Abstract

Human social life always be related with society interacting anywhere, anytime, and their lives present their selves as a theatre performers whose appearance can change at any time depending on the context. It happens in human life, whoever we are, and in any condition, we always interact in symbols. Maybe without us realizing it, it all happens in every "scene", in a "play" of life. This research uses descriptive analysis, using an interpretive paradigm. By starting from the phenomenon being studied to produce a theory, the goal is used to understand the meaning of the experience of a person, group. But education that can be drawn from the vile events that a person has gone through. By analyzing from sources that are directly on the object and relevance to research. Reviewing the self-presentations displayed by the students by looking at the backstage and front stage. The results of this analysis, the students of TMI Al-Amien Prenduan in their daily lives can manage the two allocations of the place, they know their position how they must display their character setting in front of the supervisors of the cottage, and position their original character when behind the supervisor of the cottage when they are free from supervision.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the character education in SMK in Margoypso District. The type of research is descriptive qualitative research. Collecting data by using interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis uses data collection steps, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that: The media used in character education for students in Vocational High Schools in Margoyoso District are: 1) Exemplary Media; 2) Habituation Media; 3) Meditation/dhikr; 4) Indoctrination; 5) Behavior / Personality. The study found that all teachers had (1) a steady personality, (2) a stable personality, (3) mature, and (4) wise because the learning time in the class of students could be conditioned. It's just that there are still some students who seem anxious or not focused in the learning process in class.

Abstract

Homelessness life shows a social behavior that is quite interesting to study, especially in their learning results of imitating behavior towards their social environment. The aim of this research is to determine the social learning of homelessness in Semarang city by using Albert Bandura’s social cognitive theory, which emphasizes on the modelling (imitating behavior). This research uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. The reason of the researcher uses this approach since the researcher is directly involved in understanding social learning and research phenomena. Through this design, this research is expected to provide maximum results to the readers. Data collection technique uses direct observation, interviews, and document studies. Data analysis technique uses Spradley model and Hubberman Miles model which go through several stages, including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The result of this research shows that homelessness has an imitating behavior in accordance with the five basic assumptions of Bandura’s social cognitive theory. The social cognitive shown by the homelessness is caused by the attitude of adjustment based on the place and social life as an effort to survive on the streets

Abstract

This character research takes the object of guiding rover scout and ranger scout in shaping the leadership character of its organizational members. The process of conducting this research will use descriptive qualitative methods to produce the reality of the characters formed in the scout formation for rover scout and ranger scout in Kudus. Investigation of researchers used interview and observation techniques whose results showed a significant influence on the leadership character of the members of the holy branch work council. The form of responsibility and the five-year mandate entailed from the Musppanitra session had a role in shaping the character. Not only that, the process of dynamics for five years there are goals that are social oriented and not Profit oriented to make the work sincere and complete.

Abstract

This study aims to determine (1) the implementation of PMR Extracurricular (2) The Role of PMR extracurricular aktivities in shaping the social skills of students (3) What Factors Support and in hibit PMR extracurricular aktivities in shapping skills of students in SMAN 1 Cikande. The research method Uses a qualitative descriptive approach with the subject of the study consisting of the pricipal, deputy headmaster of student affairs, coaches, speaker of PMR aktivities and PMR member of SMAN 1 Cikande. Data collections is in thefrom of interviews, observation, and documentation. As for the techinuques used to analyze data, namely the steps proposed by Miles and Huberman through data collections data reductions, data presentation, and conclusions and verification. To test and validaty of the data using source and technique triangulation. The Result of the study show that students social skills can be formed through PMR activities, namely first aid activities routina training, joint training (jungle camp), and KSR Untirta editing activities. Social skills that are formed in these activities are the development of PMR member’s emphaty by providing basic medical care for students who experience, fainting, and giddiness at school. Joint responsibility so as to create good cooperation for each member of PMR to achieve common goals, can communicate verbally and non verbally to pears and others, and has the basis of interacting tho share information, exchange ideas or experiences of fellow mwmbwers of the PMR. Supporting factors PMR extracurricular activities consist of school support, PMR member motivation in participating in PMR parents, KSR and PMI who pay attention to assist the development of PMR SMAN 1 Cikande. While the inhibiting factors is composed of inadequate infrastructure to support extracurricular activities and the absence of professional PMR trainers in the field of PMR.Keywords: Extracurricular, Youth Red Cross, Social Skill

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun kesadaran akan profesi atau pekerjaan dan materialisme terhadap pengemis anak. Interpretative digunakan untuk menentukan paradigma penelitian ini. Konstruksi sosial Teori Peter L Berger memiliki peran utama untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Sedangkan metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi adalah cara yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengambil data. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa: Pertama, pengemis anak memilih pekerjaan atau profesi mereka sebagai pengemis karena sudah menjadi budaya di antara keluarga mereka. Kedua, pengemis anak senang mendapatkan uang dengan memohon untuk membeli apa yang mereka inginkan. Kesulitan ekonomi, etos kerja, dan ketidakmampuan keluarga untuk membayar pembayaran sekolah anak-anak yang membuat mereka menjadi pengemis dan hal itu adalah bagian dari proses dialektika Peter L Berger. Ketiga, orientasi materialisme terhadap pengemis anak adalah hal yang harus didapatkan dengan mengemis, karena pekerjaan ini adalah pekerjaan yang paling mudah untuk dilakukan, sehingga orientasi materialisme menjadi yang kedua setelah pengetahuan.Kata kunci: Konstruksi Kesadaran, Profesi dan Materialisme, Pengemis AnakThis study is aimed to construct the awareness on profession or job and materialism toward children beggar. Interpretive is used to determine the paradigm of this study. Social construction Peter L Berger Theory has main role to conduct this study. While the method that’s used in this study is qualitative. Interview, observation, and documentation are the way that are used in this study to take the data. The result of this study explains that first of all, children beggar realize that their orientation of their profession or job is a thing that shouldn’t be discussed a long. It is showed that children beggar choose their profession or job as beggar because it has been becoming culture among their family. Secondly, children beggar are happy to get money by begging to buy what they want. The difficulties of economic, working ethos, and family’s  incapablelity to pay children’s school payment that make children becomes beggar whereas it is a part of dialectic process Peter L Berger. Thirdly, materialism orientation toward children beggar is a thing that should be gotten by begging, because this job is an easiest job to do, so that the materialism orientation is becoming the second after knowledge.Keyword: Construction of awareness, Profession and materialism, Child beggars

