The decline in community activities outside the home and restrictions on operating hours in the business world have a negative impact on the income and performance of the business world. This is the impact of restrictions on activities outside the home carried out by the government in order to reduce the spread of the covid 19 virus. For this reason, an innovation is needed that changes management governance and trade transactions that switch to online, so that business activities can run and remain active in the midst of current pandemic. One of the businesses affected by the impact is the Sinar Pratama Optical Shop in Gunung Sindur, which has limited operating hours and the number of visitors has decreased due to limited activities outside the home. Another problem at this time at the store is the time for making eyeglass sales reports which are quite long, and still using 3 copies of receipts for 1 sales transaction. To overcome this problem, an eyewear sales management information system was created, which can handle sales data and can make reports anywhere and anytime. Waterfall was chosen in the method used because it is considered more suitable if the need for each process is known. With the waterfall method, the creation of a web-based sales application at the Sinar Pratama Optical Shop can be completed in a predetermined time and the Sinar Pratama Optical Shop can sell goods and promotions on its own website and can compete during the current pandemic. In addition, making sales reports can be done more quickly because of the computational process and can be done anywhere.

The COVID-19 pandemic requires online learning for all educational units including University of Muhammadiyah Malang. The University of Muhammadiyah Malang uses https://lms.umm.ac.id/ as a media to support the process of online learning. The use of https://lms.umm.ac.id/ has been going for a few months, but the students are still confused about the features provided on the site. This might happen because of the sudden change from the previous media which is https://elmu.umm.ac.id/login/canvas. The LMS used is still at the development stage by the academic admin of the University of Muhammadiyah Malang. For the software development process, the developer is required to make a high quality software that meet the users need. Requirement elicitation technique is one of important factors to determine the quality of a software. There are many techniques that can be used in the requirement elicitation process. This study uses the storyboard technique to explore user needs for the use of https://lms.umm.ac.id/ during online learning. Based on the research that has been done, the researcher concludes that the use of storyboarding techniques in exploring user needs in the LMS development process is considered easier. In this problem, a solution was found in the form of adding a feedback feature that was used to measure students' understanding of the learning material and the tasks given during online learning.

Efarina University is one of the universities in North Sumatra that still uses KRS manually. Using Course Selection manually will cause the data not well organized. It will increase the risk of damage and loss of data for active students and alumni, especially now that we have entered the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. Therefore, an integrated information system is needed to manage and manage student Course Selection data properly. For that, a method is needed to implement all the processes for creating the application. The method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model with five (5) fundamental stages, 1) requirements analysis, 2) system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language), 3) implementation of the planned system, 4) evaluation with blackbox testing to ensure the system runs well, and lastly 5) repair (maintenance). With this method, the application runs in line with the previous plan and thus and reduces data loss for course selection. It is also easier for lecturers and students to fill out and implement student course selection administration.

Nowday 35% of Indonesians buy poultry products every week. However, 95% of Indonesia farms are small open houses often built from bamboo using manual feeding and watering systems. The problem related to the manual feeding and watering system is the high mortality rate of poultry, which is an average of 8%. The use of IoT (Internet of Things) in agriculture and livestock is increasingly popular. This research implemented IoT on a poultry farm to automatically control environmental conditions based on sensor readings and measure feed level and water consumption. It also monitored chicken weight via a digital scale. This study also measured the farm efficiency parameters before and after IoT implementation, namely FCR, IP, and mortality rates. The results showed that the performance of IoT in poultry farms could increase efficiency. After IoT implementation, the FCR value decreased from 1.46 to 1.38, which led to an increase in the FE value to 72%. The IP score increased to 391.1. The mortality rate of chickens decreased from 3.67% to 2.35%. Also, the average weight of chickens at harvest is 1460gr. the mortality rate of chickens decreased from 3.67% to 2.35%. Stunting is a condition that occurs in toddlers that fails to grow as a result of nutritional deficiencies so that the height or length of the child's body is not normal for his age. Malnutrition occurs from the moment the baby is in the womb and in the early stages of the baby is born, but the stunting condition is only apparent after the baby is two years old. Currently, the problem occurs a lack of maternal knowledge of the importance of child nutrition during the first 1000 days of life and poor sanitation of the daily environment. Therefore, an expert system is designed to diagnose stunting disease early in children. The method used in expert systems is forward chaining. Expert systems provide diagnostic output as well as user history information, solutions, and processing of user history data. The expert system developed is helpful to help people in diagnosing stunting diseases easily and quickly, where the accuracy system is equal to 91%.

