Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the experience of a teenager who experienced sexual violence and any traumatic problems experienced by adolescents who experienced sexual violence. Subjects in this study were female adolescents, who focused on adolescents who had experienced acts of sexual violence named FN, the subject here is a friend of researchers and data sources taken directly and indirectly using electronic media in the form of BBM (BlackBerry Messenger). Researchers use a phenomenological paradigm in which the focus of the researcher is the primary target is the meaning of the experiences, events, status held by the participants related to the violence experienced. From the results of research conducted by researchers by interviewing the victim, the victim tells that the main motive that the victim is doing is by coercion and threat, so victim does not want to do that, because victim feel afraid and cannot take action again. From the acts of violence experienced by the victim we can see the consequences caused by the violence the victim suffered trauma that is very heavy that is: (1) do not believe in men, (2) become a woman naughty or woman that can be paid, (3) become (4) getting drunk and bruised as outlet, and (5) being a lesbian because of his trauma and not believing in a man. By experiencing the incident the victim also requires treatment so that the trauma experienced will gradually improve. Keywords: Sexual Violence, Traumatic Problems, Psychological Impact

Abstract

Kecamatan Wedung terdiri dari dua puluh desa/kelurahan, salah satunya adalah desa kedung mutih.  Masyarakat di Desa kedung mutih sebagian besar mereka menggantungkan hidupnya pada hasil laut dan tambak. Sehingga banyak sekali masyarakat yang berprofesi sebagai nelayan dan petani garam. Desa ini juga telah dinobatakan sebagai desa penghasil garam tebesar di Kabupaten Demak. Selain desa dengan pengahasil garam terbesar, desa Kedung Mutih sendiri adalah desa dengan pembuatan garam yang berkualitas baik dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang cukup tinggi. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses pembuatan garam yang ada di Desa Kedung Mutih dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Metode deskriptif kualitatif dilakukan dengan menafsirkan keadaan yang terjadi melalui gambaran atau mendeskripsikan keadaan secara objektif yang diperoleh dari beberapa narasumber di lapangan. Sedangkan Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dari observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan studi literatur. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa proses penggaraman di Desa Kedung Mutih menghadapi berbagai persoalan salah satunya penggunaan teknik yang dilakukan dengan cara tradisional ataupun modern. Sehingga akan berpengaruh pada kualitas garam, jumlah garam yang dihasilkan dan pendapatan petani garam. Dari adanya proses produksi garam yang sedikit berbeda di Desa Kedung Mutih hal inilah yang menghasilkan suatu cara yang berbeda sehingga menghasilkan suatu kearifan lokal

Abstract

Sikap dan tindakan yang selalu ingin memberi bantuanperlu dikembangkan pada diri anak, terutama anak prasekolah.Peduli sosial perlu dikembangkan agar anak tidak memiliki sifatnegatif, seperti sombong, acuh tak acuh, individualisme, masabodoh terhadap masalah sosial, pilih-pilih teman dan lunturnyabudaya gotong-royong. Peduli sosial adalah sikap dan tindakanyang selalu ingin memberi bantuan pada orang lain danmasyarakat yang membutuhkan. Dari sinilah kepedul iansosial menuntut kepada setiap individu agar mampumemperhatikan lingkungan tempat tinggalnya ataumasyarakat. Peduli sosial pada anak bisa diartikan sebagai sikap40 Journal of Social Science Teachingmampu memahami kondisi orang lain sesuai dengan pandanganorang lain tersebut, bukan sesuai dengan pandangannya sendiri.Pemahaman sikap ini harus dengan latihan-latihan dengan caraanak dihadapkan pada situasi nyata, serta pemberian contoh darikeluarga dan orangtua anak. Abstract

