Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial flexibility, managerial ownership, and firm size on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable for infrastructure, utility, and transportation companies. This research was a quantitative study. The data used were secondary data in the form financial statements of infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2019. The sample used was a purposive sampling technique consisting of 30 companies infrastructure, utility and transportation. The data were analyzed using path analysis supported by SmartPLS 3.3 software. The results show that financial flexibility has no significant negative effect on the capital structure; managerial ownership has a significant negative effect on the capital structure; firm size has a significant positive effect on the capital structure; financial flexibility has a significant negative effect on firm value; managerial ownership has no significant positive effect on firm value; firm size has no significant positive effect on firm value; capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value; financial flexibility had no significant effect on firm value through capital structure; managerial ownership has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure; firm size has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure.

Abstract

PT Semen Tonasa memiliki wilayah pasar domestik di 18 (delapan belas) propinsi yang tersebar di Kawasan Timur Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Menganalisis strategi bisnis yang diterapkan di PT Semen Tonasa dalam menghadapi perubahan peta persaingan pasar untuk perebutan market share serta menetapkan strategi bisnis yang memiliki keunggulan kompetitif dalam meningkatkan market share semen tonasa ditengah persaingan pasar yang semakin ketat. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif yakni metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat postpositivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada kondisi obyek yang alamiah, dimana peneliti adalah sebagai instrument, pengambilan sampel sumber data dilakukan secara purposive dan snowbaal, teknik pengumpulan dengan trianggulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif, dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan makna dari pada generalisasi, mengenai penerapan strategi bisnis dalam meningkatkan market share dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis business model canvas dan SWOT analysis. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa melalui pendekatan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisa SWOT maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa penyebab utama turunnya market share di daerah pasar Sulawesi Selatan, tergambar pada analisa kekuatan dan kelemahan implementasi elemen-elemen Business Model Canvas dan analisa peluang dan ancaman dari faktor ekternal perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis Matriks Space dengan Matriks Internal – Eksternal terlihat bahwa strategi yang cocok untuk diterapkan di PT. Semen Tonasa adalah strategi pertumbuhan (agresif). Sedangkan hasil QSPM memberikan nilai yang lebih tinggi pada strategi penetrasi pasar. Dengan demikian formulasi strategi yang terpilih adalah formulasi strategi yang masuk kategori penetrasi pasar.

Abstract

Leadership is needed because it has the responsibility to move, direct, influence and lead the people they lead to jointly realize the goals of the organization. This study aims to analyze the influence of autocratic leadership style, democratic, free control, participatory, visionary and transformational to the performance of employees at the Government of Makassar City Period 2014 - 2019; and analyze among the dominant leadership style influence on employee performance at Makassar City Government Period 2014 - 2019. This research is a survey with quantitative research. The population of the research is 11.449 employees of Makassar City Government and the research sample is determined using Slovin formula 5% obtained by 387 respondents as respondents. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation techniques. Data analysis used is Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that the leadership style of autocracy gave a negative effect on the performance of employees of Makassar City Government Office. Furthermore, leadership style in the form of democratic style, free control, participative, visionary and transformational have positive and significant influence to the performance of employees at Makassar City Government Office period 2014 - 2019. Also found variables dominant leadership style (X5) which is based on regression coefficient value nilai . This means that the achievement of the work of each employee in realizing the achievement of organizational goals is determined more by the leadership style of the leadership that can give leadership significance to each subordinate either as a direction selter, agent of change, spokenperson or as a coach that affect the achievement of employee performance in quantity , quality, efficient utilization of time and effectiveness of budget usage. Abstract

Human resources is one of the determinants of corporate success because the role of human resources as a valuable asset is to plan, implement and control various corporate operations. This study uses quantitative methods to examine the population or specific samples, random sampling in general and quantitative / statistical data analysis with the aim to test the hypothesis that has been established using the help of software SPSS 20.0. The result of this research found that partially leadership style and work environment have positive and significant influence to the satisfaction, leadership style and work environment have positive and significant effect to performance, job satisfaction have positive and significant effect to performance. while indirect influence shows the style of leadership and work environment have positive and significant influence to performance through satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to 1) to know the leadership style owned by CEO Bukalapak 2) to know the innovative business model implemented by CEO Bukalapak 3) to know whether leadership style owned by CEO Bukalapak according to business model applied. The method used is Qualitative research method. The types and sources of data used are primary and secondary data. Informants / sources are selected from the Internal and External PT.Bukalapak as many as 12 people informants. Data collection techniques conducted in this study are Observation, Interview and Documentation Technique. Data in the analysis by using qualitative descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that leadership style owned by CEO Bukalapak is Visionary leadership style and leadership style Partisipatif. The business model implemented in Bukalapak is Marketplace Customer to Customner (C2C) based on E-Commerce. Leadership style owned by CEO of Bukalapak according to business model applied.

