Abstract

Analyzing the Islamic marketing mix strategy at the Takanagari cafe in Sidoarjo is the objective chosen by the researcher. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type by obtaining data using observation, interview, and documentation methods. This study uses primary and secondary data sources. The primary data sources are interviews with cafe owner Takanagari Sidoarjo, employees and consumers. Meanwhile, the secondary data sources are journals or literature on the Islamic marketing mix. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that the application of the Islamic marketing mix to increase sales turnover by the Takanagari Sidoarjo cafe located in Taman Anggun Sejahtera 3 Sidoarjo Housing is considered to have deficiencies in sharia principles still. Meanwhile, in terms of sales turnover, the Takanagari cafe in Sidoarjo has succeeded in increasing its sales turnover with several supporting factors. It would be a good feeling if the research were conducted by looking for the influence of the marketing mix strategy from an Islamic economic perspective on the level of sales turnover.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kapasitas sumber daya manusia, disiplin kerja, dan motivasi kerja dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kota Palopo dengan jumlah sampel sebesar 47 orang pegawai. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data primer. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja pegawai. Terdapat tiga variabel independen dalam penelitian ini, yaitu kapasitas sumber daya manusia (X1), disiplin kerja (X2), dan motivasi kerja (X3). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel kapasitas sumber daya manusia (X1) tidak berpengaruh dalam kinerja pegawai. Variabel disiplin kerja (X2) dan motivasi kerja (X3) berpengaruh signifikan dan berkolerasi positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Variabel dengan pengaruh terbesar terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah disiplin kerja dengan pesentase pengaruh sebesar 56,3%. Diikuti dengan motivasi kerja sebesar 28,4% dan kapasitas sumber daya manusia sebesar 9% dalam mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of performance expectations, business expectations, and facilitating conditions on interest in using the QRIS system. The population in this study were students studying at three major universities in Solo Raya, namely students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, Muhamadiyah University Surakarta and Sebelas Maret University Surakarta. The sample in this study is prospective QRIS users who will use QRIS in the payment transaction method. There were 114 respondents used in this study. The data were analyzed using the IBM SPSS Statistik software version 26. This research method is a quantitative research method. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: (1) Performance Expectations have no effect on Interest in using the QRIS system. (2) Business Expectations have a significant effect on Interest in Using the QRIS system. (3) facilitating conditions have a significant effect on Interest in Using the QRIS system.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze partially and simultaneously the independent variables of compensation and placement on the dependent variable of employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. The method of analysis uses: multiple linear regression analysis, 2 independent variables and 1 dependent variable. Research results: 1) Compensation has a significance value of 0.010 1.694 it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that compensation has a positive and significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. 2) Placement has a significance value of 0.019 1.694 it can be concluded that H1 is accepted. This means that placement has a positive and significant effect partially on employee job satisfaction at PT. Batam Aero Technic. 3) The results of the F test show that the joint effect of all independent variables of compensation (X1) and placement (X2) on the dependent variable (employee job satisfaction) shows positive and significant results at PT. Batam Aero Technic.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) Mendeskripsikan proses penerapan program Cocoa Life di Kelurahan Betteng, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang, (2) Menganalisis produksi dan pendapatan petani kakao selama program Cocoa Life (3) Menganalisis kelayakan usahatani kakao selama program Cocoa Life. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2022 di Kelurahan Betteng, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan purposive sampling method untuk memilih 3 orang pengurus kelompok tani dan simple random sampling method  untuk memilih 5 anggota kelompok tani, diperoleh 8 sampel yang mewakili kelompok. Jumlah seluruh sampel 32 orang, informan yang dipilih 1 orang pelaksana Cocoa Life. Penelitian ini menggunakan matode analisis deskriptif, analisis produksi pendapatan dan kelayakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Penerapan Program Cocoa Life terdiri dari: praktik pertanian menambah pengetahuan petani, praktik pertanian menambah produktivitas, penerapan kewirausahaan, praktik pelibatan generasi muda dan praktik pertanian menjaga lingkungan, (2) Analisis produksi pendapatan responden di Kelurahan Betteng, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang menunjukkan produksi rata-rata responden sebelum program Cocoa Life adalah 288,5 kg/petani atau 233,1 kg/ha. Produksi rata-rata responden setelah program Cocoa Life 677,7 kg/petani atau 547,6 kg/ha, pendapatan rata-rata responden sebelum program Cocoa Life Rp. 5.770.000/responden atau Rp. 4.662.000/ha. Pendapatan rata-rata responden setelah program Cocoa Life Rp. 18.297.900/responden atau Rp. 14.785.200/ha (3). Analisis kelayakan usahatani kakao sebelum program Cocoa Life 3,7, artinya jika biaya usahatani kakao responden sebesar Rp 1, maka akan memperoleh penerimaan sebesar 3,7 dan analisis kelayakan usahatani kakao setelah program Cocoa Life 9,1, artinya jika usahatani kakao dalam memproduksi kakao mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp 1, maka akan memperoleh penerimaan sebesar 9,1.
