Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and compare the cost, profit, and risk of monoculture and polyculture fisheries system in Pangkep Regency. The sample collection uses the snowball sampling method. There are 80 fish farmers who were interviewed in this research. The cost and income is analyzed by income analysis, while to measure the level of business risk, Coefficients Variation (CV) analysis is used. To test the hypothesis, analysis of z distribution test is used. The research results show that the fishing cost and income of polyculture system is larger than monoculture system, where the cost of each is Rp 14.722.597 and Rp 13.191.880 respectively, while their profit is Rp 10.285.066 and Rp 6.710.486 each. Polyculture system has cost risk, revenue risk and profit risk is lower than monoculture system with large value of Coefficients Variation (CV) each by 0,11; 0,29 and 0,56 for polyculture system and 0.12; 0,37 and 0,88 for monoculture system. The results of the hypothesis showed that there is difference in cost of, revenue, and profit between poliyculture and monoculture system while there is no significance difference for cost risk, revenue risk and profit risk.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the purchase patterns of products on Panenmart e-commerce. The basic method used is the experimental method. The sampling technique in this study is saturation sampling. The data used in the study were sourced from secondary data obtained from shopping transaction data of the sales transaction database on the website and the Panenmart’s mobile application. To determine the pattern of product purchase association rules, Market Basket Analysis (MBA) is used based on three metrics, namely support, confidence and lift ratio. This study used a minimum value of support of 0.1 and a minimum value of confidence of 0.3. The results showed 3 patterns of product purchase association rules that have a strong and valid relationship to be purchased simultaneously because they had a confidence value of more than 0.3 and lift ratio value > 1. The product items had a rule pattern namely, cayenne pepper à green bean, corn à spinach, and spinach à green bean.

Abstract

Most of the residents of Salenrang Village have a livelihood as farmers, and there are also those who are engaged in trading or breeding buffalo, cows, horses, goats, chickens, and ducks. Of the several livestock groups in the area, there is the KUB BUMDES Chicken Farmer Group (KPP). KUB chicken (Kampung Unggul Balitnak) is a type of free-range chicken with a new strain produced by the Agricultural Research and Development Agency of Indonesia. The main obstacle to empowering small businesses comes from the entrepreneurs themselves, for example the absence of a bookkeeping system. The market opportunity is quite promising, but continuity and consistency cannot be fulfilled. Limited information and marketing methods make this business not well developed. This activity aims to: (1) Increase entrepreneurship awareness in partner groups, (2) Instill knowledge about business fundamentals in partner groups, (3) Conduct financial management and administration training. This activity is carried out on July-August 2019 by direct guidance, coaching and training methods to partners through three stages, namely: stage 1. Inculcating entrepreneurship awareness, stage 2. Instilling knowledge about business fundamentals, stage 3. Financial management training. The results of this activity found that (1) Awareness of partner group entrepreneurship has grown, (2) understanding of partner group business fundamentals is good, (3) partner group financial management knowledge already exists.

Abstract

Greenfarm Makassar merupakan salah satu UKM yang terdampak Covid-19. Upaya yang dilakukan Greenfarm Makassar untuk tetap bertahan di masa pandemi Covid-19 yaitu mengubah bisnis model dari B to B (Business to Business) ke B to C (Business to Consumer) dengan menyasar segmen market rumahtangga. Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan yaitu dengan mengaktifkan kembali sosial media Instagram. Permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah kurangnya traffic yang dihasilkan dari penggunaan instagram sebagai media promosi organik (tidak berbayar) sehingga berimplikasi pada rendahnya jumlah transaksi yang terjadi. Selain itu, mitra belum memiliki rencana aksi dalam hal manajemen order pada bisnis model B to C. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu dengan pendataan, pembuatan, pelatihan penggunan situs bisnis dan iklan berbayar sosial media. Rangkaian kegiatan ini dilakukan selama 1 bulan (Desember 2021). Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah mitra telah memiliki situs bisnis berbasis e-commerce dengan alamat situs https://greenfarmmakassar.com yang membantu mitra dalam pengelolaan manajemen order online dari pelanggan. Selain itu, mitra juga telah mampu menjalankan iklan berbayar pada sosial media (Instagram ads) sehingga jumlah kunjungan dan pengikut akun Instagram bisnis mitra meningkat. Hal ini berdampak pada meningkatnya permintaan produk dan omzet penjualan mitra.

