This study was conducted to answer two things : first, how enforceable peace agreement in the settlement of domestic violence (domestic violence) were evaluated from the Perspective of Criminal Law and Islamic Law in Indonesia. Second, how problems of law enforcement domestic violence (domestic violence) in Indonesia.Based on the study results showed that the force of law a peace agreement in the settlement of domestic violence from the perspective of criminal law is very strong and fundamental. In addition, the completion of domestic violence cases are resolved through a peace agreement in line with the principles and characteristics of Islamic Criminal Law the Law of Islam put the obligation of rights, charity, and the reward for anyone who can reconcile a family who face problems in the family. This also applies to the husband and wife that is in conflict within the family so as to provide awareness for both of them not to do anything that could harm the family unit itself. The purpose of law in general is to uphold justice by the creator of human volition so as to materialize the public order and peace, and purpose of Islamic law contained in the Qur'an and Al-Hadith, which is for the happiness of human life in this world and the Hereafter, by taking all that is useful and to prevent and reject all that is not useful to human life both physical and spiritual individuals and communities that preserve religion, life, intellect, lineage and property.Problems of law enforcement domestic violence in Indonesia, that cases of domestic violence have occurred which have been addressed and has been decided by the Court which has been run by law enforcement for justice and for the creation of a sense of justice that has to judge and give a verdict / impose imprisonment for offenders who have declared legally proven guilty of committing the crime of domestic violence as a form of guarantee of security to prevent domestic violence later, it still does not have a sense of justice, because they pose an ongoing problem for the victims that the victims were mostly divorced from domestic violence perpetrators and at the which eventually became a victim not only on the wife alone but also on children and the integrity of the household. So that penal mediation was the best solution to overcome the problem of domestic violence and law enforcement is the advice in the implementation of Islamic law in Indonesia.

Perkawinan di bawah umur bukanlah sesuatu yang baru di Indonesia. Praktik inisudah lama terjadi dengan begitu banyak pelaku. Tidak hanya di kota besar tetapi dipedalaman juga banyak terjadi. Penyebabnya bervariasi karena masalah ekonomi,rendahnya pendidikan, pemahaman budaya dan nilai-nilai agama tertentu dan masalahyang paling sering terjadi adalah kehamilan di luar nikah (kecelakaan atau populerdengan istilah married by accident) dan alasan lainnya.Biasanya perkawinan yang dilakukan di bawah umur bukan melahirkankebahagiaan keluarga dan rumah tangga, justru banyak berujung pada perceraian dandampak lainnya.Penelitian ini menggunakan data kepustakaan dan data langsung diperoleh darimasyarakat maupun keterangan dari instansi terkait. Teknik penelitian yang dipakaiadalah teknik wawancara pada narasumber dari Pengadilan Agama Kelas IASamarinda. Metode analisis data dari penulisan ini menggunakan analisis secarakualitatif yang kemudian disajikan secara deskriptif.Tujuan penelitian yang hendak dicapai antara lain : (1) Untuk memperolehpemahaman bahwa perkawinan di bawah umur tidak boleh terjadi; (2) Untukmengetahui dan menganalisis sanksi terhadap pelanggaran atas perkawinan anak dibawah umur; (3) Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dampak dari perkawinan dibawah umur, khususnya perceraian.Kesimpulan penelitian bahwa: (1) Dampak yang buruk dari perkawinan dibawah umur adalah meningkatnya angka kematian ibu melahirkan dan terutamadampak perceraian yang semakin meningkat di Indonesia dan di Samarinda padakhususnya. (2) Sanki-sanksi hukum dikenakan kepada siapapun yang melanggarketentuan-ketentuan di dalam undang-undang perkawinan dan undang-undangperlindungan anak. Dilihat dari hukum agama bahwa perkawinan yang disahkan dengantatacara dan persyaratan agama yang diyakini sifat dari perkawinan tersebut adalah sah.