Many scholarship applicants are a challenge for the management of educational institutions. Institutions are required to be able to determine the awarding of scholarships with the right target. Currently, the decision to grant scholarships at the Indorama Engineering Polytechnic is still being done manually, and there is no analysis in assessing the eligibility of the scholarship award. Because this requires a decision support system that can help determine alternative decisions in determining scholarship recipients. One of the methods of Decision Support Systems is Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The concept of SAW method is to find the weighted sum of the ratings for each alternative across all criteria. The criteria used in this study consisted of cost criteria, namely salary/income, as well as benefit criteria, namely: number of dependents, selection value, school average score. In this study, the application was built based on a website using the PHP programming language. The results of this study are in the form of an application that can carry out the process from registering prospective scholarship recipients to calculating the sum of the matrix which has been automatically normalized with the weights for each criterion. The value of the calculation results will be sorted, determine by the rank of the prospective scholarship recipients.

The implementation of quality education is a requirement for higher education institutions to produce quality students. Government regulations regarding the limitation of the maximum length of lectures that students can take are intended so that the institutions involved in the educational process have careful planning in the learning process. Good planning is expected to be able to accreditation value of higher education institutions and deliver student studies so that they can graduate on time. In order to achieve these results, aspects that are so influential on the optimal value of accreditation results are needed, one of which is that students graduate on time and play an importan role in determining the results of accreditation. Decision tree itself is a very simple algorithm and easy understanding, decision tree algorithm alonei is enough to produc good and optimal accuracy values. Therefore, the optimization method particle swarm optimization (PSO) with its advantages can increase the level of accuracy by removing irrelevant features. The results of the study using a student dataset of class 2016 - 2017 explain that the optimization ofparticle swarm optimization (PSO) can produce 92.36% accuracy and increase the accuracy of 01.05%, with the decision tre method C4.5 with an accuracy rate of 91.31%. Furthermore, the T-test testing process is carried out on the decision tree algorithm C4.5 and the decison tree algorithm C4.5 optimization of particle swarm optimization (PSO) with the final result alpha = 0.635 where the results are less significant, it is said to be significant if the test results are below alpha = 0.050.

Electricity is one of the main needs that is most widely used by the community, both for household needs and industrial needs. Due to the large number of people's needs for the use of electricity, some consumers commit fraud or theft of electric power to reduce usage costs so that they are not in accordance with the recorded power consumption. Therefore PT. PLN Persero forms a team for Controlling the Use of Electricity or P2TL which aims to examine and take action to resolve the PLN installation or the installation of electricity users from PLN. The problem that occurs in this case is that in looking at the types of electric power theft that occur to customers who commit fraud, they still use the manual method, which is to determine the type of electricity theft that mostly uses catches through the official report, thereby slowing down the P2TL party to determine the target of operation or the type of violation. potential that often occurs in the Padangsidimpuan UP3 area. The purpose of this study is to build a website-based information system using the fp-growth algorithm data mining which aims to make it easier for P2TL parties to see how patterns of electricity theft that often appear, making it easier for officers to determine operating targets more quickly. This research uses the fp-growth algorithm with the stage of generating the conditional patten base, the stage of generating the conditional pattern tree and the stage of searching for frequent items. The results obtained from this study are the percentage value of the level of certainty of each item that appears so that it can be used as a reference in determining the type of electric power theft pattern that often appears using a website-based information system.

Web-based information technology is currently developing very rapidly. The utilization of web-based information technology is widely used in various types of work. One of them is the processing of inventory data. Talenta Store is a store engaged in the sale of mobile phone accessories. The management of inventory at Talenta Store is still not systematized. So that making inventory data with sales often makes mistakes and also owners sometimes find reports that are not appropriate. Therefore, a system that can support inventory data processing activities is made, namely the system Si-GIIS (Goods Inventory Information System) web-based. The development Si-GIIS system uses the FIFO (First in First Out) method design, which means that the goods purchased first will be sold first as inventory management. Si-GIIS was developed using the waterfall method and for system design using UML (Unified Modeling Language). n the test, Si-GIIS uses BlackBox testing with the final result that all systems work as expected. From the results of the satisfaction survey, it can be seen that 93% of employees and shop owners are very satisfied. Therefore, the development of the Si-GIIS system at the Talenta Store can be said to be successful and can be implemented into the inventory data processing system.

Wedding Organizer is a service business for preparing wedding events. Since its establishment in 2015 to 2020, the Wedding Organizer in Sukabumi with the Gosimplywedding brand has carried out several sales methods to get clients, including Canvassing, Online Social Media, Internal Marketing, Marcomm Development, and Offline Shows. The Decision Support System required by management uses the FMADM method, in order to find the optimal alternative from a number of methods that have been used. The results of the calculation of Gosimplywedding sales data from 2017 to 2020 produced a method with Online Social Media in the first order with a value of 16 which is the smallest value ranking. This method is considered the most effective and most generates brand sales so that it can be used as a decision by management for the following year.