Abstract

Desa Bontominasa merupakan salah satu desa yang terletak di Kecamatan Bulukumpa, Kabupaten Bulukumba dengan dominasi penghasilan masyarakat melalui Pertanian dan Peternakan. Sistem pertanian yang selama ini digunakan masih bersifat konvensional dan tentunya belum bisa memaksimalkan potensi alam desa yang ada. Penerapan solusi dan pengembangan potensi yang bisa diberikan antara lain: (1) pelatihan pembuatan akuaponik, (2) penerapan sistem minapadi, (3) pembuatan pupuk organik cair dan pupuk kompos, (4) pemanfaatan bunga tanaman telang sebagai minuman herbal, dan (5) pelatihan pemasaran berbasis digital. Pelatihan pembuatan akuaponik, penerapan sistem minapadi dan pembuatan pupuk organik cair dan pupuk kompos dilakukan dalam tiga tahap yaitu sosialiasi dan penyuluhan, praktik pembuatan instalasi/sistem, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Pelatihan pemanfaatan bunga tanaman telang sebagai minuman herbal dilakukan melalui dua tahap yaitu sosialisasi dan penyuluhan serta praktik pembuatan minuman herbal. Adapun kegiatan terakhir yaitu pelatihan pemasaran berbasis digital. Pelatihan ini dilakukan dengan empat tahap yaitu pelatihan pemasaran digital, pembuatan media pemasaran digital, pelatihan dan pembuatan iklan digital, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Program/Produk yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan ini adalah (1) instalasi akuaponik, (2) sistem budidaya minapadi, (3) produk pupuk organik cair dan pupuk kompos, (4) produk minuman herbal dari bunga telang, dan (5) program pemasaran berbasis digital. Untuk menghasilkan program/produk tersebut dilakukan pengembangan. Draft hasil pengembangan dijadikan sebagai bahan dalam kegiatan pelatihan penerapan inovasi teknologi yang dihadiri oleh masyarakat selaku mitra

Abstract

The supply chain has become a problem in the trade of agricultural products. The farmers still got low prices while the price at the end consumer is high. Panenmart is there to help improve the welfare of farmers, especially horticultural farmers in South Sulawesi by establishing appropriate food prices and sustainable supply. The objectives of this study are: 1) To identify the factors that determine the decisions of potato farmers in Kanreapia Village, Gowa Regency in partnering with Panenmart. 2) To analyze income differences between potato farmers in Kanreapia Village, Gowa Regency in partnering with Panenmart. The research was carried out in Kanreapia Village, Gowa Regency because it is a vegetable producing region with several farmers partnering with Panenmart. The number of respondents used was 40 people, which are 20 Panenmart’s farmers partner and 20 of the non-partner. The results found that 1) The factors that determine the decision of potato farmers in Kanreapia Village to partner with Panenmart are the age and the farmers’ institution. 2) There is no significant difference in income between both groups.

