Abstract

Marketing is an activity that can penetrate space and time. This study aims to determine to know the influence of Relationship Marketing and Brand Image Against Customer Loyalty at PT Telkom Witel Makassar. This type of research is causal (causal relationship research), which is trying to find the relationship of influence between relationship marketing and brand image with customer satisfaction and loyalty ASTINet users. The results showed that Relationship marketing and Brand image have positive and significant impact on customer satisfaction. Relationship marketing and Brand image also show a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction customer loyalty. Likewise with customer satisfaction that menunukkan positive and significant influence on customer loyalty. Keywords: Relationship marketing, Brand image, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty

Abstract

The port industry in Indonesia is more complex than the foreign port, considering Indonesia as an archipelagic country whose territory is more ocean than land. This study aims to formulate a competitiveness strategy that must be applied by Makassar New Port and Bitung Port to become International Hub Port. The next destination identifies which ports should be prioritized to become the International Hub Port based on the most effective and profitable strategies. This research includes explanatory research in the form of applied research that is descriptive (explanation without any hypothesis) by using qualitative approach with focus of analysis to arrange alternative strategy in changing company environment and alternative strategy. Location or place of research is the head office of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia IV (Persero) based in Makassar City. The data collected includes primary and secondary data. Analytical techniques in this research are analysis of IFAS (Internal Factors Analysis Summary) and EFAS (External Factors Analysis Summary), SWOT analysis (Strengths Weaknesses Opportunities Threats), Boston Consulting Group Analysis, QSPM Analysis, and analytical hierarchy process.The result of the research indicates that the appropriate strategy to be implemented by Makassar port is to maximize the infrastructure and superstructure of the port, to prioritize excellent service, and to adopt information technology and empower human resources. The right strategy for Bitung Port is to become an International Hub Port by implementing strategies in the first quadrant through optimizing its own advantages and government support, and increasing customer value proposition. The result of AHP analysis shows that Bitung Port should be prioritized to become International Hub Port based on analysis of various analytical tools with consideration of various criteria such as port location, pond depth, modern equipment, harbor environment, and tariff.

Abstract

To face challenges, a company must prepare a good operational strategy and formulate the right, effective and efficient priority strategy that must be done by management. This study aims to analyze the internal factors that become the strengths and weaknesses in the determination of priority strategies, external factors that become strengths and weaknesses in the determination of priority strategy, and priority strategy that best suits the needs of the department Utilities operation of hydro plant in achieving Goal by optimizing the existing resource using SWOT and AHP analysis. This research was conducted at PT. Vale Indonesia Tbk. Department of Maintenance and Utilities on Utilities operation of hydro plant. Data collection was done by combining in-depth interview method, observation (observation) and document review, and questionnaire. Based on the results of AHP calculation of internal environmental factor analysis into strengths and weaknesses in the determination of priority strategy on the Operation of hydro plant shows the employee's commitment to the operation of hydro plant to work in accordance with the vision and mission of the hydro plant operational into the highest strength with a weight of 0.423. For Saturation with work routine is a weakness of the Department Utilities of Hydro plant with the highest weight of 0.426. Based on the results of AHP calculations on the analysis of external environmental factors Development of potential and competence of individual employees has the highest weight of 0.418. While the shift caused by shift is the biggest threat factor with the weight of 0.415. Based on the results of AHP calculations on the determination of operational strategies in improving the performance of the Operation of hydro plant in a sequence that provides career certainty consistently and periodically in accordance with the results of competence test of each employee, publicize the achievements and performance of the employees operation of hydro plant to cross department Thereby enhancing employee confidence and loyalty, providing 24-hour healthcare facilities in work areas and sports facilities, rotating personnel shifts of hydro plant operational staff, providing local communities the opportunity to attend training schools prepared by the company prior to recruitment of new employees.

Abstract

The tourism sector plays an important role in the development of a nation, especially the state economy because tourism is one of the most potential sources of income. This study aims to analyze the strategy of developing modern people's shipping Paotere unit to support the tourism of Makassar City based on the mapping of internal and external conditions. This research is designed with a quantitative form. Data analysis used in this research is SWOT analysis to formulate strategy of development of modern people voyage in PT.Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Makassar Paotere Unit in order to support tourism in Makassar City. This analysis is based on logic that can maximize strength and opportunity, but simultaneously and can minimize weakness and threats. The results of this study indicate the development strategy of modern people's shipping PT. Pelindo IV (Persero) Makassar Branch Paotere Unit in supporting the tourism city of Makassar based on the mapping of internal factors and external factors is an aggressive strategy that seeks to improve the internal conditions of weakness and external threats by utilizing a number of internal strengths owned and external opportunities available.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of attitudes, promotions, and quality of service to the decision of credit card users PT. Bank Mega Tbk In Makassar. The approach used in this research is quantitative approach with the aim of studying the research naturally about the influence of attitude, promotion, and consumer service with the decision of credit card usage of PT. Bank Mega Makassar. In this study, researchers are not directly involved in the situation and setting of phenomena to be studied, this is because in this study the phenomenon that occurs in the subject of this study will be poured in the form of questionnaires. The result of the research shows that partially attitude and quality of card service have positive effect to credit card user decision. While promotion of credit card user decisions is negative and not significant.

