil yang sama sehingga dipilih metode stepping stone untuk mencari solusi optimum. Kemudian dilakukan pengecekan dengan menggunakan software LINGO untuk mengetahui hasil yang didapatkan dari perhitungan manual sudah sesuai. Dari hasil perhitungan yang dilakukan didapatkan penurunan biaya sebesar 33,17%.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are creative industries that are able to contribute to improving the national economy during the Covid-19 pandemic. Creative industries that manage regional potential results are expected to play an important role in reducing global impacts after the Covid-19 pandemic. UD Arshaindo, one of the MSMEs in managing fish ponds, is a leading potential in Gresik Regency. Several factors were faced during the pandemic, resulting in a decline in sales levels. Various leniency policies given by the government at the beginning of 2022, provided an opportunity for MSME actors to rise up to make various performance improvements. To overcome this, a sustainability strategy is needed to be able to be competitive after the Covid-19 pandemic. For that, we need internal and external analysis using the SWOT method through mapping strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of UD Arshaindo's MSMEs during the Covid-19 pandemic and to develop a sustainability strategy after the Covid-19 pandemic in the creative industry based on regional potential. The results showed that UD Arshaindo was in quadrant V. The alternative sustainability strategy made was the addition of raw material supply and production machinery to produce quality products, building cooperation partners with local governments in the field of empowering pond processing that produces fish as the main raw material for products and inter-regional retail to increase market segmentation by maximizing digital technology platforms.

Along with the world's competition in the manufacturing industry, companies are required to increase productivity and quality in the resulting production. Companies engaged in construction and fabrication that produce water filter tanks located in Gresik Regency, in completing requests from customers always prioritize quality first and the company will try to win the competition by focusing on customer satisfaction. So far, the production process is not optimal because the number of defects is still too many. Product defects in the form of welding defects that occur during the production process, then painting defects that occur during finishing and symmetry defects in the machining process. To improve the production process, it is necessary to identify the type of failure, the consequences of the failure, and the cause of the problem to provide suggestions for improvement. To improve the production process in the water tank using the FMEA and FTA methods. Based on the FMEA method, the selected production process to identify based on the highest RPN, namely the welding process, painting process, and machining process that causes symmetry. This is done to minimize product defects and provide suggestions for improvement. After obtaining the RPN value from the FMEA method, then conducting an analysis using the FTA method to find the root cause of the problem that resulted in the production process being not optimal

PT. Samudera Oceaneering is a branch of Oceaneering International Incorporated with main focus on the oil and gas industry. As a branch company of ROV, PT. Samudera Oceaneering always ensures that the ROV that will be sent for underwater works is in top notch condition and has been tested prior to the project to ensure all the functions are working properly and meet the specifications set by the client. In this internship the author takes a specific topic of risk management on ROV testing at PT. Samudera Oceaneering. Hazard identification is carried out in detail on the ROV testing process using the JSEA method. The risk assessment in the ROV testing process was obtained with the majority of the testing process being at high risk level. Based on the results of the risk assessment, the recommendation for risk control on the potential hazards that exist including installing a barricade in the test area, using the right PPE and tooling that is in good condition, ensuring that each item used has passed the test and is certified.

An Office Boy (OB) has a big role in helping employees in a company. PT XYZ is one of modern office building located in Jakarta’s prime business district along Jalan Thamrin, Jakarta. PT XYZ has office boys, the office boy’s job includes cleaning and tidying the room and office equipment, serving requests of employees and company guests. The job of distributing gallons of water carried out by the office boy from the pantry to the 13 divisions is a tough job. It is important to know the risk and the force that occurs on the spine as well as an ergonomic risk analysis. The force received by the spine (L5/S1) is 2253.34 N, where the force is still within normal limits, but based on the REBA method the activity of lifting gallons of water poses a very high ergonomic risk. This risk can cause injury, especially if it is done for a long period of time. It is necessary to improve work posture such as lifting a lower body posture/squatting or with another device.

HHH is a Home Industry that produces various bags. Maintaining sustainable quality is challenging for a firm’s management as bags are considered a product with a competitive market. Problem identification as a fieldwork result found that product defects have been considered a significant problem in managing quality. This study aims to evaluate factors that cause defects and provide suggestions for improvements. This research begins with a walk-through survey and in-depth interview. It then uses these tools in identifying problems using 5M. In addition, tools to use in identifying cause and effect using the Ishikawa diagram. The next stage is to design a questionnaire and then filled by the owner and the head of quality control. This questionnaire result is used to identify severity, occurrence, and detection. This study found three types of defects: Stitching Defects with an RPN value of 343, Accessories Defects at RPN 336, and Torn Defects with an RPN of 253. In addition, redesigning and expanding the workshop is a necessary highlight recommendation for improvement. The following recommendation scenario is that the company owner supervises workers, raw materials, and machine maintenance to maintain product quality.
