Research Results: Univariate research results The level of knowledge in the control group averaged 8.33 while the knowledge level in the Leaflet group averaged 10.20. The results of the bivariate study obtained a p value (Asymp.Sig.(2-tailed)) which was 0.007, where the value of 0.007 <0.005 (α) showed that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted Conclusions and Suggestions: Family Planning Leaflet Media is effective on Family Planning Acceptors' Knowledge as an Effort to Prevent Baby Boom at Danau Indah Health Center in 2023. Abstract

Background: The prevalence of anemia in young women is still high. In 2022, out of 55 students, 24 students (48%) were found to have anemia. As an effort to prevent this, the Islamic Boarding School is working with the Health Center to carry out a program of administering 1 fe tablet once a week. Prevention of anemia in young women apart from Fe supplements can also be done by consuming foods that contain iron, such as dragon fruit and beets. Research Objectives: To determine the ratio of giving dragon fruit and beetroot to Hb levels of female adolescents at the Ar-Rahman Modern Islamic Boarding School, Tanjung Lubuk District, Oki Regency, Palembang. Research Method: quasy experimental design with pretest-posttest design with control group design. The sample consisted of 24 female adolescents who experienced anemia in January-February 2023 using a purposive sampling technique. The intervention was given 250g once a day for 14 days. Bivariate analysis used paired simple t test and independent t test. Results: The results of the univariate study showed that the Hb level of female adolescents before administration of dragon fruit averaged = 10.225 gr/dl and after administration of dragon fruit averaged = 10.650 gr/dl. The Hb level of female adolescents before giving beets averaged = 10.342 gr/dl and after giving beets the average = 11.017 gr/dl. The results of the bivariate study obtained a p value = 0.000. Conclusions and Suggestions: There are differences in the effect of dragon fruit and beetroot on female adolescent Hb levels. Young women are expected to be diligent in consuming foods that contain iron, one of which is beetroot and lemon juice and be obedient in consuming Fe tablets in order to increase Hb levels in the blood of young women.

Abstract

Anxiety in pregnant women will have an impact on the physical and psychological conditions of the mother and fetus. Anxiety in pregnancy can arise because of the long waiting period in waiting for the delivery process, especially in primigravidarum pregnant women. One of the physical exercises that is recommended and proven to be effective in reducing anxiety during pregnancy is yoga. This study aims to determine the Effectiveness of Prenatal Yoga on the Anxiety Level of Third Trimester Pregnant Women in Facing Labor in the Class of Pregnant Women at Posyandu Dahlia. The design used is Pret-test-post-test design. Total population of 41 pregnant women, a sample of 30 people, sampling using purposive sampling. From the Wilcoxon test statistic with a significant level of α = 0.05, a significant assumption is obtained of 0.038 <0.05, thus Ha is accepted, which means that there is a positive effect between dhikr therapy and a decrease in anxiety levels in pregnant women at Posyandu Dahlia. This shows that there is a decrease in the level of anxiety in the subject after being given treatment in the form of prenatal yoga. So it is suggested for future researchers to examine more factors that cause severe or very severe levels of anxiety in prigravida pregnant women.

Abstract

One of the causes of high death rates for pregnant women is the low knowledge of women's reproduction, especially regarding coping with increasing the knowledge of prospective brides, one of which is by providing health education using booklets. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of books on the knowledge and attitudes of the bride and groom's reproductive health related to the risk of pregnancy prevention. Quantitative research uses statistical analysis to process research data. The research design was a pre-experimental design with the type of one group pretest-posttest (initial test, single group final test), which means that there was an experimental class that was given a pre-test, then given treatment with Android-based digital pocket book media, followed by giving a post-test to find out increased knowledge of preventing stunting from the preconception period after treatment. The values of the pre-test and post-test were processed and compared using paired t-test to test the research hypothesis. The results showed an increase in reproductive health knowledge after the intervention between the intervention group and the control group (p=0.000 < 0.05) It can be interpreted that booklets can be used to improve reproductive health knowledge and attitudes of prospective brides in preventing pregnancy risks