Abstract

Considering the rapid competition of the world economy at this time, so the government must really pay attention to policies, climate change, and renewal of the economy, and participate in making economic policies that have a positive impact in the future. One of the micro businesses as a buffer for the national economy is the food industry which has a very large market demand. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of marketing mix (price, product, promotion, place) on consumer satisfaction Maros bread, to determine the effect of marketing mix on customer loyalty, to determine the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and to determine the effect of marketing mix on loyalty consumers through consumer satisfaction Roti Maros in Maros Regency. The sample used is all consumers who buy Maros bread in Kab. Maros numbering as many as 80 people. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires. The analysis technique uses validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, path analysis, hypothesis testing and sobel test analysis. The results found that the marketing mix had a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of Roti Maros. The marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty Roti Maros. The marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on the customer loyalty of Roti Maros if mediated by customer satisfaction.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of lifestyle, motivation, perception, and attitude on the decision to purchase environmentally friendly straw products among the postgraduate students of management at the faculty of Economic and Business, Hasanuddin University. The samples as the object of this study consisted of 150 students. The data are analyzed using path analysis with the help of SPSS 25.use in this research is path analysis with the help of SPSS 25. The results of the research indicate that the lifestyle, motivation, perception, and attitude variables positively affect the purchasing decision mediated by purchasing interest, but there are only three variables that do not significantly have an effect on purchasing decisions, i.e. motivation and attitude as well as perception on purchasing interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the right strategy for PT. Mandiri Pratama Putera for the development of a simple and healthy class housing business. This type of research is development research through descriptive analysis with a qualitative approach. The study population was the directors and employees of PT. Mandiri Pratama Putra, amounting to 120 people. The research sample consisted of 16 people who were determined by the purposive sampling method. Collecting data in this study using participatory observation data, in-depth interviews, documentation data, and combining various data collection techniques in a study of a problem or triangulation. Data were analyzed using BMC analysis, Steeple, Five Forces, SWOT, EFE & IFE matrix, IE Matrix, SWOT Matrix, and QSPM. The results showed that the SWOT matrix analysis resulted in five alternative strategies, namely developing commercial products at low prices for low-income non-community segments, expansion to other areas for market development, making mortgage-free customer programs, making customer payment schemes that can be paid in installments every month to the company. without charging interest, market penetration by increasing the promotional cost budget. The results of the QSPM matrix analysis or the appropriate strategy decision-making stage implemented by PT. Mandiri Pratama Putra is to develop commercial products at low prices for low-income non-community segments or the general public who have incomes above the minimum wage, so they don't depend on selling subsidized low-cost housing products only.

Abstract

The aim of this study: (1) To find out and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance. (2) To find out and analyze the effect of career development on employee performance. (3) To find out and analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. (4) To find out and analyze career development, motivation, and leadership style on employee performance. (5) To find out and analyze the most dominant variable that affects employee performance at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. Data collection was carried out at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar. Research population of all employees of PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar as many as 1.545 employees. Sampling using the Slovin formula so that the number of samples is 94 respondents. Research results show that: (1) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (2) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. (3) leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance. (4) Simultaneously or together the variable of career development, motivation, and leadership style have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. (5) Career development variable is the dominant factor influencing employee performance at PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia (Persero) Regional 4 Makassar.

Abstract

Artikel penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peningkatan hasil belajar IPS terhadap peserta didik di kelas VII-3 SMP Negeri 1.Kec. Luak. Penelitian ini dimulai dengan prasiklus dan dilaksanakan mengunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus, dimana setiap siklus terdiri dari; perencanaan, tindakan, refleksi, dan evaluasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September sampai dengan November 2019 di kelas VII-3 SMP Negeri 1 Kec.Luak. Data diolah pada setiap siklus kemudian dianalisis menggunakan presentase. Hasil yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah terjadi peningkatan pada hasil belajar peserta didik berupa nilai rata-rata kelas dan persentase ketuntasan. Pada prasiklus didapatkan rata-rata ketuntasan peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS sebanyak 35% dengan nilai rata-rata 65,17. Kemudian meningkat pada siklus I dengan persentase ketuntasan menjadi 55,17 % dengan nilai rata-rata 74,31 dan mencapai ketuntasan pada siklus II dengan nilai rata-rata 83,47 dengan persentase ketuntasan mencapai target sebesar 89,66%.Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pelaksanaan belajar mengajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS peserta didik.