This study aims to find a model of disaster response curriculum in Indonesia. The disaster education that will be studied in this study is only about natural disasters without discussing social disasters. The scope of natural disasters is disasters that come from God. In the latest curriculum, it is expected that school students can become students who are responsive to natural disasters in Indonesia. The high potential for natural disasters in Indonesia should make the community always ready for disasters because citizens cannot forever depend on the government for disaster response management. So the community needs to be introduced to disaster mitigation, which is a set of activities to reduce the risks and impacts of disasters. The government and the community should always be alert in the initial steps of short-term disaster management through the preparation of refugee camps, distribution of financial aid, food, clothing, and medical equipment.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan model kurikulum tanggap bencana di Indonesia. Pendidikan kebencanaan yang akan diteliti di penelitian ini hanya mengenaii bencana alam tanpa membahasa bencana sosial. Cakupan bencana alam yaitu bencana yang berasal dari tuhan.Dalam kurikulum terbaru diharapkan siswa sekolah dapat  menjadi siswa yang tanggap dalam kondisi bencana alam di Indonesia. Tingginya potensi bencana alam di Indonesia seharusnya membuat masyarakat selalu siaga bencana karena warga tidak bisa selamanya menggantungkan penanganan tanggap bencana kepada pemerintah. Sehingga masyarakat perlu diperkenalkan pada mitigasi bencana, yaitu sekumpulan kegiatan untuk mengurangi risiko dan dampak bencana. Pemerintah bersama masyarakat sudah seharusnya selalu siaga dalam langkah awal penanganan bencana jangka pendek melalui penyiapan tempat pengungsian, penyaluran bantuan dana, makanan, pakaian, dan alat medis.

Abstract

The research was done in Banyumanik Sub-district, Semarang City, Central Java Province. The purposes of the research were to know terrain unit and landslide suceptibility in the research area. Unit of analysis in this research was terrain unit which obtained from overlay between landform, geology, slope, and soil maps. The overlay result is 147 terrain units in the research area. Sampling technique use stratified random sampling to select sample based strata. 19 samples are selected from 147 terrain units. Method of collecting data use survey method to obtain primary data and documentation method to obtain secondary data. Technique of data analysis use wight method for 6 parameters. The parameters are land use, soil tecture, rock layering structure, rainfall, soil permeability and slope. Research results show that landslide susceptibility in the research area was classified in 5 susceptibility classes i.e. very low class cover area of 0,6 km2 (0,19%), low class cover area of 7,24 km2 (23,59%), moderate class cover area of 7,16 km2 (23,33%), high class cover area of 12,35 km2 (40,24%), and very high class cover area of 3,88 km2 (12,64%).

Abstract

Lately, the arising problems in an internal company, from pattern making to culminate in unrest will contract employees in the company's status as a reasonably long time. Empowerment of employees contract in effect executed in full, but the employees who belong to particular time work agreements are not fully hired thoroughly. Up to now, there are indications the granting of jobs generally passes regardless of the official rules of the applicable employment contract agreement. The method used was qualitative. Data collection method using observation, documentation, interviews, and triangulation. Data analysis was conducted in three stages namely data reduction, the presentation of the data, and draw conclusions. The results showed that certain time work agreements first and further led to the emergence of the rights and obligations of the parties. There are a number of principles in the implementation of the employment contract agreement is not yet based on the procedure of employment rules. The incidence of unrest because of a few things: a surfeit of employees will be a contract worker status for too long, the company less heed to the things that can be counted as wages, and the pattern of the Division of work within the time period for contract employees in the realm of shifts. The company's efforts in coping with disquiet the contract employee will do some of the following, namely; the efforts of some employees into contract adoption workers, pay attention to things that can be counted as wages, and equitable patterns of Division of the period of time in work for the employee's contract in the realm of shifts.

