Abstract

Marketing is an activity that can penetrate space and time. This study aims to determine to know the influence of Relationship Marketing and Brand Image Against Customer Loyalty at PT Telkom Witel Makassar. This type of research is causal (causal relationship research), which is trying to find the relationship of influence between relationship marketing and brand image with customer satisfaction and loyalty ASTINet users. The results showed that Relationship marketing and Brand image have positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Relationship marketing and Brand image also show a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction customer loyalty. Abstract

The role of leadership will be important and necessary to harmonize the various needs and also to create a conducive working situation. This study aims to determine to know the influence of leadership on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction and OCB at PT Nindya Karya Makassar Branch. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Therefore, before doing research the researcher must find the problem and hypothesis to be tested based on the criteria specified and the path analysis tool that is Smart PLS 2.0 to know the relation of the variable. The result of this research shows that situational leadership has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction, situational leadership has positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees, while situational leadership has positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. As the mediation variable of job satisfaction has negative and insignificant effect on employee performance while Organization Citizenship Behavior has positive and significant effect on employee performance. For situational leadership mediation perspectives have no significant positive effect on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction while situational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. Abstract

Leadership is needed because it has the responsibility to move, direct, influence and lead the people they lead to jointly realize the goals of the organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of autocratic leadership style, democratic, free control, participatory, visionary and transformational to the performance of employees at the Government of Makassar City Period 2014 - 2019; and analyze among the dominant leadership style influence on employee performance at Makassar City Government Period 2014 - 2019. This research is a survey with quantitative research. The population of the research is 11.449 employees of Makassar City Government and the research sample is determined using Slovin formula 5% obtained by 387 respondents as respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation techniques. Data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the leadership style of autocracy gave a negative effect on the performance of employees of Makassar City Government Office. Furthermore, leadership style in the form of democratic style, free control, participative, visionary and transformational have positive and significant influence to the performance of employees at Makassar City Government Office period 2014 - 2019. Also found variables dominant leadership style (X5) which is based on regression coefficient value nilai . This means that the achievement of the work of each employee in realizing the achievement of organizational goals is determined more by the leadership style of the leadership that can give leadership significance to each subordinate either as a direction selter, agent of change, spokenperson or as a coach that affect the achievement of employee performance in quantity , quality, efficient utilization of time and effectiveness of budget usage. Abstract

A good organization, growing and developing will focus on human resources to perform its functions optimally. This study aims to (i) know the influence of leadership variables on organizational commitment; (ii) to know the effect of career development variable on organizational commitment; (iii) to know the effect of organizational commitment variable on employee performance; (iv) to know the influence of leadership variables indirectly on employee performance through organizational commitment; and (v) determine the effect of career development variables indirectly on employee performance through organizational commitment. This research design uses survey method. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk area of Makassar Kartini. Methods of data collection conducted in this study are questionnaires, documentation techniques and literature techniques. The population of this study are permanent employees of PT. Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk Area Makassar Kartini for 452 employees. Determination of the number of samples is done by using the formula of Slovin, so that the number of samples obtained as many as 82 people. Analytical techniques used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, and path analysis. The results showed that the variable of leadership variable significantly influence organizational commitment. Career development has a significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance. Leadership variables indirectly affect the performance of employees through organizational commitment, and career development have an indirectly significant impact on employee performance through organizational commitment. Abstract

The capital market is one of the long-term alternative funding options for companies, including companies in the banking sector.This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of Cap (Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) and Operational Costs to Operating Income (BOPO) affecting Loan To Funding Ratio (LFR) as well as to know and analyze the factors that most influence on Loan To Funding Ratio (LFR) at Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach bases the study of empirical rational principles. Therefore, before doing the research the researcher must find the problem and hypothesis to be tested based on the criteria specified and the analytical tool used multiple linear regression to know the relation of Capital Adequacy Ratio, Non Performing Loan (NPL), Operating Cost to Operational Revenue (BOPO) on financial performance is measured using the Loan to Funding Ratio (LFR) ratio. The result of the research shows that Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has significant influence to Loan to Funding Ratio (LFR), Non Performing Loan (NPL) has significant effect to Loan to Funding Ratio (LFR), BOPO has no significant effect on Loan to Funding Ratio (LFR) at Commercial Commercial Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Abstract

One of the organizational resources that has an important role in achieving its objectives is human resources. This study aims to determine to determine the effect of Stress Work and Motivation Against Satisfaction and Employee Performance PT PLN (Persero) Area Merauke. The type of research used in this study is quantitative approach. The quantitative approach is based on the approach done by recording and analyzing the data of the research results by using statistical calculations supported by literature study and data collection tool in the form of questionnaires distributed to employees of PT PLN (Persero) Merauke Area. The results showed that partially between work stress and work motivation have positive and significant effect to job satisfaction, work stress and work motivation have positive and significant influence to employee performance, as well as job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to employee performance. As for the indirect influence indicates that job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work stress and work motivation on employee performance. Abstract

This study purposed to determine the effect of visual merchandising, display product, and store atmosphere on impulsive behavior of consumers Matahari Department Store in Makassar City. Data used in this study were obtained from the questionnaire distribution. The number of samples used are 92 students of the Faculty of Economics and Business Hasanuddin University. The method of analysis used is multiple regression analysis method with hypothesis testing that is F test (simultan) and t test (partial). The results of this study indicate that variables visual merchandising, display product, and store atmosphere simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on consumer impulse buying variable Matahari Department Store in Makassar. While the most influential or dominant variable to consumer impulse buying variable Matahari Department Store in Makassar City is variable display product.