The aim of this research is to know the effect of the loss of Ahok and Jarot in the general election in DKI Jakarta. The method of the research is qualitative by taking the references from some books, newspaper and magazine namely Tribun Kaltim Kaltim Post,Gatra and the others .The results of the research are (1).The supporters including the support of the Political Party involves the religion domain,(2). The supports of the Political Party do not avoid the actors of the  religion followers who are the actors involved in the general election ;(3).The Voters should be given  the religion aspects.(4).The loss of the couple Ahok and Jarot caused by religion domain; (5).The couple who get the victory because  the religion centiment;(6).The winner will be gentlement because they      will end happily and fairly and the couple of Ahok-Jarot has to be ensured that the income does never  exchanged.The suggestions in this results are (1).The Political party supporters have to support based on political affairs ,(2). The Political party supporters not enter the religion affairs (3).The commisioners of KPU have to sentence to whoever relates the politics and religion in the compaign ,(4).The loss does not any relate with others but political affairs,(5).The supporters do not get any profit but to play fairly,(6).The all sides in the society has to keep it peaceful.,(7).General election is just competition not a war.

The objective of this research is willing to know to empower the traditional games. The location is in Tenggarong in 2016. The results of it are: (1). The nine traditional competition especially in Kutai, (2). The competition is to defend the ones which have been isolated, (3). The eventalso introduced the traditional sport, (4).The location of the competition in three locations, bank of Sungai Mahakam in Tenggarong, in Telcom office and Tenggarong youth field followed by all subsdistricts in Kukar, (4). The name is Erau Internasional Folk Art Festival (EIFAF). The suggestions of this research are: (1). To support the competition the traditional games, (2). To maintain the traditional games, (3). To make the traditional games as the stimulus of tourism, (4). To give a special characteristics.

Pelayanan Publik dianggap efektif jika masyarakat memperoleh pelayan mudahdengan prosedur yang tidak berbeli-belit, cepat, tepat dan memuaskan. Kemampuanuntuk meningkatkan efektivitas dari pelayanan publik ditentukan oleh kemampuanpemerintah dalam meningkatkan disiplin pegawainya. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangioleh masyarakat yang mengurus dan membuat kartu keluarga (KK) yang masih merasakesusahan dan tidak efektif, ketidakprofesionalan pegawai dalam tugasnya, sepertidatang terlambat dan pulang lebih cepat menyebabkan pelayanan menjadi buruk.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas pelayanan pembuatan kartukeluarga (KK) pada Kecamatan Barambai Kabupaten Barito Kuala.Dalam penelitian ini metode yang digunakan dengan pendekatan kualitatif,dengan jenis penelitian deskripsi, data yang terkumpul melalui kuesioner akan diolahmenjadi data frekuensi. Dalam menganalisa data digunakan analisis deskripsi kualitatifdari Kecamatan Barambai Kabupaten Barito Kuala dalam penyelenggaraan pelayananpublik.Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan kesederhanaan pelayanan pengurusan kartukeluarga (KK) pada Kecamatan Barambai Kabupaten Barito Kuala dapatdiklasifikasikan pada kategori good (Baik) dengan nilai 74%. Kejelasan dan kepastianpelayanan juga termasuk dalam kategori tersebut dengan nilai 76%. Sedangkan untukaspek keamanan, aspek keterbukaan, aspek ekonomis dan aspek keadilan yang meratadalam pelayanan publik termasuk kategori excellent (Sangat baik) dengan nilai berturutturut82,33%, 86,66%, 85,33% dan 84%. Pada aspek ketepatan waktu diklasifikasikanpada kategori good (Baik) dengan nilai 64%.Kesimpulan penelitian berdasarkan 7 indikator yang diamati, efektifitaspelayanan publik pada Kecamatan Barambai Kabupaten Barito Kuala memiliki nilairata-rata 78,95%. Jika berdasarakan kriteria interpretasi pada 61% - 80% termasukdalam kategori good (Baik).

This research is carried out in East Kalimantan in the location of Palm Horticulure especially in Sangatta, East Kutai Regency 400 km from Samarinda for one month. The method of the research is qualitative  by taking news from some media, interview and observation. The results of it are that the government of Indonesia has to get action that, (1) To face Europion attack on palm industry policy by diplomacy, (2) Together with Malaysia have had the of their own, (3) Europe will disturb the home affairs of Indonesia on palm industry,(4) In order not to excute the deforestry the Indonesian government    has to make some public policies on public welfare in the surround of forest people. (5)To empower the palm production and its under benefits by making sinergy with other ministries and others in promoting palm. The suggestions are ,(1) To make diplomacy actions with Europian on palm industry carefully, (2) Indonesia together with  Malaysia have to adapt the international standard, (3) Europian has to be countered wisely if they disturb the palm industry and agriculture affairs, (4) Indonesian Government has to be creative to take way out or solusion to stop the deforestry, (5)The minister of Agriculture has to make sinergy with others to empower the palm and the forestest in order to create many new jobs ,(6) Indonesian Government has to arry ut the regulation N0.41 /1999 about Forestry.