Abstract

Character education is needed to form atitude, personality and morals of a nation. In its application character education can be applied through the learning process one of which is in learning ocial science. The study aims to determine the role of social science in the formation of learners character and to know the application or implementation of character education in social science. This reseach method uses literatur, literatur research metodhs theough various agreed procedures. The results of this study are educators or teachers and schools play an important role in shaping the character of students through schools rules, activitiesthat are followed and learning process. Character education is applied to students through social science tailored to the material and conditions of students. Leraning methods and teacher understanding of the material also affect the development of character education. In learning social science also has the same goal as character education which is to create good citizens and have moral values.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effects of the implementation of contract marriages on rented wives in Jepara Regency, and analyze the forms of gender injustice that occur in contract marriages in Jepara Regency. This study used a qualitative approach with the research subject being rented wives, namely women who were married to contracts with foreign nationals. The data collection techniques use the method of observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity uses triangulation techniques, and data analysis is done by steps: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that contract marriage in Jepara Regency is carried out in privacy and in disguise. Perpetrators use religious guise to fool the public by means of married siri, but there are also those who are officially married. The impact caused to the wife of the contract in the form of sociological, psychological and economic impacts both positive and negative. Gender injustice experienced by contract wives in the form of violence, double burden, and negative stereotypes in the community.Keyword:Marriage contract,Gender perspective,Jepara

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat secara nyata proses dan implementasi metode problem solving sebagai upaya meningkatkan kemampuan berfikir siswa pada mata pelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial (IPS)di MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Janggalan Kudus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pembelajaran IPS di MI Tamrinul Aulad Kudus itu disesuaikan dengan Kurikulum KTSP, tetapi untuk kelas I dan IV sudah mulai menerapkan Kurikulum 2013, (2) Penerapan metode problem solving di MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus menjadikan siswa lebih aktif berpikir, aktif dalam pembelajaran di kelas dan bersemangat, (3) Faktor pendukung metode problem solving yaitu: peran guru, kemampuan untuk memahami kajian, keaktifan siswa, keefektifan metode, kesiapan anak didik, dan kecerdasan siswa. Faktor penghambat metode problem solving pada mata pelajaran IPS, yaitu: kurangnya motivasi siswa, kurangnya dukungan guru, dan kurangnya konsentrasi siswa.Kata kunci: Kemampuan berfikir, Metode Problem SolvingThis study aims to clearly see the process and implementation of problem solving methods as an effort to improve students' thinking skills in Social Sciences (IPS) subjects at MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach. Research location at MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Janggalan Kudus. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Social Studies learning at MI Tamrinul Aulad Kudus is adjusted to the KTSP Curriculum, but for classes I and IV have begun to apply the 2013 Curriculum, (2) The application of problem solving methods in MI NU Tamrinul Aulad Kudus makes students more active thinking, active in learning in the classroom and excited, (3) Factors supporting the problem solving methods, namely: the role of the teacher, the ability to understand the study, student activeness, the effectiveness of the method, students' readiness, and student intelligence. Inhibiting factors of problem solving methods in social studies subjects, namely: lack of student motivation, lack of teacher support, and lack of student concentration.Keyword: Thinking ability, Problem Solving Method

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan konsepsimodel pengembangan materi ajar IPS di madrasahmelalui pola danpendekatan integratif.Pola Integrasi sebagai sebuah modelpengembangan materi ajar IPS hadir sebagai upaya untukmemberikan sejumlah alternatif yang berorientasi pada pencapaiantujuan yang lebih holistik.Di samping itu model pengembaangandengan model pendekatan ini dilakukan sebagai kerangka dasaruntuk menempatkan identitas madrasah sesuai porsinya, sehinggamata pelajaran IPS di madrasah memiliki corak dan karakteristikberbasis nilai spiritualitas.Titik berangkat dari modelpengembangan integratif ini adalah dimana al-quran dansainsdapat menjadi sumber dari pembentukan elemen-elemen teoretisuntuk menjelaskan realitas, yang memperkuatkajian ilmu sosialsebagai pengembangan materi ajar IPS yang di terapkan dimadrasah. Selain itu pendekatan ini juga mendorongpengembangan ilmu-ilmu ke-Islam-an yang di dilakukan denganmemperkuat dimensi empiris.