Abstract

Indonesia, which consists of a variety of different ethnicities, can be said to be a multiethnic country. In such a society, cultural integration is needed in order to create a condition of society that respects cultural differences. The concept of integration is closely related to the mulltulturalism view of the acculturation process that takes place in the form of every ethnic effort to learn other cultures without losing their culture. In Integration, the three ethnic groups respect and respect other ethnic cultures. There was no response that the culture of one ethnic group was higher than other ethnic groups. Abstract

Untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar, para ahli pembelajaran telah menyarankan penggunaan paradigma pembelajaran konstruktivistik untuk kegiatan belajar-mengajar di kelas. Dengan perubahan paradigma belajar tersebut terjadi perubahan pusat (fokus) pembelajaran dari belajar berpusat pada guru kepada belajar berpusat pada siswa. Kondisi belajar dimana siswa atau mahasiswa hanya menerima materi dari pengajar, mencatat, dan menghafalkannya harus diubah menjadi sharing pengetahuan, mencari (inkuiri), menemukan pengetahuan secara aktif sehingga terjadi peningkatan pemahaman (bukan ingatan). Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, pengajar dapat menggunakan pendekatan, strategi, model, atau metode pembelajaran inovatif. PBL memiliki karakteristik-karakteristik sebagai berikut: (1) belajar dimulai dengan suatu masalah, (2) memastikan bahwa masalah yang diberikan berhubungan dengan dunia nyata siswa atau mahasiswa, (3) mengorganisasikan pelajaran seputar masalah, bukan diseputar disiplin ilmu, (4) memberikan tanggung jawab yang besar kepada pebelajar dalam membentuk dan menjalankan secara langsung proses belajar mereka sendiri, (5) menggunakan kelompok kecil, dan (6) menuntut pebelajar untuk mendemontrasikan apa yang telah mereka pelajari dalam bentuk suatu produk atau kinerja. Tampak jelas bahwa pembelajaran dengan model PBL dimulai oleh adanya masalah (dapat dimunculkan oleh siswa atau guru), kemudian siswa memperdalam pengetahuannya tentang apa yang mereka telah ketahui dan apa yang mereka perlu ketahui untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut. Siswa dapat memilih masalah yang dianggap menarik untuk dipecahkan sehingga mereka terdorong berperan aktif dalam belajar

Abstract

Pelayanan publik merupakan bentuk pelayanan yangdiberikan oleh penyelenggara pelayanan dalam hal ini adalahpemerintah Kota Serang Provinsi Banten. Pemerintah harus dapatmendistribusikan pelayanan tersebut secara adildalam upayapemenuhan kebutuhan kepada semua lapisan masyarakat tanpa terkecuali. Salah satu jenis pelayanan publik yang berhakmasyarakat peroleh adalah pelayanan aksesibilitas. Penyediaanaksesibilitas salah satunya akses dalam bentuk fisik yaituaksesibilitas jalan umum dengan cara menyediakan jalur pedestrian(trotoar) bagi penyandang disabilitas.Tujuan dari penelitian iniadalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan melakukan analisis bagaimanapelayanan aksesibilitas jalan umum (jalur pendestrian) bagipenyandang disabilitas. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studikasus deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif.dengan menggunakan teknis survei literatur akademis di bidangkeilmuan pelayanan publik untuk memperoleh konsep-konsep yangrelevan dengan kajian pelayanan aksesibilitas jalan umum (jalurpedestrian) bagi penyandang disabilitas. Teknik pengumpulan dataini melalui penelusuran berbagai sumber dan literatur, baik berasaldari dokumen pemerintah serta pemberitaan media massaelektronik, jurnal dan berbagai buku yang terkait dengan penelitianini. selain itu peneliti juga menggunakan teknik dokumentasi yangada di lapangan dalam bentuk foto-foto serta dilakukannyapengamatan di lapangan untuk memperkuat data yang ada.Hasilpenelitian ini ditemukan bahwa pelayanan aksesi jalan umum (jalurpedestrian) bagi difabel studi kasus di Kota Serang belum baik.Artinya, aksesibilitas jalur pedestrian tidak ramah terhadap difabelsehingga menyulitkan kaum difabel untuk dapat melakukanmobilitas dengan baik dan mandiri serta kesulitan untukberpartisipasi secara penuh dan efektif dengan warga negaralainnya berdasarkan kesamaan hak.

Abstract

The background of this research is based on data analysis of social capital owned by mobile vegetable traders who are able to survive in household social security. This study aims to analyze the dynamics of social capital and social resilience of mobile vegetable merchant households in Mahakarya Kampung 2, Luhak Nan Duo District, West Pasaman Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach by collecting observational data, in-depth interviews and document studies. The results of this study indicate that the dynamics of mobile vegetable traders are 1) The network built between traders and customers has 2) The trust of mobile vegetable traders is to allow customers to borrow. 3) Norms or rules for paying debts which were initially only allowed 2 days, now customers are allowed to pay for 1 week. The social resilience of the mobile vegetable merchant household is the fulfillment of daily.