In Indonesia since the reforms, political participation of women, especially women's representation in decision-making becomes an important agenda of government and the legislature. affirmation and strengthening policies continue to be pursued. In the representation of women in decision-making, of course we have followed with a mindset, as well as the ability of the competent. But the fact is, we are very concerned about the condition of women's political participation tends to be a bit of strength. Social and cultural processes, are more likely to exclude women, is considered negative for the condition and behavior. Therefore, efforts need to change the mindset (mind-set) of society on women's lives.

 In Indonesia alone LGBT is a taboo and classified as still things that have not fully understood by the people of Indonesia. The Indonesian Laws Act only specifies two genders: men and women. This can be interpreted from the strict inclusion of men and women in the Marriage Act (UU No. 1/1974) and similar provisions concerning the contents of citizen cards stipulated in the Population Administration Act (UU No. 23/2006). In Indonesia's positive law especially the Criminal Code (Criminal Code) LGBT legality itself does not exist. However, in terms of homosexual status there are arrangements in Indonesia, there are criminal rules related to same-sex relationships contained in Article 292 of the Criminal Code. This type of punishment, in the Criminal Code Article 292 with the threat of imprisonment of 5 years in prison. There is no legal rule in the Criminal Code that regulates LGBT more explicitly. The need for a thorough change in the Criminal Code Article 292 and a clearer explanation for sanctions for homosexuals in criminal law. Law enforcement officers must take concrete action in tackling the homosexual case in the community.

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kota Samarinda, Provinsi Kalimantan Timur,Indonesia. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memahami dan menganalisa implementasiUndang-Undang No.1 Tahun 1974 dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam Terhadap HartaBersama sebagai Akibat Perceraian (Studi Kasus Putusan Pengadilan Agama SamarindaNomor: 1253/Pdt.G/2015/PA.Smd) serta untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa hambatanhambatanatau kendala apa saja yang terjadi pada penerapan pembagian hak hartabersama jika ditinjau dari Implementasi Undang-Undang perkawinan nomor 1 tahun1974 dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam di Pengadilan Agama Samarinda.Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan yuridis empiris danspesifikasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat penelitian deskriptif analitis.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pembagian harta bersamadilakukan atas dasar Undang-Undang Nomor 1 Tahun1974 tentang Perkawinan danKompilasi Hukum Islam, maka harta kekayaan yang diperoleh baik dari pihak suamiatau istri menjadi hak bersama sepanjang tidak ditentukan lain dalam perjanjianperkawinan dan jika perkawinan putus, masing- masing berhak ½ (seperdua) dari hartatersebut, karena selama perkawinan terdapat adanya harta bersama. Kendala-kendalayang sering muncul dalam pelaksanaan pembagian harta bersama adalah sering sekalipara pihak itu tidak punya bukti yang lengkap. Apakah itu hak bersama betul ataubukan. Bukti tulis (Sertifikat SKT). Banyak sekali harta itu tidak lengkap contoh :ukuran luas tidak jelas, kalau tanah batas-batas tidak jelas, tempat membeli sudahmeninggal.

The aim of this research is to know the corruption as an extraordinary crime .The method is based on library through magazine and regulation No 31 the year 1999 , has been revised by the regulation No. 20 in the year 2001 on the combat of corruption and at  once  the  Book  of  Regulation  Crime  Act  (  KUHP) namely  join  to  do  the corruption.The results of the research are (1).Corruption is difficult to find out it is , therefore , taking a long time to detect,(2).The proof tools have to be strong by calling the seewaitness,(3).The Regulation of the Corruption act is complete ,(4).The activity which needs budget has to be factually done, (5).Corruption must have to enrichen himself or herself and others,(6).The KPK staffs are very patient and inteligent.The suggestins are(1).KPK staffs have to be patient ,countable and calm ,(2).The proof tools have to be valid ,(3).Every officer has to study the regulation completely and seriously the regulation,(4).No fictive ativity ,(5).Every officer has to avoid to enrichen himself and others,(6).The KPK fficers continue to improve their performance.