Abstract

This study aims to explain and analyze: 1). The effect of extraversion on Organizational Citizenship Behavior of employees; 2). The effect of Neuroticism on the Performance of Organizational Citizenship Behavior of Employees; 3) The influence of Openness to Experiences on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Employees; 4). The influence of Agreablenes on Organizational Citizenship Behavior for employees; 5). The effect of Conscientiousness on Employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior; 6). Direct and indirect directors extraversion of employee Performance; 7). The direct and indirect influence of neuroticism on Employee Performance; 8). The direct and indirect influence of Openness to Experiences on Employee Performance; 9). The direct and indirect influence of Employee Performance Agreablenes; 10). Direct and indirect effect of Conscientiousness on Employee Performance; 11). The effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Employee Performance This type of research is quantitative research with SEM (Structural Equation Model) method which looked for the relationship between variables. While the steps were taken consisted of determining the structural model, followed by setting the measurement model, combining data and checking, pretest validity and reliability, determining the path analysis model, collecting models and analyzing with IBM-SPSS AMOS 22, testing the fit test model, if possible to re-check the model, and then interpreted the results of data processing. The results showed that: 1). The extract significantly affects OCB; 2). Neuroticism has a significant effect on OCB: 3). Openness to Experiences influence OCB; 4). Agreeableness has a significant effect on OCB; 5). Conscientiousness has no significant effect on OCB; 6). Direct extract does not have a significant effect on performance and has a significant indirect effect on performance; 7). Slim neuroticism has no significant effect on performance and has a significant indirect effect on performance; 8). Openness to Experiences directly has no significant effect on performance and indirectly significant effect on performance; 9) Agreeableness has a significant direct and indirect significant impact on performance; 10) Conscientiousness has no significant effect both directly and indirectly on performance; 11) OCB has a significant effect on performance.

Abstract

One of the three aspects that influences the success of the stock investment, uses to understand the various data and information available in the financial market for investor’s decisions. There is two analysis, fundamental and technical. The fundamental analysis applies Net Income, Equity, and Cash Dividend, while technical analysis applies Average Prices and Volume. All of these variables will be examined their effect on the Corporate Market Capitalization. Samples are stocks that have been or currently in the LQ45 index for the period 2008 - 2018. This research utilized path analysis for the analytical method, on the SPSS program. All variables need to be transformed to get through the normality test. It transformed again with the Cochrane Orcutt method because of autocorrelation. The method applied outlier data tests, multicollinearity, the Sobel test without heteroscedasticity. The results show that Net Income and Equity simultaneously or individually, have a positive and significant effect on Cash Dividend, which is a mediating variable to the Corporate Market Capitalization. Furthermore, Net Income, Equity, Cash Dividend, Average Price, and Volume simultaneously or individually, have a positive and significant effect on the Corporate Market Capitalization.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership and work environment on organizational commitment and employee performance at PT Bank Mega, Tbk Regional Makassar during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted at Bank Mega Regional Makassar by taking information from permanent employees who have worked for more than 3 (three) years using a questionnaire, with a total sample of 158 employees. The data were analyzed using a quantitative approach and processed using the SPSS version 22 application. The results of this study indicate that leadership has no significant effect on employee performance during the Covid-19 pandemic, in contrast to the work environment and organizational commitment which have a significant effect on employee performance during the Covid pandemic. -19. This shows that during the Covid-19 pandemic, companies should pay more attention to the quality of the employee's work environment and focus on the process of increasing employee organizational commitment to the company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance and employee motivation at DR Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar. The research uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees of DR Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar, amounting to 548 people with a total sample of 84 respondents. Data was collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and path analysis with PLS 3.0 to analyze the direct and indirect effects on employee performance at DR Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar. The results of this study indicate that partially leadership style and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. While work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as a mediating or intervening variable. This means that leadership style has a significant direct and indirect influence on employee performance at DR Tadjuddin Chalid Hospital Makassar.

Abstract

Human Resources as an important asset of a company must be managed so that employees are optimal in achieving their performance. This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, emotional intelligence on employee performance mediated by job stress at PT. NIC Makassar. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of 315 employees. The research sample is 100 employees, a working period of more than 2 years, the level of Operator-Supervisor position. Data collection techniques in this study were questionnaires, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that (1) there was a positive and significant effect between leadership on employee performance at PT. NIC. (2) there is a positive and significant effect between emotional intelligence on employee performance at PT. NIC (3) there is a significant negative effect between work stress on employee performance at PT. NIC. (4) there is a negative influence of leadership on employee work stress at PT. NIC. (5) there is an effect of emotional intelligence on the work stress of employees of PT. NIC.(6) there is an indirect effect of leadership on employee performance through the work stress of employees of PT. NIC. (7) there is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence on employee performance through work stress of employees of PT. NIC.