Abstract

CV. Akar Hidroponik is a business engaged in the agricultural sector which focuses on producing and marketing hydroponic vegetable products. The trend of urban consumers in consuming healthy food makes their considerations in buying vegetables much more complex. The purpose of this study is to analyze the level of consumer satisfaction of hydroponic vegetables. The basic method used is descriptive quantitative analysis method. The sampling using purposive sampling method with 52 respondents. The respondents are consumers of CV. Akar Hidroponik who are joined as members on Whatsapp group of @akar_hidroponik. This study tested the validity and reliability using SPSS software version 20. The analytical method used was the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that the level of consumer satisfaction of hydroponic vegetables based on the value of the Customer Satisfaction Index was 89.03%, which is categorized as very satisfied. The variables that gave the highest satisfaction were the nutritional content of vegetables, the benefits of vegetables, the safety and security of vegetables for consumption, and the freshness and cleanliness of the vegetables.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk menganalisis tingkat ketahanan pangan rumahtangga berdasarkan komponen penyerapan pangan pada tipe agroekosistem persawahan (2) Untuk menganalisis tingkat ketahanan pangan rumahtangga berdasarkan komponen status gizi rumahtangga pada tipe agroekosistem persawahan. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Bonto Matene, Kecamatan Mandai, Kabupaten Maros. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah rumahtangga petani yang berada di Desa Bonto Matene, Kecamatan Mandai, Maros dengan pertimbangan daerah tersebut termasuk dalam agroekosistem persawahan. Populasi penelitian merupakan rumahtangga petani yang memiliki anak balita (usia 1 tahun sampai 5 tahun), berdasarkan survei diperoleh jumlah populasi rumahtangga petani yang memenuhi persyaratan di atas sebanyak 201 rumahtangga. Metode yang digunakan untuk menentukan sampel adalah metode acak sederhana dengan memilih 15% dari jumlah populasi yang memenuhi persyaratan maka jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 30 rumahtangga petani. Analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab tujuan penelitian yaitu analisis statistik kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kriteria pengukuran ketahanan pangan rumahtangga. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tingkat penyerapan pangan rumahtangga petani berada pada kategori tahan pangan (TP) dan Komponen Status gizi rumahtangga petani berada pada kategori Agak Tahan Pangan (ATP).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini: (1) Mendeskripsikan proses penerapan program Cocoa Life di Kelurahan Betteng, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang, (2) Menganalisis produksi dan pendapatan petani kakao selama program Cocoa Life (3) Menganalisis kelayakan usahatani kakao selama program Cocoa Life. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Juli-Agustus 2022 di Kelurahan Betteng, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang. Penentuan sampel dilakukan purposive sampling method untuk memilih 3 orang pengurus kelompok tani dan simple random sampling method  untuk memilih 5 anggota kelompok tani, diperoleh 8 sampel yang mewakili kelompok. Jumlah seluruh sampel 32 orang, informan yang dipilih 1 orang pelaksana Cocoa Life. Penelitian ini menggunakan matode analisis deskriptif, analisis produksi pendapatan dan kelayakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan (1) Penerapan Program Cocoa Life terdiri dari: praktik pertanian menambah pengetahuan petani, praktik pertanian menambah produktivitas, penerapan kewirausahaan, praktik pelibatan generasi muda dan praktik pertanian menjaga lingkungan, (2) Analisis produksi pendapatan responden di Kelurahan Betteng, Kecamatan Lembang, Kabupaten Pinrang menunjukkan produksi rata-rata responden sebelum program Cocoa Life adalah 288,5 kg/petani atau 233,1 kg/ha. Produksi rata-rata responden setelah program Cocoa Life 677,7 kg/petani atau 547,6 kg/ha, pendapatan rata-rata responden sebelum program Cocoa Life Rp. 5.770.000/responden atau Rp. 4.662.000/ha. Pendapatan rata-rata responden setelah program Cocoa Life Rp. 18.297.900/responden atau Rp. 14.785.200/ha (3). Analisis kelayakan usahatani kakao sebelum program Cocoa Life 3,7, artinya jika biaya usahatani kakao responden sebesar Rp 1, maka akan memperoleh penerimaan sebesar 3,7 dan analisis kelayakan usahatani kakao setelah program Cocoa Life 9,1, artinya jika usahatani kakao dalam memproduksi kakao mengeluarkan biaya sebesar Rp 1, maka akan memperoleh penerimaan sebesar 9,1.

Abstract

The extreme climate change on the earth's surface in recent years is a serious issue. Agricultural sector has been affected by climate change because it causes crop failure and decreases crop productivity, especially food crops, namely corn. The climatic conditions of the Takalar Regency are generally characterized by high rainfall and drought, particularly at dry times. The purpose of this study is to: (1) Analyze the opinions of corn farmers; (2) Analyze the adaptation pattern of corn farmers; (3) Analyze the factors that influence the adaptation pattern of corn farmers. The first and second objectives were analyzed descriptive quantitatively, and the third objective was analyzed using ordinal logistic regression. The results on 39 farmers being interviewed showed that (1) Corn farmers' opinions regarding changes in temperature, rain intensity, drought have increased in recent years; (2) Adaptation patterns carried out by corn farmers in facing climate change are improving water management, soil management technology, integrated pest control, changing cropping patterns, and adjusting planting time; (3) Factors that affect the pattern of adaptation of corn farmers to climate change are land area, number of dependents of the household head, income, and access to information on climate change.
